Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of value-added facilities at the departure terminal on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. The main objective is to measure how much influence these facilities have. Using a quantitative analysis, this study involved 100 passenger respondents. Data were collected through a validated and reliability-tested questionnaire. The t-test results showed a significance value of 0.01 (<0.05), indicating that value-added facilities have a significant impact on passenger satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R-squared) of 0.503 indicates that 50.3% of passenger satisfaction at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar is influenced by value-added facilities at the departure terminal, while 49.7% is influenced by other variables outside the study. The conclusion of this study is that value-added facilities have a positive and significant impact on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar.

Abstract

Human resource development through technology mastery is an innovative strategy to support the creation of sustainable transportation. This Community Service (PkM) activity carries the theme ‘Proteus Software Training for IAEETA Members: Innovative Strategies for Human Resource Development for Sustainable Transportation’. The main problem faced by partners is their limited mastery of Proteus software, particularly in terms of installation, initial configuration, use of the Virtual Oscilloscope, and integration with Arduino IDE, which is highly relevant in the fields of air navigation and aviation electrical systems. The implementation methods included module development, interactive lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and project-based learning. The training results showed an increase in participants' competence from moderate to good, as reflected in their success in completing simple projects such as flashing LED simulations and signal analysis using virtual measuring instruments. A satisfaction survey also showed that the majority of participants gave a score of 4–5 in terms of material, instructors, learning methods, and facilities. This activity produced outputs in the form of training modules (printed and digital), simulation products, PkM reports, and publication articles. Thus, this training not only improved the technical skills of the participants but also strengthened the contribution of academics in supporting innovation and sustainability in transportation through the development of human resources based on simulation technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengoperasian Ground Support Equipment (GSE) di Bandar Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kelancaran pergerakan dan keselamatan di area sisi udara. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan pengoperasian GSE oleh personil Ground Handling berjalan sesuai aturan dan menganalisis efektivitas peran unit Apron Movement Control (AMC) dalam memonitor pergerakan peralatan atau kendaraan GSE. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan analisis data berdasarkan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Udara Nomor KP 635 Tahun 2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat kekurangan dalam pengawasan GSE, yang dibuktikan dengan adanya pelanggaran terhadap Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) terkait penempatan dan pengoperasian peralatan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengoperasian GSE di sesuai dengan prosedur sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan kelancaran pergerakan dan keselamatan di area sisi udara bandar udara, sehingga pengawasan oleh AMC perlu terus dioptimalkan.

Abstract

Currently a plague all over the word makes people feel hopeless and even think about suicide. This condition is exacerbated by the many layoffs from companies. Some housewives feel hopeless in responding to this pandemic, they think about how to deal with conditions to keep the body fit, with maintain family health amidst this pandemic as well as regulate a balanced nutritional diet wth minimal finances. Of course this is not easy for some housewives. Why do housewives choose? Because the financial manager who regulates food patterns during pandemic conditions is a housewife. In responding to the pandemic, the Indonesian Avition Polytechnic has participated in reducing the impact of the pandemic, one of which is through counseling activities, which are carried out by lecturers in community service activities to housewives, Dharma Wanita members the PPIC around the Indonesian Polytechnic campus, namely in serdang wetan village, Legok sub-district, Tangerang district. This PKM activity is a medium that connects the word of education with the surrounding community, this PKM activity is carried out by providing counseling to mothers around the PPIC campus, it is hoped that this activity will add insight to housewives that the current pandemic conditions cannot be faced only by panic but it must be with the knowledge and insight to get around a varied diet and balanced nutrition without being expensive, and invite family members to always live a healthy life, so that the body’s immunity increases, so that you can avoid the corona virus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab  kerusakan pada modul synthesizer transmitter 1 Doppler Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range (DVOR) dengan Merk Selex Type 1150 A  di Perum LPPNPI Cabang Banjarmasin.Teknisi melihat pancaran DVOR dibagian main select dan antenna tidak dapat tersinkonisasi dengan benar, dimana seharusnya pancaran DVOR ada pada main select transmitter 1 namun terpancar pada transmitter 2. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan terganggunya fungsi peralatan dari DVOR dan kegagalan fungsi DVOR sebagai homing. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu metode analisa,proses perbaikan dan uji coba.Penyebab kerusakan pada modul synthesizer transmitter 1 DVOR Merk Selex Type 1150 A disebabkan karena rusaknya sebuah fuse pada modul synthesizer transmitter 1 dimana fuse berfungsi sebagai pemutus tegangan tinggi yang masuk ke modul synthesizer untuk mencegah kerusakan langsung terhadap modul tersebut. Permasalahan ini telah diselesaikan dengan cara mengganti fuse di modul synthisizer transmitter 1 kemudian DVOR sudah normal operasi baik dari sisi darat dan pilot sebagai user dari peralatan DVOR.
