Abstract

Lapangan panasbumi X terletak pada jalur gunung api aktif yang pembentukannya dikontrol oleh proses-proses geologi dan diindikasikan oleh adanya struktur geologi yang merupakan salah satu penyebab timbulnya gempa. Dalam periode bulan Januari 2013 hingga Agustus 2014, tercatat sebanyak 409 event gempa  mikro. Hasil penentuan nilai Poisson’s ratio yang diperoleh dari analisis kecepatan gelombang seismik, diketahui bahwa nilai Poisson’s ratio di lapangan panasbumi X adalah dominan rendah sehingga lapangan panasbumi X dapat dikatakan sebagai lapangan dengan sistem panasbumi dominasi uap. Pola distribusi Poisson’s ratio menunjukkan bahwa sistem recharge di area lapangan panasbumi X berlangsung dengan baik. Hasil overlay antara sebaran nilai Poisson’s ratio dengan data pendukung menunjukkan bahwa fluida injeksi mengalir dari sumur injeksi menuju sumur produksi melalui struktur geologi yang terdapat di area lapangan panasbumi X.

Abstract

Human error didefinisikan sebagai kegagalan untuk menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan spesifik yang sulit untuk dihindarkan, akan tetapi dapat diminimasi dampaknya melalui upaya pencegahan. Salah satu dampak dari human error yang terjadi di industri yaitu terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai human error, jenis-jenis human error, metode human error dan intervensi ergonomi untuk meminimasi terjadinya human error. Metode atau pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah dan diskusi. Pelatihan ini diberikan kepada karyawan di PT Ganding. Metode-metode terkait human error yang dipaparkan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu fault tree analysis, Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique (HEART)dan SHERPA. Intervensi ergonomi untuk minimasi risiko human error dapat berupa penempatan display peringatan di area kerja, pengaturan jam kerja sesuai dengan beban kerja dan lainnya. Pada akhir pelatihan, peserta diminta untuk mengisi kueioner evaluasi, hasilnya menunjukan respon yang positif dari peserta untuk materi, penyampaian materi, diskusi dan pengalokasian waktu.

Abstract

Intisari—Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT.Jaya Beton Indonesia dimana ditemukannya indikasi beban kerja fisik yang berlebih dan postur kerja yang buruk pada operator proses setting. Permasalahan diketahui berdasarkan hasil identifikasi dengan kuesioner Nordic Body Map pada operator proses setting yang menunjukan adanya keluhan mengenai rasa sakit yang dialami oleh operator pada bagian lengan, punggung, pinggang dan lutut serta adanya beban kerja fisik yang berlebih dimana operator mengeluhkan adanya rasa sakit pada lengan dan bahu pada saat bekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk mengurangi beban kerja fisik dan risiko Musculoskeletal Disorders yang dialami operator. Identifikasi risiko pada aktifitas kerja dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) dan skor akhir yang didapatkan untuk postur kerja pada proses setting adalah 8. Hasil dari penilaian menggunakan REBA menunjukan bahwa aktifitas kerja memiliki risiko tinggi dan perlu adanya perbaikan segera. Diketahui bahwa operator memiliki beban kerja fisik yang berlebih, hal ini diketahui berdasarkan hasil pengukuran denyut nadi dan perhitungan konsumsi energy dimana diketahui bahwa kategori beban kerja fisik yang dialami oleh operator termasuk dalam kategori berat. Usulan perbaikan yang diberikan untuk mengurangi beban kerja fisik adalah dengan menghitung kebutuhan waktu istirahat bagi operator yaitu selama 9,25 menit setiap melakukan pekerjaan selama 30 menit. Kemudian usulan rancangan berupa Mold Setting Bench untuk memperbaiki postur kerja operator memberikan nilai REBA dengan skor 3 dimana risiko MSDS menjadi lebih rendah. Abstract—. This research was conducted at PT. Jaya Beton Indonesia where indications of excessive physical workload and poor work posture were found in the setting process operator. The problem was identified based on the results of identification with the Nordic Body Map questionnaire on the operator setting process which showed complaints about the pain experienced by the operator in the arms, back, waist and knees as well as the presence of excessive physical workload where the operator complained of pain in the arms and legs. shoulder at work. The purpose of this study is to propose improvements to reduce the physical workload and the risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders experienced by operators. Risk identification in work activities is carried out using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method and the final score obtained for work posture in the setting process is 8. The results of the assessment using REBA show that work activities have a high risk and need immediate improvement. It is known that the operator has an excessive physical workload, this is known based on the results of pulse measurements and energy consumption calculations where it is known that the category of physical workload experienced by the operator is included in the heavy category. The improvement proposal given to reduce the physical workload is to calculate the required rest time for operators, which is 9.25 minutes for every 30 minutes of work. Then the proposed design in the form of a Mold Setting Bench to improve the operator's work posture gives a REBA value with a score of 3 where the risk of MSDS is lower.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT XYZ, dimana objek yang diamati adalah operator lini produksi 5. PT XYZ merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi obat. Identifikasi masalah dilakukan dengan observasi langsung serta wawancara kepada manager Human Resource. Di tahun 2021 terjadi permasalahan tingkat pengunduran diri pekerja yang tinggi di lini produksi 5 sejumlsh 23 orang, dimana 15 diantaranya beralasan mengalami stress saat bekerja. Permasalahan yang ditemukan tersebut merujuk adanya indikasi beban kerja mental pada para operator lini produksi 5. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meminimasi beban kerja mental operator di lini produksi 5. Pengukuran beban kerja mental menggunakan metode NASA-TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration-Task Load Index) untuk mengklasifikasikan tingkat beban kerja mental operator dan memberikan usulan perbaikan dengan metode HAZOP dengan mengidentifikasi penyimpangan yang terjadi di lini produksi 5 berdasarkan 6 aspek beban kerja mental, yaitu kebutuhan fisik, kebutuhan mental, kebutuhan waktu, performansi, usaha, dan tingkat frustasi. Usulan perbaikan yang dapat meminimasi penyimpangan yang terjadi pada 6 aspek beban kerja mental adalah menambah 1 pekerja khusus untuk mengantar hasil proses ke proses berikutnya, melakukan briefing dan evaluasi harian, mengadakan sosialiasi kesehatan dan menyediakan psikolog untuk konseling, membuat jam istirahat sekunder, menerapkan sistem penghargaan dan rancangan SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) untuk pemberian penghargaan.

Abstract

Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Company Utama Indonesia is one of the leading construction companies in Indonesia and is a subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co., Ltd, based in Japan. Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) is an urban rail-based mode of public service transportation. This research was conducted on the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) phase II Jakarta construction project in the Glodok - Kota area. Based on observations and interviews, work accidents caused by unsafe actions need to be further identified. This study aims to control the indicators of unsafe actions that can cause work accidents. The method used in this study is Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC). This research was conducted in several stages, namely identifying the hazard of the unsafe action indicator, conducting a risk assessment of the unsafe action indicator, and determining risk control. The results obtained are based on risk assessment; from the 13 risks, there are 9 types of risk in the low category (low risk), 3 types of risk in the medium category (medium risk), and 1 risk in the high category (high risk). Risk control that can be provided and has been approved by the company is the installation of signs "beware of falling materials", providing external training such as K3 Training for High Building Workers in Lift and Transport Fields, conducting supervision in the work area by increasing the number of supervisory personnel involving supervision and site engineers.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat pekerja industri manufaktur mengenai pelanggaran keselamatan kerja, bagaimana pencegahan dan apa konsekuensi hukumnya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah dengan pelatihan yang berisi sesi ceramah dan sesi dikusi selama setengah hari di PT Ganding Toolsindo. Pelatihan diikuti oleh karyawan di bagian Produksi dan manajer operasi dan divisi keselamatan kerja. Materi pelatihan yang diberikan adalah mengenai faktor manusia dan organisasi yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja, dan pengenalan undang-undang ketenagakerjaan dan peraturan pemerintah mengenai keselamatan kerja. Peserta pelatihan merasa puas dengan materi pelatihan dan menilai bahwa pelatihan ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka.

Abstract

A decline in groundwater quality in the coastal part of Tangerang Regency, which directly borders the Java Sea, has been identified in recent years. This content analysis research examines the suitability of the coast of Tangerang Regency, especially the Kosambi sub-district, as an industrial area based on the RPIJM of the Tangerang Regency government. Groundwater quality and the impact of intrusion in the study area were analyzed based on secondary data obtained from the Groundwater and Subsidence Monitoring System of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources at 15 water sample points. The parameters analyzed include physical, chemical and inorganic water parameters. The results obtained from the analysis of various parameters show that groundwater in the study area is polluted by seawater. The plan to develop an industrial area in the study area will certainly impact increasingly severe levels of intrusion in the study area if the plan does not pay attention to preserving groundwater resources.

Abstract

Laundry services are essential to support other industries, such as tourism and health. Hospitals, hotels, and restaurants are customers of the laundry industry. Occupational health and safety risks in the laundry sector have become a government concern through the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia issuing the Hospital Laundry Ergonomics Guide. This activity aims to provide knowledge regarding occupational safety risk control for the laundry service industry. Workers in this sector face risks of ergonomics and chemical hazards. Ergonomics risk comes from lifting and transporting linen material in sorting, washing, and drying activities up to the final process. Workers need to be given the insight to care about safety and how to control the hazards they face. By carrying out this activity, it is hoped that participants will become more aware of occupational safety risk control to improve their quality of life.

Abstract

Pesticides are all chemicals and other substances, as well as microorganisms and viruses, which are used to eliminate or prevent pests and diseases that damage plants, plant parts or agricultural products. The use of pesticides in the agricultural sector is still widely used even though pesticide prices are increasing every year. Indramayu is one of the largest agricultural lands in West Java, so the majority of Indramayu residents earn their living as farmers. The problem that farmers often encounter in using pesticides is a lack of knowledge and low awareness, which results in a lack of behavior to prevent the consequences of using pesticides, such as a lack of use of personal protective equipment by farmers when spraying with pesticides. The aim of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is to help increase knowledge and understanding of how to prevent the impact of pesticide use on the farming community in Pawidean Village. This PKM takes the form of assistance, counseling or outreach, showing videos and making posters for farmers. Farmers hope that the results of this PKM will increase farmers' understanding of practices to prevent health impacts caused by the use of pesticides.

Abstract

Tangerang is counted among Indonesia's fastest-growing industries and population since it is located near the capital. At the current rate of population growth, the population by 2035 is expected to reach more than 2 million by appliying the geometric method. Rapid population growth has severe environmental damage. A simple linear regression calculation was applied to predict the Tangerang waste generation and it is expected to grow to 1,57 million tonnes by 2035. The Pearson's correlation was used to examine the impact of population growth in Tangerang on waste generation. Overall, there is a positive correlation between population growth and waste generation. The increase in the amount of waste can affect the formation of leachate. Rawa Kucing is the main Tangerang landfill that implements an open dumping system in its waste management. One of the negative impacts of the open dumping system is the potential for leachate generation. This study performed a simple calculation of leachate volume to illustrate leachate generation in Rawa Kucing. The more leachate produced, the greater the level of contamination since it contains highly toxic components, and it will escape from the Rawa Kucing landfill, contaminating the groundwater, potentially polluting the environment and harming human health.
