Abstract

Perpustakaan sebagai lembaga literasi berperan penting dalam memberikan layanan informasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat. Salah satu bentuk inovasi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Provinsi Sumatera Utara adalah menghadirkan Titik Baca Digital (TIBA DI SUMUT), yaitu fasilitas baca berbasis digital yang memanfaatkan teknologi untuk memberikan akses yang lebih luas terhadap sumber-sumber bacaan. Keberadaan TIBA DI SUMUT ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam mengakses berbagai bahan bacaan berbasis teknologi digital, termasuk e-book dan sumber informasi daring. Berdasarkan hasil observasi tim pengabdian, permasalahan yang muncul di masyarakat saat ini adalah masih rendahnya minat baca, kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terkait akses literasi digital, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan fasilitas TIBA DI SUMUT. Solusi yang ditawarkan melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi, edukasi, dan pendampingan langsung terkait pemanfaatan Titik Baca Digital kepada masyarakat, khususnya kepada pelajar, mahasiswa, dan masyarakat umum yang berkunjung ke Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya literasi digital serta mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan fasilitas digital tersebut guna meningkatkan minat baca dan budaya literasi di Sumatera Utara. Kegiatan pengabdian ini juga merupakan bentuk hilirisasi dari hasil penelitian terkait peran pemerintah dalam pengembangan fasilitas literasi digital. Dari hasil observasi langsung, diketahui bahwa sekitar 80% peserta merasa antusias dan merasakan manfaat positif dari adanya sosialisasi dan pendampingan ini karena mereka mendapatkan wawasan baru tentang pentingnya akses literasi berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

This study was conducted at Bio Live Healthy Home, located in Sei Bamban District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The primary objective of this research is to determine how lifestyle, reference groups, and consumer attitudes influence the decision to use services offered by the institution. In a rapidly growing health and wellness industry, understanding consumer behavior is essential to improve service quality and increase customer engagement. To achieve the research objectives, the study employed a survey method with a quantitative approach. The target population consisted of service users, and a sample of 92 respondents was selected. Data collection was carried out through a combination of observation, interviews, documentation, and the distribution of structured questionnaires. The questionnaire was designed to capture variables related to lifestyle, reference groups, attitudes, and service usage decisions. Before conducting the main analysis, the data were tested for validity and reliability to ensure that the instrument accurately measured what it intended to measure. Furthermore, classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, were conducted to confirm the feasibility of using a multiple linear regression model. The analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results of the study revealed that lifestyle, reference groups, and attitudes each had a significant and positive influence on the decision to use services at Bio Live Healthy Home. This indicates that individuals with health-conscious lifestyles, influenced by their social environment and holding positive attitudes toward wellness services, are more likely to engage with the services offered. Moreover, these three factors collectively contributed to a meaningful explanation of the variation in consumer decisions. In conclusion, the findings highlight the importance for service providers to consider psychological and social factors when designing marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of perceived quality, perceived sacrifice, and perceived value on customer satisfaction at Winza Fashion Boutique in Delitua. Using a quantitative approach with an associative approach, 96 respondents were selected using the Lemeshow formula . The research instrument has been determined to be reliable and valid based on Cronbach's Alpha (>0.6 ) and validity checks. The results of multiple regression analysis indicate that the independent variables have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, both directly and indirectly. The t-test shows that each variable is significant with a sig <0.05 , while the F-test produces an F-count of 4.317 which is greater than the F-table of 2.704 with a significance of 0.013. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.826 indicates that 82.6% of the variation in participant performance can be explained by the independent variables, while the remaining 17.4% is caused by factors outside the study.

Abstract

The general objective of financial management is to achieve certain funding targets in the future. Then protect and increase your wealth. Next, manage cash flow (incoming and outgoing money) and carry out risk management and manage investment risks well and manage debts and receivables. Something that is always related to financial management is bookkeeping, which is an activity consisting of recording, reporting and analyzing business conditions (evaluation) which is carried out in an orderly, regular, chronological and systematic manner. Based on the PKM-PM team survey, the problems that exist at Daarul Istiqlal IT Middle School are, Based on the PKM team survey, the problem that exists at Daarul Istiqlal Marindal I IT Middle School is that teachers still have low knowledge and understanding in managing finances in a simple way. The solution offered is the aspect of improving performance management. The solution that will be offered is to provide intensive assistance to partners by focusing on improving partners' skills in carrying out the learning process and can become a model school for other schools. From the results of the questionnaire, it was found that Daarul Istiqlal IT Middle School service participants' interest in practicing this service activity had been successful. Around 80% of the entire community participated and felt happy to take part in this training because it could increase their insight into simple financial management. Partners really contribute to the smooth running of community service activities.

Abstract

Based on the PKM team survey, the problem at SMP IT Daarul Istiqlal Marindal I is that teachers' knowledge and understanding of taxation is still low. The problem continued when an interview with one of the teachers named "Ningsih" said that they were not very good at personal taxation, they did not know what SPT was and how to calculate the tax owed. There is no concern about how to carry out personal tax obligations. The problems faced by these teachers encouraged the service team to help in the form of counseling on filling out SPT and reporting consistently as the role of good citizens. Based on the PKM-PM team survey, the problems that exist at Daarul Istiqlal IT Middle School are: Lack of counseling regarding filling out annual tax returns, lack of government or other parties to become pioneers, lack of knowledge from both print and electronic media regarding procedures for filling out and reporting SPT. Annually, Lack of facilities that support increased education on the contents of the Annual SPT. The solution offered is the aspect of improving performance management. The solution that will be offered is to provide intensive assistance to partners by focusing on improving partners' skills in carrying out the learning process and can become a model school for other schools. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Loyalitas, Komitmen, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PTPN IV Pabrik Tobasari Sidamanik Kab. Simalungun baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data skunder. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket dan wawancara. Sampel pada Karyawan PTPN IV Pabrik Tobasari Sidamanik Kab. Simalungun sebanyak 60 Karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial diketahui t-hitung Loyalitas (X1) sebesar 2.622 > 1.672, Komitmen (X2) sebesar 2.520 > 1.672, dan Lingkungan Kerja (X3) sebesar 2.794 > 1.672, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan secara simultan diketahui nilai F-hitung 17.537 > F-tabel 2.77 maka ada Pengaruh Loyalitas, Komitmen, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PTPN IV Pabrik Tobasari Sidamanik Kab. Simalungun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukkan di Aura Keripik Bandar Labuhan Kab. Deli Serdang dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Inovasi Produk, dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Aura Keripik Bandar Labuhan Kab. Deli Serdang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dimana penulis membagikan kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode random sampling yang berjumlah 67 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan rumus statistik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis (terdiri uji T, uji F dan uji R). Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian pada Aura Keripik Bandar Labuhan Kab. Deli Serdang, hal ini diketahui nilai thitung variabel harga sebesar 0,753 t tabel sebesar 0,199 maka 0,753 > 0,199 berarti variabel inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Selain itu ada pengaruh promosi terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian pada Aura Keripik Bandar Labuhan Kab. Deli Serdang, hal ini diketahui nilai thitung variabel promosi sebesar 0,689 dan ttabel sebesar 0,199 maka 0,689 > 0,199 yang berarti variabel promosi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji simultan variabel inovasi produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah sebesar 0,539 > 0,199. Artinya variabel inovasi produk dan promosi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan atau berpengaruh positif dengan variabel keputusan pembelian

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukkan di Aura Keripik Bandar Labuhan Kab. Deli Serdang yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga, dan Kemasan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Aura Keripik Bandar Labuhan Kab. Deli Serdang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 563 konsumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode random sampling yang berjumlah 85 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan rumus statistik berupa uji validitas dan realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik (terdiri uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas dan multikolinearitas), analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis (terdiri uji T, uji F dan uji R). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh harga terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian pada Aura Keripik Bandar Labuhan Kab. Deli Serdang, hal ini diketahui nilai thitung variabel harga sebesar 7,277 yang dibandingkan sebesar 1,66388 maka 7,277>1,66388 yang berarti variabel harga memiliki pengaruh yang nyata (signifikan) dengan variabel keputusan pembelian. Selain itu ada pengaruh kemasan terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian pada Aura Keripik Bandar Labuhan Kab. Deli Serdang, hal ini diketahui nilai thitung variabel kemasan sebesar 3,114 yang dibandingkan sebesar 1,66388 maka 3,114>1,66388 yang berarti variabel kemasan memiliki pengaruh yang nyata (signifikan) dengan variabel keputusan pembelian. Selanjutnya ada pengaruh harga, dan kemasan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aura Keripik Bandar Labuhan Kab. Deli Serdang, hal ini diketahui dari nilai Fhitung = 153,031 yang dibandingkan Ftabel sebesar 2,712 maka 153,031>2,712 yang artinya variabel harga dan kemasan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang nyata (signifikan) atau berpengaruh positif dengan variabel keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh locus of control, kepribadian proaktif, dan keunggulan bersaing baik secara parsial maupun simultan memengaruhi keberhasilan usaha yang dijalankan oleh pelaku UMKM di Desa Wonosari Tanjung Morawa. Locus of control mencerminkan keyakinan individu dalam mengendalikan hasil usahanya, sementara itu kepribadian proaktif menggambarkan inisiatif individu dalam menghadapi perubahan. Keunggulan bersaing mengacu pada kemampuan menciptakan nilai tambah melalui inovasi, harga, dan pelayanan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 68 pelaku UMKM sebagai sampel yang dipilih secara purposive dari total populasi sebanyak 215 pelaku UMKM. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Analisis statistik meliputi uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan), dan perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R²). Berdasarkan uji persial, variabel locus of control terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Hal ini dikonfirmasi oleh nilai t-hitung (3,020) yang lebih besar dari t-tabel (1,9971), dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,0004 (kurang dari 0,05. Kepribadian adalah faktor yang sangat signifikan dengan nilai t (4.407) > t tabel dan signifikansi 0.000. Ini menandakan bahwa inisiatif individu berperan kuat dalam kesuksesan usaha. Demikian pula, Keunggulan bersaing terbukti  berpengaruh signifikan dan positif, dengan nilai t-hitung (2.471) > t tabel dan signifikansi 0.016. Pengujian secara simultan (uji f), mengonfirmasi bahwa locus of control, kepribadian proaktif, dan keunggulan bersaing secara kolektif memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keberhasilan UMKM dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 65.732 jauh melebihi F-tabel (2.75) dengan signifikansi 0.000, memperkuat validasi model.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to analyze the influence of the Shopee Live Feature, Gamification (Shopee Tanam), and Personalized Product Recommendation on Impulse Buying behavior among Shopee consumers in Indonesia. The research focuses on young consumers as the dominant group within the digital e-commerce ecosystem. Novelty – The novelty of this study lies in the simultaneous examination of three interactive digital features—Shopee Live Feature, Gamification (Shopee Tanam), and Personalized Product Recommendation—which have rarely been investigated in an integrated manner within the context of Indonesian e-commerce. This study provides empirical insights into how the combination of digital interactivity and personalization influences impulsive purchasing behavior. Method – This study employs a quantitative approach using an online survey with 300 Shopee users aged 30 years or younger. All research instruments satisfied reliability tests and classical assumption requirements. Findings – The results indicate that the Shopee Live Feature (β = 0.431; Sig. = 0.000), Gamification (Shopee Tanam) (β = 0.332; Sig. = 0.000), and Personalized Product Recommendation (β = 0.296; Sig. = 0.000) have a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence Impulse Buying (F = 51.514; Sig. = 0.000), with an R² of 0.343, indicating that 34.3% of the variation in Impulse Buying behavior is explained by the research model. Limitations and Implications – This study is limited to young Shopee users in Indonesia; therefore, the findings cannot yet be generalized to other e-commerce platforms. The results have practical implications for e-commerce industry practitioners, suggesting that they optimize marketing strategies based on interactivity, gamification, and personalization to effectively stimulate consumers’ impulsive purchasing behavior
