Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic has resulted in changes in lifestyle and activities. This is also felt by entrepreneurs who are members of Depok Creative Woman and partners in the Community Service Program. The problems faced by partners are how to use information technology and Google Drive, which can be used to create and store documents that can be accessed and edited online together in WFH situations, how to create and distribute questionnaires that can be used online, what are the security factors that need to be considered in the use of information technology online, as well as how to use information technology in offline internet conditions. This activity aims to provide training on organizing documents to support the effectiveness of WFH activities for partners. The activity plan begins with the identification of partner problems. Next, the activity team is coordinated to find solutions to problems and assignments by team members. Implementation of activities utilizes the video conference Zoom application to explain and practice partners how to utilize information technology related to organizing documents to support the effectiveness of WFH activities. Based on the results of 18 respondents, it is known that 100% of respondents stated that training on uploading documents to Google Drive was beneficial for small and medium businesses/business activities.

Abstract

Hanan's Cake is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in Tangerang, Indonesia. Currently, Hanan's Cake sells and markets via WhatsApp and social media. However, the marketing strategy implemented needed to be more appropriate. Marketing is still relatively traditional, namely by consumers' word of mouth. Digital marketing can be used to help with these problems. This activity aims to increase MSMEs' knowledge regarding digital marketing to help them increase sales of their products and assist them in using one of the digital platforms that can be used for product marketing. Activities are carried out online, identifying problems, helping, and providing examples of the use of social media. Using social media applications for product marketing focuses on uploading photos, providing captions, being creative in taking product photos, and utilizing the features available in social media applications. In the series of activities, participants were very enthusiastic and participated well. Increasing participants' insight into digital marketing can help overcome various business problems and increase MSME income.

Abstract

This study delves into the impact of the "Free Shipping" tagline on online purchase decisions, concentrating on students enrolled in the Sharia Business Management program at Muhammadiyah University, North Sumatra. Employing quantitative research, data was collected through distributed questionnaires utilizing the Likert scale to gauge respondents' reactions. A sample size of 82 participants was chosen using purposive sampling. Simple regression analysis was applied, with data analyzed using SPSS version 26. The findings reveal a significant correlation between the presence of the "Free Shipping" tagline and online purchase decisions among the student population. These results contribute to understanding consumer behavior in e-commerce and offer insights for businesses aiming to optimize their online sales strategies. This study underscores the importance of incorporating promotional incentives, such as free shipping, in online marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
