Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price level and promotion on purchasing decisions of consumers of Cozy Burger business in Pangkajene District, Pangkep Regency . The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection methods, namely through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents from Cozy Burger business customers in Pangkajene District then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis can be shown by the regression equation Y = 7,780 + 0.290 X1 + 0.129 X2 + 0.283 X3 from the regression equation it is known that product quality, price level, and promotion have a positive influence on purchasing decisions. The calculation result of the determination coefficient is 0.385. This shows that product quality, price level, and promotion are able to explain purchasing decisions by 38.5%. While the remaining 61.5% is explained by other variables that are not observed. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the testing conducted on the Cozy Burger business in Pangkajene District, Pangkep Regency simultaneously, the three variables (X) have a significant influence together on increasing consumer purchasing decisions for Cozy Burger (Y). Based on the partial significance test, the product quality variables ( X1 ), price level (X2 ) and promotion (X3 ) have a significant influence on increasing consumer purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the evaluation of the implementation of the City Without Slums Program (KOTAKU) in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City, and the impact of the implementation of the Slumless City Program (KOTAKU) in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City. This research uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used an analytical model according to Spradley. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the KOTAKU (City Without Slums) Program Evaluation (Study at Biringkanaya District, Makassar City) is not well implemented according to the concept of Edward a Suchman. Indicators that do not work well are: a. program objectives, b. problem analysis, c. measurement of change, d. changes to the consequences of activities, e. program impact. The indicators that run well are description and standardization. The impact of the City Without Slums Program (KOTAKU) is that not all people can feel the infrastructure development in Biringkanaya sub-district. The lack of community participation in maintaining infrastructure has led to the less successful Cities Without Slums (KOTAKU) Program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Toyota Hadji Kalla Cabang Cokroaminoto Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui observasi dan kuisioner. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang dipakai menggunakan rumus krejcie, yaitu sebanyak 63 pegawai dari 74 populasi karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Toyota Hadji Kalla Cabang Cokroaminoto Makassar. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan analisis data dan aplikasi SPSS 25 yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan analisis data terdiri dari teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa indikator pada setiap variabel yang digunakan tersebut, dimana pada variabel stres kerja menunjukkan bahwa indikator yang di pakai dalam penelitian ini berada pada kategori baik sedangkan indikator pada variabel kinerja karyawan menunjukkan pada kategori sangat baik. Berdasarakan hasil analisis statistik inferensial diperoleh korelasi Pearson sebesar 0,709 yang artinya terjadi hubungan yang kuat/tinggi diantara kedua variabel tesebut. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Toyota Hadji Kalla Cabang Cokroaminoto Makassar.

Abstract

Analysis of marketing strategies to increase sales in the emping melinjo Selayar business. Thesis of the Business Administration Study Program, AdministrationScience Major, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. Supervised by Muh. Rizal S. and Yusi Irensi Seppa. This study aims to identify andanalyze marketing strategies to increase sales of Selayar's emping melinjo business. To achieve this goal, this study used a qualitative approach, this study took 6 (six) respondents, consisting of business actors and business employees. Data collection procedures used were in-depth interviews and documentation. The interview technique was carried out in a structured manner using interviewguidelines. The results of this study indicate that emping melinjo Selayar has not implemented a good and effective marketing strategy according to the theory usedby researchers. In implementing the marketing strategy, Emping melinjo Selayar has not carried out the marketing mix, namely product research, price, place, andpromotion properly in determining a marketing strategy.

Abstract

The Influence of Human Capital on Employee Work Productivity at PT. Bank SulselbarSouth Sulawesi. Thesis. Business Administration Study Program. Faculty of SocialSciences and Law. Makassar public university. Supervised by H.Muhammad Guntur andMuh.Rizal S.This study aims to find out how the influence of human capital on employeework productivity where Bank Sulselbar South Sulawesi is the object of research. Toachieve this goal, researchers use indicators to measure these variables. In the humancapital variable, the indicators used are knowledge, expertise, abilities, and skills. As forthe employee productivity variables, the indicators used are ability, work quantity, workquality, and attendance. In this study the research method used was quantitative research,with data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires, anddocumentation. The sample used in this study was 93 respondents. The data obtainedfrom the results of the research were processed using data analysis and using the help of the SPSS version 25 program which consisted of validity tests, reliability tests, normalitytests, simple regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination.The results of the study show that the indicators used for each of these variables indicate that the human capital variable has a good or significant influence on the work productivity of employees at PT. Bank Sulselbar, South Sulawesi. This can be proven by testing the coefficient ofdetermination using the data that has been obtained.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui dan mendeskeripsikan strategi daya saing pengrajin Lipa Saqbe di Desa Tammangalle Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan secara jelas mengenai strategi daya saing pengrajin lipa saqbe di Desa Tammangalle Kabupaten Polewali Mandar dengan mewawancarai informan sebanyak 7 informan yang dipilih dengan cara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumlan data dalam penelitian yang telah dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara, serta dokumen dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik keabsahan data yaitu triangulasi sumber. Pada penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa strategi daya saing para pengrajin Lipa' Saqbe di Desa Tammangalle Kabupaten Polewali Mandar berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini terbukti dari keberlanjutan eksistensi para pengrajin sarung tenun Lipa' Saqbe di wilayah tersebut, meskipun mereka dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan.

Abstract

Implementation of  Credit Risk Management of PT Regional Development Bank of South & West Sulawesi Thesis.  Business Administration Study  Program, Faculty of Social  Sciences & Law. Makassar State University. Guided by Muh. Rizal S and Andi Muhammad Rivai. P PT Regional Development Bank of South & West Sulawesi has distributed credit  to the public,  the  credit channeled by the bank  cannot be separated from non-performing loans that can harm the  bank.   This study aims to determine the application of credit risk management in reducing non-performing loans at Bank Sulselbar. The type of research used in this thesis is a  qualitative discriptive method. The  data in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data.  The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results  of  this study show that: (1) The application of risk management in  resolving non-performing loans can be done in 3 (Three) stages, namely Rescheduling, Reconditioning, and Restructuring.  The Bank will carry out credit rescue in an effort to reduce losses carried out by means of Restructuring, namely (Rescheduling, Reconditioning and Restructuring). This restructuring is carried out if the customer's business is in good condition in terms of installment payments. (2) The determinants that influence risk management in its application are supporting factors consisting of the pillars of risk management implementation. The first is active supervision by the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors. Second, the adequacy of policies, procedures and limit setting. Third, the adequacy of the process of identification, measurement, monitoring and control of risks. Fourth, a comprehensive internal control system. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is due to differences of opinion in the identification  of credit distribution between divisions in the credit sector so that friction occurs, then there is  amutasi system  so that there are some human resources who still lack knowledge about risk management.  Keywords: Risk Management, Non-performing loans, Bank

Abstract

The effect of utilitarian value on increasing the repurchase interest of application penggunas e-wallet OVO this to hotel employees The Rinra Makassar. Thesis. Business Administration Study Program. Rizal and Sitti Hardiyanti Arhas. This study aims to determine how the influence of utilitarian values to the increase in repurchasing interest of hotel employees The Rinra Makassar. To achieve this goal, researchers use indicators to measure these variables. In utilitarian value variables with indicators cost, cost saving, convenience, affordability, multiple banefit. As for the variable interest in repurchasing with the indicators used, Repurchase, Revisit the application, Recommendation. In this study the research method used was quantitative method, with data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The sample used was 75 respondents, resulting from the Slovin formula. The data were obtained from the results of the research and processed using data analysis and the help of the SPSS version 25 program which consisted of validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the indicator used for each variable was the utility value (X) is in the good category and repurchase intention variable (Y) is in the good category. This shows that the utility value variable has a significant influence on the repurchase intention of application penggunas e -wallet this to hotel employees The Rinra Makassar. This is proven by the t test and the coefficient of determination test on the data obtained.

Abstract

Analysis of the Application of Business Strategies in Increasing the Competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cendana District, Enrekang Regency, Thesis, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Department of Administrative Sciences, Business Administration Study Program, Makassar State University. Guided by Muh Rizal and Maya Kasmita. This study aims to determine the implementation of business strategies and factors that affect the competitiveness of Micro Business actors. The method used in this research is qualitative method, which is a research method used to examine natural objects, where researchers are key instruments. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, informants from this study amounted to six people consisting of six micro entrepreneurs in Cendana District, Enrekang Regency. The results show that every Micro business actor seeks to improve the position of their products in competition in the market, because products are outputs of production process activities offered to the market to get attention, bought, used or consumed that can satisfy wants or needs and are one of the factors that can affect competitive advantage. Supporting factors that affect competitiveness are products offered that are durable / durable, business actors always innovate on their respective products, have their own unique products, the prices offered are very stable while the inhibiting factors are the use of social media that is not optimal, the ability to collect information on consumer needs is still lacking, and sales distribution is still limited in Enrekang Regency. Keywords : Business strategy, MSMEs, competitiveness

Abstract

This research discusses public service management innovation in an effort to increase investment in Indonesia. This article is based on Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through library studies and online data documentation. The focus of this article is the concept of public service management innovation in an effort to increase economic investment as well as forms of implementing public service innovation in an effort to increase economic investment in Indonesia. The results of the discussion show that (1) Public service management innovation has several service dimensions, namely, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence. The government's steps as the public sector in encouraging investment include providing assistance to business actors, developing infrastructure, improving regulations and improving the licensing process. (2) Forms of implementing public service management innovations in an effort to increase economic investment in Indonesia include Electronic Integrated Licensing System (OSS), E-Government, Integrated Investment Monitoring System, One Stop Integrated Services (PTSP), Integration between Central and Regional Governments, Elimination of Overlapping Regulations, More Flexible Regulations, Training and Development of Public Employees, Adequate Supporting Infrastructure, Whistleblowing System, Public Service Quality Assessment System, Private Involvement in Service Provision, Special Economic Zones (SEZ), and the existence of an Investment Information Portal.Keywords: Innovation, Public Services, Investment, Economy
