Abstract

The treasurer or finance department is a crucial part of the organization. The task of the treasurer is to receive, record and make financial reports of the organization. Financial information must be detailed and transparent so that the financial information conveyed is clear to address interested parties regarding the amount of cash reported each month. At the Sunter Muara Orphanage, the financial reports still use a manual system where each income and expenditure of cash funds is recorded in the ledger, which can cause mistakes and errors in preparing financial statements. This study aims to create a computerized cash application using web scraping methods. The research method used is field research with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The results are in the form of an application prototype that helps the processing of financial cash receipts and disbursements data at orphanages to be faster and more effective and to produce financial reports that are easier and more structured.Bendahara atau bagian keuangan merupakan bagian penting dalam organisasi. Tugas bendahara untuk menerima, mencatat dan membuat laporan keuangan organisasi. Laporan keuangan harus rinci dan transparan sehingga informasi keuangan yang disampaikan jelas untuk ditujukan kepada pihak yang berkepentingan terkait jumlah kas yang dilaporkan setiap bulan. Pada rumah yatim sunter muara laporan keuangannya masih menggunakan sistem manual dimana tiap pemasukan dan pengeluaran dana kas masih dicatat di dalam buku besar, hal ini dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kekeliruan dan kesalahan dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi kas yang yang sudah terkomputerisasi dengan metode web scraping. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan interview. Hasil Penelitian berupa purwarupa aplikasi yang membantu proses pengolahan data penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas keuangan di rumah yatim akan menjadi lebih cepat dan efektif, serta menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang lebih mudah dan terstruktur

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of the Elimination and Choice Expressing Reality (ELECTRE) method for selecting and evaluating online courses. The pairwise comparison method determined a set of criteria and weights, including course quality, instructor experience, accreditation, student engagement, flexibility, technical support, and cost. The study used a mixed-methods approach, which means it combines quantitative and qualitative data. The ELECTRE method was then applied to rank five online courses based on their suitability for the participants' needs and expectations. The concordance and discordance indices were calculated for each course, and the net flow was used to determine the ranking. The results showed that the ELECTRE method can be a useful tool for participants in choosing and evaluating online courses based on a set of tailored criteria and weights. Future research could investigate how the results of the ELECTRE method can be combined with other methods to enhance the accuracy and validity of the ranking. Overall, the ELECTRE method provides a useful framework for participants to decide which online course is best suited to their individual preferences and goals.

Abstract

The modem is a device that can connect mobile phones, PCs, or laptops to the internet network. The modem popular today is MiFi or Wi-Fi Modem, a portable modem that makes it easier for users to carry the device anywhere. Many Wi-Fi modems are circulating in the market with various brands with different specifications and capabilities. For this reason, people must be observant in choosing the right Wi-Fi Modem for their needs. Selection of the right Wi-Fi Modem will maximize the internet network's performance to facilitate internet use activities. This study aims to develop a decision support system by implementing the Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) approach using the TOPSIS method for selecting a Wi-Fi Modem to facilitate the selection of the best Wi-Fi Modem according to user needs. Based on black-box testing, it shows that the system built can run well. In addition, the calculation results of the TOPSIS method generated by the system with manual calculations produce the same value.

Abstract

The network infrastructure used by PT. Quantum currently uses one communication line in its network infrastructure. So, when the line dies, work that requires an internet connection will be disrupted and detrimental to the agency, for that two communication lines are needed. The Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP) network configuration is a high availability network that provides alternative means on all infrastructure paths and critical servers that can be accessed anytime. This is very useful when the main line on the web is down; the second line on the web will automatically back up the communication line, so work is not interrupted. The purpose of this research is to design a Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP) network infrastructure based on the Cisco Packet Tracer application. A network configuration on the Router to set the path of data packets, which can divert the main path (Active Router) to the backup path (Backup Router) if there is a problem in distributing data packets to the destination router (Main Router). The test results of the network configuration test that are made run well, there is no data loss, and show the average reply speed is below 10 ms.

Abstract

The eyes are one of the vital senses for seeing and need to be kept healthy. Normal eyes can see near and far distances perfectly because the cornea and lens focus objects clearly on the retina. Refractive disorders caused by changes in eye anatomy cause blurred vision. Vision problems are related to daily activities, such as online learning creates eye fatigue, and playing games affects eye health because it is related to duration and frequency. The dry eye factor is a disorder that comes from the use of technology. To fulfill the Tridharma obligations of the ITB Swadharma Jakarta higher education institution, it held community services of eye health examination event with partners from the Charity Vision Indonesia foundation for lecturers, campus staff, students, and residents of the Roa Malaka sub-district. This activity aims to provide an understanding of the importance of eye health and eye health reviews.Mata merupakan salah satu indra untuk melihat yang vital dan perlu dijaga kesehatannya. Mata normal dapat melihat jarak dekat maupun jarak jauh dengan sempurna, karena kornea dan lensa memfokuskan objek dengan jelas ke retina. Gangguan refraksi yang disebabkan perubahan anatomi mata menyebabkan penglihatan menjadi kabur. Masalah gangguan penglihatan berhubungan dengan aktivatas sehari-hari, seperti: online learning mengakibatkan kelelahan mata, bermain game berpengaruh pada kesehatan mata karena terkait dengan durasi, frekuensi. Faktor mata kering merupakan gangguan yang berasal dari penggunaan teknologi. Untuk memenuhi kewajiban Tridarma perguruan tinggi ITB Swadharma Jakarta, menyelenggarakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelayanan pemeriksaan kesehatan mata secara gratis yang dilakukan di kampus ITB Swadharma Jakarta dengan mitra Yayasan Charity Vision Indonesia bagi dosen, staff kampus, mahasiswa dan warga kelurahan Roa Malaka.  Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pemahaman pentingnya kesehatan mata dan pemeriksaan kesehatan mata.

Abstract

Communication through networks has entered a new era, where information technology and computer networking have become crucial in the business world. Mastery of this technology will determine the success of institutions and industries in the era of globalization, requiring human resources capable of quickly adapting to developments in information and communication technology (ICT). For this reason, SMK Tunas Harapan Jakarta, which offers a major in Computer Network and Telecommunication Engineering, collaborates with ITB Swadharma in providing training as part of the Community Service (PKM) activities. This training includes materials on local network design, wireless network installation, IP subnetting, switch configuration, and the latest technologies such as software-defined networking (SDN) and the P4 protocol. Using the Cisco Packet Tracer application, this training prepares students for competency exams and the workforce. The training method, combining lectures, Q&A sessions, and hands-on practice, has proven effective, with an average score increase of 30 points from pre-test to post-test. The results show that students acquire understanding and skills relevant to industry needs, better preparing them for competency exams and the workforce. Additionally, this activity strengthens the relationship between ITB Swadharma and SMK Tunas Harapan Jakarta, demonstrating the university's commitment to supporting vocational education. With sustainable support, it is hoped that the students of SMK Tunas Harapan Jakarta can continue to grow and contribute positively to the ICT field. Suggestions for future PKM activities include adding materials on network security and IT project management, integrating the latest technology trends such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI), and providing advanced training. Additionally, developing soft skills and organizing workshops or seminars in the technology field are recommended. With these steps, PKM activities can continue to provide significant benefits to students and strengthen vocational education in computer network engineering.Komunikasi melalui jaringan telah memasuki era baru, di mana teknologi informasi dan jaringan komputer menjadi krusial dalam dunia bisnis. Penguasaan teknologi ini akan menjadi penentu kesuksesan institusi dan industri di era globalisasi, sehingga dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang mampu beradaptasi cepat terhadap perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Untuk itu, SMK Tunas Harapan Jakarta yang menawarkan jurusan Teknik Jaringan Komputer dan Telekomunikasi, bekerja sama dengan ITB Swadharma dalam memberikan pelatihan sebagai bagian dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Pelatihan ini mencakup materi pembuatan desain jaringan lokal, pemasangan jaringan nirkabel, IP Subnetting, konfigurasi switch, dan teknologi terbaru seperti Software-Defined Networking (SDN) dan Protokol P4. Menggunakan aplikasi Cisco Packet Tracer. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi Uji Kompetensi dan dunia kerja. Metode pelatihan yang menggabungkan ceramah, tanya jawab, dan praktek langsung terbukti efektif, dengan peningkatan rata-rata nilai peserta sebesar 30 poin dari pre-test ke post-test. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa siswa memperoleh pemahaman dan keterampilan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri, yang mempersiapkan mereka lebih baik untuk Uji Kompetensi dan dunia kerja. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mempererat hubungan antara ITB Swadharma dan SMK Tunas Harapan Jakarta, serta menunjukkan komitmen perguruan tinggi dalam mendukung pendidikan vokasi. Dengan dukungan berkelanjutan, diharapkan siswa SMK Tunas Harapan Jakarta dapat terus berkembang dan berkontribusi positif di bidang TIK. Saran untuk kegiatan PKM di masa mendatang meliputi penambahan materi tentang keamanan jaringan dan manajemen proyek TI, integrasi tren teknologi terbaru seperti Internet of Things (IoT) dan kecerdasan buatan (AI), serta pelatihan lanjutan. Selain itu, pengembangan soft skills dan penyelenggaraan workshop atau seminar di bidang teknologi. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, kegiatan PKM dapat terus memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi siswa dan memperkuat pendidikan vokasi di bidang teknik jaringan komputer dan telekomunikasi.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the internet has been applied for education as being used for new student registrations (PPDB). As in the KB Pertiwi pre-school, in the current registration process, parents of prospective students must come directly to the school, fill out a paper registration form, attach supporting files, and pay the registration fee in cash. This process takes a long time and causes the registration, reporting, and data processing process ineffective and slow. An information system is needed to help parents of prospective students obtain information and register students to be more efficient, save time, and can be accessed anywhere, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic. Aims of this study was to design a new student admission information system at KB Pertiwi PAUD. The research method used in this research is qualitative. Using field studies with data collection techniques observation, namely by observing how the New Learner Admission Process (PPDB) process works at KB Pertiwi Lebeteng, then an interview process is carried out, namely data collection by conducting questions and answers directly with the committee. The result of this research is a prototype of a web-based new student admission application that has been tested so there are no errors in the applications. The application is done by what is planned and the needs of its users.Pada saat pandemi Covid-19, internet telah dapat bermanfaat dalam bidang pendidikan seperti digunakan untuk proses penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB). Seperti pada sekolah Paud KB Pertiwi, pada proses pendaftaran saat ini orang tua calon siswa harus datang langsung ke sekolah, mengisi kertas formulir pendaftaran dan melampirkan berkas pendukung serta membayar uang pendaftaran dengan tunai. Proses ini memakan waktu lama sehingga proses pendaftaran, pelaporan dan pengolahan data menjadi tidak efesien dan lambat. Dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat membantu orang tua calon siswa memperoleh informasi dan melakukan pendaftaran siswa agar menjadi lebih efesien, hemat waktu dan dapat diakses di mana saja, terutama dalam masa pandemi Covid 19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk merancang sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru di PAUD KB Pertiwi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Menggunakan studi lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data Observasi yaitu dengan cara melakukan pengamatan terhadap cara kerja  proses Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di KB Pertiwi Lebeteng, selanjutnya dilakukan proses wawancara yaitu pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan tanya jawab secara langsung dengan pihak panitia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjadi sebuah purwarupa aplikasi penerimaan peserta didik baru berbasis web yang telah dilakukan pengujian sehingga tidak terdapat kesalahan pada aplikasi. Aplikasi yang dibuat sesuai dengan apa yang direncanakan dan kebutuhan dari penggunanya.

Abstract

The digital transformation in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has driven the adoption of deep learning technology for data analysis across various sectors, including healthcare, education, and agriculture. This study aims to develop a data mining framework based on deep neural networks by exploring transfer learning techniques to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of prediction and classification processes. The research employs a research and development (R&D) approach with systematic stages, including a literature review, framework design, data collection and processing, framework implementation, and performance evaluation. The developed framework was tested in three primary data domains: healthcare, education, and agriculture. The data underwent cleaning, normalisation, and augmentation to improve quality and variety. The framework was implemented using the TensorFlow library, leveraging pre-trained models such as ResNet50 and InceptionV3. The evaluation used accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and training time efficiency metrics. The results demonstrate that the framework achieved an average accuracy of over 90%, improving training time efficiency by up to 60% compared to training from scratch. The transfer learning technique enabled the utilisation of pre-trained models to enhance prediction performance while requiring smaller training datasets. This study also identified key challenges in implementing deep learning technology in Indonesia, including limited infrastructure and low interpretability of analytical results. Consequently, the framework was designed to support interpretability through intuitive data visualisation and flexibility to adapt to various sectors. This framework is not only academically relevant but also practical, providing significant contributions to data-driven decision-making and improving organisational competitiveness in Indonesia.Transformasi digital di era revolusi industri 4.0 telah mendorong penggunaan teknologi deep learning untuk analisis data di berbagai sektor, termasuk kesehatan, pendidikan, dan agrikultur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan framework data mining berbasis deep neural networks dengan eksplorasi teknik transfer learning untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi proses prediksi serta klasifikasi data. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan research and development (R&D) dengan tahapan sistematis, termasuk studi literatur, perancangan framework, pengumpulan dan pengolahan data, implementasi framework, dan evaluasi kinerja. Framework yang dikembangkan diuji pada tiga domain data utama: data kesehatan, pendidikan, dan agrikultur. Data yang digunakan melalui tahapan pembersihan, normalisasi, dan augmentasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan variasi data. Implementasi framework dilakukan menggunakan pustaka TensorFlow dengan memanfaatkan model pra-latih seperti ResNet50 dan InceptionV3. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, F1-score, dan efisiensi waktu pelatihan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa framework ini mencapai akurasi rata-rata di atas 90%, dengan efisiensi waktu pelatihan meningkat hingga 60% dibandingkan metode pelatihan dari awal. Teknik transfer learning memungkinkan pemanfaatan model pra-latih untuk meningkatkan kinerja prediksi dengan kebutuhan data pelatihan yang lebih kecil. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan utama dalam penerapan teknologi deep learning di Indonesia, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan rendahnya tingkat interpretabilitas hasil analisis. Oleh karena itu, framework ini dirancang untuk mendukung interpretabilitas melalui visualisasi data yang intuitif, serta fleksibilitas untuk diadaptasi di berbagai sektor. Framework ini tidak hanya relevan secara akademis tetapi juga aplikatif, memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data dan peningkatan daya saing organisasi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Plant lovers utilise their yards, and some even have upper floors of buildings where they plant trees, using pots popularly known as Tabulampot. A common problem is forgetting to water the plants, which, if it persists for a long time, can cause the plants to dry out and die. However, if there is too much water, the plants are susceptible to disease, rot, and eventual death. Plants need consistent and sufficient water intake to meet their needs. Excessive watering results in wasteful water and loss of nutrients in the planting medium. For this reason, a system is needed that automatically waters plants with measured doses. The purpose of this study is to design an automatic and measured watering system. Using the research and development method with a field research technique. The case study used is a water apple tree planted in a pot measuring 30 cm in height and 40 cm in width, using soil as the planting medium. The test results of this design indicate that the soil moisture sensor system and water flow meter function correctly as planned.Para pecinta tanaman memanfaatkan pekarangan mereka, bahkan ada yang menanam pohon di lantai atas gedung, menggunakan pot yang dikenal sebagai Tabulampot. Masalah umum yang sering terjadi adalah lupa menyiram tanaman, yang jika dibiarkan dalam waktu lama dapat menyebabkan tanaman mengering dan mati. Namun, jika terlalu banyak air, tanaman rentan terhadap penyakit, pembusukan, dan akhirnya mati. Tanaman membutuhkan asupan air yang konsisten dan cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Penyiraman yang berlebihan mengakibatkan pemborosan air dan hilangnya nutrisi pada media tanam. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem yang secara otomatis menyiram tanaman dengan dosis terukur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem penyiraman otomatis dan terukur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan teknik penelitian lapangan. Studi kasus yang digunakan adalah pohon jambu yang ditanam dalam pot berukuran tinggi 30 cm dan lebar 40 cm, dengan menggunakan tanah sebagai media tanam. Hasil pengujian perancangan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem sensor kelembapan dan flow meter air berfungsi dengan baik sesuai rencana.

In recent years, there has been an increase in the number and complexity of cyberattacks; therefore, insight is needed to avoid these crimes. Smartly managing privacy and personal data is not only a technical matter, but also a matter of habit and awareness. In today's digital age, protecting personal data is part of safeguarding our identity and future. The cyber world is very different from the real world; it knows no boundaries of time or territory. Efforts are being made to provide education to raise awareness and vigilance against cybersecurity threats. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide insight into what and how internet crimes are committed, both through social media and smartphones, among other means. This activity was held in the neighbourhood of RT 10 RW 09, Jembatan Besi Village, West Jakarta. The activity was designed for teenagers, parents, and homemakers and was attended by 20 participants. Overall, the education and outreach event regarding cybersecurity was well-received and met with a positive response.Pada beberapa tahun terakhir ini telah terjadi peningkatan jumlah dan kompleksitas dalam kasus serangan Cyber, untuk itu perlunya wawasan agar terhindar dari kejahatan ini. Cerdas mengelola privasi dan data pribadi bukan hanya soal teknis, tetapi juga soal kebiasaan dan kesadaran. Di era digital saat ini, melindungi data pribadi adalah bagian dari melindungi identitas dan masa depan kita. Dunia Cyber berbeda jauh dengan dunia nyata, dunia cyber tidak mengenal batas waktu dan wilayah.  Upaya yang dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kewaspadaan terhadap ancaman keamanan Cyber. Tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini  memberikan wawasan apa dan bagaimana kejahatan Internet dilakukan baik melalui media sosial maupun Smartphone dan  lainnya.  Kegiatan ini dilaksakan di lingkungan RT 10 RW 09 Kelurahan Jembatan Besi, Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan ini ditujukan untuk para remaja, orang tua dan ibu rumah tangga, dihadiri oleh 20 Peserta. Secara keseluruhan acara edukasi dan sosialisasi mengenai keamanan cyber ini berjalan dengan baik dan mendapat respon yang cukup baik pula.
