Abstract

TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) is a technology application model that adopts the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) from Fishbein and Ajzen (1975) which is used to see the level of use of respondents in receiving information technology (Kaffashan Kakhki et al., 2020). This TRA is composed of the basic assumption that every human being behaves consciously in self-control and considers the use of available information for use in his life. Ajzen and Fishbein (1975) state that two determining factors can influence a person's intention in doing a certain act, the first is related toattitude towards behavior) and the next influence is social influence, namely subjective norms (subjective norms). This study uses a bibliometric literature review approach with a sample mapping literature of 17 articles regarding planned behavior theory approaches reference articles from 2020 - 2021 under Scopus indexed journal. Our proposition state result the correlation Theory of planned behavior theory and TAM in the aspect of the field of management (e.g., marketing, Technology, E-Commerce) make a positive contribution as a grounded theory to explain the variable antecedent and also its correlation to other theories.

Abstract

In the digital era, the transformation of payment methods has become crucial to enhancing business efficiency and competitiveness, especially for street vendors in the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) Senayan area. The implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) among street vendors enables quick, safe, and simple digital transactions, supporting financial inclusion and reducing risks associated with cash handling. The QRIS awareness program conducted at GBK Senayan aimed to improve vendors' understanding of the benefits of digital payments, such as better financial management, reduced need for change, and increased security. This initiative included hands-on training, distribution of informative brochures, and direct practice to equip vendors with essential digital skills. As a result, 70% of vendors who participated in the program began using QRIS, and a positive shift in attitudes toward digital payment technology was observed. Primary challenges included limited technological understanding and unstable internet access; however, these can be addressed through ongoing technical support and assistance from technology service providers. With appropriate support, QRIS adoption among street vendors is expected to continue, enhancing competitiveness and ease for both vendors and consumers in the digital age.

Abstract

This study investigates how customer perceptions of service quality and airline brand image affect customer loyalty and intentions to repurchase. By employing a systematic literature review (SLR) method in line with the PRISMA protocol, the research examines 50 articles indexed in Scopus that pertain to customer perceptions in the airline sector. The results indicate that favorable perceptions of service quality significantly impact brand image, thereby promoting customer loyalty and repurchase intentions. Mediating factors such as "brand love," "passenger loyalty," and "positive word of mouth" are essential in reinforcing these connections. Additionally, the study presents a conceptual framework for airlines to develop more effective strategies aimed at improving customer loyalty. This research not only addresses theoretical gaps but also provides practical insights for enhancing airline service strategies that yield long-term benefits for customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee work motivation through a systematic literature review using the PRISMA approach. It analyzes 61 articles from Scopus-indexed journals (2014–2024) to identify the synergy between transformational leadership and organizational culture in enhancing both intrinsic and extrinsic employee motivation. Transformational leadership has been shown to be effective in creating a clear vision, empowering employees, and fostering emotional engagement. In contrast, a strong organizational culture reinforces accountability, collaboration, and the recognition of individual contributions. This research addresses a gap in understanding how leadership styles interact with organizational culture to drive employee motivation. It provides a structured synthesis of leadership strategies that enhance motivation, highlighting the significance of intrinsic motivation in fostering innovation and long-term sustainability, while recognizing that extrinsic motivation remains essential for short-term performance improvement. The findings emphasize the importance of cultural variations in implementing organizational values, as national contexts influence the effectiveness of leadership. This study offers theoretical contributions by integrating perspectives from leadership, motivation, and organizational culture research, while also providing practical insights for managers to align leadership strategies with cultural values. The PRISMA methodology ensures a rigorous selection of sources, with inclusion criteria focused on Scopus-indexed peer-reviewed articles published between 2014 and 2024.
