Abstract

Pemahaman teks akademik dalam buku diktat eksakta sering menjadi tantangan bagi mahasiswa pendidikan matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesulitan mahasiswa dalam memahami bacaan akademik dalam buku diktat eksakta berbahasa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket-kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami struktur kalimat kompleks, istilah teknis, dan keterkaitan logis dalam bacaan. Faktor internal seperti rendahnya keterampilan literasi akademik serta faktor eksternal seperti penyajian materi yang kurang sistematis turut berkontribusi. Untuk mengatasi kendala ini, mahasiswa menggunakan strategi seperti membaca referensi tambahan, memanfaatkan teknologi pembelajaran, serta mencatat dan mengulang materi. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan keterampilan literasi akademik serta pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang mendukung pemahaman bacaan dalam pendidikan matematika.

Abstract

English is an international language, which has been used by many countries as a second language. To be able to speak English, everyone needs a lot of vocabulary. Vocabulary can be acquired using online games. Online games are widely used by students. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of the use of online games on the acquisition of English vocabulary for AL-ULUM SMA students, who are members of the extracurricular the flag-raising troop (Pasukan Pengibar Bendera or Paskibra). Researchers chose this topic because researchers saw that many students played online games in a free time. This research uses Psycholinguistic theory by Levelt. And behaviorism theory of language acquisition according to Skinner. The method in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Researchers used a questionnaire as a research instrument. And some of these questions use a Likert scale. The results of this research show that it is true that online games have an influence on the acquisition of English vocabulary for AL-ULUM High School students. This can be seen from the answer data given by respondents, which has been explained briefly by the researcher. And with that result, it can be proven that the hypothesis “The use of online games has influenced the acquisition of English vocabulary for AL-ULUM High School students" is correct and accepted.

Abstract

Menurut data angka stunting di Indonesia pada tahun 2021 adalah sebanyak 9 juta anak Indonesia mengalami stunting, untuk di Jawa Barat data stunting di tahun 2021 sebanyak 26,2%, terlihat bahwa angka stunting masih terlihat tinggi sehingga upaya Indonesia dalam melakukan percepatan penurunan angka stunting pada tahun 2023 angka prevalensi kecepatan 14%Salah satu upaya yaitu pijat Tui Na berpengaruh positif terhadap kenaikan berat badan pada balita. Upaya untuk mengatasi kesulitan makan dan gangguan kenaikan berat badan dapat dilakukan dengan cara farmakologi maupun non farmakologi. Upaya dengan farmakologi antara lain dengan pemberian miltivitamin dan micronutrien lainnya. Sedangkan non farmakologi antara lain melalui minuman herbal atau jamu, pijat, akupresur, dan akupunktur. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat tuina untuk meningkatkan berat badan pada pada balita di Klinik Permata Bunda Kota Serang.Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimental dengan rancangan Pretest dan posttest without control.. Populasi penelitian adalah responden yang melakukan terapi pijat Tuina di Klinik Permata Bunda Kota Serang Tahun 2023 yaitu sebanyak 36 responden. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 36 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling.Analis bivariate pengaruh pijat Tuina untuk meningkatkan berat badan pada balita di Klinik Permata Bunda kota serang tahun 2023 . Uji statistik menggunakan Uji Chi Square. Hasil uji Chi Square diperoleh nilai nilai p=0.0000,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh pijat tui na terhadap peningkatan berat badan pada balita di Klinik Permata Bunda Kota Serang. Pijat tuina efektif untuk meningkatkan berat badan pada balita. Saran dalam penelitian ini untuk Institusi pendidikan, untuk tempat penelitian, untuk responden dan untuk peneliti selanjutnya.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of remote work on job stress and job satisfaction among employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. As organizations rapidly transitioned to remote work in response to the pandemic, employees experienced both positive and negative effects on their work-related well-being. The study aims to explore how the shift to remote work influenced employees' levels of stress and job satisfaction, considering factors such as work-life balance, autonomy, social isolation, and communication challenges. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through surveys and interviews from a diverse sample of employees working in various sectors. The findings reveal that while remote work enhanced job satisfaction by offering greater flexibility and autonomy, it also increased job stress due to blurred work-life boundaries and feelings of isolation. The study highlights the need for organizations to adopt flexible remote work policies that balance employee autonomy with adequate support systems to manage stress and maintain job satisfaction. These insights are critical for designing effective remote and hybrid work models that support employee well-being and productivity in future work environments.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between the kinesthetic learning style and academic anxiety levels among high school students. As classrooms continue to favor visual and auditory teaching methods, students with a preference for kinesthetic learning those who learn best through movement and hands-on activities may struggle to adapt, potentially leading to increased academic anxiety. Using a quantitative correlational research design, data were collected from 200 high school students through the VARK Learning Styles Inventory and the Academic Anxiety Scale for Students (AASS). The results revealed a statistically significant positive correlation (r = 0.41, p < 0.01) between kinesthetic learning preference and higher academic anxiety levels. This suggests that students whose learning needs are not adequately addressed in traditional instructional settings are more prone to stress and emotional discomfort in academic situations. The findings highlight the importance of incorporating more inclusive, movement-based learning strategies into classroom instruction. Implications of the study point to the need for adaptive teaching approaches, improved classroom management strategies, and targeted support from school counselors to reduce academic anxiety and promote emotional well-being among kinesthetic learners.

Abstract

       ABSTRACT This study aims to identify, explain, and demonstrate the aesthetic values found in dance through art and culture learning that adopts differentiated, jigsaw, and cooperative learning methods. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with an art and culture teacher, direct classroom observations, and documentation in the form of student dance performance videos at SMPN 3 Sungai Raya. Data validity was ensured through triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The data analysis was conducted interactively through the processes of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the application of these learning methods enabled students to express their understanding of aesthetic values in dance through the creation and performance of original choreographies. The aesthetic values were reflected in the students’ mastery of the elements of movement, rhythm, space, energy, and timing in a harmonious manner. Furthermore, this activity encouraged students to become active participants in the learning process, emphasizing not only technical dance skills but also appreciation for the meaning and expression embedded in cultural contexts. Thus, dance learning contributes to the development of students’ aesthetic awareness and character in alignment with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. These findings imply that a student-centered learning approach that allows for creative expression aligns with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum in developing students' aesthetic insights and character holistically. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penetapan biaya pembelian jasa fotografi terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Bintang Terang Production. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif didalam metode studi kasus. Data tersebut dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam kepada enam informan yang relevan dan observasi terhadap strategi kepuasan konsumen. Melalui data wawancara terhadap jasa fotografi tersebut, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa biaya yang transparan dan sesuai dengan kualitas layanan yang diberikan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen secara signifikan. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya komunikasi yang efektif antara fotografer dan konsumen mengenai biaya dan layanan yang ditawarkan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan komunikasi yang baik memainkan peran penting dalam membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas konsumen. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa fotografer dan perusahaan jasa fotografi perlu mempertimbangkan penetapan biaya yang sesuai dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang bagaimana strategi penetapan biaya dan kualitas layanan dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen dalam konteks jasa fotografi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi praktisi dan peneliti dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif

Abstract

Penggunaan alat kontrasepsi jangka panjang merupakan program yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam menurunkan angka kelahiran. Di Provinsi Banten menurut data BKKBN tahun 2024 penggunaan alat kontrasepsi implan sebanyak 12.93% dan IUD sebanyak 7.57%. Desa Silebu merupakan salah satu Desa yang ada di Provinsi Banten dengan jumlah pengguna KB IUD sebanyak 4% dan KB Implant sebanyak 9.2%. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif dan desain studi kasus tunggal (single case study). Bertujuan untuk melakukan Evaluasi Program Keluarga Berencana Dalam Partisipasi Masyarakat Terhadap Penggunaan Alat Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang Di Desa Silebu Kabupaten Serang Banten. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 Informan yang menggunakan KB IUD dan Implant. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Ketersediaan Tenaga dan Fasilitas Memadai, Namun Belum Maksimal, Pemahaman Masyarakat Masih Rendah, Kendala Budaya dan Persepsi Negatif, Dominasi Kontrasepsi Sederhana, Penurunan Kehamilan Sudah Terjadi, Tapi Bukan dari KB Jangka Panjang. Saran untuk Puskesmas adalah Perluasan Edukasi dan Sosialisasi, Pendekatan Kultural dan Emosional, Penggunaan Media Edukasi yang bervariatif, Peningkatan Peran Kader, Evaluasi dan Pemantauan Rutin

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of cafe design and price on purchase decision and customer satisfaction among cafe visitors in Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru. Using a quantitative approach with a sample of 180 respondents, data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that both design and price have significant effects on purchase decisions and customer satisfaction. Moreover, purchase decision partially mediates the relationship between design, price, and satisfaction. The findings provide practical insights for cafe managers to enhance customer experience through strategic interior design and pricing policies.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMadrasah Al-Hasanah menghadapi tantangan dalam pembinaan karakter Islami siswa, khususnya dalam literasi Qur’ani dan integrasi nilai agama dalam kegiatan belajar sehari-hari. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan Program Qur’anic Village untuk meningkatkan literasi Qur’ani, menumbuhkan karakter Islami, dan mengoptimalkan peran madrasah sebagai pusat pembinaan nilai Qur’ani. Program dilaksanakan selama satu bulan melalui tahapan koordinasi, perencanaan, implementasi, hingga monitoring dan evaluasi, dengan melibatkan mitra kegiatan yaitu Belmawa (Direktorat Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswaan), PKM Ormawa, Madrasah Al-Hasanah, tokoh masyarakat, serta Universitas Muhammadiyah Bandung. Subjek program adalah siswa madrasah berusia 7–10 tahun sebanyak 24 orang, didampingi 6 guru dan tokoh masyarakat setempat. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, lembar penilaian keterampilan Qur’ani, serta dokumentasi kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam karakter Islami siswa. Sebagian besar siswa menunjukkan konsistensi dalam membaca Al-Qur’an, perilaku sopan santun, serta kepedulian sosial. Respons guru, siswa, dan masyarakat terhadap program sangat positif, sementara elemen Qur’anic Village mulai diintegrasikan dalam kegiatan rutin madrasah. Program ini terbukti memberikan dampak jangka panjang dan berkelanjutan dalam pembentukan karakter Islami, serta meningkatkan kapasitas guru dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pendidikan. Kata kunci: Qur’anic Village; karakter Islami; literasi Qur’ani; pembinaan siswa; pendidikan keagamaan. ABSTRACTMadrasah Al-Hasanah faces challenges in fostering Islamic character among students, particularly in Qur’anic literacy and integrating religious values into daily learning activities. This community service program aims to implement the Qur’anic Village to enhance Qur’anic literacy, develop Islamic character, and optimize the role of the madrasah as a center for Qur’anic education. The program was carried out for one month through stages of coordination, planning, implementation, and monitoring-evaluation, involving key partners such as Belmawa (Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs), PKM Ormawa, Madrasah Al-Hasanah, community leaders, and Universitas Muhammadiyah Bandung. The participants included 24 students aged 7–10 years, accompanied by six teachers and local facilitators. Evaluation was conducted using observation, Qur’anic skill assessment sheets, and activity documentation. The results showed significant improvement in students’ Islamic character. Most students consistently read the Qur’an, demonstrated polite behavior, and social responsibility. Teachers, students, and the community responded positively, and elements of the Qur’anic Village have been integrated into routine madrasah activities. The program has proven to provide long-term sustainable impacts on character building while enhancing teacher capacity and community involvement in education. Keywords: Qur’anic Village; Islamic character; Qur’anic literacy; student development; religious education.
