Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of the needs for calculating board media, to describe the steps for developing calculating board media, material for the calculation operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and to determine the validity of the calculating board media developed in class 3 of SDN 305 Langkidi. This research uses a type of development research using the ADDIE model. The steps taken in this research are needs analysis, design, product development and evaluation. The subjects of this research were 27 students and a class teacher. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative. The results of the calculation board media feasibility test from design experts obtained a percentage score of 71.87% in the valid category, while material experts got 84.37% which was also in the very valid category so that it could be used in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the practicality of e-modules of Character Education Characterized by Local Wisdom. This research is follow-up research from previous research. This research is quantitative research using an instrument in the form of a practicality questionnaire totaling 15. The focus of the practicality test is the efficiency of the e-module, the benefits and ease of use. The data that has been obtained, then each is analyzed for each indicator in the form of a percentage, both from the responses of lecturers and students. Respondents consisted of students and lecturers totaling 106 people within the scope of the Faculty of Education and Teaching Training of the Islamic Education Management Study Program. The average response from lecturers was 90% which was included in the very practical category and the response from students was 83.5% which was included in the practical category. In addition, researchers also made improvements and several revisions for the convenience of users including adding images and layouts, until finally this e-module was completed in its development stage and could be used as teaching material in the lecture process in the Character Education course.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of parenting programs on students’ learning behavior at SDIT Insan Madani Palopo City. This study employed an ex-post facto research design with a quantitative approach. The population of this study consisted of fifth- and sixth-grade teachers, parents, and students at SDIT Insan Madani Palopo City. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling, resulting in a total sample of 198 respondents, comprising 12 teachers, 93 students, and 93 parents. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The research instruments used a Likert scale and were tested for validity and reliability, with all items proven to be valid and reliable. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 23. The results of the study indicate that parenting programs have a significant effect on students’ learning behavior. The t-test results show that the t-value of 7.298 is greater than the t-table value of 1.986, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the hypothesis is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.369 indicates that parenting programs contribute 36.9% to variations in students’ learning behavior, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside this study. Therefore, it can be concluded that the better the implementation of parenting programs, the better the students’ learning behavior at SDIT Insan Madani Palopo City.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the issue of suboptimal student learning outcomes. In the learning process, student learning outcomes can vary, making it necessary to implement learning strategies that can help improve these outcomes. Therefore, this study aims to examine the implementation of the Brain Breaks learning technique, the differences in student learning outcomes before and after the implementation of this technique, and the effect of the Brain Breaks learning technique on student learning outcomes. This study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pretest–posttest design. The study was conducted at SDIT Insan Madani in Palopo City from October to November 2025 with a sample of 26 fourth-grade students. Data collection was carried out through tests in the form of pretests and posttests as well as questionnaires. The data obtained were then analyzed using a statistical test, namely the paired sample t-test. The results of the study indicate an improvement in student learning outcomes, with the average pretest score of 64.88 increasing to 86.92 on the posttest. The results of the paired sample t-test showed a significance level of p < 0.001, indicating a highly significant effect of the Brain Breaks learning technique on the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students regarding the rights and obligations phase B material at SDIT Insan Madani in Palopo City.
