Anak dengan retardasi mental perlu peningkatan diri dalam kemampuan perawatan sehari-hari atau daily living activity. Pelaksanaan perawatan sehari-hari perlu dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan dan perlu dukungan dari berbagai pihak untuk peningkatan kemampuan motoric kasar dan halus. Salah satunya dengan teknik permainan untuk membantu peningkatan kemampuan dirinya. Metode dari pelaksanaan ini adalah menggunakan dua tahap. Tahap pertama dengan penilaian kemampuan kemudian tahap kedua dengan perkembangan perilaku adaptif. Sasaran dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah seluruh anak dengan retardasi mental di SLB Negeri 2 Singaraja. Pelaksanaan ini dibantu oleh berbagai pihak meliputi Kepala Sekolah, Guru dan mahasiswa untuk melaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat. Mengukur kegiatan anak dengan penilaian kuesioner vineland social maturity scale (VSMS). Hasil dari pengabdian dimulai ditemukan bahwa anak dengan retardasi mental sedang ringan bisa melakukan aktifitasnya perawatan sehari-hari semakin meningkat. Sedangkan anak dengan retardasi mental berat masih belum mengalami perubahan dalam perawatan diri sehari-hari melalui teknik bermain. Cuci tangan merupakan satu hal yang penting dilakukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk tetap menjaga kebersihan. Tidak terkecuali pada siswa sekolah dasar dengan disabilitas. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi kepada siswa disabilitas dan siswa regular yang masuk dalam sekolah inklusi dalam hal cuci tangan yang baik dan benar. Metode pelaksanaan dari pengabdian ini adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Perencanaan dimulai dari pemilihan masalah dan sasaran yang dilakukan pengabdian adalah siswa SD N 2 Bengkala kelas 1-6 sebanyak 56 orang siswa inklusi dan reguler. Pelaksanaan dimulai dari pembuatan wastafel cuci tangan kemudian memberikan informasi teknik cuci tangan yang benar dan waktu cuci tangan yang baik. Setelah itu melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi. Ditemukan bahwa siswa mulai perlahan mengalami perubahan kebiasaan, dimana siswa selalu mencuci tangan setiap sebelum dan sesudah masuk kelas dan makan sesuatu. Selain itu teknik cuci tangan yang dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan anjuran WHO. Kesimpulannya bahwa pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini efektif dilakukan untuk mengubah kebiasaan siswa dan perilaku siswa untuk melakukan cuci tangan yang baik dan benar. Background: Pregnant woman are one the of the populations at risk of contracting HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B, and Syphiis. More than 90% of chidren who have HIV, Syphilis and Hepatitis B infections, are infected their mothers. Efforts are needed to break the chain of transmissions examination. Purpose: to educate pregnant women about the Triple Elimination examination. The methods used in this activity are lectures, pretest-postest, discussions, and counseling. Results: there is an increase in knowledge between before and after counseling is given. Conclusion: counseling activities about triple elimination examination in pregnant women can increase pregnant women's knowledge about blood tests during pregnancy. This activity also contributes to the success of government programs in preventing danger signs during pregnancy.

Background: Children have become active consumers where many gadget products with various applications have made children their target market. Purpose: The purpose of the study to find out the impact of giving gadgets to children under five in Patemon Village, Seririt District. Methode: qualitative description, selected 5 respondents, 1 of them as key informant. Result: children under five in Patemon Village experienced symptoms of gadget addiction. This is due to the lack of time for parents for their children to play together. Conclusion: The impact that can occur when giving toddlers gadgets earlier is that children will tantrum if their cellphones are taken, there are disturbances in the sense of vision, children tend to shut themselves up when playing gadgets and parents' time with children is quite minimal.

Pendahuluan: Kontrasepsi IUD (Intra Uterine Device) atau AKDR adalah suatu alat atau benda yang dimasukkan ke dalam rahim yang sangat efektif, reversible dan berjangka panjang, dapat dipakai oleh semua perempuan usia reproduktif, dengan tujuan kontrasepsi atau usaha pencegahan kehamilan (Handayani, 2010). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Tingkat Pengetahuan dan Sikap Ibu Tentang Penggunaan Metode: Kontrasepsi Dalam Rahim (IUD) pada akseptor KB Di Wilayah Puskesmas Seririt I. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, mengggunakan desain cross sectional yaitu yang mengetahui variabel dependen dan variabel independen secara simultan (dalam waktu bersamaan). Besaran sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 52. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis univariat dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil: analisis menunjukkan karakteristik responden sebagian besar orang sebanyak 50 orang (96,1%) berumur 20-35 tahun. Pendidkan responden paling tinggi yaitu tingkat SMA sebanyak 29 orang (55,8%). Dari 52 responden, sebanyak 32 orang (61,5%) masuk kategori paritas 1-2. Pekerjaan responden sebagian besar bekerja yaitu sebanyak 40 orang (76,9%). Kemudian penggunaan metode kontrasepsi IUD kategori rendah sebanyak 27 orang(51,9%), sebanyak 34 orang (65,4%) memiliki pengetahuan kurang, sebanyak 32 orang (61,5%) memiliki sikap negatif terhadap metode kontrasepsi dalam Rahim. Kesimpulan: peneliti selanjutnya meningkatkan hasil penelitian dengan menambahkan variabel dependen sehingga diperoleh hasil penelitian yang lebih lengkap.

Introduction: The problem of bullying is a matter of serious concern not only for those who are victims, but also a big problem for all parties. The tremendous impact of bullying will occur on the perpetrators and victims. The perpetrator will have a strong character and feel that he has power, the victim of bullying will feel anxious, and it can increase towards depression which can end in suicide. Seeing the impact that is likely to occur as well as research data, it is hoped that if students know about bullying in adolescents then all possible risks can be prevented as early as possible so that it can reduce the number of bullying in adolescents. Methods: This research uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design where the approach used is the pretest-posttest one group design. The sampling technique uses a nonprobability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling technique. Results: The level of knowledge of respondents before being given education to respondents with less knowledge was 47.06%, while 32.35% was sufficient and 20.59% lacking. The level of knowledge of respondents after being given education, good knowledge was 79.41%, 20.59% was sufficient and no one had less knowledge. Meanwhile, based on statistical analysis, it is found that if the p value = 0.000 (p <0.005), the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Conclusion: There is an effect of providing education on increasing respondents' knowledge of bullying.

Background: The current Covid-19 pandemic greatly affects the condition of pregnant women, especially when they are about to face childbirth. Attention and support from the closest people, especially husbands, are very helpful in overcoming the anxiety experienced by pregnant women in facing childbirth in the Covid-19 era. Purpose: of this study was to determine the relationship between husband support and the attitude of third trimester pregnant women towards readiness to face childbirth during the Covid 19 pandemic at the Gerokgak I Primary Health Care. Method: used is quantitative analysis with a cross sectional approach using primary data with a data collection instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 134 respondents where the sampling technique used is the Non Probability Sampling technique with the purposive sampling method conducted from September to November 2021. at the Grokgak I Primary Health Care. Results: showed p value <0.05, which means ha is accepted and h0 is rejected. Conclusion: obtained is that there is a relationship between husband's support and the attitude of pregnant women in the third trimester of readiness to face childbirth during the COVID-19 pandemic. Suggestions It is necessary to provide health information or health education to husbands of pregnant women about pregnancy support and readiness to face childbirth during the COVID-19 pandemic. and the role of midwives or other health workers to improve Communication, Information and Education (KIE) on how to deal with pregnancy and childbirth in pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Background: Pregnancy with less than 20 years of age is an important problem because it belongs to the high risk group. This is related to the increased risk of maternal complications during pregnancy and childbirth, as well as in the perinatal. From the preliminary study, the incidence of maternity mothers aged less than 20 years old at Buleleng Regency Hospital in 2021 was 7.3%. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to look at the picture of childbirth in mothers less than 20 years old. Method: This study used descriptive methods with a sample of all babies born to maternity mothers aged less than 20 years at Buleleng Regency Hospital for the period September - December 2021 as many as 236 study subjects. Results: The results of this study obtained an average maternal age of 17.2 years, an average gestational age of 36.9 weeks, an average birth weight of 2791.2 grams, a 1 minute 72% normal Apgar score, a 5-minute Apgar score of 76.7% normal, no incidence of congenital abnormalities, a stillbirth event of 4.2%, the distribution of events based on maternal age is more found in the mother's age is more found in the mother group aged 16-19 years. Conclusion: There are still many pregnancies in mothers less than 20 years old, there is no incidence of congenital abnormalities, still the incidence of stillbirth.
