Abstract

Masa Remaja anak-anak mengalami ketegangan emosi yang meninggi  disebabkan oleh tekanan sosial. Tanda-tanda emosional ini berupa rasa kecewa, marah, khawatir, bangga, malu, cinta, benci, harapan serta rasa putus asa. Jika remaja memiliki tekanan pikiran yang tinggi merasa tidak mampu dalam menyelesaikan masalah.Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kecerdasan emosi, derajat depresi dan mengetahui adanya  hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan derajat depresi pada remaja putri yang  diasramakan dipondok pesantren. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik  dengan pendekatan cross sectional menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan  metode Uji korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 106 santri. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simpel random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji koreasi dengan menggunakan program  SPSS Statistics 22 untuk melihat hasil hubungan antaran kecerdasan emosi (EQ)  dengan derajat depresi pada santri kelas XI dan XII madrasah aliyah pesantren tahfidz Quran terpadu al-hikmah cirebon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  (1) tingkat Kecerdasan emosional santri Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hikmah kategori XI  dan XII berada pada tingkat sedang (2) Distribusi tingkat depresi santri kelas XI  dan kelas XII MA Al-Hikmah bervariasi yaitu depresi normal, depresi ringan,  depresi sedang dan depresi berat (3) Hipotesis diterima bahwa ada hubungan negatif antara (EQ) dengan derajat depresi pada siswi Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Quran. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji korelasi dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 > 0,05 dan  nilai koefisien korelasi (r) -0,621 Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin rendah  nilai kecerdasan emosi (EQ) maka derajat depresi semakin tinggi, dan sebaliknya  semakin tinggi nilai kecerdasan emosi (EQ) maka derajat depresi semakin rendah.

Abstract

The phenomenon of veiled women in Indonesia has significant development. The use of the niqab is a symbol of the rise of Islam in the post-modern era. A niqab is also an anti-thesis of modern lifestyles that tend to be hedonistic and completely open. This research focuses explicitly on ethnographers working models using the phenomenology paradigm. This research explores women who cover their faces, and why they are more accepting of polygamy. The author found reasons for men to do polygamy and why women in Indonesia reject polygamy practices. The results found that women wear the niqab because, first, as orders from their husbands, second because of inner awareness caused by their understanding of religious education. The practice of women in niqab becomes a kind of artifact of the loyalty of a woman and is directly proportional to the issue of polygamy. The modes used as the legitimacy of men for polygamy, among others, are secret marriage, falsification of self-identity, second marriage without the first wife's consent, coercion of the granting of permission, and consent of the first wife by the husband with various forms of violence and intimidating force

Abstract

This study investigates bullying done by santri (Islamic boarding school students), which happens in any Islamic boarding school, whether large or small, majority or minority, salafiyah or khalafiyah Islamic boarding schools. As happened in the minority Islamic boarding school in Tana Toraja, South Sulawesi, there are indications of bullying by fellow santri. However, the levels in each Islamic boarding school are different. Hence, this study used an ethnomethodological approach to observing individual behavior by taking conscious actions, how they acted, or how they learned in taking these actions. The data were collected through an in-depth interview with the research respondents. Data description and interpretation were carried out since the data collection earlier using the ethnomethodological approach. It did not wait for the data to accumulate a lot. The study results showed that although Islamic boarding school was a minority, it was not necessarily free from the behavior of santri who were bullying other santri. Santri, who did the bullying, resulted from the parents’ formation and unfriendly upbringing while at home, negatively impacting other santri. Meanwhile, the healing of bullying conducted by the Islamic boarding school focused on healing the soul and heart by strengthening the spiritual aspect so that there is a unification of feelings between santri and God. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang perilaku bullying yang dilakukan oleh santri, yang ternyata tidak memandang pesantren manapun. Baik pesantren besar atau kecil, pesantren mayoritas atau minoritas, pesantren salafiyah atau khalafiyah.  Sebagaimana di Pesantren Minoritas Tanah Toraja Sulawesi Selatan pun tidak lepas dari indikasi perilaku bullying oleh sesama santri, meski kadarnya masing-masing persantren berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan etnometodologi yang mengamati perilaku individu dengan mengambil tindakan yang disadari, cara pengambil tindakannya, atau cara pula cara mereka belajar, dalam mengambil tindakan tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan teknik wawancara mendalam kepada para respoden penelitian. Pendekatan etnometodologi deskripsi dan penafsiran data dilakukan sejak pengumpulan data pertama, dan tidak menunggu data menumpuk banyak. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa meskipun pesantren minoritas, tidak serta merta terbebas dari perilaku santri yang bullying terhadap santri lainnya. Santri yang bullying adalah hasil dari bentukan dan pengasuhan orang tua selama di rumah yang tidak ramah, yang berakibat memberikan dampak buruk bagi santri lainnya. Adapun penyehatan perilaku yang dilakukan oleh pihak pesantren berfokus pada penyehatan jiwa dan hati, dengan menguatkan aspek spiritual, sehingga adanya penyatuan rasa antara santri dengan ilahi.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the process and impact of online IRE (Islamic Religious Education) learning in Yogyakarta. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with research subjects consisting of principals, teachers, students, and parents. The results of the study revealed that students can be categorized into three, namely those who like (1) face-to-face learning, (2) online learning, and (3) offline and online learning. However, among the three categories, the highest number is found in students who do not like online learning. A phenomenon was found that revealed that parents were bored with online learning and were unable to guide their children to study at home. The inhibiting factors for teachers include students being less active in learning, the difficulty of finding the right method so that students do not get bored quickly, and student assessments using family accounts. Parental barriers consist of parents who cannot teach their children during online learning, taking turns using mobile phones with their children, and parents who are busy working. While the supporting factors are learning quota assistance, the availability of computer laboratories, and parents always coordinating with teachers. Online learning has been shown to have an impact on students' economic, social and psychological conditions.

Abstract

CV Ning Sri adalah sebuah perusahaan yang pengelaloaanya sepenuhnya berada di bawah manajerial keluarga. Perusahaan ini bergerak dibidang penggilingan batu dan ready mix. Ada beberapa hambatan utama yang serikali dialami dan bahkan belum terselesaikan dengan baik oleh perusahaan penggilingan batu CV Ning Sri, yaitu (a) sistem manajerial dan kepemimpinan yang lemah, dimana pemimpin lebih menekankan unsur transaksional kepada semua karyawan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan mereka; (b) intensitas turnover/keluar masuknya karyawan dalam perusahaan yang terlampau tinggi, sehingga menyebabkan sulitnya mengidentifikasi dan mempertahankan karyawan yang bertalenta; (c) seringnya terjadi perilaku non-etis dalam diri karyawan berupa keterlambatan kerja dan pencurian di tempat kerja. Oleh sebab itu, berdasarkan berbagai permasalahan di atas, dalam Era Pasar Bebas yang sangat kompetitif seperti saat ini, pelatihan kepemimpinan transformasional menjadi sangat penting untuk direalisasikan demi mendorong dan meningkatkan efektivitas dan kinerja dikalangan manajer dan karyawan, serta perusahaan CV Ning Sri secara keseluruhan. Sebagai tambahan, pemimpin transformasional mempengaruhi pengikut dengan menjabarkan tujuan jangka panjang secara jelas sehingga mampu mendorong mereka pada pencapaian kinerja dan organisasi yang unggul.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan upaya mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki manusia. Hamka berpendapat bahwa tujuan pendidikan adalah untuk mencapai kebahagiaan di dunia dan kebahagiaan di akhirat. Konsekuensi proses pendidikan anak bertujuan menjadikan anak sebagai hamba Allah yang taat menjalankan perintah dan menjauhi segala laranganNya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka (library research) yang mengkaji tafsir Al-Azhar sebagai data primer dengan menggunakan pendekatan maudhu’i atau tematik. Upaya analisis data, dilakukan dengan mengiventarisir ayat, mengkaji, dan mempertimbangkan aspek historis ayat terkait. Langkah selanjutnya ayat terkait secara objektif diinterpretasikan, secara deskriptif diungkap dan disimpulkan secara deduktif. Berdasar kajian tafsir Q.S. Luqman/31: 12-19, didapati: 1) urgensi pendidikan anak, yakni proses pendampingan dan bimbingan anak untuk mencapai kebahagiaan di dunia dan kebahagiaan di akhirat. Proses pendidikan anak mencakup pendidikan keimanan, berbakti kepada orangtua, pendidikan ibadah, pendidikan akhlak dan amar ma’ruf-nahi munkar; 2) aktualisasi pendidikan anak, difokuskan pada pembentukan karakter, yang diupayakan oleh keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study evaluated the Madaris curriculum integration for Muslim primary education in Mindanao. It assessed the psychological effects of such integration on teachers and students in Arabic writing and reading, religiosity, Islamic values, and teacher professional development. This qualitative and quantitative research used a descriptive-evaluative design. The purposive sampling method was used to collect data using a questionnaire which was analyzed statistically. This study showed that the psychological effects of integrating teachers and students to Arabic writing and reading, religiosity, Islamic values, and teacher professional development worked well. Both teachers and students demonstrated the ability to write and read Arabic, values about God, Islam, people, the nation, and the environment.

Abstract

Bendo merupakan suatu Dusun yang berada di kelurahan Trimurti yang berada di Kecamatan Srandakan, Bantul Yogyakarta. Disini alam terlihat indah dan sejuk, pepohonan rindang ditambah sehingga menjadikan desa ini menjadi destinasi wisata di Sarndakan. Dengan memperhatikan kondisi alam Dukuh Bendo dan dari hasil observasi awal pertama dan kedua pengabdi mengambil keputusan untuk melakukan kegiatan membatik ecoprint. Hal ini disebabkan karena ada kelompok ibu-ibu yang antusias untuk belajar ecoprint dan selama ini belum ada pelatihan. Tujuan pengabdian ini ikut menunjang mewujudkan cita-cita masyakarat untuk memelihara potensi alam dengan sejarahnya yang terkenal. Sementara tujuan utama dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan keterampilan membatik kepada warga khususnya ibu-ibu serta untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi keluarga. Acara pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan mengambil tempat di wilayah wisata desa. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian adalah keterampilan seluruh proses dari pembuatan batik ecoprint bagi peserta pengabdian.

Abstract

The library is an indispensable tool to increase children's interest in reading. especially the village library is a facility that is needed by the community. But so far there are still many village libraries that are still constrained in their operations. This service aims to provide digital library management training and also to increase public interest in reading. The process of this service activity takes place in 3 stages. The first is the provision of library data input training. Previously, the servant handed over a laptop unit to the Matahati village library. This is because all library activities are carried out manually. So that the servant took the initiative to provide digital devices that could be used for library management needs as expected. Library management became more organized after the SLims (Senayan Library Management System) application was installed on the devices that have been submitted, which is an open source software used to manage libraries digitally. The second process in this service is to hold library management training. This training is considered very important for library managers and also other visitors. Cataloging and presentation of collections/shelving has become more organized and systematic. Apart from focusing on digital library management, this service also aims to increase children's interest in reading. Therefore, in addition to holding library management training events for administrators and the local community, the process of the three servants holding several competition activities for Sidomulyo village children which aims to increase their love for visiting the library and can increase their interest in reading.

Abstract

The formation of quality Human Resources is a final step that must be taken to face the challenges in the industrial era 4.0, which do not only rely on academic abilities; the quality of human resources of Indonesia's young generation also needs to be boosted through various soft skills to improve emotional intelligence which will be able to bring the Indonesian nation as a winning nation in the future. One of the most important soft skills is public speaking. This paper describes the importance of public speaking strategies for elementary school students to be able to compete in improving their quality. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection elaborates more deeply on public speaking strategies through interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects in this study were 61 students and 15 teachers of Ma'had Permata Islam. The results of this study are strategies that can be done to equip public speaking elementary school students by improving speaking skills, critical thinking skills, improving self-quality, getting used to speaking in front of crowds, and preparing themselves. Public speaking for elementary school students is the practice of using learning by doing, where students are trained to be confident and dare to come forward and express opinions. Equipping elementary school students with knowledge of public speaking skills to be fully confident when presenting themselves to the public as a basis for character building and life skills.
