Abstract

Community service through technical guidance for prospective cooperative members who wish to establish a cooperative is a very important program to provide knowledge and character formation for those who will later have to participate in the cooperative forum that will be formed. This technical guidance will be held on 21 and 22 October 2023 from 19.30 WIB to 11.30 WIB. The expected output, apart from the formation of solid and responsible management, supervisors and members, is the formation of a cooperative that carries out its services to members through the efforts required by cooperative members. Therefore, the presenters are experienced in theory and practice in cooperatives. The method provided in this Bimtek is by providing material in two directions and discussions related to cooperatives in practice and how to establish cooperatives. The topics given to prospective cooperative members will provide a deeper understanding of the implementation of the steps in establishing a cooperative from the initial stages to the formation of the cooperative.

Abstract

Community service through field study assistance for YPMAK scholarship undergraduate students is a very important program to form strong graduate characters and provide knowledge and soft skills that can be a provision for life after graduating from the Indonesian Cooperative University. This mentoring activity was carried out on January 23 and 24 2024 from Tuesday to Thursday. Participants in this program were 56 students who received scholarships from YPMAK. This activity is expected to produce results out put graduates who are ready to run a reliable business in their home area. Therefore, presenters who have been successful in their business will provide high motivation so that they can shape the soft skills of the participants in this program. Apart from that, supported by appropriate field studies will provide motivation for achievement. The method provided in this Field Study Assistance Development is by providing material in two directions and discussions and field studies for practical activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Sharia BUMDES financing system on improving the community's economy.  This study was conducted using a quantitative approach. The number of samples used in this study was 58 respondents taken from participants from BUMDES Mekar Rahayu financing, Wargaluyu Village, Tanjungmedar District. The data sources obtained in this study are primary and secondary data sources. The results of this study show that the variable of the Sharia BUMDES financing system affects the economic improvement of the community. Based on the T test that has been carried out, it shows that the variables of the BUMDes sharia financing system have an influence on the variables of improving the community's economy.  Meanwhile, based on the R square test that has been carried out, it shows that the variable of the Sharia BUMDES financing system has an influence of 44.6%.  towards improving the economy of the community. While 55.4% are other factors that are not used as research indicators but are considered to have an influence on variable Y. Keywords: Financing, Sharia BUMDES, Community Economy;

Abstract

The growth of Islamic banks is strongly influenced by the advancement of Fintech. Although Fintech can be a threat, it can also be a partner for Islamic banks. As a result, Fintech in Islamic banking has become important and relevant, especially in the context of economic digitalization and globalization. With Fintech, there are many ways to improve the accessibility, efficiency, and innovation of Islamic financial services. But its implementation presents particular challenges, such as Shariah compliance, cybersecurity, digital literacy, and system integration. This study analyzes the literature on opportunities, problems, and strategies to address the challenges of Fintech adoption in Islamic banking. Through narrative and thematic analysis, the study identifies key opportunities such as improving accessibility, operational efficiency, and product innovation in accordance with Shariah principles. Challenges include Sharia compliance, cybersecurity, customer digital literacy, and system integration. This strategy has been implemented by several Islamic banks in Indonesia, showing that despite obstacles, proper implementation can help overcome these obstacles. This study adds to the number of previous research on Islamic banking and Fintech by providing the most up-to-date analysis of prospects, problems, and strategies to address these issues in the Indonesian context.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) play an important role, especially in the lives of public organizations, because they are the main determinant of improving organizational performance, and their role cannot be replaced by anything. The research aims to find out how leadership and compensation influence the performance of marketers at PT. Shinari Putra Kencana. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The research sample used a questionnaire and made the population the research sample. The sample in this study was 12 respondents from marketers at PT. Shinari Putra Kencana. Based on the results of the hypothesis analysis, leadership and performance have a significant effect on employee performance, and leaders always show appreciation for improving employee performance. The findings in this study reveal that the better the leadership and the better the compensation given, the more performance will increase.

Abstract

The KSU Tandangsari Producer Cooperative is a cooperative whose members are dairy milk producers, which produce whole milk. To obtain a number of advantages and take advantage of market opportunities, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive SWOT analysis with a Business Model Canvas approach. The purpose of this study is to conduct a SWOT analysis to determine both internal and external factors that can affect the dairy cow milk business, find out the position of cooperatives, formulate alternative strategies, set strategic priorities that can be applied and compile the development of a dairy cow milk business model. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of this study are factors that affect the dairy business, including a high dairy cow population as well as the main force. The main drawback is the limitation of business capital at the breeder level. The main opportunity is a wide market opportunity and the main threat is the high price of additional feed. The position of the dairy cow milk business is in quadrant V which indicates the "Survive and Maintain" strategy. The main strategy that cooperatives can implement is the strategy of increasing farmer capital through programs from cooperatives and the government. In the preparation of the business model canvas, there is development in 5 blocks of the business model canvas, namely value propositions, customer relationships, key activities, key resources and revenue streams

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Worklife Balance, Organizational Climate, and Compensation on Employee Performance (Case Study of Al Ghifari University Academic Structural Employees). The population in this study was 45 Structural Academic Employees at Al Ghifari University. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine how much influence X1, X2, and X3 have on Y, both simultaneously and partially. The results of this research show that Worklife Balance, Organizational Climate, and Compensation have a significant positive effect on the Academic Structural Employee Performance of Al Ghifari University simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

Kabupaten Sumedang tumbuh dan mengalami perubahan yang cukup signifikan. Sebagai faktor pendorong perubahan tersebut tercermin dengan adanya sektor industri yang didominasi oleh industri mikro, kecil dan menengah yang salah satu diantaranya adalah pengusaha industri kecil sale dan kripik pisang Merek Amalia. Pengusaha ini berada di desa Citali RT1 RW1 Kecamatan Pamulihan Kabupaten Sumedang, dan merupakan peserta UMKM Jabar serta pernah menjadi Juara UMKM berkinerja baik pada tahun 2019. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk membantu memasarkan produk industri yang kondisinya belum bisa memasarkan produk secara digital marketing. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dimulai dengan memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan pemasaran secara online (media sosial), pendampingan kepada owner agar setiap saat mampu berbisnis secara online dan toko yang offline serta memberikan bantuan berupa alat pengering (spinner) dan sealer dengan tujuan agar produk sale dan kripik bisa mempunyai waktu periode lama dan tidak cepat rusak. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini pemilik sale dan kripik pisang Amelia mampu melakukan proses produksi sale dan kripik lebih baik, tahan lama dan tidak cepat rusak, dan mampu memasarkan produknya lebih luas lagi melalui digital marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the synergy between Islamic banks and P2P lending fintech in improving accessibility and financing efficiency for MSMEs in West Java. The methodology used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which allows the researcher to identify, assess, and synthesize relevant studies from the past five years. The main findings show that collaboration between Islamic fintech and Islamic banks can significantly enhance financial inclusion through faster and more accessible financing. Blockchain technology is identified as a key factor in improving transparency and security of transactions, although the existing regulations remain a major challenge. The study concludes that a strong synergy between these two entities can support MSME growth, but its successful implementation heavily depends on more adaptive regulatory support. The practical implications of this research include recommendations for regulators to strengthen the legal framework supporting Islamic fintech innovation, while the social implications involve increasing access to more inclusive financial services for MSMEs, which in turn can drive local economic growth. The limitations of this study are related to its regional focus, which is confined to West Java, so the results may not fully apply to a broader context. Abstract

The existence of cooperatives as the center of economic activity for most Indonesians has begun to be displaced by competitors such as more modern shops and mini markets. Therefore, improving the quality of service and member participation in the cooperative is important in improving its business. Researchers conducted research using qualitative methods and used descriptive statistics to determine the marketing mix and member participation in the Sejahtera Employees Cooperative, PGRI University, Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a total of 30 respondents. There are twenty-six indicators which fall into ten dimensions and two variables. In conveying messages about their products to consumers, all dimensions of the marketing mix variables and member participation in the Sejahtera Employees Cooperative, PGRI University, Yogyakarta fall into the very high category. The dimension with the best score is the place with a score of 4.98. Meanwhile, the dimension with the lowest score is processed with a score of 4.57. This shows that the Prosperous Employee Cooperative, PGRI University, Yogyakarta has implemented the 7P marketing mix and member participation well.
