Abstract

Leadership is a vital element in societal and governmental life. In Islam, the concept of leadership is firmly rooted, as reflected in the Qur'an, specifically in Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 247. This verse narrates the appointment of Talut as the leader of the Israelites, based on two primary qualifications: extensive knowledge and physical strength. This study aims to analyze the personality traits of a leader based on this verse, using the tafsir Al-Qur'anul Adzim by Imam Ibn Kathir as a primary reference. This research employs a qualitative-descriptive method with a library research approach. The primary sources used include Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 247, and the tafsir Al-Qur'anul Adzim by Imam Ibn Kathir. Secondary sources consist of books, journals, and articles related to the concept of leadership in Islam. The findings reveal that the main criteria for an ideal leader in the Islamic perspective include extensive knowledge encompassing both religious and general sciences, as well as physical readiness demonstrated through endurance, courage, and the ability to face challenges. Moreover, amanah (trustworthiness) emerges as a fundamental principle that includes responsibility, justice, and moral integrity. In the modern context, these values are highly relevant in the process of selecting and developing leaders to address the complexities of contemporary challenges. This study contributes to the leadership literature by highlighting that the Qur’an provides examples of criteria for selecting leaders and offers a new perspective on ideal leadership.

Abstract

Pelaporan keuangan yang akurat dan sederhana merupakan bagian penting dari tata kelola keuangan yang akuntabel di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana bagi mahasiswa KIP Kuliah di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Pelatihan ini menggunakan pendekatan andragogi dan partisipatif, dengan fokus pada pencatatan transaksi dasar (debit-kredit) dan penyusunan laporan posisi keuangan yang aplikatif. Metode pelatihan meliputi penyampaian materi, simulasi studi kasus, praktik mandiri, diskusi, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test, terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep dasar pelaporan keuangan, dari hanya 30% yang menjawab benar sebelum pelatihan menjadi lebih dari 85% setelah pelatihan. Kuesioner kepuasan juga menunjukkan respon positif terhadap materi, metode, dan fasilitator. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kapasitas teknis individu, tetapi juga mengidentifikasi tantangan sistemik di lapangan, seperti belum adanya format pelaporan yang seragam dan terbatasnya pendampingan teknis. Oleh karena itu, keberlanjutan program melalui pelatihan lanjutan dan pembentukan klinik keuangan internal menjadi rekomendasi utama. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan laporan keuangan sederhana dapat menjadi langkah strategis dalam memperkuat akuntabilitas dan efisiensi tata kelola keuangan di tingkat unit kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of persuasive leadership communication on improving student achievement in higher education. Based on the hypothesis regarding the effect of persuasive leadership communication on student achievement, the F-test results indicate that the regression model is statistically significant simultaneously, with an F value of 49.901 and a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Partially, the t-test results show that openness (t = 2.516; p = 0.013), support (t = 2.908; p = 0.004), positive attitude (t = 3.926; p = 0.000), and equality (t = 2.254; p = 0.026) have a significant influence on student achievement. In contrast, empathy does not have a statistically significant effect (t = 1.690; p = 0.093). The most dominant dimension is a positive attitude, with the highest beta coefficient (? = 0.259).This research employed a quantitative method involving 150 students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, using a Likert-scale-based questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression via SPSS. The findings highlight the importance of leadership communication strategies that are open, supportive, positive, and egalitarian in building an academic environment that fosters and motivates student achievement. This study contributes both theoretically and practically to the development of leadership communication in higher education institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the preservation of the rejung tradition as a local cultural heritage: a study of the role of customary stakeholders in Air Teras Village, Talo District, Seluma Regency. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used is symbolic interaction theory according to George Herbert Mead (mind, self, society). Mind in the research, traditional leaders conduct cultural socialization activities by using local language in explaining rejung as a symbol and language of local culture, connecting the meaning of rejung with social reality. Self (self), traditional leaders conduct direct social interactions in shaping the identity (sefl) of the younger generation by directly involving them in training activities and cultural activities. Society involves the younger generation in various cultural activities and cultural competitions that will strengthen the role of the younger generation as cultural preservationists.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between human resource readiness and the adoption and successful implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), as well as how the competence of health workers interacts with the availability of hospital infrastructure and management strategies. The method uses a systematic literature review or scoping review to map the empirical evidence of the last ten years. Structured searches were conducted on Scopus and Web of Science, and Google Scholar with a combination of keywords related to SIMRS, human resource readiness, competencies, infrastructure, adoption, successful implementation, training, and management strategies, including Indonesian equivalents. Articles are selected through title and abstract screening, full-text review, and concise quality assessment based on design and clarity of method. The data was extracted including hospital settings, user samples, variable definitions, instruments, and key findings, and then synthesized thematically narratively. Results show that human resource readiness, especially tiered training, organizational culture support, and perception of convenience and usefulness, correlates with more consistent acceptance and use of SIMRS. A reliable infrastructure amplifies competency impact, while weak networks and devices lower satisfaction, trigger double logging, and hinder feature utilization. The most consistent strategies to improve output include change management, strengthening IT support, standardizing devices, network investment, and ongoing funding planning. This synthesis formulates the proposition that the success of SIMRS is the result of the synergy of human capacity and technological capacity in daily work practices.

Abstract

The main problem in basic education is the inequality and injustice of access to education, which includes geographical, economic, and facility factors. This study aims to identify contemporary issues related to the equity of basic education at SDN 151 Inpres Kalampa, Takalar Regency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results show that although accessibility is physically adequate, there are still gaps in digital facilities and the quality of human resources. Data from the school shows student literacy levels are still in the medium category and several students face distance barriers. This study recommends a more inclusive policy through digital infrastructure optimization and local government support for low-income families.

Abstract

Assessment and evaluation are essential components in the educational process, particularly at the elementary school level, which serves as the foundation for students’ academic, social, and character development. Assessment is not merely used to measure learning outcomes, but also to monitor learning processes and support students’ overall growth. This article aims to examine the concepts, principles, forms, and procedures of assessment and educational evaluation in elementary schools, as well as their role in improving learning quality. This study employs a library research method by analyzing books, scientific journal articles, educational policy documents, and relevant regulations related to assessment and evaluation. The findings indicate that effective assessment must be objective, valid, reliable, transparent, comprehensive, and fair, covering attitudes, knowledge, and skills through authentic assessment. Educational evaluation conducted systematically—from planning to follow-up—plays a strategic role in enhancing learning effectiveness, identifying students’ learning difficulties, and supporting continuous improvement in elementary education

Abstract

This research aims to develop an interactive thematic module/e-module based on the Pancasila Student Profile to improve learning quality at SDN 151 Inpres Kalampa. The background of this study is the need for innovative teaching materials that are contextual, interactive, and aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) which includes needs analysis, design, multimedia integration, validation, and trials. The results show that the developed module is valid and practical. Trial results indicate that 80% of students found the module easy to understand and use. The module effectively increases student motivation, reinforces concept understanding, and integrates the values of the Pancasila Student Profile. In conclusion, this innovation improves teacher professionalism in digital pedagogy and student learning quality.
