Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan model manajemen pembelajaran Pendidikan Islam yang inklusif bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus, khususnya penderita Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) dan Slow Learner. Menggunakan pendekatan kajian pustaka dengan analisis isi dan tematik, penelitian ini mengkaji literatur terkait strategi pedagogis, nilai-nilai Islam, dan manajemen pendidikan inklusif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model ideal pendidikan inklusif yang efektif bagi anak (ADD) dan Slow Learner yang harus dibangun diantarannya seprti; perencanaan kurikulum adaptif, penyusunan modul ajar diferensiatif, serta penyediaan sarana dan prasarana yang sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik. Adapun dalam praktik pembelajaran perlu menekankan tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, penyesuaian strategi, implementasi partisipatif, dan evaluasi berbasis progres individu. Selain itu, dalam integrasi nilai-nilai Islam, seperti kesabaran, kedisiplinan, dan musyawarah, mampu memperkuat dimensi spiritual dan sosial anak berkebutuhan khusus sekaligus menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri. Disinilah model ideal manajemen pembelajaran inklusif tidak hanya bersifat administratif, tetapi mampu menjadi kerangka integratif yang menghubungkan sekolah, keluarga, dan komunitas dalam membangun lingkungan pendidikan yang adil, humanis, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school plays an important role in the education system in Indonesia. This study aimed to find out the leadership pattern of Nyai Shinta Ratri, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of Islamic education of the students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were the boarding school administrators, students, and the surrounding community. The data of this study used to explore the observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity techniques using triangulation techniques and source triangulation methods. While in the data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show: 1) the leadership pattern used by Mrs. Nyai Shinta Ratri is a democratic leadership type, it is shown through the relationship between the caregiver and the students is well established. In making decisions, Mrs. Nyai Shinta Ratri always involves team members so as to minimize the risk of wrong and hasty decisions. 2) Supporting factors in improving the quality of Islamic education of the students are the experience and knowledge possessed by the caregivers.

Abstract

The study in this research describes and evaluates the implementation of the Teaching Campus Program (PKM) from the perspective of Field Supervisors (DPL). The research aims to determine the extent of success in implementing PKM using the Kirkpatrick model approach via reaction level, learning level, behaviour level and result level. The research method used is a qualitative study approach, with the type of research being desk study. The results of research based on the DPL perspective, the implementation of PKM has produced positive reactions to empower attitudes, knowledge and skills, enrich insight and knowledge in student mastery, educational learning and science and the teaching field, explore creativity and development of thought patterns, attitude patterns and action patterns. Integrating PKM participants and the emergence of orientation, adaptation, observation and implementation treatment from participants towards PKM activities. It was concluded that PKM had increased the basic competencies, supporting competencies and special competencies of PKM participants. To increase the level and weight of PKM, it is necessary to utilize a pedagogical flexibility framework so that in completing the objectives of PKM, it becomes more operational, and the impact it will produce is visible.

Abstract

Transformasi sekarang ini tidaklah mudah, karena UMKM dihadapkan langsung pada berbagai tantangan yang kompleks dalam mengadopsi E-commerce. tantangan teknologi dan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, seperti keterbatasan akses dan penguasaan teknologi terkini serta kekurangan keahlian sumber daya manusia dalam mengelola dan memanfaatkan E-commerce secara efektif. Permasalahan yang muncul terhadap implikasi hukum atas perubahan bisnis UMKM dalam adaptasi terhadap era digital dan E-commerce di Indonesia. Tujuan penulisan ini yaitu hendaknya pemerintah dapat mendorong pertumbuhan E-commerce dan keberlanjutan UMKM Melalui berbagai inisiatif seperti fasilitasi "Go Online". Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum yuridis normatif. dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tantangan internal, termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya finansial yang menjadi penghambat utama dalam investasi E-commerce, dan pertimbangan terkait adaptasi dan pemasaran produk UMKM di platform online. Sementara itu, tantangan strategis dan pemasaran meliputi kebutuhan akan strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan inovasi dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan agar dapat bersaing di pasar E-commerce yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: Indonesia frequently finds itself confronted with allegations of subsidy infractions from European and Western counterparts. Thus, the focal point of this analysis revolves around the accusations leveled by the United States and the European Union against Indonesia for purported subsidy transgressions, along with an exploration of the strategic measures implemented by Indonesia to address and rectify these claims.Purpose/Objective Study: This examination scrutinizes the contentions posited by both the United States and the European Union concerning subsidies and anti-dumping activities attributed to the Indonesian Government. Additionally, it delves into the remedial measures undertaken by the Indonesian Government in response to these allegations.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study constitutes normative legal research, employing a case-centric methodology to scrutinize allegations of subsidy violations leveled against Indonesia by both the United States and the European Union. The analytical approach adopted involves employing descriptive analysis techniques to illuminate the intricacies of the legal landscape underpinning the accusations.Findings: This scholarly analysis posits that, in response to accusations from the United States, Indonesia should actively pursue "sympathetic consideration" through the diplomatic avenue of bilateral dispute resolution, particularly concerning matters pertaining to the GATT's implementation. Furthermore, in the face of legal challenges from the European Union, Indonesia is compelled to furnish compelling evidence and articulate substantiated justifications grounded in the outcomes of its non-renewable natural resource assessments. This research discerns that Indonesia, positioned as a developing nation, is accorded protective measures under the auspices of Article 8.19 DSU, Article 12.11, Article 21.8, and Article 27.2. Specifically, Indonesia retains the legitimate authority to curtail nickel ore exports in accordance with the provisions delineated in the 1994 GATT. This prerogative is exercised to shield against and avert the depletion of Indonesia's natural resources, a concern underscored by Article 20 of the 1994 GATT, recognizing the potential for these resources to reach a state of extinction. Paper Type: Research Article

Abstract

Balai kreativitas yang konsepnya serupa dengan Creative Center adalah bangunan yang digunakan untuk para seniman, arsitek dan juga para pelaku industri kreatif untuk mengeksplore skill dan keilmuan yang dimiliki, serta sebagai fasilitas yang di sediakan oleh pemerintah untuk masyarakat agar digunakan dengan sebagaimana fungsi dan tujuannya, sekaligus bisa berbagi secara langsung dengan para peminat yang ingin belajar tentang keilmuan yang beralokasi pada kreativitas seseorang yang bisa dijadikan profesi. Hal inilah yang menjadi ide gagasan dalam perancangan balai kreativitas, yang dimana tempatnya berada di pedesaan, kenapa tidak di kota? Karena sudah seharusnya insfrastruktur kini tak lagi hanya dirasakan oleh masyarakat perkotaan, di desa juga harus bisa merasakan apa saja kemajuan arus informasi dan teknologi yang sudah jadi ketimpangan sosial antara masyarakat kota dan desa. Dengan adanya balai kreativitas yang berlokasi di desa, diharapkan bahwa desa-desa di pelosok Indonesia kini tak lagi tertinggal dari segala bidang keilmuan dengan kota-kota besar. Untuk mencapai desain bangunan yang tepat sasaran, maka dilakukan analisis terhadap budaya, kegiatan masyarakat, sumber daya alam dan manusia, serta potensi-potensi lain yang bisa diangkat untuk dijadikan ikon dari perancangan bangunan balai kreativitas ini, serta kesiapan SDM para pemuda dan masyarakatnya untuk bisa mengeksplore dirinya dan apa yang ada di desanya, untuk dijadikan nilai jual bagi dirinya ketika bekerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana habituasi shalat Tahajud dan pengendalian diri santri di Komplek Khadijah Tahfidz Pendowoharjo Sewon Bantul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui habituasi shalat Tahajud di komplek Khadijah Tahfidz Pondok Pesantren An Nur Ngrukem. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa habituasi shalat Tahajud dibagi dalam tiga indikator yang meliputi, (1) rutin, (2) spontan, (3) keteladanan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian diri santri yang memiliki pembiasaan shalat Tahajud, dapat meliputi tiga jenis yaitu, (1) kontrol perilaku, (2) kontrol kognitif, (3) kontrol dalam mengambil keputusan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Habituasi shalat Tahajud dalam membentuk pengendalian diri santri di komplek khadijah tahfidz biasa dilakukan oleh santri dengan tiga indikator, yaitu dengan rutin, spontan dan tidak ada paksaan, serta keteladanan dalam melakukan habituasi shalat Tahajud. 2) Pengendalian diri santri di Komplek Khadijah Tahfidz Pondok Pesantren An Nur Ngrukem Pendowoharjo Sewon Bantul bagi santri yang memiliki habituasi shalat Tahajud dengan indikator rutin, spontan, dan keteladanan dapat diklasifikan menjadi tiga bentuk pengendalian diri, yaitu pengendalian diri dalam kontrol perilaku, pengendalian diri dalam kontrol kognitif, dan pengendalian diri dalam kontrol mengambil keputusan.

Abstract

To form prospective teachers who have the competence to understand students, manage the learning process, master scientific material in the field of education and the learning process and have the attitude and character of the teacher, the PGSD Study Program at Alma Ata University carries out schooling field introduction activities in elementary schools. Introduction to the School Field is an activity in the process of observation/observation and apprenticeship to learn and understand the implementation of the learning process in the classroom and other educational management, including practicing it in teaching and learning activities with students. One of the target objects of the school field introduction activity was carried out at the Kalangan Elementary School, Kasihan District, Bantul Regency. For the successful implementation of field introduction to schooling, mentoring activities are needed, carried out by field supervisors with multiple roles as facilitators, educators, mediators, and advocators. In their daily practice, the field supervisors have successfully formed and increased students' capacity to act and behave as curricular operations, intersection roles, assist, and internship roles in educational units with mentoring through consulting, assistance, and facilitation activities. Abstract

Transformasi kurikulum pendidikan guru menjadi kebutuhan mendesak dalam menghadapi dinamika pendidikan dasar abad ke-21. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan merespons kesenjangan antara idealisme dokumen kurikulum dan realitas praksis melalui kegiatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) berbasis pendekatan Outcome-Based Education (OBE). Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh Program Studi PGSD Universitas Alma Ata dengan pendekatan partisipatif-reflektif, melibatkan 30 peserta dari berbagai latar belakang—dosen, mahasiswa, guru, alumni, dan pengguna lulusan. Proses FGD difokuskan pada tiga isu strategis: keselarasan CPL–CPMK–RPS, efektivitas asesmen pembelajaran, dan relevansi profil lulusan. Hasil kegiatan mencakup penyusunan roadmap kurikulum 2025, sintesis gagasan kurikulum kontekstual, serta dokumen pelaporan reflektif-transformatif sebagai instrumen advokasi kebijakan internal. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa forum deliberatif yang dirancang secara sistematis mampu memperkuat daya refleksi kolektif dan membangun orientasi baru dalam pengembangan kurikulum. Implikasi jangka panjangnya mencakup pembentukan profil lulusan yang lebih adaptif dan penguatan ekosistem pendidikan guru yang berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, pengabdian ini menegaskan peran strategis pendidikan tinggi dalam reformasi kurikulum berbasis kebutuhan nyata dan partisipasi multipihak.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor in organizational success, especially in the manufacturing sector. This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as a mediator variable at PT. Dong Sheng Nusantara, Majalengka Regency. A quantitative approach with an explanatory design was used. A population of 135 employees was studied using a census method. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β=0.352; t=4.125; p<0.01), work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β=0.295; t=3.748; p<0.01), leadership has a positive and significant effect on work motivation (β=0.576; t=4.171; p<0.01), work discipline does not have a significant effect on work motivation (β=0.258; t=1.865; p>0.05), work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β=0.258; t=2.964; p<0.01),. Work motivation significantly mediates the effect of leadership on employee performance (β=0.148; t=2.719; p<0.01). Work motivation does not mediate the effect of work discipline on employee performance (β=0.067; t=1.580; p>0.05). These findings imply that improving employee performance requires a structural approach through strengthening work discipline as well as a psychological approach through developing leadership that can motivate employees. Management is advised to strengthen leadership capacity, maintain a consistent disciplinary system, and design integrated motivation programs with leadership styles.
