Abstract

Tujuan penelitianini untukmerancang ide perencanaan model bisnis canvas di masa depan dengan melihat kondisi desawisata Karangsalam.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian iniadalah pemetaan model bisnis dengan pendekatan business model canvas meliputicustomer segment, value proposition, channel, customer relationship, revenue stream, key activitiy, key resource, key partnershipdancost structure.Hasil penelitian adalaah elemen-elemenmodelbisnisdesawisataKarangsalamyang teridentifikasi meliputi costumer segment atau segmen wisatawanyang mengunjungi adalah wisatawanlokal.Value propositionsyang ditawarkan adalah layananwisata alamcurug,area kemah, cae/resto dan hutan bambu. Abstract

Latar belakang: Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus gouramy) memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi karena dapat diperjualbelikan pada berbagai fase hidupnya dan dapat hidup pada lingkungan perairan berkadar oksigen rendah karena memiliki alat pernapasan tambahan serta mudah dibudidayakan secara terkontrol dan mudah beradaptasi dengan pakan yang diberikan. Green Water System (GWS) atau sistem air hijau merupakan sistem pemeliharaan ikan dengan memanfaatkan mikroalga sebagai makanan dan penyedia oksigen. Pemijahan Ikan Gurami menggunakan GWS memiliki banyak kelebihan antara lain: 1) pemanfaatan air yang optimal karena air bisa diganti setiap 3 bulan sekali atau hanya ditambah saja; 2) ketersediaan alami alga hijau sebagai pakan air alami sehingga mengurangi konsusmsi pakan buatan, 3) manajemen kualitas air mudah karena mudah mengontrolnya, 4) praktis dapat dipindahkan dengan mudah. Tujuan: Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota kelompok pembudidaya ikan (Pokdakan) Sarekat Berkah Mandiri dalam pemijahan Ikan Gurami menggunakan GWS. Metode: Kegiatan penyuluhan dan praktik dilaksanakan di Pokdakan Sarekat Berkah Mandiri Desa Silado Kecamatan Sumbang Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. Tim pengabdian memberikan pretest sebelum pelaksanaan penyuluhan. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan atau penyampaian materi kemudian tim memberikan posttest. Selain penyuluhan tim juga melakukan praktik persiapan kolam dan pemilihan indukan. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan meningkatkan pengetahuan warga dengan nilai pretest (68,125±7,50) dan nilai posttest (79,375±9,979). Kesimpulan: Penyuluhan dan praktik pemijahan Ikan Gurami dengan GWS dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota Pokdakan Sarekat Berkah Mandiri. Kata kunci: gurami, GWS, pemijahan, pokdakan _______________________________________________________________________________ Abstract Background: Gouramy (Osphronemus gouramy) has high economic value because it can be traded in various phases of its life and can live in aquatic environments with low oxygen levels because it has additional breathing apparatus and is easy to cultivate in a controlled manner and easily adapts to the feed given. A Green Water System (GWS) or green water system is a fish-rearing system by utilizes microalgae as a food and oxygen provider. Gourami spawning using GWS has many advantages, including: 1) optimal use of water because the water can be changed every 3 months or just added; 2) the natural availability of green algae as natural water feed thereby reducing the consumption of artificial feed, 3) water quality management is easy because it is easy to control, 4) practically it can be moved easily. Objective: To increase the knowledge and skills of members of the Sarekat Berkah Mandiri fish cultivating group (Pokdakan) in spawning gourami using GWS. Method: Counseling and practice activities were carried out at the Sarekat Berkah Mandiri Pokdakan, Silado Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java. The service team gave a pretest before the counseling was carried out. After counseling or delivery of material, the team gave a posttest. Apart from counseling, the team also practiced pond preparation and broodstock selection. Result: The results of the activity increased residents' knowledge with pretest scores (68.125 ± 7.50) and posttest scores (79.375 ± 9.979). Conclusion: counseling and practice of Gurami spawning with GWS can increase the knowledge and skills of members of the Sarekat Berkah Mandiri Pokdakan. Keywords: gourami, GWS, spawning, pokdakan

Abstract

Latar belakang: Ikan gurami (Osphronemus gouramy) merupakan komoditas ikan air tawar yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis penting karena banyak diminati oleh konsumen, mempunyai harga yang relatif lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan jenis ikan air tawar lainnya seperti ikan mas, nila, tambakan dan tawes. Kandungan gizi dan protein pada ikan gurami juga cukup tinggi yaitu 20% dibandingkan dengan ikan lele, nila dan ikan mas yang masing-masing berkisar 18,2%, 16,1% dan 16%. Tujuan: Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota Kelompok Sarekat Berkah Mandiri dalam teknik penetasan telur dan pemeliharaan larva ikan gurami. Metode: Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan di Kelompok Sarekat Berkah Mandiri Desa Silado Kecamatan Sumbang Kabupaten Banyumas Jawa Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah presentasi, diskusi dan praktik. Tim pengabdian masyarakat memberikan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Setelah penyuluhan juga dilakukan pemilihan telur, penyiapan wadah penetasan telur, dan pembuatan kolam pendederan. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan anggota kelompok dengan nilai pre-test (59,375±8,634), nilai post-test (81,25±4,432) dan t (11) = -6,375 p value = 0,00001. Kesimpulan: pendidikan dan pelatihan penetasan telur dan pemeliharaan larva ikan gurami dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota Pokdakan Sarekat Berkah Mandiri. Kata kunci: ikan gurami, pembesaran larva, penetasan telur, pokdakan Sarekat Berkah Mandiri ______________________________________________________________________ Abstract Background: Gourami fish (Osphronemus gouramy) is a freshwater fish commodity that has important economic value because it is in high demand by consumers, and has a relatively higher price compared to other types of freshwater fish such as carp, tilapia, tambakan, and tawes. The nutritional and protein content of gourami fish is also quite high at 20% compared to catfish, tilapia, and carp which are around 18.2%, 16.1%, and 16% respectively. Objective: To improve the knowledge and skills of members of the Sarekat Berkah Mandiri Group in egg-hatching techniques and raising gourami larvae. Method: The training activity was conducted at the Sarekat Berkah Mandiri Group, Silado Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java. The techniques used were presentation, discussion, and practice. The community service team provided a pre-test and post-test to measure the increase in participant knowledge. In addition to the extension method, egg selection, preparation of egg-hatching containers, and making of nursery ponds were also carried out. Result: The results of education and training activities increased the knowledge of group members with pre-test values ​​(59.375±8.634), posttest values ​​(81.25±4.432), and t (11) = -6.375 p value = 0.00001. Conclusion: education and training in egg hatching and rearing of gourami larvae can increase the knowledge and skills of members of the Sarekat Berkah Mandiri Pokdakan. Abstract

Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) is a freshwater fish that has high economic value so that it is widely cultivated by the community with a high stocking density without the addition of technological tools that maintain water quality. This causes water quality to decline, followed by a decrease in tilapia productivity, resulting in large losses. This problem is faced by many fish farmer groups (Pokdakan) in Indonesia including Pokdakan Mina Sari. The purpose of this service is to implement pinwheel technology in maintaining aquaculture water quality to optimize the productivity of tilapia cultivated by Pokdakan Mina Sari Purwosari Village, Baturraden, Banyumas, Central Java. The methods used in this service include socialization, training and mentoring. Socialization is carried out to introduce and convey the program to be carried out. Training was conducted to convey knowledge and skills including the application of mills, water quality management, handling of pests and diseases of tilapia, simple bookkeeping and marketing. Mentoring is carried out to assist partners in applying the technology delivered. The results of the service showed an increase in the enthusiasm and hard work of the farmer group members, an increase in tilapia productivity to 2-3 times from the original 2-3 quintals/pond to 6-9 quintals/pond, an increase in dissolved oxygen (DO) from 2-3 ppm to 5-6 ppm, an increase in fish weight/individual, an increase in fish feeding response, fish become more active, recording pond activities becomes more orderly, marketing has begun to serve retail buyers and there are fish processing activities. Therefore, this community service activity is very beneficial for fish farmers who are members of Mina Sari fish farmer group.

Abstract

The decline in sales of Bawor durian seedlings, caused by the widespread proliferation of similar cultivars across Indonesia, has become a significant challenge for the Ngudi Makmur and Gangga Mulya Farmer Groups. This training program was designed as an innovative solution to provide farmers with an alternative income source through intercropping with bush pepper (Piper nigrum) cultivation. The main challenge identified was the farmers' lack of technical knowledge and skills in propagating this type of pepper. Therefore, this program aimed to enhance their capacity in bush pepper propagation techniques using stem cuttings. The capacity-building was conducted through various methods, including continuous mentoring, lectures, focused group discussions, and hands-on training. The lecture and discussion sessions covered the basic theory of propagation, such as identifying ideal cutting materials, growth media, and environmental factors influencing success. The practical sessions focused on the techniques of cutting stems and transplanting seedlings into the growth media. The results of this program showed a significant increase in the participants' knowledge and skills. A propagation demoplot was also successfully established. This initiative not only aims to boost farmers' income but also supports more sustainable agricultural practices.

Latar belakang: Rawalo merupakan salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Banyumas yang memiliki banyak pelaku usaha rumahan yang memproduksi makanan dan minuman. Salah satunya Buana Al-Faza milik Pimpinan Cabang Nasyiatul Aisyah (PCNA) Rawalo yang memproduksi minuman jamu susu “Golden MilK”. Minuman jamu “Golden Milk” memiliki 4 varian rasa yaitu: original, teh, kayu manis dan lemon. Proses produksi masih menggunakan peralatan produksi sederhana. Tujuan: Untuk meningkatkan higiene dan sanitasi proses produksi minuman jamu “Golden Milk” Buana Al-Faza PCNA Rawalo. Metode: Presentasi penyampaian materi, diskusi pendalaman materi dan praktek. Dilakukan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan pelatihan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota kelompok dengan nilai pre-test (59,375±8,634), nilai post-test (81,25±4,432) (p= 0,001). Kesimpulan: Pelatihan peningkatan higiene dan sanitasi proses produksi jamu  susu “Golden Milk” Buana Al-Faza PCNA Rawalo mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. One of them is Buana Al-Faza, owned by the Nasyiatul Aisyah Branch (PCNA) Rawalo, which produces the herbal milk drink "Golden Milk". The herbal drink "Golden Milk" has four flavors: original, tea, cinnamon, and lemon. The production process still uses simple production equipment. Objective: To improve hygiene and sanitation in the production process of the herbal drink "Golden Milk" Buana Al-Faza PCNA Rawalo. Method: Presentation of material delivery, in-depth discussion of the material, and practice. Pre-test and post-test were conducted to measure the increase in participants' knowledge. Result: The training activities increased the knowledge of group members from pre-test scores (59.375±8.634) to post-test scores (81.25±4.432) (p= 0.001). Conclusion: The training on improving hygiene and sanitation in the production process of Buana Al-Faza PCNA Rawalo's "Golden Milk" herbal medicine (jamu) improved participants' knowledge and skills.
