This research aims to assist Nomadix Cafe in implementing Islamic business principles which include honesty, justice, and social responsibility. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with a case study method, which involves observation, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD) with management and employees. In addition, periodic assistance and evaluation processes are carried out to support the understanding and application of these principles. The results of the study show that the application of Islamic business principles at Nomadix Cafe increases customer trust, employee loyalty, and overall business image. However, obstacles in Islamic financial management are still found. Based on these results, it is recommended that Nomadix Cafe and similar businesses deepen their understanding of Islamic finance principles, continue periodic evaluations, and actively involve management to ensure that the application of Islamic principles runs consistently and supports business sustainability

The Mappasikarawa tradition at Bugis tribal weddings is one of the activities carried out after the marriage contract with the aim of ensuring that the bride and groom obtain happiness, peace, physical and spiritual well-being while sailing the ark of domestic life. Mappasikarawa is a ritual after the marriage contract in the Bugis tribe tradition. Mappasikarawa is carried out with the hope that the bride and groom will find happiness, peace and prosperity in navigating married life. The meaning of mappasikarawa in the Bugis community marriage tradition is to bring the bride and groom closer (mappasiame) so that they are in harmony with each other or in religion it is termed a sakinah mawaddah warahmah family. So, the author raised this case as research material for submitting a thesis to examine how Islamic Law Reviews the Implementation of the Bugis Traditional Mappasikarawa Tradition in Pematang Rahim village, Mendahara Ulu subdistrict.

Penyuluhan hukum tentang pengurusan izin usaha bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur merupakan langkah penting untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kepatuhan terhadap Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Nomor 5 Tahun 2019. Banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memiliki izin usaha resmi, sehingga berisiko menghadapi masalah hukum dan kesulitan dalam mengakses bantuan pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kendala yang dihadapi UMKM dalam pengurusan izin usaha dan menawarkan solusi yang relevan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan diskusi kelompok terfokus. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang pengurusan izin usaha masih rendah, yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya sosialisasi dan informasi yang tepat. Penyuluhan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran hukum dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam memenuhi persyaratan izin usaha, sehingga dapat beroperasi secara legal dan mengurangi risiko hukum.

This study aims to explore and analyze the marketing strategies implemented by Victorio Mart Minimarket in increasing sales and sustaining its presence amid intense market competition. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants include the business owner, employees, and consumers. The study focuses on examining the application of the 4P marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) at Victorio Mart, while also identifying supporting and inhibiting factors, including the influence of consumer behavior trends such as FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). The findings reveal that the product strategy is primarily directed at fulfilling the community’s basic needs, accompanied by competitive and flexible pricing. The store’s strategic location serves as a major advantage. However, promotional efforts remain conventional, relying largely on banners and direct promotions. The study concludes that although Victorio Mart’s marketing strategy has been relatively effective in attracting customers and boosting sales, improvements are needed in areas such as digital marketing, inventory management, and loyalty program innovation to effectively address the competitive challenges of today’s modern retail environment.
