Abstract

This research investigates how Syariah Bank evaluates consumer financing customers using a scoring system to ensure appropriate assessments for financing approvals. By analyzing customer eligibility, the bank aims to minimize financing risks, enhance efficiency, and maintain stability, which can lead to increased consumer financing. The study uses descriptive qualitative methods to gather data through observation, interviews, and case studies at a Syariah Bank in Medan City. Findings emphasize the importance of assessing customer suitability for the effective functioning of the bank's financing system. The study identifies civil servant employees with salaries deposited in the bank as preferred candidates for consumptive financing. A well-implemented scoring system can reduce bad debt risks and boost customer confidence in financing transparency. Additionally, it encourages future studies to create more adaptive scoring models in response to evolving consumer behavior and economic conditions. Public interest statements This study's results are expected to significantly contribute to the banking sector, especially in improving the effectiveness of customer eligibility assessment through a scoring system. With proper implementation, this system can minimize the risk of bad debts and increase customer confidence in the transparency and accuracy of financing assessments. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of trader relocation, market infrastructure, and Islamic business ethics on consumer decisions and satisfaction at Pasar Baru Mandailing Natal. The research methods used involved surveys, interviews, and path analysis. Research findings show that trader relocation, supported by adequate infrastructure and the application of Islamic business ethics, together create a better trading environment and positively influence consumer decisions and satisfaction. The results of path analysis show that these three factors interact with each other and contribute to shaping consumer perceptions and behavior. The practical implications of this research include the importance of effective communication during the relocation process, sustainable investment in market infrastructure, the implementation of Islamic business ethics as a standard, and a holistic approach to market management.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe development of green business-based home businesses is rare due to a lack of understanding of the meaning of protecting nature and a lack of skills in processing it. A green business-based home business product is a business that starts from the selection of raw materials and the production process to a product that will not damage the environment. In other words, the raw materials for manufacture are natural waste products that are processed and utilized to become an economic value to increase family income. The research objective is to determine the development of green business-based home-based businesses in Deli Serdang on their income level. The researcher used a qualitative method by going directly to the field to conduct observations and interviews with each business owner at four different places of business. The result of this research is that developing a green home-based home-based business by utilizing natural raw materials can generate family or community income. Even so, protecting wildlife is not just the responsibility of every business owner but a shared responsibility for the benefit of individuals and groups.ABSTRAK Pengembangan usaha rumahan yang berbasis green business saat ini jarang ditemui dikarenakan, kurangnya pemahaman tentang arti menjaga alam dan juga kurangnya ketrampilan dalam mengolahnya. Produk usaha rumahan berbasis green business adalah sebuah bisnis yang mulai dari pemilihan bahan baku, proses produksi hingga menjadi suatu produk tidak akan merusak lingkungan atau dengan kata lain bahan baku pembuatannya merupakan hasil limbah alam yang diolah dan dimanfaatkan menjadi suatu nilai ekonomi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengembangan usaha rumahan berbasis green business di Deli Serdang terhadap tingkat pendapatannya. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu dengan terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk melakukan observasi dan wawancara kepada setiap pemilik usaha tersebut pada 4 tempat usaha yang berbeda-beda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan usaha rumahan berbasis green business dengan memanfaatkan bahan baku yang berasal dari alam ini mampu membangkitkan pendapatan keluarga ataupun masyarakat. Meskipun begitu menjaga alam bukan sekedar tanggung jawab setiap pemilik usaha tetapi tanggung jawab bersama-sama untuk kepentingan individu maupun kelompok.

Abstract

This research was conducted with research objectives, among others, namely to examine the effect of compensation and work experience on the performance of employees of PT. Duta Asia Fasfik Abadi and to examine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Duta Asia Fasfik Abadi and to examine the effect of work experience on employee performance at PT. Duta Asia Fasfik Abadi. The analytical method that I use in analyzing the data is qualitative where this method is used by using activity data that already exists in the field for the sake of drawing conclusions about the company data of PT. ABADI ASIA FASIFIK ABADI, namely by comparing the existing literature references with reality. Which is where the frozen fish service at the company PT. Duta Asia Pacific Abadi is more dominant in fish products because marine products are dominant in fish products as for various types of frozen fish ranging from Ogak, Terisi, Bloat Fish, Sembak, Cincaru, and many more. Not only fish, this fish company also accepts squid freezing service although not too much compared to fish. The results showed that the processing of freezing fish has several stages that must be carried out specifically by each employee, including receiving raw materials, weighing, washing 1, holding, washing 2, preparation in long pan, freezing, storage. While the weakness is in the management of the packaging design, it is still not attractive, there is no special label for PT. Asia Pacific Ambassador Eternal. The fish freezing service at the fish company is Rp. 600-, per pack.

Abstract

At this time, very many foreign products, especially food,enter Indonesia, according to the BPS, imports of consumer goods in 2021 have increased by 20,182.8 million US dollars. With the increase in the number of imported goods, it affects consumer behavior regarding consumption of goods so that consumer interest in imported products increases. However, the circulation of imported products are still many products that do not have a halal label on the packaging and certainly not guaranteed halal. This study aims to determine how the influence of halal literacy factors, halal labels, and product quality on purchasing decisions of imported products. This study uses a quantitative approach with questionnaire data collection techniques distributed to 75 respondents who are students majoring in Islamic economics UIN North Sumatra. This study used a moderated regression analysis method with the help of SPSS 22. The results of this study showed that the variable halal literacy significant effect on purchasing decisions worth 0.049 < 0.05. Variable halal label significant effect on purchasing decisions worth 0.036 < 0.05. Product quality variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions worth 0.023 < 0.05. Religiosity was able to moderate the influence of halal literacy on purchasing decisions worth 0.037 < 0.05. Religiosity was able to moderate the influence of halal labels on purchasing decisions worth 0.023 < 0.05. And religiosity was able to moderate the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions worth 0.035 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at how Islamic business ethics are being implemented in Islamic laundry services, using Tarim Laundry Syariah Johor as an example. Islamic business ethics plays a crucial part in the operation of businesses, especially laundry services. The descriptive qualitative research method was utilized, along with interview techniques, to gather information from company actors about the washing process, price transparency, and customer service. The findings revealed that Tarim Laundry Syariah is extremely concerned with honesty (As-Sidq) in protecting the sanctity of customer clothing and price transparency. Laundry Syariah can develop a healthy and mutually beneficial relationship with clients by committing to maintaining responsibility (Al-Amanah). Tarim Laundry Syariah always prioritizes a fair attitude (al-'adl) when dealing with consumers. Tarim Laundry Syariah is committed to employing environmentally friendly goods out of concern for the environment, or tazkiyah. Customers who receive good service (Ihsan) not only obtain what they need, but they also feel deeply satisfied since they interacted with a business that operates on strong ethical standards.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure how much electric vehicles have an impact on state budget savings on fuel subsidies in Indonesia, This study uses a quantitative method of a simple linear regression model in this study using data on electric vehicles and fuel subsidies from 2020-2022 with data sources from Katadata, from the results of this study there are results that have a positive effect on electric vehicles on state budget savings, with an influence of 93%. Because electric vehicles do not need to be subsidized because the charging cost is very cheap, and the budget from this fuel subsidy can be diverted to fundamental things, such as the progress of Infrastructure, Education and Health. And the per capita income of the Indonesian people will increase because their expenses for commuting are saved by 70 percent by using electric vehicles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kontribusi kepemimpinan otentik, budaya organisasi, dan inovasi terhadap kinerja tinggi dan kinerja perusahaan. High performance sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PTPN 4 PKS Ajamu dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode SEM dan melibatkan 90 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan otentik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tinggi (estimasi = 0,324; p = 0,027) dan kinerja perusahaan (estimasi = 0,463; p = 0,007). Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan (estimasi = 0,439; p < 0,001), tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap inovasi maupun kinerja tinggi. High performance tidak berpengaruh signifikan sebagai mediasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kepemimpinan otentik dan budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan, serta memberikan wawasan bagi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di sektor agribisnis.

Abstract

Banking adoption in rural communities, specifically in the Batang Kuis area. The results of data analysis indicate that perceived profit and security are the dominant factors encouraging e-banking adoption among the rural community in Batang Kuis. This research contributes to the existing literature by aligning with Utility Theory and TAM Theory , which posits that perceived benefits and actual benefits are key drivers of individual technology adoption. Based on these findings, this study recommends improving security measures, enhancing financial literacy through education programs, and improving infrastructure in rural areas to foster greater e-banking adoption. This necessitates collaboration between financial institutions and government agencies. However, this research has limitations, including a limited sample size and a restricted scope of variables. Future research could expand the sample and incorporate a wider range of variables for a more comprehensive understanding of e-banking adoption in rural settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepercayaan, Harga dan Ease of Use Terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif Produk Halal Pada Pengguna E-commerce. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis data bersifat kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan dan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan SPSS for windows. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Ekonomi Islam UIN Sumatera Medan, penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga didapatkan 100 sampel untuk penelitian ini dan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling yaitu penentuan sampel dilakukan secara sengaja dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria responden. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah variabel independent (X) juga Variabel dependent (Y), ada 3 variabel independent kepercayaan (X1), Harga (X2), Ease Of Use (X3) sedangkan variabel dependent perilaku konsumtif produk halal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian data yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepercayaan dan Harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif produk halal, sedangkan variabel Ease of Use berpengaruh negatife dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumstif produk halal. Namun berdasarkan hasil uji F variabel bebas secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat
