Abstract

This research focuses on developing a marketing strategy for a medication reminder device (Alarm Obat) to improve medication adherence among children with tuberculosis (TB) in Indonesia. Tuberculosis remains a significant public health challenge, especially in pediatric populations, where adherence to long-term treatment regimens is critical for successful outcomes. The study explores how Alarm Obat, a device designed to remind children to take their medication on time, can help increase adherence and reduce treatment failures. The research also highlights the potential for this product to be integrated into healthcare programs, focusing on partnerships with healthcare institutions and digital marketing strategies. By targeting families with children suffering from TB, the research aims to demonstrate the impact of Alarm Obat on improving health outcomes and reducing the risk of drug resistance. The study concludes by emphasizing the importance of awareness campaigns and collaborative efforts to ensure accessibility and adoption of the product across diverse communities in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini difokuskan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemasaran digital para ibu dari Posyandu Pospaud Anggrek dengan memanfaatkan platform e-commerce, khususnya GoFood Merchant. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan membangun keterampilan para peserta dalam penjualan Produk secara daring, yang mencakup segala hal mulai dari pembuatan akun dan pengelolaan menu hingga strategi periklanan digital. Data evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman para peserta tentang konsep pemasaran digital yang mendasar. Pada awalnya, hanya 25% peserta yang memiliki pemahaman tentang e-commerce, tetapi setelah pelatihan, persentase ini meningkat menjadi 85%. Mayoritas dari mereka mampu membuat akun GoFood Merchant dan mendaftarkan produk mereka. Pencapaian ini menggambarkan bahwa metode pelatihan yang praktis dan langsung sangat efektif untuk anggota komunitas dengan pengetahuan digital yang terbatas. Secara keseluruhan, inisiatif ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pemasaran digital dapat ditingkatkan secara substansial melalui pendekatan pelatihan yang relevan dan praktis pada platform seperti GoFood Merchant. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the compliance of MSME Taxpayers in tax reporting in Polewali Mandar Regency. The main focus of this study is to understand the factors that influence tax reporting compliance among MSME actors, including taxpayer understanding, awareness of tax regulations, and support from local governments. Lack of knowledge and limited resources are often the main obstacles to proper tax reporting. This study recommends a tax education program for MSMEs, simplification of reporting procedures, and improvement of MSME-friendly tax service facilities to improve compliance. With this support, it is hoped that MSME Taxpayer compliance in Polewali Mandar Regency can increase significantly, encouraging regional economic growth through optimal tax contributions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh Konflik Peran terhadap Kinerja Auditor, dan menguji pengaruh moderasi Emotional Quotient terhadap hubungan antara Konflik Peran dan Kinerja Auditor, serta menguji pengaruh moderasi Komitmen Organisasi terhadap hubungan antara Konflik Peran dan Kinerja Auditor. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh auditor di lingkungan BPK Perwakilan dan BPKP Provinsi Maluku Utara. Sampel sebanyak 40 responden dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Konflik peran berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Auditor. Emotional Quotient memoderasi (memperlemah) hubungan antara Konflik Peran dan Kinerja Auditor. Sementara, Komitmen Organisasi tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara Konflik Peran dan Kinerja Auditor. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Auditor; Konflik Peran; Emotional Quotient; Komitmen Organisasi

Abstract

Food security is a crucial issue in economics, particularly for ASEAN countries that heavily rely on rice commodities. Climate change impacts rice production, leading to production declines and price spikes, threatening economic stability and social welfare. ASEAN has committed to strategic cooperation to protect rice supplies and prevent food crises, while increasing production and stabilizing supply through collaborative initiatives. This study employs qualitative methods and descriptive analysis in literature review to explore the implementation of ASEAN regional cooperation on rice commodities. Secondary data is utilized to understand the impact of rice commodities on food security in the ASEAN region. Through a descriptive analytical approach, this research aims to provide an accurate picture of the relationship between regional cooperation and rice commodity management in ASEAN. The results indicate that ASEAN rice market integration is vital to reduce price risks for farmers and improve food security. The establishment of a rice futures market can help manage risks and ensure stable prices, which are crucial for maintaining economic stability. Regional cooperation and harmonization of rice standards are necessary, along with improved infrastructure and financial support for farmers to sustain the agricultural sector and the economic well-being of the ASEAN region.

Abstract

Analisis manajemen koperasi pegawai negeri medika samarinda sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi anggota di era pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2021. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana manajemen koperasi pegawai negeri medika di era pandemi COVID-19, bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan koperasi pegawai negeri medika untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota di era pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan ingin mengetahui manajemen koperasi pegawai negeri medika samarinda sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi anggota di era pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2021 dengan populasi 7 orang, dimana sampel penelitian ini menggunakan total sampel yaitu pengurus koperasi pegawai negeri medika Samarinda. Penulisan ini digunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, data-data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penyimpulan data. Objek penelitian adalah manajemen koperasi dan upaya yang dilakukan koperasi pegawai negeri medika untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota di era pandemi COVID-19. Manajemen Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Medika Samarinda dapat menjalankan fungsi manajemen yang baik untuk mengembangkan usaha anggota dan non anggota agar dapat berkembang di masyarakat dengan modal usaha yang dimiliki. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai rata-rata jawaban pengurus terhadap melaksanakan fungsi manajemen koperasi dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota pada kategori sangat baik yang dibuktikan dengan nilai rata-rata persepsi sebesar 4,66. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh pengurus dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota di era pandemi COVID-19 dapat dikatakan berhasil, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan sisa hasil usaha di tahun 2020 sebesar 21,00% dibandingkan dengan tahun 2019.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction: Partial tooth loss in the mandible can impair masticatory function, phonetics, and occlusal stability, and reduce quality of life. Discoloration and disharmony in the shape of the maxillary anterior teeth also affect smile esthetics and self-confidence. A combination of veneers and crowns on the maxillary anterior teeth with a metal-framework removable partial denture in the mandible is a functional and relatively affordable prosthodontic rehabilitation option. Case Report: A 46-year-old female patient presented to the Dental and Oral Hospital of Hasanuddin University with a chief complaint of feeling insecure about her appearance due to the shape of her teeth and various teeth in the maxilla. The patient also complained of difficulty chewing due to the loss of several teeth in the mandible. She had never used any dentures before. The patient requested a denture that could improve her appearance and be comfortable so that she could chew food properly. Conclusion: Rehabilitation using a combination of crowns and laminate veneers on the maxillary anterior teeth and a metal-framework removable partial denture (RPD) with the Altered Cast technique in the mandible successfully improved aesthetics, occlusal function, and patient comfort. This approach provides more stable prosthesis adaptation, natural restorative results, and good clinical success. Comprehensive care and periodic control are required to maintain long-term results. Abstract

This study aims to develop a short-distance running learning model based on colorful balls run games for phase C students at elementary school 106 Bengkulu City. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) employing the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The method used is descriptive qualitative. The research population consisted of phase C students at elementary school 106 Bengkulu City, with the sampling technique using total sampling. The research instruments included observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the validation results, material experts obtained a score of 92% and media experts obtained 88%, both categorized as "very feasible." The small group trial involving 10 students resulted in an average percentage of 79%, categorized as "feasible," while the large group trial involving 40 students achieved an average percentage of 91%, categorized as "very feasible." Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the short-distance running learning model based on colorful balls run games is feasible to be used as a learning model for phase C students at elementary school 106 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between financial derivatives, executive compensation, and family ownership on tax aggressiveness with independent commissioners as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018–2024 period. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from annual reports and financial statements. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria. Data were analyzed using panel data regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the assistance of EViews 12 software. The results indicate that financial derivatives and family ownership do not have a significant effect on tax aggressiveness, while executive compensation has a positive effect on tax aggressiveness. Furthermore, independent commissioners are unable to moderate the relationship between financial derivatives and family ownership on tax aggressiveness but are able to moderate the relationship between executive compensation and tax aggressiveness. These findings suggest that managerial incentive factors play a more dominant role in encouraging tax aggressiveness practices than ownership characteristics and the use of derivative instruments. This study contributes to the literature on taxation and corporate governance, particularly regarding the determinants of tax aggressiveness in Indonesian manufacturing companies.

Abstract

Communicative competence in English depends not only on grammatical accuracy but also on the integrated command of semantic meaning and pragmatic appropriateness, two domains that have received comparatively limited research attention within Indonesian EFL settings. This pre-research article presents the conceptual and methodological foundation for a qualitative descriptive study designed to investigate the semantic and pragmatic difficulties experienced by undergraduate Indonesian EFL learners at Universitas Bosowa, Makassar, South Sulawesi, through a context-based analytical lens. Building on an integrated theoretical framework that draws on speech act theory, the cooperative principle, the Interface Hypothesis, Relevance Theory, Politeness Theory, Conceptual Semantics, and Schema Theory, the study is designed around three objectives: identifying the semantic difficulties learners encounter in contextual language use, examining the pragmatic difficulties learners face in interpreting and producing meaning, and analyzing how situational, social, and cultural contextual factors shape these difficulties. Data are intended to be collected through Discourse Completion Tasks, semi-structured interviews, and classroom observation, and analyzed using inductive thematic coding triangulated across instruments. Because data collection has not yet been conducted, the discussion and conclusion presented here are necessarily anticipatory. The study is expected to contribute a more integrated understanding of how semantic and pragmatic difficulties co-occur among Indonesian EFL learners, with implications for the design of more context-sensitive EFL curricula and classroom instruction.
