Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan model pembelajaran berbasis teks di SMP/Mts Alkairaat Ambon. Subjek penelitian adalah Guru Bahasa Indonesia di SMP/Mts Alkairaat Ambon yang berjumlah 5 orang guru. Tipe penelitian adalah penelitian deskritif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu one group pre-test and post-test design. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini antara lain; (1) instrumen tes, dalam hal ini untuk mengukur penguasaan pedagogik sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. (2) angket respon guru, untuk melihat respon guru terhadap perlakuan yang digunakan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mendeskripsikan data apa adanya dalam bentuk persentase dan menjelaskan data atau kejadian dengan kalimat-kalimat penjelasan secara kualitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain: analisis deskriptif kualitatif meliputi: hasil tes penguasaan pedagogik dan respon guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa :1) Penguasaan pedagogik sebanyak 80% guru mengalami peningkatan berkategori sedang ketika diberikan perlakuan, dan 20% guru mengalami peningkatan penguasaan pedagogik kategori tinggi. 2) Rata-rata nilai presentase ketercapaian respon guru terhadap pelatihan pedagogik melalui pemanfaatan pembelajaran berbasis teks sebesar 78.4%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan secara umum bahwa kompetensi pedagogik mengalami peningkatan melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan model pembelajaran berbasis teks di SMP/Mts Alkairaat Ambon.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bentuk dan makna deiksis dalam percakapan di media sosial whatsapp pada grup mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pattimura Ambon. Data penelitian berupa kata-kata yang mengandung jenis deiksis yaitu deiksis persona, deiksis tempat, deiksis waktu, deiksis wacana dan deiksis sosial. Sumber data diperoleh dari percakapan pada grup Whatsapp mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pattimura Ambon. Data dianalisis dengan 3 tahap yaitu: membaca, memahami, dan mencatat percakapan dengan menggunakan tabel penyangga, mengklasifikasi, dan menganalisis data berdasarkan bentuk dan makna dalam percakapan di media sosial whatsapp pada grup mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pattimura Ambon. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat jenis deiksis persona berjumlah 8 data, deiksis tempat berjumlah 2 data, deiksis waktu berjumlah 19 data, deiksis wacana berjumlah 6 data dan deiksis sosial berjumlah 13 data. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan teknik pemerikasaan keabsahan data melalui triangulasi sumber data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan penyalahgunaan kekuasaan dalam novel Korupsi karya Tahar Ben Jelloun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data penelitian ini adalah data tulis berupa kata dan kalimat yang mengandung persoalan penyalahgunaan kekuasaan, sedangkan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Korupsi karya Tahar Ben Jelloun. menginterpretasi data secara deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat bentuk-bentuk penyalahgunaan kekuasaan dalam novel Korupsi karya Tahar Ben Jelloun yaitu: (1) penggelapan uang; (2) penyuapan; (3) korupsi; (4) pemerasan; (5) kemerosotan moral; (6) hegemoni kelas sosial; (7) marginalitas; dan (8) resistensi. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah 1) hegemoni yang terjadi pada novel ini tidak hanya sebatas dominasi kekuasaan suatu kelas sosial, tetapi juga terjadi atas dasar untuk perubahan; 2) hegemoni kekuasaan kelas sosial pada novel Korupsi adalah penindasan oleh kelas penguasa terhadap kaum subaltern; 3) hegemoni moral merupakan sikap untuk melindungi diri; 4) marginalitas dalam novel Korupsi, yaitu pendiskriminasian terhadap orang-orang miskin.

Abstract

This investigation is conducted due to the identification of gender inequality issues in the novel Cinta 24 Jam. This work by Andrei Aksana examines the development of gender inequality. Construction is an endeavor that forges connections among persons or organizations and engenders a reality that is subjectively possessed and experienced. The concept of construction in the novel Cinta 24 Jam pertains to the portrayal of gender discrimination against women as depicted through the characters within the narrative. This study aims to delineate the formation of gender inequality in Andrei Aksana's novel Cinta 24 Jam. The theoretical advantages of this research may enhance the advancement of theories within literary studies. This research yields advantageous outcomes for readers and offers varied viewpoints on the discourse around Indonesian literary works predominantly authored by women, particularly those addressing topics intrinsic to women's experiences. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research methodology. This study's data consists of words, phrases, and sentences pertaining to the construction of gender injustice in the novel Cinta24Jam by Andrei Aksana. The data source for this study is the novel Cinta 24 Jam by Andrei Aksana, published by PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama in September 2005. This study included library and recording approaches for data collection. The analytical technique is outlined as follows: (1) Diligently and systematically reading the novel Cinta24Jam by Andrei Aksana; (2) identifying and categorizing data; (3) documenting all data identification and classification outcomes on data cards; (4) recognizing concerns related to the construction of gender inequality; and (5) formulating conclusions. The researcher employed theory triangulation to verify the data's validity. This research concludes that the gender inequality in the novel Cinta24Jam by Andrei Aksana is portrayed through marginalization, subordination, and violence against women.

Abstract

Education is a crucial determinant for the advancement of human existence, particularly in cultural and formal contexts. Formal education is an educational institution that enhances the quality of the teaching and learning process. In this context, poetry entails the composition of literary works characterized by succinct, rich, and aesthetically pleasing language, employing innovative phrasing, tangible expressions, artistic components, and human emotions articulated through rhythmic and emotive language. Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve abilities writing rhymes using the Discoveri Learning model for class VII-I students at SMP Kristen 1 West Leihitu. This research design uses classroom action research (PTK). Classroom action research is an examination of activities that are deliberately created and occur in a class. The learning model used in this research uses the Discovery Learning model. This research data was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely the planning stage, action implementation, observation stage, and reflection stage. Form the results of data analysis carried out on students in class VII-I of SMP Kristen 1 West Leihitu, using the discovery learning model can improve their ability to write rhymes. This can be seen from the increase in test results each cycle. The average score for the ability to write rhymes in the cycle is 65, after implementing the discovery learning model. It turned out that the implementation of the cycle II showed an increase in students ability to write pantun with an average score of 78, because the learning outcomes had met the criteria, namely 85.5%, so the research took place in two cycles.

Abstract

This study addresses the persistent problem of low summary writing abilities among secondary school students. The research aimed to improve the ability to write summaries of observation report texts (LHO) through implementing the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model among Class VII-A students at SMP Kristen 1 Seram Barat. The study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) methodology with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, questionnaires, and assignments. The research was conducted over two cycles, focusing on four key aspects: main ideas identification, text structure, diction, and Indonesian spelling (EYD). The study involved 32 Class VII-A students (16 male and 16 female students). Results demonstrated that the PBL model effectively improved students' summary writing abilities, with scores meeting the minimum competency standard of 72. Student performance showed significant improvement from Cycle I (average score of 60) to Cycle II (average score of 80), indicating good category achievement. The findings suggest that the problem-based learning model is particularly effective for teaching observation report text summarization skills in Indonesian secondary education contexts.

Abstract

An effective learning method is essential for students to develop writing skills, particularly in poetry composition, which represents a crucial component of the Indonesian language curriculum. This study aims to enhance the poetry writing skills of Grade VIII-A students at SMP PGRI Belis, Teluk Waru District, East Seram Regency, through the implementation of the Example Non-Example Learning Model. Using Classroom Action Research (CAR) methodology, this study employed a cyclical process encompassing planning, execution, observation, and reflection across two cycles. The research involved 23 students (8 males and 15 females). Initial results from Cycle I revealed that 14 students (61%) had not achieved the Minimum Competency Criteria (MCC) of 70, while only 9 students (39%) met the criteria. Following the implementation of the example non-example learning model in Cycle II, significant improvement was observed: 20 students (87%) achieved the MCC, while only 3 students (13%) did not meet the criteria, resulting in an average score of 80.21, categorized as "Good" (B). The findings demonstrate that the example non-example learning model effectively enhances students' poetry writing skills by providing clear contrasts between effective and ineffective writing examples, thereby improving students' understanding of poetic elements, structure, and creative expression.
