The aim of this research is to describe the evaluation of post-certification teacher competency improvement policies at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Medan City. This research method is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological research approach. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, study documentation. The results of this study, namely (1) the policy context, such as competency training, educational qualifications, MGMP empowerment workshops and implementation of supervision. (2) Input, namely trying to become an institution that can help teachers sent by madrasas so that they have more ability in the 2013 Curriculum-based learning process. assignments in accordance with the demands of graduate competence, content, learning process, and 2013 curriculum assessment. (4) The product of the policy explains that the result is that the teacher has the ability to prepare syllabus, lesson plans, worksheets, teaching materials/materials, the media used in delivering material and the ability to compile an instrument for assessing student learning outcomes based on the 2013 Curriculum.

This research aims to examine the development of Social Studies teaching materials for Islamic Elementary School (MI) based on Scientific Integration, determine the validity of the Social Studies teaching materials for MI based on Scientific Integration, assess the practicality of the Social Studies teaching materials for MI based on Scientific Integration, and evaluate the effectiveness of the Social Studies teaching materials for MI based on Scientific Integration. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The research procedure is based on the ADDIE research and development design. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentary studies. Data management and analysis use both quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the development of Social Studies teaching materials for MI based on scientific integration is carried out through the stages of analyzing the needs of the lecture, developing initial product, conducting product trials, revising the product, and producing a product that supports the implementation of lectures at PGMI FITK UIN-SU Medan. The Social Studies teaching materials for MI based on scientific integration, consisting of Syllabus (RPS), Teaching Book, and Student Worksheet (LKM), are found to be valid for use in the implementation of lectures in the PGMI FITK UIN-SU Medan program. Additionally, these teaching materials are practical and effective for use in the implementation of lectures in the PGMI FITK UIN-SU Medan program.

This study aims to analyze the management of teacher professional development at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri throughout Langkat Regency. This study used a multi-site qualitative method where data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Management of Teacher Professionalism Development in State Madrasah Aliyah throughout Langkat Regency is directed at efforts to develop teacher professionalism in the form of increasing expertise, and skills, broadening horizons, coaching carried out on the initiative and in collaboration with the regional government and the District Ministry of Religion. Langkat through planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating activities contained in various forms of activities, including K-13 socialization training and the covid curriculum, computer training, MGMP, supervision, making efforts for teachers to attend seminars, workshops, also seeking to add to the collection of books -books in the library.

University is one of national education sub system. University has very important function as Tri Dharma of University. There are education, research and community development like noted at UU no. 20 at 2003 about National education System. Characteristic of University in Indonesia must have: 1) student need, national priority, and economic development, 2) effective and give contribution to social and state, 3) fund support and innovation to get quality, 4) research for national development, 5) access for development and technology, 6) moral power to social democratic. So, university must have institutional credibility. The system must have accountability, efficiency and quality graduation, and standardization internal management.

This research needs to be done to determine the extent to which the program is implemented effectively so that the committee can take effective measures to improve, maintain, or improve performance. In addition, this research is necessary because since the implementation of the teacher certification program in the city of Bekasi have so far not been evaluated. The research was conducted through a recording situation occurs in the context of the issues discussed through observation, interviews, and documentation study then the results are grouped into three components, namely (1) antecedent (2) Taransactions, and (3) Outcome. Phase antecedent except in accordance with the evaluation criteria on the availability of the document cabinets, imprecision of time collecting and verifying data format validation implementation. Phase transactions are in accordance with the criteria established except on receipt of Learning Module. Phase Outcomes in accordance with the all evaluation criteria.

Islam is the perfect religion that regulates all aspects of human life, including aspects of education. Education is one of the essential needs of man, because through education, people will be able to develop their potentials towards a better life. In the conception of Islam, the main function of educational institution isÂ as a medium of education realization in order to realize servitude to Allah and to develop any talents or potential people in accordance with their respective trends. In the Islamic view, everything must be done neatly, correctly, orderly and organized. The process must be followed properly. Something should not be done carelessly. In this case, the STAI Al-Hidayah Bogor set the vision and mission as an institution of higher education which is based on the concept and practice of sharia in its management which includes kinds of activities, like planning, supervision, organization, evaluation, and so on. This articel is striving to explain the concept and its implementation of education management sharia-based in accordance with studies at STAI Al-Hidayah Bogor. Through this paper is expected to provide knowledge about the concept and model of education management approach to the implementation of sharia in Islamic educational institutions. This study is adescriptive qualitative research methods. The writer restricts the research objects in to the concept and implementation of Islamic-based education management in STAI Al-Hidayah, obtained through a reviewof the relevant reference works of writers before, and observations and interview sconcerning management officers of STAI Al-Hidayah Bogor. The sources of secondary data obtained from books, papers or article general managementand management education that Islamic approach. In-depth study has concluded important basic concepts, namely the concept of implementing Sharia-Based Management in STAI Al-Hidayah Bogor, implemented starting from the planning, organizing, directing, monitoring and evaluation, through the official rules in the regulation of the management of STAI Al-Hidayah has based and adapted to Islamic rule, although it is still much that needs to be refined in the details of its implementation. The writer invites, the Muslim community should give greater attention to the management of educationat every step of its implementation in order to remain committed in the corridor and Islamic guidance, as many practices exemplified by the Prophet MuhammadÂ Kata kunci: manajemen pendidikan, syarâ€™ah, STAI Al-Hidayah Bogor

This study aims to explain how the personality development of students through an Islamic counseling approach at the Ma'had Darul Istiqomah Islamic boarding school, Padang Sidempuan. As a formulation of the problem how to plan the personality development of students, the implementation of personality development of students, and how to evaluate the personality development of students. This type of research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Sources of field data are in the form of primary data and secondary data. Collecting research data using observation techniques, interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The data validity techniques consist of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The conclusions in this study are: first, the planning of student personality development consists of: identifying forms of student delinquency, factors causing student delinquency, efforts to handle student delinquency. Second, the implementation of student personality development through an Islamic counseling approach including: coaching the personality of students through moral development, congregational prayers, sunnah fasting, tadarus Qur'an and social activities. Third, the evaluation of the personality development of students includes cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Evaluation of the psychomotor domain is the part that gets the most attention in the personality development process because it is closely related to practice, namely the participation of students in carrying out personality development activities.
