Abstract

Information is important in carrying out an activity. Information technology is an important tool in supporting the performance of companies, both public and private, on a small, medium, or large scale. Information is expected to facilitate the work and achieve organizational goals. Information is an element that links management functions consisting of planning, operation, and control. Without information, a company will have difficulty in carrying out its operational activities. Therefore, to support the implementation of product and regular company information, a computerized system is needed. Employees can determine the progress of a company based on the performance of its employees. Generally, companies provide compensation in the form of bonuses to maintain a balance in the work ability of an employee to become more enthusiastic and responsible. In an effort to obtain complete and accurate data and information, the research method used to collect data and facts related to the problem discussed, field study research was carried out as a data collection technique. Based on the results of the analysis of hardware and software requirements, the proposed system design is declared technologically feasible and can be used. The system is designed using a web-based operational system, so that the resulting information can be accessed anytime and anywhere

Abstract

The competition between sports arena businesses today is very tight and few can survive. So it takes good management to survive. Apart from having complete availability and services, Aprida Sports Center does not yet have a good system in processing transaction data for its operational activities. So that there are often errors in booking data, payment transactions, and difficulties in making reports. This reason makes the writer interested in this research to evaluate the implementation of transaction data processing on the running system. The purpose of this research is to solve the problems that occur in the exiting conditions. The design of the sports arena management system uses PHP programming and MySql database to make it easier to apply. With the information system for managing the sports arena, customers, prospective customers, and owners can easily access the information about the field. The sports arena management information system is run as expected.

Abstract

Information is an important factor, which is very influential in realizing a dynamic business world and fast growing. Today's business world is developing along with technological advances, both in the service and non-service sectors. The Jakarta motor repair shop is a company engaged in motor vehicle repair services. The Jakarta motorbike repair shop is experiencing various problems in its operations, namely the slow processing of transaction data, reports and the absence of communication with customers to remind the routine maintenance of the vehicle. To solve existing problems and fulfill management's wishes, then an application that combines the concept of information systems is designed communication using short message service (SMS). This application system runs well, overcoming problems in workshop operations.can send vehicle routine maintenance schedule information to customers, expected to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

The current learning process at STMIK Swadharma Jakarta is still conventional, in other words, that the teaching and learning process between students and lecturers can only be carried out on the condition that a meeting between students and lecturers occurs in the class. If the meeting between students and lecturers does not occur, automatically the learning process cannot be carried out. In addition, the process of delivering knowledge is almost completely carried out in the classroom which causes the delivery of knowledge to be late if the meeting does not occur. This situation can clearly hamper the learning process at STMIK Swadharma Jakarta so that it can result in reduced student understanding of a subject matter. The research method used is field research with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. Research results In this e_learning application have 4 actors, namely Admin / BAAK, Lecturers, Students, and Leaders. Admin is responsible for managing and inputting master data such as user data, lecturer data, student data, andcourse data. In addition, the E_learning Admin / BAAK teaching and learningprocess also have an important role, namely in the process of inputting class data, course material data, and in the reporting process. Lecturers provide course materials, assignments, UTS, UAS, and also input grades. Students can download material files provided by the lecturer, do assignments, UTS, and UAS by uploading files. Meanwhile, the leader can access reports. The reports produced include: user reports, course reports, E_learning KBM reports.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is the process of measuring the organization in achieving the goals that have been set. Performance appraisal can also be interpreted as a periodic determination of the operational effectiveness of an organization, and its personnel, based on the vision, mission and organizational standards that have been previously set. HR management of a company greatly influences many aspects of determining the success of the work of the company. Performance appraisal is carried out between superiors and subordinates, looking at the work of employees in the last year. Employee performance appraisal at Toko Mas Citra still uses a manual system so that the files are not neatly arranged. The fuzzy method is used to get the best employee performance, with 5 criteria to produce the greatest value selected. This research is to design an employee performance appraisal application with a fuzzy method, to get a bonus. The designed system provides convenience in processing data, as well as preparing reports, sending performance appraisal information so that it is cost and time efficient.Penilaian kinerja merupakan proses pengukuran organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penilaian kinerja dapat juga diartikan sebagai penentuan secara periodik efektivitas operasional suatu organisasi, dan personilnya, berdasarkan visi, misi dan standar organisasi yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Pengelolaan SDM dari suatu perusahaan sangat mempengaruhi banyak aspek penentu keberhasilan kerja dari perusahaan tersebut. Penilaian kinerja dilakukan antara atasan dengan bawahan, melihat hasil kerja karyawan dalam setahun terakhir. Penilaian kinerja karyawan pada Toko Mas Citra masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga berkas-berkas file tidak tersusun secara rapi. Metode fuzzy digunakan dalam mendapatkan kinerja karyawan terbaik, dengan 5 kriteria untuk menghasilkan nilai terbesar yang terpilih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan metode fuzzy, untuk mendapatkan bonus. Sistem yang dirancang memberikan kemudahan dalam memproses data, maupun pembuatan laporan, pengiriman informasi penilaian kinerja sehingga efisiensi biaya dan waktu.

Abstract

The treasurer or finance department is a crucial part of the organization. The task of the treasurer is to receive, record and make financial reports of the organization. Financial information must be detailed and transparent so that the financial information conveyed is clear to address interested parties regarding the amount of cash reported each month. At the Sunter Muara Orphanage, the financial reports still use a manual system where each income and expenditure of cash funds is recorded in the ledger, which can cause mistakes and errors in preparing financial statements. This study aims to create a computerized cash application using web scraping methods. The research method used is field research with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The results are in the form of an application prototype that helps the processing of financial cash receipts and disbursements data at orphanages to be faster and more effective and to produce financial reports that are easier and more structured.Bendahara atau bagian keuangan merupakan bagian penting dalam organisasi. Tugas bendahara untuk menerima, mencatat dan membuat laporan keuangan organisasi. Laporan keuangan harus rinci dan transparan sehingga informasi keuangan yang disampaikan jelas untuk ditujukan kepada pihak yang berkepentingan terkait jumlah kas yang dilaporkan setiap bulan. Pada rumah yatim sunter muara laporan keuangannya masih menggunakan sistem manual dimana tiap pemasukan dan pengeluaran dana kas masih dicatat di dalam buku besar, hal ini dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kekeliruan dan kesalahan dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi kas yang yang sudah terkomputerisasi dengan metode web scraping. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan interview. Hasil Penelitian berupa purwarupa aplikasi yang membantu proses pengolahan data penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas keuangan di rumah yatim akan menjadi lebih cepat dan efektif, serta menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang lebih mudah dan terstruktur

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the internet has been applied for education as being used for new student registrations (PPDB). As in the KB Pertiwi pre-school, in the current registration process, parents of prospective students must come directly to the school, fill out a paper registration form, attach supporting files, and pay the registration fee in cash. This process takes a long time and causes the registration, reporting, and data processing process ineffective and slow. An information system is needed to help parents of prospective students obtain information and register students to be more efficient, save time, and can be accessed anywhere, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic. Aims of this study was to design a new student admission information system at KB Pertiwi PAUD. The research method used in this research is qualitative. Using field studies with data collection techniques observation, namely by observing how the New Learner Admission Process (PPDB) process works at KB Pertiwi Lebeteng, then an interview process is carried out, namely data collection by conducting questions and answers directly with the committee. The result of this research is a prototype of a web-based new student admission application that has been tested so there are no errors in the applications. The application is done by what is planned and the needs of its users.Pada saat pandemi Covid-19, internet telah dapat bermanfaat dalam bidang pendidikan seperti digunakan untuk proses penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB). Seperti pada sekolah Paud KB Pertiwi, pada proses pendaftaran saat ini orang tua calon siswa harus datang langsung ke sekolah, mengisi kertas formulir pendaftaran dan melampirkan berkas pendukung serta membayar uang pendaftaran dengan tunai. Proses ini memakan waktu lama sehingga proses pendaftaran, pelaporan dan pengolahan data menjadi tidak efesien dan lambat. Dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat membantu orang tua calon siswa memperoleh informasi dan melakukan pendaftaran siswa agar menjadi lebih efesien, hemat waktu dan dapat diakses di mana saja, terutama dalam masa pandemi Covid 19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk merancang sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru di PAUD KB Pertiwi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Menggunakan studi lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data Observasi yaitu dengan cara melakukan pengamatan terhadap cara kerja  proses Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di KB Pertiwi Lebeteng, selanjutnya dilakukan proses wawancara yaitu pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan tanya jawab secara langsung dengan pihak panitia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjadi sebuah purwarupa aplikasi penerimaan peserta didik baru berbasis web yang telah dilakukan pengujian sehingga tidak terdapat kesalahan pada aplikasi. Aplikasi yang dibuat sesuai dengan apa yang direncanakan dan kebutuhan dari penggunanya.

Abstract

The digital transformation in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has driven the adoption of deep learning technology for data analysis across various sectors, including healthcare, education, and agriculture. This study aims to develop a data mining framework based on deep neural networks by exploring transfer learning techniques to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of prediction and classification processes. The research employs a research and development (R&D) approach with systematic stages, including a literature review, framework design, data collection and processing, framework implementation, and performance evaluation. The developed framework was tested in three primary data domains: healthcare, education, and agriculture. The data underwent cleaning, normalisation, and augmentation to improve quality and variety. The framework was implemented using the TensorFlow library, leveraging pre-trained models such as ResNet50 and InceptionV3. The evaluation used accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and training time efficiency metrics. The results demonstrate that the framework achieved an average accuracy of over 90%, improving training time efficiency by up to 60% compared to training from scratch. The transfer learning technique enabled the utilisation of pre-trained models to enhance prediction performance while requiring smaller training datasets. This study also identified key challenges in implementing deep learning technology in Indonesia, including limited infrastructure and low interpretability of analytical results. Consequently, the framework was designed to support interpretability through intuitive data visualisation and flexibility to adapt to various sectors. This framework is not only academically relevant but also practical, providing significant contributions to data-driven decision-making and improving organisational competitiveness in Indonesia.Transformasi digital di era revolusi industri 4.0 telah mendorong penggunaan teknologi deep learning untuk analisis data di berbagai sektor, termasuk kesehatan, pendidikan, dan agrikultur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan framework data mining berbasis deep neural networks dengan eksplorasi teknik transfer learning untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi proses prediksi serta klasifikasi data. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan research and development (R&D) dengan tahapan sistematis, termasuk studi literatur, perancangan framework, pengumpulan dan pengolahan data, implementasi framework, dan evaluasi kinerja. Framework yang dikembangkan diuji pada tiga domain data utama: data kesehatan, pendidikan, dan agrikultur. Data yang digunakan melalui tahapan pembersihan, normalisasi, dan augmentasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan variasi data. Implementasi framework dilakukan menggunakan pustaka TensorFlow dengan memanfaatkan model pra-latih seperti ResNet50 dan InceptionV3. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, F1-score, dan efisiensi waktu pelatihan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa framework ini mencapai akurasi rata-rata di atas 90%, dengan efisiensi waktu pelatihan meningkat hingga 60% dibandingkan metode pelatihan dari awal. Teknik transfer learning memungkinkan pemanfaatan model pra-latih untuk meningkatkan kinerja prediksi dengan kebutuhan data pelatihan yang lebih kecil. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan utama dalam penerapan teknologi deep learning di Indonesia, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan rendahnya tingkat interpretabilitas hasil analisis. Oleh karena itu, framework ini dirancang untuk mendukung interpretabilitas melalui visualisasi data yang intuitif, serta fleksibilitas untuk diadaptasi di berbagai sektor. Framework ini tidak hanya relevan secara akademis tetapi juga aplikatif, memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data dan peningkatan daya saing organisasi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Digital transformation in higher education requires integrated academic data management to support efficient and accountable academic governance. However, many institutions still face challenges, including data fragmentation, limited access to information, and administrative inefficiencies. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based academic dashboard system to address these issues. The system was designed using a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, consisting of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The system’s main features include a login menu, main menu, activity menu, report menu, and statistics menu, all of which support real-time integration of academic data. The study results show that this system can improve administrative efficiency by up to 73%, particularly in processes such as course registration, grade recap, and academic report preparation. A user satisfaction survey yielded an average score of 4.6 out of 5, with positive ratings for ease of use, data access speed, and information visualization. Furthermore, the report and statistics features enable analysis of academic performance, such as graduation rates and student grade point averages, thus supporting data-driven strategic decision-making. This system has also been proven to increase collaboration between departments by up to 35%, support transparency, and strengthen accountability in higher education governance. Implementing a web-based academic dashboard can be a strategic solution to improve the quality of academic data management in higher education. This system is expected to become a model that other institutions can adopt to address the challenges of the digital transformation era. However, intensive user training and regular system maintenance are required to ensure the system’s long-term sustainability and reliability.Transformasi digital di perguruan tinggi memerlukan pengelolaan data akademik yang terintegrasi untuk mendukung efisiensi dan akuntabilitas tata kelola akademik. Namun, banyak institusi masih menghadapi tantangan seperti fragmentasi data, keterbatasan akses informasi, dan inefisiensi administrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem dashboard akademik berbasis web guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Fitur utama sistem meliputi menu masuk, menu utama, menu aktivitas, menu laporan, dan menu statistik, yang mendukung pengintegrasian data akademik secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi hingga 73%, terutama dalam proses seperti pendaftaran mata kuliah, rekap nilai, dan penyusunan laporan akademik. Survei kepuasan pengguna mencatat rata-rata skor 4.6 dari 5, dengan penilaian positif terhadap kemudahan penggunaan, kecepatan akses data, dan visualisasi informasi. Selain itu, fitur laporan dan statistik memungkinkan analisis performa akademik, seperti tingkat kelulusan dan rata-rata nilai mahasiswa, sehingga mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis berbasis data. Sistem ini juga terbukti meningkatkan kolaborasi antarbagian hingga 35%, mendukung transparansi, dan memperkuat akuntabilitas tata kelola pendidikan tinggi. Implementasi sistem dashboard akademik berbasis web dapat menjadi solusi strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan data akademik di perguruan tinggi. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi model yang dapat diadopsi oleh institusi lain dalam menghadapi tantangan era transformasi digital. Meski demikian, pelatihan intensif bagi pengguna dan pemeliharaan sistem secara berkala diperlukan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan keandalan sistem dalam jangka panjang
