Abstract

Tes merupakan instrumen yang digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran kepada peserta didik sesuai dengan materi yang diajarkan. Instrumen tes yang digunakan pun harus diuji kualitasnya. Selaras dengan pernyataan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas instrumen soal latihan Penilaian Akhir Semster Ganjil (Latihan PAS Ganjil) kelas VIII SMPN 1 Bambanglipuro Bantul tahun 2020/2021 serta mendeskripsikan hasil analisis butir soal berkaitan dengan validitas, reliabilitas, IDB, ITK dan keberfungsian pengecoh. Validitas isi dilakukan dengan memberikan angket kepada sejawat berkaitan dengan kesesuaian soal dengan ksis-kisi soal. Reliabilitas dilakukan dengan melihat skor Alpha yang diperoleh dari program ITEMAN. Analisis Indeks Daya Beda (IDB), Indeks Tingkat Kesulitan (ITK) dan keberfungsian pengecoh dihitung berdasarkan skor yang diperoleh dari program ITEMAN. Terdapat tiga tahapan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Tahap pertama yaitu memeroleh gambaran umum berkaitan dengan soal yang diujikan kepada peserta didik. Tahap kedua adalah pengumpulan data. Dalam tahapan ini dilakukan pengumpulan data dengan mendokumentasikan soal-soal yang diujikan oleh Guru kepada peserta didik. Tahap ketiga adalah pemeriksaan keabsahan data. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap butir-butir soal Latihan Penilaian Akhir Semester Ganjil (Latihan Akhir Semester Ganjil) dengan menganalisis validitas berdasarkan komentar teman sejawat dilanjutkan dengan menganalisis tingkat kesukaran, indeks daya beda, dan keberfungsian pengecoh. Masing-masing kriteria tersebut dihitung dengan menggunakan bantuan komputer melalui program Item and Test Analysis (ITEMAN). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 40 soal yang dianalisis validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil validitas menujukkan seluruh soal yang dianalisis valid. Berkaitan dengan uji reliabilitas diperoleh skor Alpha 0.820 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Analisis butir soal berkaitan dengan ITK, IDB dan distraktor dilihat dari skor yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil analisis ITEMAN. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ITEMAN dapat diketahui bahwa analisis IDB menunjukkan 20 soal yang layak untuk diujikan, 4 butir soal dengan kategori sedang, 8 soal dengan kategori cukup, dan 8 soal dengan kategori gugur atau tidak layak untuk diujikan. Hasil analisis soal berkaitan dengan ITK, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 6 butir soal dengan kategori ITK sangat mudah, 17 butir soal dengan ITK mudah, 8 butir soal dengan Indeks tingkat kesulitan sedang, 9 soal dengan Indeks tingkat kesulitan sukar atau tinggi. Dari hasil analisis keberfungsian pengecoh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 31 butir soal dengan keberfungsian pengecoh baik, 9 butir soal dengan memiliki pengecoh yang tidak berfungsi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis butir soal tersebut, soal-soal yang dianggap tidak layak, kemudian direvisi dan diperbaiki. Sehingga memeroleh soal yang berkualitas dan dapat mengukur tingkat ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Permasalahan berkaitan dengan literasi membaca, masih menjadi permasalahan utama dan terutama bagi siswa Indonesia. Permasalahan ini dibuktikan dengan hasil PISA dan PIRLS yang menujukkan kualitas siswa Indonesia prihal membaca masih rendah. Selaras dengan pernyataan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis level kritis taksonomi barret pada soal pemantapan dan perisapan ASPD literasi membaca siswa SMP di DIY. Tujuan penelitain tersebut dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pijakan guru dan peserta didik khususnya pada jenjang SMP berkaitan dengan soal literasi membaca yang menjadi tuntutan guru dan peserta didik saat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif. Langkah penelitian dilakukan meliputi 5 tahapan. (1) membaca dan mencermati setiap butir soal literasi membaca persiapan ASPD, buatan guru; (2) menglasifikasikan tiap butir soal sesuai dengan taksonomi Barrett; (3) menelaah kembali butir soal yang telah diklasifikasikan dengan melakukan validitas kepada teman sejawat; (4) melakukan pencermatan secara mendalam terhadap setiap butir soal, dan menyesuaikannya dengan pendapat ahli serta penelitian yang relvan; dan (5) melakukan analisis hasil penelitian dan menyimpulkan temuan penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini, juga akan dideskripsikan taksonomi Barrett yang dominan digunakan guru dan dikerjakan oleh peserta didik dalam soal evaluasi tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan penelitian mengenai ‘‘Kualitas Soal Persiapan dan Pemantapan ASPD Literasi Membaca di SMP Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Tinjauan Level Kritis Taksonomi Barret‘‘dari 50 soal yang dianalisis, dapat diketahui bahwa taksonomi Barrett yang cenderung muncul dalam soal tersebut adalah taksonomi Barrett kategori Inferensial Comprehention (pemahaman tersirat).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of practice questions of Asessemen Standarisasi Penilaian Daerah (ASPD) Indonesian language junior high school in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta in terms of the cognitive level of Barret's taxonomy. This research employed qualitative research.  The data source of this research was the question document of Package A, which was adopted from MGMP Indonesian language junior high school in Bantul Regency. The theory used to analyze these questions was the theory of Barret's Taxonomy. The results of the analysis stated that there were 14 questions with literal comprehension taxonomy, 6 items included in reorganization comprehension, 6 implied comprehension, 1 question included in the evaluation comprehension category and 1 question included in evaluation comprehension. This research is expected to contribute to providing references to teachers, especially Indonesian language teachers in Bantul to develop questions, practice reading comprehension questions for students to improve the DIY ASPD program which will later lead to PISA with the hope of increasing the PISA scores and rankings of Indonesian students.

Abstract

Culture shock is a crucial problem for foreign students, especially foreign speakers coming to Indonesia to learn Indonesian. Culture shock has a negative impact on a person's psychology and health. Culture shock cannot be avoided, but its impact can be reduced by understanding the culture of the target area. This research aims to describe the culture shock experienced by foreign speakers. The method in this research is qualitative descriptive. The data source for this research was 33 respondents from 16 countries who had experienced culture shock. The data analysis stage in this research was carried out in 3 stages: data condensation, data display, and conclusion or verification. This research shows that there are cultural shocks, including ways of interacting with other people, food, discipline, cleanliness, Profession, transportation, and language. The culture shock experienced by foreign speakers varies depending on their region of origin. The main cause of culture shock is the differences in geographic location and the beliefs held by these communities.

Abstract

The Holistic Village Development and Empowerment Program (PHP2D) by the Ministry of Education and Culture is one of the programs that accommodates student ideas and directly facilitates the needs of the community in Hamlet Nawungan I, Selopamioro Village, DIY. The critical land that composes the hamlet can be said to have promising agricultural development potential. Various government programs on land development have been launched, but until now the problem of lack of water during the dry season on the land has not been resolved. The community empowerment program proposed by the BiFloS PHP2D Team (Biology Flora Society) succeeded in obtaining a grant from the Ministry of Education and Culture in the context of efforts to deal with these critical lands. The PHP2D team is working to develop a strategy to address these challenges. Through the concept of community empowerment, the steps taken include survey activities and site selection, socialization of activities, and field schools accompanied by direct field practice. The implementation time of the activity is from August-November 2021. This activity is closed with the concept sharing with the farmers and a light interview about the sustainability of the program in the future. As a result, the farmers are very concerned about the implementation of this program in a sustainable manner.Program Holistik Pembinaan dan Pemberdayaan Desa (PHP2D) oleh Kemdikbudristek merupakan salah satu program yang mewadahi ide mahasiswa dan secara langsung memfasilitasi kebutuhan masyarakat di Dukuh Nawungan I, Desa Selopamioro, DIY. Lahan kritis yang menyusun dukuh tersebut dapat dikatakan memiliki potensi pengembangan pertanian yang menjanjikan. Berbagai program pemerintah tentang pengembangan lahan tersebut telah dicanangkan, namun sampai saat ini masalah kekurangan air saat musim kemarau dilahan tersebut masih belum teratasi. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang diusulkan oleh Tim PHP2D BiFloS (Biology Flora Society) berhasil mendapatkan dana hibah dari Kemdikbudristek dalam rangka upaya penanganan lahan kritis tersebut. Tim PHP2D berupaya menyusun strategi untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut. Melalui konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat, tahap-tahap yang ditempuh meliputi kegiatan survei dan seleksi lokasi, sosialisasi kegiatan, dan sekolah lapangan yang disertai dengan praktek dilahan secara langsung. Waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan terhitung dari bulan Agustus-November 2021. Kegiatan ini ditutup dengan penyamaan konsep bersama para petani dan wawancara ringan mengenai keberlanjutan program dimasa mendatang. Hasilnya, para petani sangat mengindahkan terlaksananya programini secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan kurikulum merdeka di SMPN 2 Kalibawang, Kulonprogo, Daeraha Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mendeskrisikan penerapan kurikulum merdeka di SMPN 2 Kalibawang khususnya dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru bahasa Indonesia, dan peserta didik kelas VII. Objek penelitian ini adalah implementasi kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMPN 2 Kalibawang. SMPN 2 Kalibawang dipilih sebagai objek penelitian karena dalam penerapannya sekolah ini mengedepankan kearifan lokal Kulonprogo yang menjadi ciri khas Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Pihak sekolah berupaya memaksimalkan proses penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dengan cara sosialisasi sebagai upaya menyamakan pandangan/persepsi terkait pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka. Pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Kalibawang belum sepenuhnya menggunakan asas pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Guru bahasa Indonesia menyesuaikan penggunaan asesmen formatif dan sumatif dengan kebutuhan di lapangan.

Abstract

The point of this study is to show the results of an experiment that was done to see how well E-Kreatif, a creative reading resource for the General Course of Indonesian Language, worked. The goal was to help students get better at creative reading. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research type according to Borg and Gall steps, including needs analysis, planning, development, product validity, revision, response test, revision, and final product. This article will focus on the description of the product effectiveness test. The experimental test in this study used a pre-test, post-test, control group design. The sample selection at this stage is based on two validities: the internal validity and the external validity. The research instruments used are product validity test instruments for experts, student response test instruments as a measure of product feasibility, and pretest and post-test instruments to test the effectiveness of creative e-books. We conducted the experimental test at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. The product effectiveness test was carried out in 2 classes; the two classes were control and experimental, totaling 30 students: 15 control class students and 15 experimental class students. That's right, the post-test scores for the control and experimental classes were 0.001, which means that the null hypothesis (H0) is not true. This means that the students' creative literacy skills are very different after the treatment. Therefore, we can conclude that the developed teaching materials effectively enhance students' creative literacy skills.

Abstract

Analysis of Hots Cognitive Level Distribution Based on Bloom's Taxonomy on Daily Assessment Questions of Persuasive Speech Text at SMPN 1 Bambanglipuro Bantul ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil sebaran level kognitif HOTS sesuai dengan Taksonomi Bloom pada soal Penilaian Harian (PH) materi teks pidato persuasif di SMPN 1 Bambanglipuro Bantul. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitaif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Penelitian ini meliputi beberapa langkah, yaitu (1) memberikan lembar soal dan telaah soal berkaitan dengan kesesuaian tiap butir soal terhadap indikator level kognitif HOTS berdasarkan taksonomi Bloom di antarannya adalah C4, C5, dan C6; (2) menganalisis hasil telaah soal yang sudah diuji validitas nya oleh expert; (3) mengkorelasikan hasil penilaian ahli dengan rumus Aiken V; (4) mengelompkkan masing-masing butir soal sesuai dengan level kognitifnya; (5) mendeskripsikan level kognitif yang dominan digunakan guru terhadap soal evaluasi yang dibuat dan diujikan kepada peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil validitas yang dilakukan kepada ahli yang dikorelasikan dengan rumus Aiken V diperoleh skor 0,40-0,80 dengan kategori sangat valid. Dari 27 soal yang dikembangkan dan dianalisis memperoleh hasil 13 soal dengan level kognitif C4 (menemukan), 9 soal dengan level kognitif C5 (mengevaluasi), dan 5 soal dengan level kognitif C6 (mencipta).Kata kunci: Analisis, Level, Kognitif, PH, SMP 1 BambanglipuroABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the results of the distribution of HOTS cognitive levels according to Bloom's Taxonomy on the Daily Assessment (PH) material for persuasive speech texts at SMPN 1 Bambanglipuro Bantul. This research is included in the type of quantitative descriptive research. Data were collected by documentation technique. This research includes several steps: (1) provide question sheets and questions analysis related to the suitability of each item to the HOTS cognitive level indicators based on Bloom's taxonomy including C4, C5, and C6; (2) analyzing the results of the questions analysis that have been tested for validity by the expert; (3) correlate the results of the expert assessment with the Aiken V formula; (4) grouping each item according to its cognitive level; (5) describe the dominant cognitive level used by the teacher on evaluation questions made and tested on students. The results of the study show that based on the results of the validity carried out to experts who correlated with the Aiken V formula, a score of 0.40-0.80 was obtained with a very valid category. Based on the 27 questions which are developed and analyzed, the results obtained 13 questions with a cognitive level of C4 (finding), 9 questions with a cognitive level of C5 (evaluating), and 5 questions with a cognitive level of C6 (creating).Keyword: Analysis, Cognitive Level, Daily Assessment, SMP 1 Bambanglipuro

Abstract

21st century learning, including Indonesian language learning requires students to think critically and creatively. The ministry’s policy regarding text-based Indonesian language teaching shows that learning Indonesian language today is not only about memorizing but also creating. In line with this, this study aims to describe the results of the implementation of text-based Indonesian language teaching at SMPN 1 Bambanglipuro Bantul and to describe student responses regarding the implementation of the policy. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data used in answering research questions are the results of observations and interviews, as well as analysis of documents related to lesson plans made and applied by teachers in teaching Indonesian language to students at SMPN 1 Bambanglipuro. The results show that the teacher as a learning facilitator was able to design lesson plans in accordance with the text-based Indonesian language learning curriculum, which prioritized the process and created outcomes. Students feel happy because in textbased Indonesian language learning, students are encouraged to enjoy reading. This is an excellent policy, because it is important to make reading a daily habit, especially to improve students’ literacy skills.

Abstract

This review discusses the implementation of biolinguistics in children’s language acquisition. The focus lies on the importance of biolinguistics in studying children’s language acquisition. Children’s language is considered important because, within the scientific concept of biolinguistics, will have an influence on the development of children’s language until the child is an adult. This review is based on The Cambridge Handbook of Biolinguistics, which consists of three parts. The first section discusses the history of biolinguistics; the second chapter discusses the mind, brain and behavior in relation to language; and the third section discusses the evolution of language.  This book aims to open our horizons about biolinguistics as a science that harmonizes language and knowledge, language development in children and the evolution of language in various species. In addition, the most profound meaning of this book lies in its emphasis on the function the human brain,  where each part has its own specific role. Through this book we are asked to be grateful for God's gift to humans for giving the brain with a very extraordinary function. In line with its purpose, this book not only examines the integration between language and the human brain, but also inspires readers to appreciate the complexity of human cognition.
