Abstract

ABSTRACT Kingdom Protist is one of the materials in biology that can be learned through observation. The Protista material can be taught through inquiry-based learning to train creative thinking skills. The purpose of this research is to describe the development of Student Textbooks (BAPD) based on inquiry in Protist material of SMA Class X. The development of BAPD refers to the 4D model which consists of the Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate, but without Disseminate phase. The research instrument is in the form of validation sheets and practicality sheets. The results of developing textbooks show the validity of BAPD is 94.7% with the interpretation were very feasible and practicality is 99.3% with the interpretation were very good. Based on the results of this assessment it can be concluded that the inquiry-based BAPD on Protista material is declared valid and practical to use on students. KEYWORDS: student textbook, inquiry, protist, creative thinking skill   ABSTRAK Kingdom Protista merupakan salah satu materi biologi yang dipelajari dengan metode pengamatan. Materi Protista tersebut dapat diajarkan melalui pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mendeskripsikan pengembangan Buku Ajar Peserta Didik (BAPD) berbasis inkuiri materi Protista SMA kelas X. Pengembangan BAPD mengacu pada model 4D yang terdiri atas tahap Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate, namun tahap Disseminate tidak dilakukan. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar validasi dan lembar kepraktisan. Hasil pengembangan buku ajar menunjukkan validitas BAPD sebesar 94,7% dengan kategori valid dan kepraktisan sebesar 99,3% dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa BAPD berbasis inkuiri pada materi Protista dinyatakan valid dan praktis digunakan pada peserta didik. Abstract

ABSTRACT The microchemical test is a method to determine the content of compounds in plants. The materials used are porang tubers, potatoes, corn, peanuts, guava leaves, lime leaves, ylang flowers, purple sweet potatoes, cassava and coconut shells. Preparations were made using thin slices which were cut with a clam on hand microtome, then the reagent was dripped on the thin slices on an object glass and covered with a deck glass, then observed using a microscope. The starch test on sweet potato, cassava, potato, and porang preparations showed yellow or brown starch; the cellulose test on the corn preparations showed that the cellulose cells were swollen and blue; the protein test on peanut preparations showed a color change to brick red; lignin test on coconut shell showed violet-red color; tannin test on guava leaf preparations showed a dark brown color; lipid test on lime and ylang leaf preparations showed red globules and reducing sugar test on sweet potato and corn preparations showed brick red color. Identification and characterization in microchemical tests were carried out to identify differences in color and crystal formation in plant samples after the administration of specific reagents. KEYWORDS: Microchemical Test, Microscopic, Plant Compounds ABSTRAK Uji mikrokimia adalah metode untuk mengetahui kandungan atau senyawa pada tumbuhan. Bahan yang digunakan adalah umbi porang, kentang, jagung, kacang tanah, daun jambu, daun jeruk, bunga kenanga, ubi jalar ungu, singkong dan tempurung kelapa. Preparat dibuat dengan menggunakan irisan tipis yang dipotong dengan clam on hand microtome, kemudian reagen diteteskan pada irisan tipis di atas object glass dan ditutup deck glass, selanjutnya diamati menggunakan mikroskop. Uji amilum pada preparat ubi jalar, singkong, kentang dan porang menunjukkan amilum berwarna kuning atau coklat; uji selulosa pada preparat jagung menunjukkan sel selulosa membengkak dan berwarna biru; uji protein pada preparat kacang tanah menunjukan perubahan warna menjadi merah bata; uji lignin pada tempurung kelapa menunjukan warna violet merah; uji tanin pada preparat daun jambu menunjukkan warna coklat gelap; uji lipid pada preparat daun jeruk dan kenanga menunjukkan globulus berwarna merah dan uji gula reduksi pada preparat ubi jalar dan jagung menunjukan warna merah bata. Identifikasi dan karakterisasi pada uji mikrokimia dilakukan untuk mengenali perbedaan warna dan bentukan kristal pada sampel tanaman setelah pemberian reagen spesifik. Abstract

Digital marketing is a marketing strategy to promote a business, brand or business by utilizing digital media. Through digital-based media, businesses gain access to resources that are otherwise unavailable to business owners, including the people living in Seketi Village, Jombang. One of the community groups in Seketi Village which operates in the business sector is the Asman Group. Implementation of service activities carried out by the team of University of KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah is product marketing training and community business improvement. This training activity uses a face-to-face/offline meeting method between resource persons and partners located at the Seketi Village Hall office, Mojoagung District, Jombang Regency. The implementation of this service program in the form of "Training on the Use of Shopee E-Commerce and Social Media as a Tool for Marketing Products" includes several strands, namely Identifying Community Needs, Creating Shopee and Instagram Accounts, Operational Assistance and Implementation of Shopee E-Commerce Accounts and Instagram Accounts for Partner. The results of this activity can be seen from the training participants' understanding of marketing on E-Commerce and social media. Participants indirectly learned that marketing on social media and E-Commerce can reach a wider market and is easily accessible to anyone.

Abstract

Ethnobotanical research was carried out to collect data regarding the use of medicinal plants by the people of Panggungrejo, Blitar Regency. There are 9 types of medicinal plants reported to be used locally for the treatment and control of diseases in humans and livestock. These plants include sangket leaves, betel leaves, castor leaves, dadap spare leaves, lamtoro leaves, kencur, kapok leaves, china ketepeng leaves, and amethyst leaves. Survey results show that leaves are the most frequently harvested part of the plant. Most treatments are done by mashing freshly picked plant parts. These medicinal plants are generally collected from the surrounding environment, gardens and the wild. Even though many modern medicines are available, the people of Panggungrejo, Blitar Regency, still rely heavily on traditional medicinal plants to treat various diseases. Therefore, conservation of medicinal plants in this area is very necessary

Abstract

ABSTARCTTraditional medicine has become popular again, being chosen as medicine by some people to cure various diseases because apart from its affordable price, it is also because its properties are quite promising for overcoming, preventing and treating disease. The use of traditional medicine is a new alternative compared to the use of chemical medicine which is quite expensive. One application of traditional medicine is using veterinary ethnobotany. Ethnoveterinary are plants that are used for food and health in livestock. Papaya sap can be used as an anthelmintic in animals. The most abundant and best quality papaya sap is obtained from young papaya fruit. Papaya fruit sap contains papain, Kimo papain A, Kimo papain B, papaya peptidase, pectin, D-galactase and L-arabinose. Apart from that, there is sap from Jatropha leaves which can be used as an anti-diarrhea medicine. This sap contains an alkaloid called jatrophine which is used as a medicine. Jatropha sap is antimicrobial so it can repel bacteria such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus and Escherichia coli.ABSTRAKObat tradisional kembali populer dipilih sebagai obat oleh sebagain masyarakat untuk menyembuhkan berbagai penyakit karena disamping harganya terjangkau, juga karena khasiatnya cukup menjanjikan untuk menanggulangi, mencegah dan mengobati penyakit, Penggunaan obat berbahan tradisional menjadi alternatif baru dibandingkan dengan penggunaan obat berbahan kimia yang cukup mahal. Salah satu penerapan penggunaan obat tradisional adalah menggunakan etnobotani veteriner. Etnoveteriner merupakan tumbuhan yang digunakan untuk bahan makanan dan kesehatan pada hewan ternak. Getah pepaya dapat dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai obat cacing pada hewan. Getah papaya diperoleh paling banyak dan paling baik mutunya dari buah pepaya yang masih muda. Getah buah papaya mengandung papain, Kimo papain A, Kimo papain B, papaya peptidase, pektin, D-galaktase dan L-arabinose. Selain itu terdapat getah daun jarak pagar yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai obat antidiare, Getah ini mengandung alkaloid disebut jatrophine yang dimanfaatkan sebagai obat. Getah jarak bersifat antimikroba sehingga dapat mengusir bakteri seperti jenis Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, dan Escherichia coli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis karakteristik tumbuhan obat di Kebun Raya Purwodadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi langsung dan wawancara. Sebanyak 19 jenis tumbuhan obat berhasil diidentifikasi, masing-masing dengan karakteristik morfologi dan manfaat kesehatan yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa walaupun keberadaan tumbuhan obat di kebun raya cukup terjaga, tingkat literasi masyarakat mengenai manfaat spesifik tanaman tersebut masih rendah. Tumbuhan seperti mengkudu, kenanga, dan lengkuas memiliki potensi besar dalam bidang kesehatan, namun pemanfaatannya masih sebatas tradisi tanpa penguatan berbasis ilmiah. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya integrasi konservasi tumbuhan dengan program edukasi komunitas untuk mendukung pelestarian dan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini juga membuka peluang pengembangan riset lanjutan di bidang pengujian farmakologis dan inovasi produk berbasis tanaman obat. Dengan demikian, Kebun Raya Purwodadi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat konservasi tumbuhan, tetapi juga sebagai sumber inspirasi bagi pengembangan kesehatan masyarakat berbasis biodiversitas lokal.

Abstract

Abstract: The Pancasila student profile is a character value and competency that is the goal of students by implementing the noble values of Pancasila. Implementing the Pancasila student profile is necessary to develop the student's character, which is starting to decline. This research aims to describe the implementation of the Pancasila student profile on protist material with the help of the Wizer.me application. The subjects in this research were 36 students from SMA Negeri 3 Mojokerto. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, and data collection is carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this research are that the Pancasila student profile has been implemented in schools very well. Teachers and students have been directed in learning the Merdeka Curriculum so that implementing the Pancasila student profile in each critical dimension, creative dimension, dimension of being devoted to God Almighty and having noble morals, dimensions of cooperation, and independence obtains satisfactory results. The Wizer.me application as a learning tool on protist material can be a fun, innovative, and effective learning reference. Keywords: pancasila student profile, protist, wizer.me. Abstrak: Profil pelajar Pancasila merupakan suatu nilai karakter serta kompetensi yang menjadi tujuan peserta didik dengan mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila. Urgensi penerapan profil pelajar Pancasila diperlukan bagi perkembangan karakter peserta didik yang mulai menurun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi profil pelajar Pancasila pada materi protista dengan berbantuan aplikasi wizer.me. Subjek pada penelitian ini ialah peserta didik dari SMA Negeri 3 Kota Mojokerto sebanyak 36 orang. Jenis penelitian dengan deskriptif kualitatif serta pengumpulan data yang dilakukan mengunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini ialah implementasi profil pelajar Pancasila telah diterapkan di sekolah dengan sangat baik. Guru serta peserta didik sudah diarahkan dalam pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka, sehingga implementasi profil pelajar Pancasila pada tiap dimensi kritis, dimensi kreatif, dimensi bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan berakhlak mulia, dimensi bergotong royong dan mandiri memperoleh hasil yang memuaskan. Abstract

Primary education plays a crucial role in building the learning foundation for students, especially at the elementary school level. One of the biggest challenges is maintaining students' learning motivation, which often decreases due to monotonous teaching methods. To address this, innovative learning media such as Smart Boards provide an effective solution. These media can create an interactive and enjoyable learning experience, enhancing students' motivation and engagement. The community service project by Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah (Unwaha) at SDN Ketapangkuning aims to introduce simple Smart Boards, address learning motivation challenges, and provide flood disaster mitigation education relevant to the local environment. The activities involve direct mentoring for teachers and students from grades 4 to 6, along with flood prevention awareness campaigns. As a result, students showed increased learning motivation, with 85% feeling more enthusiastic, and 90% understanding the importance of environmental preservation. Evaluations through questionnaires and discussions indicated positive impacts in both learning and environmental awareness. Despite facing challenges such as limited resources and differences in student understanding, the project significantly contributes to improving education quality and disaster preparedness at SDN Ketapangkuning.

Abstract

The topic of classification of living organisms at the high school level still necessitates practical activities to foster students' kinesthetic skills, in addition to their critical and creative thinking abilities. Utilizing herbarium as a learning medium offers a solution to this challenge. The herbarium-making training aims to enable students to apply their theoretical knowledge through hands-on practical engagement. This approach is expected to provide students with diverse learning experiences throughout the educational process. Furthermore, students can also hone their creative thinking skills by participating in this herbarium-making training. This research employed a multi-stage methodology, including preparation, interviews, training, and evaluation. The findings of this study were derived from student response questionnaires regarding their learning experience with the herbarium-making training. The results showed that 100% of students found learning through herbarium creation to be highly enjoyable, and 87% of students indicated that this herbarium-making activity enhanced their hard skills and creative abilities

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi tanaman herbal di Desa Sambirejo Kecamatan Wonosalam Kabupaten Jombang, menganalisis masalah budidaya, serta menyusun media poster sebagai bahan edukasi masyarakat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di tiga dusun: Sambirejo, Jumok, dan Kombo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga tanaman herbal utama yang dibudidayakan, yaitu cengkeh (Syzygium aromaticum), pala (Myristica fragrans), dan rosela (Hibiscus sabdariffa), dengan luas lahan masing-masing 3,5 ha, 10 ha, dan 0,5 ha. Potensi ketiga tanaman ini cukup besar sebagai sumber ekonomi dan bahan edukasi, namun masih ditemukan kendala budidaya seperti hama pada cengkeh, waktu panen lama pada pala, dan perawatan rutin pada rosela. Penelitian ini menghasilkan poster pendidikan yang dapat membantu meningkatkan literasi masyarakat tentang tanaman herbal. pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat agar bisa memanfaatkan tanaman herbal sebagai pengobatan alami dan langkah pencegahan penyakit ringan.
