Abstract

21st century learning, including Indonesian language learning requires students to think critically and creatively. The ministry’s policy regarding text-based Indonesian language teaching shows that learning Indonesian language today is not only about memorizing but also creating. In line with this, this study aims to describe the results of the implementation of text-based Indonesian language teaching at SMPN 1 Bambanglipuro Bantul and to describe student responses regarding the implementation of the policy. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data used in answering research questions are the results of observations and interviews, as well as analysis of documents related to lesson plans made and applied by teachers in teaching Indonesian language to students at SMPN 1 Bambanglipuro. The results show that the teacher as a learning facilitator was able to design lesson plans in accordance with the text-based Indonesian language learning curriculum, which prioritized the process and created outcomes. Students feel happy because in textbased Indonesian language learning, students are encouraged to enjoy reading. This is an excellent policy, because it is important to make reading a daily habit, especially to improve students’ literacy skills.

Abstract

Learning Indonesian in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 requires students to be able to master various skills, one of which is critical thinking skills. Teachers as learning facilitators must be able to guide students in mastering these skills. One of the efforts that teachers can make in achieving this is to familiarize students with higher-order thinking, through various kinds of HOTS-based evaluation questions. At the initial stage, it is necessary to know the needs analysis related to the development of HOTS questions in Indonesian language learning materials for persuasive speech texts. Needs analysis in this study is part of research and development (R&D). The method used in this research is the survey method. Data was collected by observation, interviews and document analysis. The data obtained in this study are qualitative data. The qualitative data was then analyzed descriptively. The results of the needs analysis show that the teachers in the MGMP area of ​​the Indonesian Junior High School in Bantul Regency really need HOTS questions in procedural text learning as a teacher reference in making and presenting HOTS questions to students. The results of the study show that so far the teacher has never implemented it, and the students have never worked on HOTS-based evaluation questions in Indonesian language learning materials for persuasive speech texts.

Abstract

Based on the results of the needs analysis at MTs Muhammadiyah Karangkajen Yogyakarta and SMP Negeri 11 Yogyakarta, it can be reflected that the use of learning media, especially persuasive text materials using application-based media, has yet to be maximized. Therefore, developing learning media based on the Kodular application is hoped to be a solution to learning persuasive text material. This study aims to; (1) describe the stages of Kodular application media in learning persuasion text material for class VIII SMP/MTs students; (2) describe the implementation of Kodular application media in learning persuasive text material in class VIII SMP/MTs students; and (3) describe Kodular application media's feasibility in learning persuasion text material for class VIII SMP/MTs students. The type of research used was R&D (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects of this study were students and expert validators. Meanwhile, the object of this research is media based on Kodular application in teaching persuasion text to class VIII SMP/MTs students. Data collection techniques used in this study were in the form of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study uses quantitative-descriptive analysis, which can present data from the validation test results from experts in the form of numbers and describe the stages in developing learning media based on Kodular applications. The results of this study indicate that the Kodular application-based media that contains persuasive text material is "Very Eligible" to apply in the learning process at school. This feasibility is evidenced by the results of the average score obtained from experts amounting to 93. The average score obtained from the assessment of media experts is 100, from material experts is 95, and from teaching experts (teachers as users) is 83, 8. In addition, the results of the responses from students to this Kodular application-based media were 89.5. Further, research on developing media based on Kodular applications in persuasion text learning in class VIII SMP/MTs students is expected to assist students in optimizing the learning process and support learning outcomes to achieve the learning objectives.

Abstract

The problem in this study is how the structure of the folklore "Ki Ageng Mangir", the function of folklore from Bantul district "Ki Ageng Mangir", as well as any moral values contained in the folklore. This study aims to describe the structure, function and the moral value of the folklore "Ki Ageng Mangir" The research method used is descriptive, data collection techniques using reading and note-taking techniques, the data generated in this study are written data.The results of the study indicate that the Ki Ageng Mangir people's stories have a function as the source of reference for historical events in Bantul district, the values contained in this story are cultural, religious and moral values.

Abstract

Pembelajaran membaca bagi mahasiswa calon guru Bahasa Indonesia merupakan hal penting yang wajib dikuasai. Mengingat mahasiswa calon guru Bahasa Indonesia sebagai penentu keberhasilan literasi siswa di sekolah. Selaras dengan hal tersebut. Pembelajaran membaca khususnya membaca kritis di lingkungan mahasiswa harus didukung dengan berbagai macam hal baik dari model, strategi dan juga bahan ajar. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan produk yang berupa buku elektronik dalam mata kuliah membaca khususnya membaca kritis bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian pengembangan (RD). Model yang digunakan adalah model Brog and Gall. Dalam penelitian ini akan diuraikan mengenai hasil analisis kebutuhan yang merupakan studi pendahuluan sebagai landasan dalam mengembangkan produk. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode tersebut digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian yang berupa; (1) observasi; (2) analisis dokumen berupa RPS; (3) wawancara kepada dosen dan mahasiswa serta; (4) telaah analisis kebutuhan. Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa dosen dan mahasiswa sangat membutuhkan buku ajar elektronik dalam mata kuliah membaca khususnya membaca kritis, hal itu didasari dengan pernyataan yang menyatakan bahwa saat ini buku ajar membaca sudah sangat banyak, namun buku ajar membaca khususnya membaca kritis berbentuk elektronik yang digunakan sebagai referensi pokok perkuliahan masih sulit ditemukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui latar belakang sosial budaya masyarakat dan menjelaskan nilai-nilai dalam novel Mimpi-Mimpi Jokowi karya Haryo Wibisono. Dengan menganalisis sumber pustaka (novel). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Metode diskriptif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan secara analisis latar belakang sosial budaya masyarakat dan menjelaskan nilai-nilai dalam novel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis dokumen. Teknik analisis data yaitu model Milles and Huberman yang terdiri atas empat tahapan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan kajian sosisologi sastra dalam novel Mimpi-Mimpi Jokowi karya Haryo Wibisono, diketahui bahwa novel tersebut merupakan cerminan masyarakat Jawa pada zaman sekarang. Hal tersebut bisa terlihat dari penggambaran; adat dan kepercayaan, bahasa yang digunakan, suku atau adat yang masih kental, tempat, dan latar sosio kultural. Selain itu, terdapat nilai-nilai pendidikan meliputi: nilai pendidikan sosial, nilai pendidikan agama, nilai pendidikan moral, nilai pendidikan ekonomi, nilai kegigihan, nilai kepedulian, dan nilai religius. Kata kunci: Sosiologi sastra, nilai pendidikan, novel

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the variation of language used in AMOEBA (Bajang Youth and Youth Generation) meetings and social gatherings in Pandak, Bantul, and Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The data was obtained from the recordings made at the wedding ceremony of a community in Bantul Regency. According to Scarlet, the speech act analysis in this study is based on the speech act theory. This research produces written data. The results of the study show that the use of language found in the AMOEBA hamlets of Daleman, Gilangharjo, Pandak, and Bantul are as follows; (1) Switching external codes from Javanese to Indonesian; (2) switching extercodescode from Arabic to Indonesian; (3) internal code-switching from Javanese ngoko to Javanese krama; (4) mix code into; (5) mix the code out; (6) and speech acts which are dominated by the presence of illocutionary speech acts, in the form of expressive speech acts and directive speech acts. Based on the sociopragmatic analysis, the use of the language is strongly influenced by the social conditions of the speaking community, both age, kinship, and the same language, because they live in the same area

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan kurangnya bahan ajar digital yang kreatif pada proses belajar mengajar terutama pada materi pariwisata. Berdampak pada kurangnya motivasi pemelajar dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi persoalan tersebut perlu pengembangan bahan ajar digital. Salah satunya dengan mengembangkan web edukasi berbasis ensiklopedia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Selaras dengan jenisnya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan web edukasi membaca bagi mahasiswa BIPA tingkat madya. Setelah dilakukan pengembangan produk. Tahapan yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan web edukasi yaitu  melakukan uji kelayakan kepada ahli dan respons mahasiswa. Observasi, wawancara, dan angket digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Deskriptif kuantitatif merupakan analisis datanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pemelajar BIPA tingkat madya Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) hasil analisis kebutuhan menujukkan bahwa saat ini diperlukan adanya pengembangan web pada kelas membaca mahasiswa BIPA; (2) Hasil kelayakan ahli materi memperoleh skor 84,12% dengan kriteria “baik sekali”. Ahli media 90% dengan kriteria “baik sekali”. Hasil penelitian dari validasi ahli pengajaran tahap pertama 72,58% dengan kriteria “baik”. Hasil penelitian dari validasi ahli pengajaran tahap kedua 86,7% dengan kategori “baik sekali”. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil 88,75% dengan kategori “baik sekali”. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa web edukasi layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran membaca bagi mahasiswa BIPA tingkat madya.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan; Bahan Ajar; WEB; BIPA

Abstract

Maintenance planning is the first step in an industry, especially when it comes to the trade-off between cost and reliability, which is the reason for this research's aim. The Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method will be used in this research to optimize maintenance activity in critical machines at the Sabiz 1 plant to minimize downtime, costs incurred for machine repairs, and production losses. The tools of RCM that will be used such as FMEA to determine critical machines as the focus of analysis, a Fishbone Diagram to determine the causes of failure, an RCM worksheet to get preventive activities, and a statistical distribution approach to obtain appropriate preventive activity intervals. The result of data processing shows that all data has a lognormal distribution and can be continued using the lognormal distribution method. The results of this analysis are the preventive maintenance activities proposal and their intervals as a reference for Sabiz 1 plant maintenance planning. The preventive maintenance plan for three critical machines is the high-pressure pump is four days of inspection activities and two days for replacement activities; for the powder, base conveyor is four days of checking activities and 17 days for replacement activities; and for the extraction tower fan for inspection, activities is seven days. The prediction of the implementation impact of this maintenance planning will save maintenance costs around 70% compared to historical costs.
