Abstract

Pemasaran online  memang telah menjadi elemen kunci dalam strategi bisnis saat ini. Dengan semakin banyaknya orang yang menghabiskan waktu di platform digital, Salah satu aspek terpenting dari pemasaran online adalah pemanfaatan media sosial. Platform seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan TikTok tidak hanya memungkinkan bisnis untuk menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas, tetapi juga memberikan kesempatan untuk berinteraksi secara langsung dengan pelanggan. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) memiliki peran penting dalam sistem pendidikan di Indonesia, mempersiapkan siswa untuk memasuki dunia kerja dengan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang relevan. Salah satu keunggulan SMK adalah kerjasama dengan dunia industri. . Salah satu SMK yang ada di kota Palembang adalah SMK Muahammadiyah 3 palembang yang berada di lokasi Plaju, yang memiliki beberapa jurusan diantara lain adalah Jurusan Perhotelan, busana dan Kuliner   Pelatihan Pemanfaatan pemasaran online di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Palembang sangatlah penting dalam membantu siswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan digital, memperluas jaringan, dan mempromosikan produk atau jasa mereka secara efektif, sehingga siap menghadapi tantangan di dunia kerja yang semakin modern.

Abstract

This research discusses the formulation of whether the influence of psychological factors, physical factors and social factors on Student Satisfaction impacted the performance of lecturers at Private Universities in Palembang City. This type of research is associative using samples of 245 students with sampling techniques using probability sampling. The data used in this study is primary data collected through the Kuesioner method. Data analysis techniques are performed with multiple linear regression two models using SPSS ver.26. The results showed that (1). Psychological factors have a significant effect on student satisfaction at Palembang City Private College, and there is an indirect influence of psychological factors (X1) through Student Satisfaction (Y) on lecturer performance (2). Social factors have a significant effect on student satisfaction at private universities  in Palembang, and there is an indirect influence of social factors (X2) through Student Satisfaction (Y) on lecturer performance (3). Physical factors have a significant effect on student satisfaction in private universities  in Palembang city, and there is an indirect influence of physical factors (X2) through Student Satisfaction (Y) on lecturer performance (Z).

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of work discipline, organizational culture and competence on employee performance in Bukit Asam, Tbk Company, Kertapati Pier Unit, South Sumatera. This type of research is associative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bukit Asam Tbk. Kertapati Jetty Unit, South Sumatra, totalling 113 employees, and the samples taken in this study were 84 respondents with the sampling technique of proportionate stratified random sampling. The analytical method used is qualitative, which is then quantified. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t-test and coefficient of Determination. The data used in this study is primary data collected through the Kuesioner method. Data analysis techniques are performed with multiple linear regression. The Results showed that (1). there is a significant influence on work discipline (X1), organizational culture (X2) and competence (X3) on employee performance (Y) of PT. Both simultaneously and partially, Bukit Asam Tbk Company, Kertapati Pier Unit, South Sumatera. (2). The results of Multiple Linear Regression show that Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Competence have a positive relationship direction for employee performance in Bukit Asam Tbk company, Kertapati pier unit, South Sumatera (3). The results of the coefficient of Determination of work discipline, organizational culture and competence can only contribute to changes that occur in employee performance with a significant contribution of 79.5%.

Abstract

Objective - to analyze the development of SHRM Integration capabilities and competitive advantages as a mediator of human capital on organizational performance, taking into account the role of human capital as a source of knowledge to be managed in order to become a competitive advantage for company performance. Design/methodology/approach –researchers designed empirical studies from a sample of 61 Private Universities (PTS) in South Sumatra Province, asking the dean or head of the study program, to assess human capital, SHRM integration, competitive advantages to improve their pts performance. Analysis techniques using SEM SmartPLS. The results of human capital research on organizational performance are not supported, the SHRM Integration variable does not mediate human capital against competitive advantage and organizational performance, but competitive advantage mediates human capital against performance as well as exogenous variables. Research limitations/implications is the data collected did not meet the expected respondent data. Theoretical and practical implications – theoretically the development of the theory of the integration of SHRM with competitive advantages to the performance of non-profit organizations. Then in practice organizations can increase their commitment to human capital management through the integration of SHRM to form a competitive advantage and ultimately improve organizational performance. Originality/value – The authors examine the impact of intellectual capital dimensions, especially human capital, on the performance of non-profit organizations, namely Private Universities in developing country clusters with the integration of SHRM and competitive advantages to show the relationship between human capital after being mediated by the scheme.

Abstract

PT.I Pamapersadai Nusantara’si performance is still in below target due to their low quality of work results in in terms of production achievements caused by inappropriate work implementation and risk assessment of hazards due to work supervision.I This non-achievement is the result of their impact of training, which is still not effective.I Employees are still found who violate work discipline rules.I Whichi ultimately results ini ai lacki of acceptance of employee incentives. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, which aims to see the magnitude of the influence of work disciplines training andi incentives on the performance of PTi Pamapersadai Nusantarai Easti Kalimantan employees.The research results showed that training, work disciplines, and incentives had a significant effect of 53.70%i on employees' performance. Meanwhile, I the remaining 46.30%i isi influenced by other factors including motivation, I competence, I work environment andi company culture outside this discussion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Kumala Bahtera Utama Penukal Abab Lematang ilir Sumatra Selatan.Baik secara srimultan maupun parsial,penelitian yang digunakan adalah assosiatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2), Lingkungan Kerja (X3), Dan Kinerja Karyawan(Y),Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 98 responden,Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder,dengan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi,Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis,hasil menunjukkan dengan nilai Fhitung 74,439 > Ftabel 2,701 maka Ho1 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima, Artinya, ada pengaruh signifikan antara kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kumala Bahtera Utama Penukal Abab Lematang ilir ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 6.330 > nilai rtabel sebesar 1,986.Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kumala Bahtera Utama Penukal Abab Lematang ilir ditunjukkan dengan nilai nilai thitung 3.998 > nilai rtabel sebesar 1,986. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kumala Bahtera Utama Penukal Abab Lematang ilir ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 5.403 > nilai rtabel sebesar 1,986. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi yang memperlihatkan konstribusi yang disebabkan oleh variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja mampu menyebabkan perubahan sebesar 69,4% terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kumala Bahtera Utama Penukal Abab Lematang ilir.
