Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effectiveness of digital application-based learning media in enhancing student learning outcomes in PAI subjects. A total of eleven studies were gathered and analyzed through SPSS 27 software. The research methodology employed was Meta-Analysis. Results indicated a notable improvement in learning outcomes, as the highest score before utilizing digital applications was 78.96, and the lowest was 44.69. Following the implementation of digital applications, the highest score rose to 91.84 and the lowest to 81.32. Statistical analyses, including paired sample t-test and correlation test, demonstrated a significant disparity in learning outcomes pre- and post-use digital applications, with a p-value <0.05. The findings suggest that digital applications effectively enhance students' learning outcomes, offering flexibility, interactivity, and appeal that heighten learner engagement.

Abstract

This study examines the application of differentiated learning to address challenges faced by non-Muslim students learning Arabic in the 11th-grade Science class at SMAN 11 Bandung. Differentiated learning, which adjusts teaching methods to students' readiness, interests, and learning profiles, was implemented to tackle linguistic and non-linguistic barriers in Arabic language acquisition. A qualitative case study method was employed, involving interviews, observations, and document analysis to collect data. Key findings indicate that non-Muslim students face difficulties in phonetics, vocabulary, and grammar, compounded by non-linguistic issues such as limited teaching materials and environmental distractions. Differentiated learning strategies—tailored content, processes, and products—helped mitigate these challenges by aligning teaching with individual needs. The study highlights the universal appeal of Arabic as a language and recommends employing differentiated learning to enhance inclusivity and learning outcomes in diverse classrooms. This approach provides a framework for educators to foster equitable learning opportunities, ensuring all students can thrive academically

Abstract

This study is motivated by the issue of low levels of moderate attitudes among university students. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Model in religious education at higher education institutions to enhance students' moderate attitudes. The research employs a Mixed Methods Research approach with a sequential explanatory design. The sample consists of 70 management students at Universitas Islam Nusantara. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Quantitative data analysis employs simple regression analysis, while qualitative data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the PBL model in religious education significantly influences the enhancement of students' moderate attitudes. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.001, which is less than the probability value of 0.05, and a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.234. This indicates that the contribution of the independent variable (PBL model in religious education) to the dependent variable (students' moderate attitudes) is 23.40%.

The increasing number of conflicts due to differences in cultural backgrounds necessitates the search for specific strategies to resolve these issues through various fields: social, political, cultural, economic, and educational. In this regard, multicultural education offers an alternative through the application of educational strategies and concepts based on the utilization of diversity in society, particularly in students such as ethnicity, culture, language, religion, social status, gender, ability, age, and race. In this study, the author uses library research, a series of activities related to library data collection methods. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of multicultural education can be carried out using the following strategies: curriculum development, improving the professional quality of educational staff, developing an educational management system, developing a higher education system, harmonizing public perceptions, instilling recognition (understanding) and appreciation for diversity (culture, ethnicity, race, religion, outlook on life, and so on), avoiding views that assume that one group is superior to another, and fostering and habituating a deliberative attitude.

Abstract

The complexity of the challenges posed by teaching staff who are not ready and do not understand multicultural education today has become a major obstacle, especially in the 4.0 era as it is today. In addition, materials and resources must be free from biases, such as social class, gender, ethnicity, religion, and urban bias. Thus, authors of sources, materials, need to use the perspective of multicultural education, democracy and human rights in Era 4.0 in terms of implementing Islamic education in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the urgency and reflection of multicultural education, democracy and human rights in Indonesia, where Islamic education today continues to experience its own complexities of challenges. The results of the study show that multicultural education can be implemented for teachers, leaders, school members and campus communities who have a multicultural attitude and have the ability to properly organize Islamic education in the era 4.0 which is full of challenges. This will also be a challenge, because schools in general cannot be separated from stereotypes and prejudices that stem from a sense of primordialism, ethnicity, religion and social class. There is the Islamic concept of Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin as a solution, and also a method of paying attention to the situation in the delivery of subject matter without disturbing the students' souls.
