Abstract

Sumber daya manusia memegang peranan yang dominan dalam menjalankan operasional perusahaan atau mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Sumber daya manusia merupakan kekuatan utama yang memberikan perhatian khusus pada efisiensi, efektivitas dan produktivitas. Dengan ini, perusahaan dapat melihat penggunaan sumber dayanya secara optimal dan pencapaian target yang diinginkan. Beban kerja juga dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas pekerja dalam melakukan suatu pekerjaan. Efisiensi sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu langkah untuk menjamin seluruh pekerjaan dapat berjalan dengan baik tanpa kekurangan maupun kelebihan tenaga kerja. Penting bagi suatu perusahaan untuk dapat memberikan tingkat beban kerja yang optimal karena tingkat beban kerja setiap pekerja berbeda-beda. Terdapat Lembaga Amil Infaq dan Sodaqoh di Bojoenegoro yang merupakan lembaga zakat tingkat nasional yang bertugas dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pendayagunaan dana zakat dan infaq secara produktif baik dari perorangan, lembaga, maupun instansi lainnya. Dalam pelaksanaannya tentu akan menimbulkan beban kerja yang perlu diukur untuk mengetahui keseimbangan antara keahlian dan kemampuan. Penelitian ini akan fokus pada pengukuran beban kerja sumber daya manusia pada lembaga zakat dan infaq dengan menggunakan metode Work Load Analysis (WLA). Dengan metode ini, dapat diketahui jumlah dan kualifikasi sumber daya manusia yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a system that involves the process of producing, storing, shipping, distributing and selling products to meet the demand for these products into the hands of consumers. This research was conducted in a home industry, namely the home industry of Moro Tresno. Moro Tresno's home industry has a variety of products marketed, but researchers only conduct research on super ledre products. This company has a major problem faced by is how to respond to orders from consumers. The company has not been able to fulfill when there is an increase in orders during the holiday season and approaching holidays. From a normal order of 9,900 packs, it can increase up to 80% to 17,820 packs. This supply chain performance measurement uses the SCOR method by applying 4 attributes, namely, reliability, responsiveness, agility, and asset management, and weighted by the pairwise comparison method. The data collection process was carried out by interviewing the home industry owner Moro Tresno because it was believed to be able to provide correct and accurate information. The total value of performance is 95.36. Dimensions that need improvement are reliability and agility. Recommendations for improving the reliability dimension RL.2.3 Accuracy of documentation by making tables neater. Meanwhile, RL.2.4 Perfect condition by analyzing seven tools to find out the cause and follow up on product damage and reliability in delivery. Improvement of agility AG.2.1 Days to meet the increase in production carried out socialization of craftsmen, selecting craftsmen according to performance, recruiting new craftsmen and giving awards to craftsmen.

Abstract

PT.Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A Field is an industry that never stops 24 hours for the continuity of the Oil and Gas production process. The process must require energy, one of the main ones is electrical energy which is used to supply power to production support equipment/machines. In the PT.Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A field, there are 3 Gensets, namely Genset 1 (125 KVA), Genset 2 (100 KVA) and Genset 3 (100 KVA) which are used to supply electrical energy. The three generators have a rather old operating age, often have problems with damage to their engine components, and the schedule for generator maintenance is also uncertain. The problem that becomes the object of this research is optimizing the power supply planned maintenance system with the RCM method at PT.Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A Field and identifying the comparison of power supply maintenance systems before and after using the RCM method. The purpose of this research is to optimize the power supply planned maintenance system with the RCM method at PT. Pertamina EP Asset 4 Sukowati A Field and identify comparisons before and after using the RCM method. The results of this study indicate that Gensets 1, 2, and 3 often experience downtime / failure in operation, because the machine tools are a bit old, as well as machine maintenance that has not been accurate and planned. With these conditions, the company needs the reliability of generator engine maintenance with the RCM method, so that the generator engine gets accurate and planned maintenance, so as to minimize downtime / failure in operation and also the previous generator engine maintenance is less accurate and planned, while maintenance with the RCM method is more efficient. accurate and planned.

Abstract

Milling machine is a machine tool that produces a plane where a blade rotates and a moving object does feeding step. While milling is a machining process which generally produces a flat shape due to the movement of from the machine table, where the workpiece material reduction process occurs due to the contact between the cutting tool (cutter) which rotates on the shaft with the workpiece gripped on the machine table. table design This machine aims to facilitate a job and process production. This design uses the Design For Manufacture method and Assembly (DFMA). (DFMA) is a method in the manufacture of products that aim to facilitate the manufacturing process of assembly where existing designs may be simplified and adapted to the capabilities of the manufacturing facility with considering technical aspects. That way there will be some changes in terms of design, addition of components, and convenience to the when used. So that there will be new breakthroughs that are more effective and efficient. Getting the ergonomics of the milling machine table to be very good comfortable to use

Abstract

Abstrak The success of an industry is influenced by the selection of suppliers and effective evaluation processes. Mistakes in choosing raw material suppliers will affect a company's productivity decline. This research is important to be conducted to identify alternative supplier selections. Convection Yani is an industry engaged in clothing production. The issue at hand is that the thread quality from suppliers tends to differ, thus affecting the quality of the clothing production. The importance of supplier selection can support the provision of quality materials. The purpose of this research is to determine quality thread suppliers by considering multiple criteria using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP). The criteria considerations involve four criteria: price, quality, delivery, and service. The FAHP method yields the highest values with Toko Rizqi having a weight of 1.00, UD. Sandra with a weight of 0.547, Toko Sumber Baru with a weight of 0.168, and Toko Gloria with a weight of 0.045.

Abstract

Understanding of production and production of limestone processing services, transportation and general trade. However, in line with the national development wheel which opens up wide opportunities for other fields, the company does not rule out expanding in other fields. The company is estabhilised in trading companies for chemical products. With the existence of a mining location and also supported by adequate equipment facilities, this company believes that it can serve consumers according to the specifications determined by the consumer company. The purpose of this research is to understand about the Limestone Combustion Process and the function of limestone. The data collection method used is the direct participation of researchers on the object of research, field observations and interviews with the department responsible for managing the combustion process in CV. TIMBUL JAYA PUTRA. The results of the research conducted, it was found that the combustion process carried out by CV TIMBUL JAYA PUTRA was quite good. So, you can get quality limestone and be able to compete in the market.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology in the industrial sector apart from having a positive impact on economic development and the prosperity of the nation also has potential hazards that can cause accidents, fires or explosions and environmental pollution. Therefore it is necessary to have efforts to prevent and control work-related accidents and diseases in companies by referring to Law Number 1 of 1970 concerning Work Safety and the regulations derived and related to this matter. This study aims to determine the application of K3 in the company and the potential for work hazards as well as to determine risk control that occurs in the Finish Mill Unit of PT. Semen Indonesia (PERSERO) Tbk. Tuban Plant based on hazard identification and hazard assessment. Data collection methods in this study are observation and reference. While the data analysis method uses the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Risk Control) method. Based on the research results, it can be seen that in general PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The East Java Tuban Factory has met statutory requirements in the scope of work safety including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Based on the results of the research, suggestions that can be conveyed are that it is necessary to carry out monitoring and review of the effectiveness of controls that have been implemented as a reference for continual improvement measures at certain time intervals.

Abstract

Inventory management at PT Supraco Indonesia ensures accurate and timely material inventory, proper delivery, and quality control according to predefined standards. The supplier selection process is analyzed using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, a decision support model that breaks down complex multi-criteria problems into a hierarchical structure. AHP considers validity and consistency tolerance limits in choosing criteria and alternatives. The key criterion influencing supplier selection is Quality, with a weight of 0.73. Among alternatives, Aqua Terra scored highest for Quality, Manunggal for Cost, and Sentra Medika for Delivery. Based on the overall analysis, Aqua Terra emerged as the best supplier, while Sentra Medika had the lowest performance.

Abstract

Purwosari Community Health Center provides structured healthcare services with two types of services, inpatient and outpatient care. Although inpatient services run smoothly, nurse shift scheduling still relies on Microsoft Excel and often encounters schedule conflicts. To address this issue, the use of genetic algorithm method is proposed. Genetic algorithm offers multi-criteria and multi-objective solutions for scheduling, integrating concepts from genetics and scientific biological processes. Thus, the "schedule collision" problem can be effectively addressed, enhancing the efficiency of nurse shift scheduling in Purwosari Community Health Center's inpatient care.

Abstract

Kursi belajar adalah fasilitas sekolah yang berpengaruh terhadap postur tubuh anak. Postur tubuh akan bekerja secara alami jika menggunakan kursi yang ergonomis. Sebaliknya, kursi yang tidak ergonomis cenderung akan menyebabkan keluhan musculoskeletal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengurangi resiko kesehatan dengan merancang suatu kursi belajar Bernama Erkidz yang ergonomis dan ramah anak. Metode perancangan menggabungkan metode Pahl Beitz dan Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) sehingga didapatkan desain kursi yang sesuai tujuan. Rancangan ini ditujukan untuk anak usia 9-11 tahun sehingga dilakukan pengukuran Antropometri anak kelas 3 dan 4 SD yang dilaksanakan di SDN 1 Kalirejo.  Hasil dari prototype kursi Erkidz akan diuji ke anak-anak kembali untuk menganalisa keberhasilan rancangan. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa pada kondisi saat ini jenis kursi yang digunakan memiliki ukuran tidak seragam setiap kelasnya, sehingga seringkali ukuran kursi tidak sesuai dengan pengguna (siswa). Beberapa siswa duduk dengan kaki menggantung dan tidak dapat bersandar dengan nyaman. Pengujian Erkidz sebagai alternatif kursi duduk mendapatkan hasil yang cukup baik karena 85% pengguna merasa nyaman dengan kursi alternatif. Kelebihan yang dimiliki Erkidz adalah dapat diubah ukurannya (adjustable) menyesuaikan ukuran postur pengguna, serta menggunakan bantalan pada sandaran leher dan pantat sehingga mengurangi kelelahan siswa selama belajar dengan posisi duduk. Pada penelitian dilakukan pula edukasi posisi duduk yang benar sehingga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua maupun guru untuk memberikan rancangan yang tepat untuk kursi anak-anak
