Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktik jual beli barang luqathah (temuan) menurut hukum Islam, dengan studi kasus pada Bazar Pakaian oleh Bagian Laundry Organisasi Pelajar Pondok Modern (OPPM) Darussalam Gontor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jual beli luqathah (temuan) dalam bazar ini diperbolehkan dalam perspektif hukum Islam, karena telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat jual beli. Hal ini juga sesuai dengan Mazhab Syafi'i, bahwa barang yang nilainya kurang dari satu dinar tidak diharuskan untuk diumumkan selama satu tahun, selama barang tersebut masih dalam kondisi layak. Secara hukum, pakaian luqathah (temuan) telah menjadi milik Bagian Laundry dan sah untuk dijual. Namun, bazar bukanlah pilihan utama dalam menangani luqathah; melainkan prioritas utama adalah mengumumkannya secara rutin kepada seluruh santri. Peneliti merekomendasikan agar Bagian Laundry memperbaiki sistem manajemen, terutama dalam kualitas pengumuman, agar pakaian yang tertinggal atau tertukar semakin berkurang.

Abstract

The report of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia on the determination of the beginning of the month of Muharram 1446 H which falls on Sunday raises differences with perukyat and hisab from Nahdhatul Ulama' which makes disputes among Muslim communities. The purpose of this research, to complete a deficiency in existing studies by looking back at how the method of determining the beginning of the month of Muharram 1446 H has been implemented by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia and Nahdhatul Ulama' has been realized or not, has opened a place of difference. This writing uses a normative legal method, which uses an Islamic Law approach.  And this research uses primary data which includes in-depth interviews with academics from lecturers, students, and Muslim communities. The results obtained show that there are factors of differentiation in the method of determining the beginning of the month of Muharram 1446 H due to the existence of different provisions. The Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia sets the beginning of the month of Muharram 1446 H or on July 07, 2024 because the hilal is above the MABIMS criteria. And Nahdhotul Ulama' set the date of July 8, 2024 based on the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. It is Nahdhotul Ulama' to normalize the calculation of the moon to be even 30 days in determining the beginning of the month of Muharram 1446 H.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education plays a crucial role in shaping students' morals and character from an early age, particularly at the elementary school level. Amidst technological advances and globalization that can influence student behavior, the role of appropriate learning methods is crucial. SDN Mojotengah 1, as an elementary school, strives to implement the lecture method in Islamic Religious Education (IS) teaching to instill noble moral values in students. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the lecture method in Islamic Religious Education (IS) teaching on the development of students' noble morals at SDN Mojotengah 1. The researchers wanted to determine the extent to which this method contributes to guiding students' behavior and attitudes toward betterment, both within and outside the school environment. The method used in this study was quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The population in this study was all upper-grade students at SDN Mojotengah 1, and a purposive sample of 34 respondents was selected. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive statistics techniques in the form of percentages. The results showed that the lecture method implemented by the Islamic Religious Education teacher was quite effective in shaping students' noble morals. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire and interviews, which showed that the majority of students were able to understand the material, demonstrated politeness, responsibility, and a strong sense of worship. Therefore, it can be concluded that the lecture method remains relevant and effective in Islamic Religious Education (IS) teaching to shape students' noble character. Abstrak Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk moral dan karakter siswa sejak usia dini, terutama di jenjang sekolah dasar. Di tengah kemajuan teknologi dan arus globalisasi yang dapat memengaruhi perilaku peserta didik, peran metode pembelajaran yang tepat menjadi sangat krusial. SDN Mojotengah 1 sebagai lembaga pendidikan dasar berupaya menerapkan metode ceramah dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam guna menanamkan nilai-nilai moral luhur kepada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan metode ceramah dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam terhadap pembentukan moral luhur siswa di SDN Mojotengah 1. Peneliti ingin mengetahui sejauh mana metode tersebut berkontribusi dalam mengarahkan perilaku dan sikap siswa ke arah yang lebih baik, baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun di luar sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas atas SDN Mojotengah 1, dan sampel diambil secara purposive sebanyak 34 responden. Analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ceramah yang diterapkan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam cukup efektif dalam membentuk moral luhur siswa. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil angket dan wawancara yang menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa mampu memahami materi, menunjukkan sikap sopan santun, tanggung jawab, serta memiliki semangat ibadah yang tinggi. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode ceramah masih relevan dan efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam untuk membentuk karakter siswa yang berakhlak mulia

Abstract

Leadership and organizational culture are important factors determining employee performance and ability to adapt to environmental changes.  Phenomena that happened at the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi is employee work that is still not optimal. The problem studied from this study is how the description of the leadership and organizational culture of the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi. This study aims to find out and describe the influence of leadership and organizational culture on the work of employees of the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi, either simultan or partially. The data from this study are all employees of the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi which total of 250 people. The sampling technique in this study uses census study population techniques so that the entire population is used as a sample. The questionnaire method of data collection is employed, and multiple regression analysis with simultaneous testing and partial test hypothesis testing was the method of analysis used in this investigation. Leadership and organizational culture have a beneficial impact on employee performance, according to the partial variable results of the regression analysis. Leadership, which affects employee performance by 69.3%, is the dominant independent variable.  The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the bound is 75.0% while the rest is as much as 25. 0% is influenced by other factors that are not studied such as salary and performance support

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose of the study: This research scrutinizes the judge's logical fallacy in considering the life history and emotional and psychological condition of the Defendant in Supreme Court Decision Number 813 K/Pid/2023 against the Defendant who was found guilty in a case of premeditated murder, which potentially results in a lighter sentence for the Defendant. Methodology: The research methodology used doctrinal methods. Data were collected, selected, grouped, and arranged in narrative form and analyzed qualitatively. The approach used in this research was a normative approach with legal theory analysis to obtain a complete picture of the judge's considerations in implementing decisions. The analysis utilized was content analysis, i.e., interpreting the meanings intended by and in the judge's considerations in Supreme Court Decision Number 813 K/Pid/2023. Results: The research findings exhibited the life history and social circumstances of the Defendant, who, at that time, served as a member of the Indonesian National Police, with his last position as Kadiv Propam (Head of the Professional and Security Division) who had contributed to the state by contributing to maintaining order and security and upholding the law in the country. The Defendant having served as a member of the National Police for approximately 30 years is a consideration that reduces the sentence. This becomes a logical fallacy for judges, resulting in the impact of public distrust in law enforcement. Applications of this study: The purpose of this research is to elucidate the dynamics of judges' logic in making logical legal considerations in accordance with applicable rules. Keywords: Judge's Consideration, Death Penalty, Court Decision.   ABSTRAK  Tujuan: Penelitian ini mengkaji kekeliruan pemikiran hakim dalam mempertimbangkan riwayat hidup dan kondisi psikologis emosional terdakwa dalam Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 813 K/Pid/2023 terhadap terdakwa yang dinyatakan bersalah dalam kasus pembunuhan berencana yang berpotensi menyebabkan hukuman yang lebih ringan bagi terdakwa. Metode: Metodologi penelitian menggunakan metode doctrinal, Data dikumpulkan, dipilih, dikelompokkan, dan dirangkai dalam bentuk narasi serta dianalisis secara kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan normatif analisis teori hukum sehingga dapat memperoleh gambaran secara lengkap mengenai pertimbangan hakim dalam penerapan putusan. analisis yang digunakan content analysis, yaitu menafsirkan makna-makna yang dimaksud oleh dan dalam pertimbangan hakim dalam Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 813 K/Pid/2023. Hasil: Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa riwayat hidup dan keadaan sosial terdakwa dimana saat itu terdakwa menjabat sebagai Anggota Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia dengan jabatan terakhir sebagai Kadiv Propam pernah berjasa kepada negara dengan berkontribusi ikut menjaga ketertiban dan keamanan serta menegakkan hukum di tanah air, Terdakwa telah mengabdi sebagai anggota Polri kurang lebih 30 tahun telah menjadi pertimbangan yang memperingan pemidanaan sebagai kekeliruan hakim dalam berpikir, sehingga dapat menimbulkan dampak  ketidakpercayaan masyarakat kepada penegak hukum. Aplikasi penelitian: Kegunaan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dinamika logika hakim dalam membuat suatu pertimbangan hukum yang logis sesuai aturan yang berlaku. Abstract

This study aims to enhance the reading interest of eighth-grade students at SMPN 1 Karawang Barat through the implementation of Project Based Learning (PBL) method combined with an Inquiry Oriented Classroom approach. The research was conducted in two cycles, where the first cycle utilized lecture method and educational technology, while the second cycle implemented case-based discussions. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that interactive and varied teaching methods, including the use of technology such as interactive features and QR codes, significantly improved students' reading interest and learning motivation. In the first cycle, students' reading interest was recorded at 55%, which increased to over 84% in the second cycle. These findings indicate that project-based learning methods combined with technology can assist students in better understanding the material and enhance their overall learning motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi inovatif yang diterapkan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di era digital, khususnya di SDN 04 Talang Tangah. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam menghadapi perubahan karakteristik siswa yang tumbuh dalam lingkungan digital, serta rendahnya minat belajar siswa akibat metode pembelajaran yang kurang relevan dengan zaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru di SDN 04 Talang Tangah telah menerapkan berbagai strategi inovatif, seperti pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project-Based Learning), penggunaan media digital interaktif (video, kuis online), dan penerapan metode gamifikasi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Strategi tersebut mampu meningkatkan kehadiran, partisipasi aktif, serta ketertarikan siswa terhadap materi pelajaran. Temuan ini didukung oleh teori minat belajar dari Slameto, serta teori konstruktivisme dari Piaget dan Vygotsky yang menekankan pentingnya keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran bermakna. Kesimpulannya, strategi inovatif guru yang berbasis teknologi dan pendekatan kreatif efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di era digital. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kapasitas guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi serta perlunya studi lanjutan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk memperluas generalisasi hasil.

Abstract

Pada masa perkembangan zaman pada saat ini meningkatnya tingkat penggunaan teknologi seperti Handphone, Komputer, Laptop, dan lain sebagainya. Penggunaan teknologi tersebut sudah tidak dapat dipungkiri kembali dikarenakan zaman yang semakin maju dan manusia harus bisa mengikuti perkembangannya agar tidak tertinggal pada perubahan zaman. Dampak dari adanya perkembangan teknologi ini yaitu seperti mudahnya akses internet dalam mencari berbagai informasi, lebih cenderung bermain HP dan tidak peduli terhadap sekitar, meningkatnya game online, dan masih banyak lagi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat menganalisis dari berbagai sumber terkait pengaruh Game Online Mobile Legends dalam Pembelajaran IPS. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Dengan tahapan mengumpulkan, mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mengevaluasi hasil penelitian terdahulu tentang pengaruh game online Mobile Legends yang akan berdampak pada salah satu mata pelajaran di sekolah yaitu IPS.

Abstract

Fertilizer is one of the crucial inputs to maximize nutrients needed by plants, especially rice. However, insufficient ameliorant application may affect the fertilizers' effectiveness. Humic acid is believed as one of the ameliorants to improve soil conditions resulting in higher nutrient availability. The study aimed to evaluate the effect of combining humic acid and micronutrients on growth, production, and nutrient contents in rice. Three treatments were applied, i.e., control (without humic acid), humic acid, and humic acid + micronutrients. The result showed that both humic acid treatments produced the highest number of tillers, humic acid application solely stimulated the highest root length, and humic acid + micronutrients stimulated the highest plant height, and fresh and dry biomass weight. Grain weight was not affected by treatments, but humic acid + micronutrients gave a higher weight of milled grain and number of filled grains. Humic acid application solely resulted in plant biomass and grains having higher N, P, and K contents. Overall, the application of humic acid + micronutrients is recommended to increase rice production. Keywords: ameliorant; fertilizer; nutrient availability; nutrient uptake
