Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, incentives, and work motivation on employee performance at the Mataram Hotel. This study is included in quantitative research with an associative strategy. The population of this study was all employees of the Mataram Hotel in 2024 with a sample of 17 employees. The data that has been taken through the questionnaire is proven to be valid and reliable. The results of the study indicate that: 1) There is no effect of work discipline on employee performance because the ; 2) There is no effect of incentives on employee performance because the ; 3) There is an effect of work motivation on employee performance because the ; and 4) There is a significant joint effect between work discipline, incentives, and work motivation on employee performance with a contribution of and is influenced by other variables not studied.

Abstract

Mekar Bersatu Village possesses considerable economic potential, particularly in the agricultural and handicraft sectors that are based on local resources. However, local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face several persistent challenges, including limited market access, low adoption of digital technologies, and the lack of legal business status. This community engagement initiative aims to enhance the capacity of local MSMEs through targeted interventions focusing on digital marketing training and business legalization, aligned with the village’s unique local potential. The methodology involved a needs assessment survey, followed by two training sessions—on digital marketing and business legalization—along with practical simulation exercises. Evaluation outcomes indicate a significant increase in participants' understanding of digital marketing strategies and the importance of legal business registration. The program successfully motivated participants to utilize social media as a promotional platform and to independently initiate business licensing processes. These outcomes demonstrate that the training constitutes a foundational step toward fostering sustainable economic independence in Mekar Bersatu Village. ABSTRAKDesa Mekar Bersatu memiliki potensi ekonomi yang cukup besar, khususnya di sektor pertanian dan kerajinan tangan yang berbasis pada sumber daya lokal. Namun, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) setempat menghadapi beberapa tantangan yang terus berlanjut, termasuk akses pasar yang terbatas, rendahnya adopsi teknologi digital, dan kurangnya status bisnis yang sah. Inisiatif keterlibatan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM setempat melalui intervensi yang ditargetkan dengan fokus pada pelatihan pemasaran digital dan legalisasi bisnis, yang selaras dengan potensi lokal desa yang unik. Metodologi yang digunakan melibatkan survei penilaian kebutuhan, diikuti oleh dua sesi pelatihan—tentang pemasaran digital dan legalisasi bisnis—bersama dengan latihan simulasi praktis. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta tentang strategi pemasaran digital dan pentingnya pendaftaran bisnis yang sah. Program ini berhasil memotivasi peserta untuk memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai platform promosi dan untuk secara mandiri memulai proses perizinan bisnis. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan merupakan langkah mendasar menuju pembinaan kemandirian ekonomi yang berkelanjutan di Desa Mekar Bersatu.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to conduct education on planning and managing household finances more effectively and optimally so that it can improve family welfare for housewives in Bajur village. The methods of implementing this activity are lectures, discussions and exercises. The lecture consists of delivering material related to the definition of a personal or family financial management system and the importance of such management for the good and the future of the family. Participants are also trained to make the correct income and expenditure budget manually. Participants in this service activity were a group of PKK women in Bajur Village, totaling around 35 people. The result of service activities is that more than 80% of participants attended, this was calculated from the number of participants of around 33 people who participated in this activity. Most of the participants (85%) understand the household income and expenditure budget, are able to set a priority scale for needs and are able to prepare household income and expenditure budgets correctly. This activity ran smoothly and received a very positive response from the participants. This can be seen from the participants who enthusiastically participated in the event from start to finish and actively discussed issues surrounding family financial management.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to increase the motivation of Community Business Groups and the competitiveness of products by providing business management training for Jupiter Jaya Joint Business Group (KUBE) in Mavilla Rengganis Village, West Lombok Regency. The methods of implementing this activity wereby lectures, discussions and mentoring. The lectures were consisted of delivering material on business management, namely packaging management, labeling management and business financial management. The participants in this activity were 10 members of Jupiter Jaya KUBE. For financial management, partners were given training in simple financial bookkeeping and given assistance in making business bookkeeping.The result of this service activityis that most of the participants can comprehend business financial management. It can be seen that more than 90% of participants are able to make financial bookkeeping. In addition, the partners also agreed to use pouch stand for fish crisp packaging. This is because the stand pouch is more practical in packaging, strong in design, very flexible in shape, economical in price, and more modern and attractive in appearance. For product brands, the partners also agreed to name the fish crisp brand as dua sekawan.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to improve marketing management skills for SMEs Kale Cookies through training on product packaging and labeling according to SNI standards. The partner of this activity is UKM Kale Cookies, which consists of 10 people and has a strong desire to learn packaging management and product labeling. The method of implementing this activity includes training, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. The result of this service activity is that partners have understood the importance of making creative product packaging and labeling in accordance with SNI standards. In addition, partners also have skills in making product packaging and labels in accordance with SNI standards.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in strengthening local economies and supporting the development of sustainable tourism. This study aims to analyze the forms and effects of MSME digital promotion strategy innovations on the increase of tourist visits in the digital economy era. The research employed a mixed method approach with a sequential explanatory design. The findings indicate that MSME digital promotion strategies have a positive and significant effect on tourist visits, as reflected in the regression equation Y = 23.744 + 0.339X, with a significance value of 0.018 (< 0.05). The most effective forms of digital promotion innovation include visual storytelling content and collaboration among tourism stakeholders through the use of social media platforms. The main supporting factors consist of human resource capabilities, product quality, tourist experience, and government support. The study concludes that digital promotion innovation plays a vital role in enhancing MSME competitiveness and stimulating local economic growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam peningkatan produktivitas karyawan pada era revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yakni penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk memahami fenomena yang dialami oleh subyek penelitian dan menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata yang tertulis dan perilaku orang-orang yang diamati. Sedangkan untuk analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diketahui bahwa implementasi strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia telah dilakukan pada PT. SAN melalui penerapan fungsi manajemen yang yang ketat dan berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT diketahui bahwa PT. SAN berada pada level V (lima) dari Matriks Internal Eksternal (IE) dimana posisi perusahaan berada pada strategi pertumbuhan atau growth oriented strategy, strategi ini mengidentifikasikan keadaan perusahaan yang kuat dan mampu untuk terus berkembang dengan mengambil kesempatan dan peluang yang ada untuk meraih profit yang maksimal. Dimana total weighted score kekuatan-kelemahan sebesar 2.501504 sedangkan total weighted score peluang-ancaman sebesar 2.563642 yang mengidentifikasikan bahwa perusahaan berada pada Growth Stability Strategy yaitu strategi yang memiliki potensi yang kuat dan beberapa pertimbangan strategi dalam rencana pengembangan kinerja tanpa harus mengubah strategi yang sudah diterapkan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine employee development strategies in improving organizational performance at the Bima Regency NTB Communication, Information and Statistics Service office. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a description approach. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of employee development strategies in improving organizational performance at the DISKOMINFOTIK office (Department of Communications, Informatics and Statistics) Bima Regency, NTB has gone well, marked by an increase in technical competence through information technology-based training, development of non-technical skills such as leadership and communication, as well as preparing a clear and structured career development path. Apart from that, efforts to improve employee welfare and reward systems are also important components in increasing work motivation and productivity. Regular evaluation and adjustments to the implementation of this strategy are carried out to ensure continuous performance improvement. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a significant contribution to operational effectiveness and achievement of the strategic objectives of DISKOMINFOTIK Bima Regency.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the marketing strategy implemented by Sasak Maiq SMEs during the Covid 19 pandemic, especially related to the marketing mix. This study uses a qualitative method, namely a case study that produces descriptive data set out in words. Sources of data in this study using purposive sampling and data collection techniques in this study the authors made a direct visit to UKM Sasak Maiq to conduct personal interviews with the main director, employees and several consumers. The strategy carried out by Sasak Maiq to be able to survive in the midst of the Covid 19 Pandemic is the Bauran 4P (Product, Promotion, Price and Place) mix. Based on the research that has been done, the researcher concludes that there are several strategies used related to the Marketing Mix, namely the product strategy, namely food innovation, the promotion strategy, namely participating in major events related to MSME product exhibitions and sales through social media, the price strategy, namely price discounts, and the marketing strategy. place, namely flexibility in product delivery. Even though there are financial constraints, Sasak Maiq can still find solutions and alternatives, namely by managing finances, namely by product innovation, maximizing social media and maximizing delivery services. Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Marketing MixAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan UKM Sasak Maiq selama pandemi Covid 19 khususnya  terkait dengan bauran pemasaran (Marketing Mix). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yaitu studi kasus yang menghasilkan data- data deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam kata-kata. Sumber data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan kunjungan langsung ke UKM Sasak Maiq untuk melakukan wawancara pribadi dengan Direktur utama, karyawan-karyawan dan beberapa konsumen. Strategi yang dilakukan oleh Sasak Maiq untuk bisa tetap bertahan ditengah Pandemi Covid 19 yaitu Bauran 4P (Product, Promotion, Price and Place).  Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan maka peneliti menyimpulkaan ada beberapa strategi yang digunakan terkait dengan Marketing Mix yaitu strategi product yaitu inovasi makanan, strategi promotion yaitu mengikuti event-event besar terkait pameran produk UMKM dan penjualan melalui sosial media, strategi price yaitu potongan harga, dan strategi place yaitu fleksibilitas dalam pengiriman produk. Meskipun ada kendala keuangan tetapi Sasak Maiq masih bisa menemukan solusi dan alternatifnya yaitu dengan mengelola keuangan  yaitu  dengan inovasi produk, memaksimalkan media sosial dan memaksimalkan layanan antar atau delivery.  Kata Kunci : Strategi Pemasaran, Bauran Pemasaran

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh merek dan kemasan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada UKM Kale Cookies. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode  deskriptif, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.Tehnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui kuisioner, wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa merek dan kemasan berpengaruh positif dan kuat terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada UKM Kale Cookies. Hasil pengumpulan data menunjukkan bahwa kemasan yang digunakan oleh UKM Kale Cookies dalam kategori baik.Kata kunci : kemasan, merek, ukm
