Abstract

Kajian ini membahas tentang kegiatan Upskilling guru matematika di Kuttab Nurul Wahyain dalam upaya peningkatan keterampilan mengajar operasi perkalian. Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, guru perlu terus meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran mereka. Operasi perkalian merupakan konsep matematika yang penting untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan matematika yang lebih kompleks di masa depan. Kegiatan Upskilling yang inovatif telah diterapkan untuk memperkuat kemampuan guru matematika dalam mengajar operasi perkalian. 31 guru yang bukan dari latar belakang pendidikan matematika dilibatkan dalam program pelatihan yang meliputi metode pengajaran inovatif, diskusi kolaboratif, dan praktik. Melalui Upskilling ini, para guru dapat mengembangkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang operasi perkalian dan keterampilan dalam merancang aktivitas pembelajaran yang efektif khususnya dalam menggunakan jarimatika. Dampaknya signifikan, dengan guru yang lebih percaya diri, mampu mengatasi kesulitan siswa, dan mampu mengajarkan operasi perkalian dengan jarimatika. Upaya ini merupakan langkah penting untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih tinggi dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk sukses di dunia yang semakin kompleks. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan Upskilling guru matematika menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar operasi perkalian dan memberikan pendidikan matematika yang berkualitas tinggi kepada siswa.

Abstract

AbstractIn Law no. 18 of 2008 Article 12 states that waste management must be environmentally sound so that awareness and real action from the community are highly expected in supporting this policy. To realize this, it is necessary to hold organic waste management training activities so that the community is moved and aware of the importance of their participation in waste management, especially within the school sphere. Based on observations made at Kemala Bhayangkari Elementary School it was found that the awareness of school residents in waste management, especially organic waste, is still very low. Therefore, the service team compiled an agenda for the implementation of the Takakura Compost Fertilizer Training, namely making Takakura compost, in order to create independent and productive school residents through Organic Waste Management. Making Takakura compost is relatively practical and simple, because it doesn't require land, so it's very suitable for small scale. This activity can also support the school to remain beautiful and clean and avoid air pollution, which causes bad odors. The results of processing organic waste into Takakura compost can also be used as a good planting medium to help schools plant green trees so that schools remain beautiful. The implementation of this training started with a field survey and coordination with the school, followed by program socialization and program implementation. In the implementation process, starting from the stages: 1) Garbage collection, 2) Waste segregation, 3) Implementation preparation, in the form of preparation of supporting tools and materials, 3) Takakura composting, and 4) Trial. Lastly is the evaluation of activities that aim to evaluate the progress of the implementation of takakura composting at Kemala Bhayangkari Elementary School. The results of the training show that with the new skills they already have, the participants' awareness of organic waste management is also increasing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan teknik kognitif behavior terapi dengan teknik restrukturisasi kognitif dalam menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan cara analisis deskriptif dan argumentatif melalui model systematic review. Hasil penelitian menemukan beberapa temuan: 1) Terdapat faktor internal dan eksternal prokrastinasi akademik; 2) Upaya pencegahan prokrastinasi dapat diterapkan melalui pendekatan konseling; 3) Salah satu pendekatan yang efektif adalah konseling kognitif behavior terapi dengan teknik restrukturisasi kognitif. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa konseling CBT berbasis teknik restrukturisasi kognitif berhasil dalam menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik.

Abstract

Salt is one of the strategic commodities as a component of human nourishment and raw material for sustainable industries. Like other agriculture and food business, developing entrepreneurial skills and behavior among salt producers is very important. This study aims to describe the characteristics of salt producers and examine the effects of entrepreneurial behavior on salt business performance. This study used a primary data of 120 salt producers in Jeneponto regency. The data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results showed that salt farmers in Jeneponto Regency had entrepreneurial characteristics seen from their experience and motivation in doing business. Entrepreneurial behavior had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the salt business. In addition, individual characteristics also have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior, but the environment has no significant effect on salt entrepreneurial behavior in Jeneponto Regency. This study implies that improving entrepreneurial behavior of salt produces in Jeneponto Regency will increase their salt business performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of self-control on student aggression behavior at Makassar National Vocational School. The population used in this study were students of Makassar National Vocational School. The sample of this research was 89 people using random sampling. The data analysis technique in this research is Simple Regression Analysis with the help of the SPSS 22 for Windows program. The results of the data hypothesis analysis show that Ha is accepted with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The magnitude of the influence of self-control on aggression behavior was 61.7%. This means that there is a negative effect of self-control on aggression with the correlation coefficient with simple regression analysis Y = 89.816-0.837. If the self-control variable does not exist, the value of aggression behavior is 89.816. If the value of self-control is increased by 1%, the aggressive behavior will decrease by 0.837% and vice versa

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil analisis situasi Mahasiswa kuliah kerja nyata terdapat penemuan masalah yang ditemui oleh masyarakat di desa diolo yaitu kurangnya kepedulian tentang hidup sehat oleh warga yang hidup di daerah pertambangan seperti kurangnya mencuci tangan setelah beraktivitas diluar rumah, serta pengolahan sampah organik dan non organik serta mengkonsumsi makanan sehat seperti jamu herbal yang dapat menunjang Kesehatan warga di Desa Diolo Kecamatan Bondoala Kabupaten Konawe. Adapun Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menerapkan pola hidup sehat dan bersih serta pelatihan pembuatan jamu siap minum kepada masyarakat di Desa Diolo kecamatan bondoala kabupaten Konawe. Adapun metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode random sampling dengan menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner. Responden yang digunakan sebanyak 30 orang responden yang merupakan perwakilan dari masing- masing dusun di desa Diolo. Hasil pengabdian diolah secara deskriptif mendapatkan hasil bahwa adanya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat Desa Diolo tentang pentingnya hidup sehat dan bersih di lingkungan keluarga yaitu diperoleh hasil posttest sebesar 63,6 %. serta adanya nilai tambah pada masyarakat desa diolo tentang peningkatan kemampuan warga dalam mengolah tanaman berkhasiat sebagai herbal yang siap minum dalam menunjang meningkatnya Kesehatan masyarakat di desa diolo. Kegiatan pengabdian ini akan dimasukkan menjadi pengalaman yang tidak hanya berguna bagi masyarakat mitra, tetapi juga bagi keluarga terdekat dan lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

The high administrative workload often hinders teachers from developing innovative and interactive formative assessments. This study aims to examine the efficiency of using ChatGPT and ClassPoint in improving the formative assessment competencies of English teachers at junior high schools and to analyze teachers' perceptions of these technologies. This research employs a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-post-test design, involving 9 English teachers from 7 schools. Data were collected through pretests and post-tests to measure teachers' formative assessment competencies and questionnaires to assess their perceptions. Statistical analysis utilized a paired t-test to compare pretest and post-test results, while descriptive statistics analysed perception data. The study results showed a significant improvement in teachers' formative assessment competencies, with scores increasing from 14.89 (pretest) to 31.11 (post-test), supported by a t-statistic value of -17.65 and a p-value < 0.01. The questionnaire analysis revealed highly positive responses, with over 90% of teachers strongly agreeing on the benefits of these technologies in creating diverse questions, speeding up the assessment process, and facilitating interactive formative assessments. These findings indicate that integrating ChatGPT and ClassPoint effectively enhances teachers' formative assessment competencies.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a FinanTrack mobile application that assists users in managing personal finances efficiently. This application is developed through several important stages, starting from needs analysis, software design with use case diagrams and data flow diagrams, and implementation using the Java programming language on Android Studio. The FinanTrack application has a main feature to record expenses and income, as well as a form to add new transaction data. Users can categorize transactions, view history, and monitor total finances in real- time. With this application, it is hoped that people can easily manage their personal finances through their smartphones, so as to improve financial literacy and help achieve better financial stability.

Abstract

Indonesia, with more than 1,340 ethnic groups, has abundant cultural wealth, including various traditional dances. One that stands out from South Sulawesi is Paduppa Dance, a distinctive cultural expression of the Bugis people. Originally performed to welcome kings and grand guests at weddings, Paduppa Dance is now also performed in various events such as welcoming guests, circumcisions, and weddings. However, the threat of modernization and globalization risks threatening the preservation of this dance, highlighting the importance of preservation efforts to maintain this cultural heritage. This study aims to preserve Paduppa Dance through training conducted by Batch IV KKN students of Muhammadiyah Bone University in Sanrangeng Village. The method used was action research, with training conducted for three days a week from August 22 to September 4, 2024. The training involved 15 students from SDN 97 Sanrangeng and SD Inpres 6/80 Sanrangeng. The results of the training showed significant improvement in students' skills and understanding of Paduppa Dance. Before the training, students did not know the dance movements, adjustments to music, and cultural functions of Paduppa dance. After the training, students successfully mastered the dance movements, understood the meaning of the dance, and realized the importance of preserving traditional dance. The program proved effective in addressing threats to the preservation of Paduppa Dance and preparing students for various cultural events, as well as deepening their appreciation of Bugis cultural heritage
