Kepemimpinan transformasional adalah kemampuan kepala sekolah untuk mempengaruhi orang lain agar dapat menyelesaikan tujuan yang diharapkan oleh seseorang atau organisasi. supervisi klinis diartikan sebagai bentuk bimbingan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatan profesionalitas guru berdasarkan kebutuhannya melalui siklus yang sistematis dimulai dari perencanaan, observasi kelas dan pertemuan balikan secara obyektif tentang penampilan mengajar yang nyata. Kinerja guru adalah bentuk perwujudan dari hasil kerja, unjuk kerja dan prestasi kerja yang sesuai dengan aturan norma dan etika yang telah disepakati. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: 1) menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja; 2) menganalisis pengaruh supervisi klinis terhadap kinerja; dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan trasnformasional dan supervisi klinis secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Wilayah Gugus 21 Kecamatan Ciputat Timur. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Model kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Pengujian menggunakan SPSS 22.0. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 136 guru diperoleh dengan metode random sampling teknik slovin. Hasil uji t diperoleh taraf signifikansi variabel kepemimpinan transformasional sebesar 0,000 dan supervisi klinis sebesar 0,000 < 0,005 artinya terdapat pengaruh kedua variabel terhadap variabel kinerja guru. Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,005 artinya bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan supervisi klinis secara bersama-sama dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,447 atau sebesar 44,7 %. Hal ini berarti bahwa sebesar 44,7 % variasi yang terjadi pada variabel kinerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi dari variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan supervisi klinis. Sementara itu 55,3 % merupakan kontribusi variabel bebas lainnya. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa secara bersama-sama dan signifikan variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan supervisi klinis berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.

To increase the awareness on the role of employee engagement besides the individual analysis level and a lack of studies focused on the employee’s involvement at the level of organizational, the study aims at investigating the antecedents of COE as mediating variable to increase the organizational performance. The study was conducted for 6 months to enable a deep understanding and evaluation on organizational performance. A non-purposive sampling with purpose sampling technique deployed with multi resources respondent represented organizations method (top manager, middle managers, head department and selected employee). Data analyzed for 380 respondents with Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS 22. Statistical outputs described that the green work design, OCB Organizational Resources, and Innovative Concordance Culture highly considered as the antecedent of COE in developing the organizational performance. The findings also claimed that all hypotheses proposed are accepted. This study strengthens the relationship between the COE and HRM and Enbridge the gaps existed which is informed and extended the area of field research. In another hand, this research contributed on engagement in some ways, such as extending the study on the engagement in the level of organization and provided the solutions secondly, investigating the COE as a main mechanism of the most crucial human resources. This research also developed the antecedents of COE and also highlighted how the top management could strategically increase the performance based on the organizational resources and the leverage the collective engagement continuously pursuit the strategic organizational goals.

The development of innovative learning media is needed to provide a different and varied learning experience.  This is required to stimulate student interest in learning to achieve maximum learning outcomes.  The aim of this study is to develop and analyze the effect of digital-based flashcard media to improve social studies learning outcomes for fourth-grade elementary school students.  This research uses R&D (Research and Development) methods and adapts the ADDIE development model.  The population in this study were fourth-grade students.  This study randomly took a sample of 126 fourth-grade students and calculated using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5%.  The results of this study show that the results of material expert validation 83.3% in the worthy category. The results of media experts 93.3% in the very worthy category, and the results of the effectiveness of learning media are obtained through a questionnaire given to students at the pretest and posttest.  This study concludes that digital-based flashcard media positively impacts social studies learning outcomes for fourth-grade elementary school students.

Achievement motivation is an essential aspect that can encourage teachers to do things related to educational progress as best as possible. Teacher achievement motivation can be influenced by self-efficacy and organizational culture. High self-efficacy can increase teachers’ confidence in their abilities to be ready to face various things on their assignments. Besides, organizational culture is crucial for teachers to create a conducive work environment to feel comfortable doing their duties. This study aimed to determine to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and organizational culture on teacher achievement motivation. This study was conducted on public elementary school teachers in Kramatwatu Subdistrict, Serang Regency, with a population of 193 and a sample of 130 respondents using a simple random sampling method. The influence was measured by the correlation and regression formula. The multiple regression results showed the equation Y = 35.014+0.311X1+0.378X2+↋. It indicated that self-efficacy increased teacher achievement motivation by 0.311 units. It signified that simultaneously, self-efficacy and organizational culture influenced teacher achievement motivation, with a contribution of 11.3%. Based on these results, the education office, school, and other related parties need to make efforts to increase self-efficacy and organizational culture so that teacher achievement motivation can also increase.

Kinerja guru merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh supervisi akademik, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yakni suatu proses menemukan suatu pengetahuan yang menggunakan data berupa angka sebagai alat menemukan keterangan mengenai apa yang ingin diketahui. Sampel penelitian adalah guru SMP Negeri yang berstatus pegawai negeri sipil yang berjumlah 67 orang di Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah supervisi akademik, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi. Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja guru. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Pasir Penyu dengan arah pengaruh yang positif. Dengan demikian, faktor supervisi akademik, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi saling mendukung dalam memaksimalkan kinerja guru.

In supporting difficult learning, innovative learning media are needed. One of the innovative learning media is augmented reality (AR). In this study, there is an AR design that is needed for the material of geographical phenomena. The method used is R D (Borg Gall, 2014). The results obtained in this study are AR designs for geographical phenomena (volcanoes, earthquakes, and tsunamis). It is hoped that the AR design for the material on geographical phenomena in this article can be useful in applying augmented reality material for geographical phenomena in social studies for lecturers who want to develop it as a learning medium for students.

Every educational institution has the same goal to improve the quality of education. Teacher performance is one of the important factors in efforts to improve the quality of education, which can be influenced by academic supervision and organizational culture. In fact, the existing problem in the schools so far is that teacher performance is still not optimal. There are still teachers who are incompetent in learning and there are still a number of teachers who cannot maximize their teaching. Hence, the study aims to determine and analyze the effect of academic supervision and organizational culture on teacher performance. The research method is field research with a quantitative approach. The research sample is public junior high school teachers who are civil servants at the Pasir Penyu District in Indragiri Hulu. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques consist of quantitative and qualitative analyses. The research results reveal that academic supervision and organizational culture have a significant effect on teacher performance at public junior high schools in Pasir Penyu District with a positive effect direction. This study aimed to determine the relationship between learning independence and learning motivation with social studies learning outcomes. This study uses an experimental method with an associative quantitative approach, which explains the presence or absence of influence between various variables based on the size of the correlation coefficient. This research was conducted on fifth-grade students in the first semester of SD Gugus V Ciracas District East Jakarta in the 2022/2023 school year with 100 samples. Data were collected through social studies learning outcomes tests. The analysis showed that the level of learning independence and motivation together had a strong and positive correlation with the learning achievement of Class V students in Gugus V, Ciracas District, East Jakarta. In other words, the higher the level of children's independence, the higher the learning outcomes. Partner of this international collaboration of community service is Konstanz University of Applied Sciences in Germany, Prof. Dr. Christian von Lübke, to be invited to collaborate in giving socialization about educational entrepreneurship for elementary school teachers in the province of Jakarta Indonesia.  The target of this community service is elementary school teachers in the Province of Jakarta Indonesia.  The socialization of educational entrepreneurship for elementary school teachers was done to develop entrepreneurship competences of elementary school teachers in the Province of Jakarta Indonesia, the solution undertaken was socialization of educational entrepreneurship.  The methods used in conducting this international collaboration of community service were cooperative learning, problem-based learning, and giving assignments.  This socialization was conducted through video conferences in the form of learning activities to improve the competence in educational entrepreneurship for elementary school teachers in the province of Jakarta Indonesia. The socialization of educational entrepreneurship given is related to developing entrepreneurial interest with appropriate learning activity programs. This international collaboration of community service was conducted at elementary schools in the Province of Jakarta Indonesia because those elementary schools are regularly empowered by Universitas Negeri Jakarta.  Based on evaluation measurement, teachers’ interest in entrepreneurship education reached 86,75 % and the average satisfaction level of participants were 94%.
