Abstract

School supervisors, as one of the key figures in educational development, are responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of education and teaching in schools. Enhancing the quality of education and teaching in schools is not an easy task. As mandated by the Indonesian Minister of National Education Regulation No. 12 of 2007 concerning school supervisor standards, supervisors are obliged to carry out their supervisory duties in accordance with these regulations. Specifically, supervisory services, as one of their competencies, aim to foster cooperation among personnel so that everyone collectively moves towards achieving educational goals through their willingness to carry out their respective duties efficiently and effectively. Another factor influencing teacher performance at SMP Subrayon 07 Rawapitu, Tulang Bawang Regency, is teacher discipline. The school administration also plays a role in managing teachers to ensure compliance with all rules and norms established by the school, thereby promoting disciplined and effective teaching performance. However, a notable phenomenon at SMP Subrayon 07 Rawapitu is the tardiness of some teachers, indicating a decline in teacher discipline within the institution. Teacher performance and achievement reflect the outcomes achieved by individuals in fulfilling their assigned tasks, based on their competence, experience, dedication, and time management. This study employs a quantitative descriptive research approach, with 32 research respondents. The study examines three variables: two independent variables (X1 and X2) and one dependent variable (Y). Abstract

Sustainable village development requires an integrated approach between strengthening the productive sector and meeting the basic needs of the community. Munjuk Sempurna Village, South Lampung Regency, has great potential in the agricultural sector and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly the local food-based snack industry. However, the development of these two sectors still faces major obstacles in the form of limited access to irrigation water and weak MSME business capacity. This article aims to examine the integration of borehole development as a source of irrigation water for rice fields with the development of rengginang MSMEs as a strategy to improve the welfare of the village community. The methods used include field surveys, observations, interviews with farmers and MSME actors, and documentation of activities. The results of the activities show that the construction of bore wells can increase planting intensity and agricultural productivity, while strengthening local food-based MSMEs has the potential to increase household income. The integration of these two programs contributes to improving food security, empowering the community economically, and promoting village independence.

Abstract

Community-based infrastructure development is a participatory approach that encourages active community involvement in the planning, implementation, and supervision of development. However, the success of this approach is highly dependent on the competence of the human resources involved. This community service activity aims to improve the technical and managerial competence of human resources in managing village-scale infrastructure development. The implementation methods include needs identification, simple construction technical training, project human resource management training, assistance in preparing the Budget Plan (RAB), and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the activity show an increase in participants' understanding of technical planning, quality control, labor management, and budget management transparency. This competency strengthening has resulted in increased effectiveness and quality of self-reliant development implementation. This activity has practical implications in the form of an integrated training model combining civil engineering and human resource management approaches that can be replicated in other regions to support participatory, accountable, and sustainable village development.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of human resource quality and education & training on employee achievement at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Pesisir Barat District. Using a quantitative approach, the research employed a census method with 44 employees as respondents. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed with multiple regression, including validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The findings reveal that, simultaneously, human resource quality and education & training significantly affect employee achievement. However, partial analysis indicates that education & training exerts a stronger influence compared to human resource quality. The study contributes by highlighting the strategic role of continuous training programs in enhancing public sector performance, particularly in local government institutions in Indonesia. Theoretically, this research enriches discussions on human capital and training effectiveness, while practically, it provides recommendations for public managers to prioritize structured and sustainable training interventions.   Keywords: human resource quality, education and training, employee achievement, public sector
