Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial disiplin kerja, kepuasan dan motivasi pegawai Non ASN terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 39 responden yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik sampel jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Uji-f menghasilkan pengaruh secara simultan disiplin kerja, kepuasan dan motivasi pegawai Non ASN terhadap kinerja pegawai karena Fhitung (18,683) > Ftabel (2,87). Uji-t menghasilkan nilai thitung (3,048) > ttabel (2,028) sehingga disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, nilai thitung (4,003) > ttabel (2,028) sehingga kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan nilai thitung (2,330) > ttabel (2,028) sehingga motivasi juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Uji R2 menghasilkan nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,583, artinya sebesar 58,3% disiplin kerja,kepuasan dan motivasi pegawai Non ASN berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sedangkan 41,7% selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

As an effort to maintain the security of the Republic of Indonesia through the implementation of religious moderation, this community service activity aims to provide education on strengthening religious moderation to students at the Tahfidz and Alim RPYD Darul Khairat Islamic Boarding School, Sawit Rejo, Kutalimbaru, Deli Serdang. This activity was carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method to build understanding of tolerance and prevent potential disputes due to intolerance. As a result, this programme succeeded in strengthening the students' understanding of religious moderation and made the Islamic boarding school a institutional partner of the Syekh Abdul Halim Hasan Binjai Institute in the development of religious moderation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Google Chrome applications on students' learning independence, focusing on applications such as Google Docs, Google Classroom, and Google Meet. The method used is a literature review, by collecting and analyzing various relevant journal articles, books, and research reports published between 2014 and 2024. The results show that these applications make a significant contribution to supporting independent learning by providing tools for task management, collaboration, and flexible access to learning materials. Google Docs allows students to work collaboratively, while Google Classroom provides a platform for more structured learning management. Google Meet supports remote learning, allowing for in-person interaction between students and teachers. In addition, Google Chrome extensions such as PointerViz and Datasets2Tools enrich students' learning experience, allowing them to explore complex concepts independently. However, challenges related to privacy, data security, and cross-browser compatibility need to be addressed to maximize the use of these apps in support of self-paced learning. This study concludes that Google Chrome applications have great potential to increase learning independence, but there needs to be attention to technical and security aspects to support a more effective and safe learning experience.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama sebagai salah satu pondasi manusia dalam menjalani kehidupan di dunia agar setiap jalan yang ditempuh sesuai dengan tuntunan syariat, terlebih lagi pengetahuan agama yang saat ini sangat mudah diakses oleh siapa saja tanpa melihat apakah informasi tersebut benar atau salah. Pada posisi inilah perhatian orang tua dibutuhkan, orang tua harus menjadi aktif dan produktif serta memiliki ide dan terobosan dalam perkembangan pendidikan keagamaan anak. Dalam setiap waktu harus senantiasa mengawasi tentang hal-hal baru dalam pengetahuan keagamaan yang diperoleh oleh anak-anaknya, hal ini dilakukan untuk mencegah dan meminimalisir pemahaman-pemahaman yang tidak sesuai dengan tuntunan syariat Islam. Sosialisasi ini sekaligus memberikan pemahaman dan penguatan kepada orang tua tentang bagaimana status anak dalam pandangan ajaran Islam, bahwa anak merupakan tanggung jawab yang diberikan Allah SWT sebagai sebuah amanah dan akan diminta pertanggung jawaban dihadapan-Nya kelak tentang bagaimana orang tua dalam menjalankan amanah tersebut.Sosialisasi tentang bagaimana menjadi orang tua yang produktif dalam pendidikan keagamaan di keluarga adalah merupakan bagian dari upaya yang dilakukan dalam rangka untuk memberikan edukasi dan pengetahuan kepada orang tua tentang pentingnya mengikuti perkembangan anak dalam persoalan keagamaan, sama kita ketahui bahwa saat ini dengan kemajuan teknologi menjadikan sebuah kemudahan berbagai informasi hadir ditengah-tengah masyarakat, tidak hanya dikalangan menengah ke atas saja, akan tetapi diseluruh lapisan masyarakat sudah menjadikan teknologi sebagai salah satu kebutuhan setiap harinya. Oleh karena itu perhatian orang tua dalam melihat perkembangan anak adalah menjadi sangat penting untuk dilakukan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the term physical education in the book of Sahih al-Bukhari, analyze the material of physical education in the book of Sahih al-Bukhari, and analyze the relevance of physical education in the book of Sahih al-Bukhari to contemporary Islamic education. This research method is a library research type. The results of the study show that there are a number of hadiths that explicitly or implicitly reflect the attention of the Prophet Muhammad. on physical education, namely hadith numbers 5649, 2684, 3122, 403, 2655, 2658, 6791, 5055, 3925, 1699, 6781 and 2920. Physical education by maintaining diet is found in hadith numbers 4959, 631, 5043, 5153 and 3893. Physical education with natural medicine is found in hadith numbers 5252, 854, 5807 and 1804. The material on sports education in the book of Sahih al-Bukhari, includes various types of relevant physical activities, such as wrestling, archery, horse riding, throwing. The material on physical education through natural medicine also contains several health practices taught by the Prophet Muhammad, such as the recommendation to drink honey, qailulah. The relevance of physical education in the book of Sahih al-Bukhari to contemporary Islamic education shows that the values ​​and practices of physical education in the hadiths of Sahih al-Bukhari are still very applicable today.

Abstract

This community service program was conducted to enhance the competitiveness of halal MSMEs in Binjai Baru Village, Datuk Tanah Datar District, Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatera Province, Indonesia, through three key interventions: halal certification awareness, digital marketing training, and creative branding workshops. The primary issues faced by MSMEs in this area include a limited understanding of halal certification procedures, low utilization of digital platforms for promotion, and weak brand identity, which affects product attractiveness. The program’s implementation method consisted of preparation, execution, and evaluation stages involving field observation, awareness sessions, hands-on digital marketing practice, and branding assistance. The results indicate a significant improvement in the participants’ understanding of the benefits of halal certification, their ability to use social media for product promotion, and their initial skills in designing brand identities and product packaging. The participants demonstrated high enthusiasm and were able to gradually apply the materials provided. Overall, this program successfully strengthened the legal, digital marketing, and branding capacities of local MSMEs, forming a solid foundation for enhancing sustainable competitiveness in the halal industry.

Abstract

Misconceptions at the elementary school level represent a serious cognitive barrier in establishing students' scientific foundations. This article aims to map the science concept areas most prone to misconceptions and analyze the effectiveness of remediation strategies based on scientific publications from 2015–2024. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 10 core articles screened using the Publish or Perish application. The analysis reveals that misconceptions predominantly occur in abstract topics such as force and motion, electrical circuits, and photosynthesis. The primary causes include students' intuitive preconceptions, conventional teaching methods, and ambiguous textbook illustrations. These findings confirm that remediation strategies based on the Conceptual Change Model (CCM) and Predict-Observe-Explain (POE), integrated with immersive technologies (AR, virtual simulations, and gamification), are proven most effective in correcting students' cognitive structures. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of routinely using diagnostic instruments to detect misconceptions at an early stage.

Abstract

Character education is an important aspect in the world of education because it plays a role in shaping the personality, morals, and ethics of students. However, the reality of modern education today tends to emphasize the achievement of cognitive aspects, so that spiritual values ​​are often neglected. This condition has the potential to cause a character crisis in students, therefore this study aims to examine the concept of spiritual intelligence as a basis for student character development according to Imam Al-Ghazali and its relevance in the context of modern education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library study method. Data sources are obtained from various literature in the form of scientific journals related to spiritual intelligence, character education and Imam Al-Ghazali's thoughts. Then explained using content analysis techniques to systematically identify and interpret relevant concepts. The study's findings indicate that spiritual intelligence plays a key role in shaping students' character, as it integrates intellectual and emotional intelligence with moral values ​​and divine awareness. According to Imam al-Ghazali, character formation centers on cultivating the heart (qalb) through the process of takziyatun nafs (obedience to God), which fosters noble morals such as shiddiq (honesty), istiqomah (steadfastness), fatanah (trustworthiness), amanah (trustworthiness), and tabligh (discipline). These findings confirm that character education based on spiritual intelligence can shape students' character in a more profound, stable, and sustainable manner. Therefore, integrating spiritual intelligence into education is a relevant approach to addressing the challenges of the moral crisis in education.
