Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pendekatan linguistik dan sains dalam tafsir QS. Al-Hijr: 22 pada karya Ibnu ‘Asyur, Tafsir Al-Tahrir wa Al-Tanwir. Dengan metodologi kualitatif berbasis kepustakaan, kajian ini menelaah makna kata "lawaqih" yang secara linguistik memiliki dua arti, yaitu "mengawinkan" dalam konteks penyerbukan tumbuhan dan "membawa hujan" dalam konteks meteorologi. Penafsiran Ibnu ‘Asyur menunjukkan harmoni antara aspek bahasa Arab klasik dan fenomena ilmiah kontemporer, khususnya dalam menjelaskan peran angin sebagai pembawa uap air yang membentuk hujan dan sebagai agen penyerbukan tumbuhan melalui penyebaran serbuk sari. Kajian juga menegaskan fungsi penting angin dalam siklus alam. Hasil analisis menegaskan bahwa tafsir Al-Tahrir wa Al-Tanwir memadukan nilai spiritual dan ilmiah, memperlihatkan keterpaduan wahyu dan ilmu pengetahuan modern. Temuan ini memperkuat pemahaman Bahwa Al-Qur’an memuat petunjuk-petunjuk ilmiah yang sejalan dengan temuan sains modern, sekaligus mendorong dialog konstruktif antara wahyu dan ilmu pengetahuan dalam konteks pengembangan ilmu yang berlandaskan Islam.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of scout activities, namely Pramuka at SDN 14 Manis Mata and Hizbul Wathan at SDIT Muhammadiyah Sukamara, in shaping the character of elementary school students in the border area of West Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan. The study focuses on two schools, using a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of scout activities at each school. Findings indicate that planning is conducted participatively, involving various stakeholders, reflecting the principles of consultation and program flexibility. In terms of organization, both schools assign instructors based on their competencies, either through external trainers or certified internal teachers. The implementation of activities featured the integration of religious culture into routine activities interspersed with spiritual activities. Activity evaluations were carried out systematically and used for continuous program development. Scout activities were proven to strengthen students' character in terms of discipline, responsibility, independence, spirituality, and social awareness. This study concludes that scout activity management based on religious values, local culture, and a holistic approach can address the challenges of character development in the Society 5.0 era, particularly in 3T regions. Abstract

This study is based on different interpretations of the concept of Rūḥ al-Qudus in classical and medieval exegesis. The aim of this study is to examine how this concept is presented in Tafsīr al-Ṭabarī and Tafsīr al-Rāzī and how Julia Kristeva's theory of intertextuality can illustrate the semantic relationships between the two. Through a qualitative-descriptive approach and an intertextual analysis of Jāmi‘ al-Bayān and al-Tafsīr al-Kabīr, this study concludes that al-Ṭabarī understands Rūḥ al-Qudus theocentrically and literally as the angel Jibrīl, i.e. as a divine mediator who acts as an enabler and bringer of revelations, based on the consensus of the traditions of the Companions and Tabi‘in. In contrast, al-Rāzī reinterprets this concept in a rational-philosophical manner, namely as quwwah rabbāniyyah, i.e. as a divine power that animates the spiritual consciousness ofhuman beings and enlivens their intellectual and moralcapacities. An intertextual analysis shows that al-Rāzī not onlyadopts al-Ṭabarī's view, but also undertakes a transformation ofmeaning through theological elaboration and metaphysicalspeculation, which expands the ontological position of Rūḥ al-Qudus in the discourse of revelation. This study contributes tointroducing the application of Kristeva's intertextuality model inexegesis and explaining the process of reconfiguring the meaningof Rūḥ al-Qudus in the intellectual dialogue between the classicaland medieval periods
