Abstract

MSMEs as small businesses that support the economy can support the equal distribution of community well being. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the economy of the people in Indonesia, such as increasing unemployment and poverty rates and disruption to the trade sector, especially for small traders who run their businesses traditionally. Sukapura Village, Kiaracondong District, Bandung City, West Java, is a village that has 19 RW and 109 RT. Sukapura Village is a village that has residents who are MSME activists. The restrictions on activities during the Covid-19 pandemic have negatively impacted MSME activists financially and in terms of business stability. MSMEs in Sukapura Village consist of food, clothing, grocery wholesalers, etc. The presence of Covid-19 has caused many MSME activists to be affected, namely problems in decreasing income, difficulties for MSME activists to be able to adapt to new conditions due to lack of knowledge about technology in doing business, especially for MSME activists 40 years old above. Another problem is the lack of knowledge in HR management and financial management which is still mixed between personal and business finances. This community service activity aims to increase the understanding of MSME activists by providing socialization regarding the use of market place media for business continuity during the Covid-19 pandemic and capturing business opportunities in this less than ideal situation so that they can optimize income. After conducting socialization, the community is guided to create an account on the marketplace and is inspired to innovate to bring out creativity in the products they have to increase their selling value.

Abstract

The success of a country's economy is very identical to the development of Micro, Small, & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as a sector that absorbs high labor, MSMEs are also known as one of the real sectors that can reduce unemployment rates, which ultimately act as a driving force that plays a strategic role in urban and rural areas. The economic conditions that continue to decline as a result of the Covid 19 Pandemic make it important for the government to play a role in motivating MSME actors to mobilize their abilities to be able to adapt to the application of Digital Business. This research aimed to enhance the digital capabilities of MSME in Kecamatan Bojongloa Kidul, Bandung. By conducting a training program focused on digital marketing and financial management, the study sought to address the challenges faced by these businesses in the post-pandemic era. Training program focused on digital marketing and financial management. The results demonstrate a significant improvement in participants' understanding and application of digital tools. The findings suggest that targeted training programs can effectively empower MSME to adopt digital technologies and enhance their competitiveness in the market. Moreover, the study underscores the importance of providing ongoing support and resources to sustain the digital transformation process.

Abstract

Student association is a forum that facilitates students to be able to express their aspirations and creativity. Student association is expected to be a learning medium for each student to be able to hone their organizational skills and stimulate their socializing and decision-making abilities. Over time, with the high level of student activities in the academic field, student associations have become uninteresting to follow. Some students only use them as a means to gather by abandoning their main purpose. Ironically, only some members adhere to the Vision-Mission that has been made and other members only assume that realizing the Vision-Mission is the obligation of the association's management. This view hampers the cadre process. This arises because there is a feeling of lack of self-confidence, slow adaptation to a new environment and a feeling of fear in acting/worrying about making mistakes. In this Community Service activity, it will be carried out for UNIBI management student association partners (Excma UNIBI), with the theme "Growing a Sense of Belonging and Creating a Leader's Soul Ready to Face Organizational Change". This activity aims to foster a new spirit for members and administrators of the association to be able to build the association as a shared responsibility of all members of the association. This PKM is conducted using interactive methods, learning experiences to help participants reflect on the current state of the organization as a bridge to make organizational changes and implement efective Leadership style.

Abstract

Karang Taruna Manjahlega is a social organization that is a forum for the development of community members based on a sense of social responsibility based on the principle of from, by and for the community. Mobilizing youth for social welfare for the community that can contribute to the scope of the village or sub-district. The role and vision of Karang Taruna in society have the meaning of making Karang Taruna an important organization to be able to facilitate positive youth activities. The voluntary principle applied makes it difficult for Karang Taruna to develop because the involvement and other roles in the lives of its members make many activities not run optimally. Community Service Activities with the theme of Managing Quality Human Resources in Karang Taruna, aim to increase awareness of Karang Taruna Manjahlega members regarding the sense of belonging and responsibility for the organization so that they can become a more creative and innovative Karang Taruna, fostering the enthusiasm of Karang Taruna members in carrying out activities that help in community welfare. The method used in PKM activities is counseling by involving interactive activities with participants to increase familiarity between Karang Taruna members in improving the quality and performance of the organization in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau sustainable lifestyle dengan latar belakang paradigma pembangunanberkelanjutan. Secara spesifik penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui apakah sustainable lifestyle tersebut mendukungterbentuknya responsible consumer, bagaimana sustainable lifestyle dapat dioperasionalkan, dan bagaimana perlakuanyang tepat terhadap responsible consumer di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kausalitas denganpendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang menjadi sasaranpenelitian adalah konsumen green product secara umum di Indonesia dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 238 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam uji hipotesis adalahStructural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian secaraverifiktif ditemukan bahwa arah hubungan LOHAS denganConsumer Behavior adalah positif dengan total pengaruhsebesar 72,7%, dan arah hubungan Consumer Behavior dengan Responsible Consumer adalah positif dengan total pengaruh sebesar 82,2%. Secara parsial, hanya variabelspiritual health yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadapperubahan consumer behavior. Kemudian, hasil perolehanperhitungan efek mediasi menunjukkan hanya variabelspiritual health tidak mampu dimediasi oleh consumer behavior. Sehingga, disimpulkan bahwa determinan LOHAS yang berpengaruh terhadap responsible consumer melaluivariabel consumer behavior adalah Physical Fitness, Mental Health, Emotional Health, Environmentalism, dan Social Consciousness.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the responses of sandwich generation employees who work in the tourism industry hospitality sub-sector in the city of Bandung and assess the influence of Job insecurity and social support on Burnout partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The population used in this research is generational employees sandwich in the Bandung City hospitality sub-sector tourism industry, with a sample of 160 respondents using non-probability sampling techniques, namely accidental sampling. Based on the research results, it was found that the respondents' responses were related to job insecurity, which was included in the high category, namely social support, which was included in the low category; and burnout, which was included in the high category. Based on the results of the determination test, it was found that Job insecurity has an effect of 12.9% on Burnout, Social support has an effect of 9.3% on Burnout, and Job insecurity and Social support have an impact of 12.3% on Burnout. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, Job insecurity affects Burnout. Social support does not affect Burnout. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, Job insecurity and Social support simultaneously influence Burnout.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat desa adalah upaya mengembangkan kemandirian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, keterampilan, perilaku, kemampuan, kesadaran, serta memanfaatkan sumber daya melalui penetapan kebijakan, program, kegiatan, dan pendampingan yang sesuai dengan esensi masalah. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan peran dan kemampuan masyarakat dalam implementasi waste management dalam penanganan sampah dan mengurangi perilaku membuang sampah sembarangan sehingga diharapkan dapat memperbaiki kondisi lingkungan sekitar dengan kemampuan waste management melalui pengolahan sampah menjadi ecobrick dan menggunakan shredder machine serta Meningkatkan peran dan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengolah residu waste incinerator menjadi peroduk bernilai. Waste management adalah proses sederhana yang digunakan untuk membuang,mengurangi,menggunakan kembali dan mencegah limbah. Pendekatan Waste Management merupakan pendekatan dimana dalam penerapan strategi komprehensif untuk mengolah limbah secara efisien mulai dari asal hingga pembuangan akhir. Desa mandiri adalah desa yang memiliki kemampuan untuk melaksanakan pembangunan desa dan memberikan penghidupan yang layak bagi masyarakatnya. Desa mandiri tidak hanya bergantung pada bantuan dari pemerintah, tetapi juga mampu mengembangkan potensi dan suber daya yang ada di desanya. Desa Karya Mekar Kecamatan Pasirwangi diharapkan mampu mengembangkan keberwujudan Lingkungan yang sehat mampu melakukan pengelolaan limbah sampah secara berlanjut dan memiliki value added bagi masyarakat Dimana tujuan dari Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini  memiliki capaian akhir sebagai  sense of purpose agar terjadi evolusi perilaku dan pemberdayaan peran masyarakat yang berorientasi pada sosial kultur, sehingga muncul kebudayaan bijak sampah melalui peningkatan kesadaran dan kepedulian masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the description of Career Development, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention and to find the magnitude of the influence of Career Development and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention of PT Andalan Mutu Energi employees, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The population used in this research was all employees of PT Andalan Mutu Energi totaling 46 respondents using non-probability sampling techniques, namely saturated sampling techniques. Based on the results obtained, the respondents' description of Career Development and Turnover Intention is in the high category, Organizational Commitment is in the sufficient category. Based on the results of the determination test, it was found that Career Development had a 5.3% effect on Turnover Intention, Organizational Commitment had a 33.1% effect on Turnover Intention, Career Development and Organizational Commitment had a 40.3% effect on Turnover Intention. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, it shows that Career Development has a positive effect on Turnover Intention, Organizational Commitment has a negative effect on Turnover Intention. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, Career Development and Organizational Commitment influence Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of motivation and compensation on employee loyalty at CV. Garmen XYZ, a garment company facing a high employee turnover rate (up to 13.8%) and above-average absenteeism (7.1%). These issues reflect low employee loyalty, potentially affecting productivity and organizational stability. Furthermore, compensation remains below the regional minimum wage, and absenteeism indicates low employee motivation. The study aims to examine the conditions of motivation, compensation, and loyalty, and to measure the partial and simultaneous influence of motivation and compensation on loyalty. A quantitative approach was applied using descriptive and verification methods. Data were collected from 104 respondents through closed questionnaires using a Likert scale, selected via purposive sampling. Validity and reliability tests were conducted, followed by classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²). Results show that motivation, compensation, and employee loyalty are generally perceived as high. However, real conditions reveal a mismatch, with compensation below standards and high turnover. Motivation has a significant partial influence on loyalty (64.8%), while compensation does not, though it contributes 33.5%. Simultaneously, motivation and compensation significantly influence employee loyalty, with a combined effect of 64.4%. The findings highlight that enhancing motivation is more effective in fostering employee loyalty than relying on compensation alone.

Abstract
