ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh merek dan kemasan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada UKM Kale Cookies. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.Tehnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui kuisioner, wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa merek dan kemasan berpengaruh positif dan kuat terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pada UKM Kale Cookies. Hasil pengumpulan data menunjukkan bahwa kemasan yang digunakan oleh UKM Kale Cookies dalam kategori baik.Kata kunci : kemasan, merek, ukm

The purpose of this study is to examine how employee performance is impacted by the workplace and salary. The research subjects in this study are staff members of ine of motorcycle automotive dealer company in Indonesia. 30 employees made up the study's sample. In order to sample every employee in this workplace, nonprobibality sampling was utilized in this study along with saturated sampling categories. Using a questionnaire, data was collected, and SPSS software was used to analyze it using multiple linear regression analysis models. The findings of this study suggest that employee performance is influenced by both the workplace and salary. Employee performance is affected in part by both the work environment and remuneration. Employee performance may be described by the workplace and compensation, according to the Adjusted R Square value of 0.88, and the remaining can be accounted for by factors beyond the scope of this research.

This study aimed to find out whether or not Project based Learning have impact toward students’ creativity in speaking performance. This research was experimental research with quasi experimental design. This research was conducted on second semester of English language education as population which was consisted of 30 students (Experimental Class) and 30 students (Control Class). To determine the sample, the researchers used random sampling technique. Instrument of this research was verbal creativity test. It consisted of several sub-test such as guest, guessing causes and guessing consequences, unusual use activities, improvement activities, and just suppose activity. The data analyzed used SPSS to determine descriptive and inferential statitistics. Based on the data analysis showed that t-test was 7.140 in 5% level of significant. It proved that Project based Learning has significant impact in students’ creativity in speaking performance

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan kontribusi bekal Life Skill kepada peserta didik menjadi lebih siap mandiri serta menjadi insan yang produktif. Kegiatan ini dalam bentuk pelaksanaan program Pelatihan Pembuatan Gantungan Kunci dan Pin bagi Santri Yayasan Ponpes Darul Khair Praya Lombok Tengah dalam Mendukung Program Kewirausahaan. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah peserta didik Ponpes Darul Khair yang berjumlah 30 orang. Pelaksanaan Kegiatan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu (1) tahap perencanaan, (2) tahap pelaksanaan, dan (3) tahap evaluasi.Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta didik hingga 100% terkait kemampuan menggunakan aplikasi Corel Draw dalam membuat desain gantungan kunci dan pin. Para peserta juga bisa mengoperasikan mesin press untuk mencetak gantungan kunci dan pin, selain itu peserta didik mampu menghasilkan karya yang berupa gantungan kunci dan pin.

Pandemi covid-19 membuat pertumbuhan perekonomian dunia menjadi lambat. Kondisi ini dialami oleh seluruh dunia terutama dalam industri pariwisata khususnya perhotelan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implikasi covid-19 terhadap pendapatan hotel di kawasan Sembalun Lombok Timur khususnya Rinjani Hill Hotel serta untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan oleh manajemen Rinjani Hill Hotel bangkit dari keterpurukan akibat pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus tunggal dimana tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan beberapa metode antara lain metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data interaktif dengan tahapan yaitu : pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi lapangan, penelitian dan pembahasan, diperoleh data bahwa pada triwulan pertama sejak pandemi covid-19 menghantam Indonesia pada umumnya dan Lombok pada khusunya sangat berdampak terhadap operasional Rinjani Hill Hotel, akan tetapi sejak dilonggarkannya kebijakan pemerintah terkait Work From Home (WFH) tingkat kunjungan hotel mulai membaik dan terlihat ada peningkatan jumlah kunjungan dibandingkan beberapa bulan sebelum pandemi covid-19 mulai mewabah hal ini berdampak langsung dari sisi pendapatan hotel itu sendiri. Penerapan protokol kesehatan pada hotel merupakan salah satu cara didalam mempertahankan loyality konsumen.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran promosi terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli produk Sharie Radja Pancake Durian dan untuk mengetahui bauran promosi yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen membeli produk Sharie Radja Pancake Durian. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bauran promosi yang terdiri dari periklanan, promosi penjualan, publisitas, penjualan personil dan penjualan langsung berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli produk Sharie Radja Pancake Durian. Diantara bauran promosi tersebut, promosi penjualan paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli produk Sharie Radja Pancake Durian. Hal ini berarti bahwa promosi penjualan merupakan cara yang efektif untuk mempengaruhi konsumen membeli produk Sharie Radja Pancake Durian.

This study aims to find out how big the influence of brand equity that consists of (brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty) to customer satisfaction Oppo smartphone at STEI Rawamangun. The research method used is quantitative with quantitative decriptive approach with sample survey method, that is the technique of collecting and analyzing data by looking for opinions or opinions from the subjects studied (respondent) by using questionnaire. This research uses pursposive sampling technique that is sample determination technique with certain consideration. The sample in this research is STEI students who use Oppo smartphones. The sample used in this study as many as 100 people with the help of slovin formula. Analysis used is test of validity, reliability test and coefficient of determination.The results of partial calculations show that (1) The amount of influence of brand awareness on customer satisfaction is 9.73%, (2) The amount of influence of brand association on customer satisfaction is 4.57%, (3) The magnitude of the effect of perceived quality on customer satisfaction is 6 , 15% (4) The amount of influence of brand loyalty to customer satisfaction is 7.23. And the results of simultaneous calculations show that (5) Collectively brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty have an effect on customer satisfaction is equal to 73.2%.

The existence of non-educational background teachers (NEBTs) no doubt contributes to developing the quality of education but seems to lack attention. This research aimed to investigating the knowledge of NEBTs on pedagogical competence. A mixed method with explanatory sequential design was employed. The study was conducted in Central Lombok Regency. The total population was 109 spreading in 12 districts and three participants out of the total population were selected to participate in the interview. The instruments were a test in the form of multiple choice and an interview. The data from the test were analyzed quantitatively while the data obtained from the interview was analyzed qualitatively. The data of the test showed that the scores of four sub-aspects of pedagogical competence were 52.20 for the learning theories, 57.33 for students’ characteristics, 61.75 for the nature of education, and 84.30 for curriculum. Thus, the mean score was 63.90. The data from the interview showed that self-development efforts were low and the school supervisors and staffs role contributed only at the practical level. The research concluded that the knowledge of NEBTs was 63.90 in average due to the internal and external factors.

The recruitment of teachers should consider at least two criteria by any institution before proceeding the next step of the recruitment. The two criteria are the teachers’ academic qualification and the teachers’ competency. This research aimed to find out whether the teacher with educational and without educational background have significant effect on the knowledge of pedagogical competence or not. Quasi-experimental research with pretest posttest nonequivalent comparison group design was applied in this research by which all teachers affiliated in PERGUNU Lombok Tengah as the population. The purposive sampling technique is used to determine the samples (two experimental group). The instrument which was in the form of pedagogical test had been tested its validity and reliability was distributed to collect the data needed and then the data was analyzed using ANOVA. The result showed that the score of F-test was higher than F-table in the significant level of 0.5. It meant that the teachers with educational background have a basic knowledge of pedagogical competence. However, the teachers without educational background had no basic knowledge of such competence. It could be concluded that there was a significant effect of teachers with educational background toward the knowledge of pedagogical competence comparing to those teachers without any educational background. In other words, the null hypothesis of this research was accepted and the alternative hypothesis was rejected.

Entrepreneurship training in Semparu Village, Kopang, Central Lombok, aims to enhance family economies through the empowerment of housewives. This activity involves 20 housewives as direct partners. The implementation method includes preparation and execution phases, where materials are delivered through lectures and question-and-answer sessions to improve understanding of entrepreneurship. The training results show an increase in understanding of business management and practical skills, particularly in the production of papaya crisps, which demonstrate good market potential. Participants, who previously had little economic activity, now have the skills to start their own businesses, create job opportunities, and support community independence and empowerment. Recommendations for the future include ongoing monitoring and mentoring to ensure the application of the knowledge gained in facing business challenges. Additionally, it is recommended to expand similar training to other villages in Central Lombok to increase the broader economic impact. This activity not only facilitates short-term solutions through training but also lays the groundwork for sustainable development that supports economic independence and empowerment in Semparu Village.
