Abstract

This study investigates how Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ar-Roudhoh in Jember integrates religious culture to strengthen Aqidah Akhlak (moral theology) education. Using qualitative, descriptive field research, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that the implementation of religious culture at MI Ar-Roudhoh is systematically planned to enhance students' understanding of moral theology. In the classroom, activities are structured to deepen comprehension, while outside the classroom, religious practices reinforce this learning. These activities include habituation, modeling, and internalization of religious values. The result is a positive impact on students' attitudes, reflected in their cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development.

Abstract

This research focuses on the importance of the philosophy of language in understanding the relationship between language, reality, culture, and human communication. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data was collected through literature studies and analysis of primary literature in the philosophy of language, covering theories of epistemology, ontology, and axiology in the context of language. Philosophy, which comes from the Greek words "philia" and "sophia," etymologically means the love of wisdom. One important branch of philosophy is the philosophy of language, which aims to explore how language shapes meaning, how language represents reality, and how language plays a role in communication and understanding between humans. Through this study, we understand how philosophers like Noam Chomsky, J.L. Austin, and Hans-Georg Gadamer highlight language as an instrument of thought and a tool for expressing ideas and cultural identity. Philosophy of language also examines the role of language in social, political, and cultural contexts, as well as how language is used to preserve, negotiate, or manipulate reality and identity.

Abstract

Sundanese speech level system i.e., kasar (coarse), loma (moderate), and lemes (polite) represents a culturally significant yet underexplored area in linguistic and philosophical research. Despite its role in reflecting Sundanese values such as unggah-ungguh (harmonious relationships), existing studies have largely focused on descriptive aspects and overlooked its deeper cultural and philosophical implications. This study aimed to investigate how Sundanese speech levels capture social hierarchies, interpersonal relationships, and cultural philosophies. Employing a qualitative methodology, this study involved literature reviews, textual analyses, and comparative evaluations of universal linguistic theories against Sundanese-specific findings. The results indicate that kasar is used in informal settings to reflect equality or emotional expressiveness; loma maintains a neutral politeness appropriate for everyday interactions; and lemes conveys deference and respect in hierarchical or formal contexts. These levels align with Sundanese cultural philosophies emphasizing respect, harmony, and social order. Universal linguistic theories of speech act provided a foundational lens but required adaptation to account for cultural specificity. Sundanese speech level system is not merely a linguistic structure but a philosophical expression of cultural values. It demonstrates how language reflects and reinforces social and ethical norms, contributing to a deeper understanding of the interplay between language, culture, and philosophy

Abstract

The purpose of the research, Building Student Entrepreneurial Character Through Capacity Building of Assholach Kajeron Islamic Boarding School, is to describe the development of student entrepreneurial character through Capacity Building of Assholach Kajeron Islamic Boarding School. With the hope of self-development of students in Pasuruano not only with cognitive competence but also with entrepreneurial skills. Santripreneur is a development the empowerment model of enterpreneurial students that combines four main elements,: kyai ( teacher) ,students, curriculum,infrastructure, the fourth element in assholach boarding school gas cinsiderable potential .this potential can be optimized when the four elements of mutual are being synergy .full support of kyai ( teacher) for the student to take advantage of infrastructure ( economic potential) with a network of partner Schools can be packaged through pesantren curriculum in madrasah Diniyyah. Which allows student to become entrepreneur to create economically independent students. In collaboration with practitioner in the creative industry field,aims to be create santripreneur in creative industries, who can better manage their bussines. Abstract

Kebutuhan manusia sejatinya tidak ahanya makan dan minum tetapi aspek rekreasi juga bagian dari pemenuhan kebutuhan manusia. Namun efek pandemic covid 19 berdampak pada eksistensi tata kelola pariwisata tersebut. Destinasi ekowisata mombhul yang berada disangkapura, Bawean Kabupaten Gresik adalah satu wisata yang terdampak. Namun pada tahun 2020 merupakan tahun pemulihan yang dilakukan oleh pokdarwis setempat dalam memulihkan eksistensi destinasi wisata tersebut. Salah satu langkahnya adalah dengan melakukan upaya promosi dengan strategi bauran mix dengan focus identifikasi target audience, perancangan isi pesan, dan pemilihan media promosi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di ekowisata mombhul, sangkapura, Bawean, Gresik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitataif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa konsep strategi promosi bauran mix ini efektif memulihkan jumlah wisatwan yang berkunjung di ekowisata Mombhul tersebut. Namun perlu adanya peningkatan kompetensi komunikasi digital promotion dalam upaya meningkatkan daya saing destinasi wisata di sector kemampuan kelompok masyarakat sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) serta perlunya menyelenggaran event millennial vlog for Bawean tourism.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the need to develop Arabic teaching materials models that contain multicultural-based character education values, especially in Indonesian foreign school (Sekolah Indonesia Luar Negeri), Jeddah, Riyadh, and Makkah. This research is the first step of the research and development model, which is to identify the needs of students, Arabic teachers, and school principals for Arabic teaching materials that contain multicultural values. The aim is to make learning Arabic at Indonesian foreign schools easier, more effective, fun, and produce Indonesian diaspora students who have a spirit of nationalism and respect plurality. Fun, and make Indonesian diaspora students confident in nationalism and respect plurality.  This study indicates that Arabic teaching materials in Indonesian schools abroad, especially in Arab countries, really need to be developed. The forms of development of teaching materials are manifested in three aspects, namely (1) related to Arabic language teaching materials based on the values ​​of national character education, by learning objectives, contextual with the times; (2) aspects of application technology, namely by developing Arabic teaching materials equipped with multimedia learning media such as audio, video, animation and others to make it easier to learn; (3) aspects of character education, namely Arabic teaching materials that contain character education values, such as religious values, nationalism, honesty, independence, cooperation, integrity, hard work and responsibility.

Abstract

Perkawinan adalah Suatu ikatan lahir batin antara seorang laki-laki dan seorang perempuan untuk hidup bersama dalam suatu rumah tangga dan untuk mendapatkan keturunan, yang dilaksanakan menurut ketentuan-ketentuan hukum Syari'at Islam. Dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan. Pada Pasal 7 ayat (1) menyebutkan “Perkawinan hanya diizinkan apabila pria dan wanita sudah mencapai umur 19 (Sembilan belas) tahun”. Dari hal tersebut terdapat masalah antara kasus perkawinan usia anak dengan peraturan perundang-undangan tentang perkawinan. Adapun Peraturan Bupati Lombok Timur Nomor 41 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pencegahan Perkawinan Usia Anak dalam Pasal 4 ayat 1 berbunyi “Pencegahan perkawinan usia anak dilakukan oleh: pemerintah desa, orang tua, anak, keluarga, masyarakat, dan pemangku kepentingan”.

Abstract

Dalam masyarakat terdapat sebuah nilai-nilai dan norma-norma yang terbentuk akibat adanya proses interaksi sosial, pada kehidupan sehari-hari, dari analisis peneliti, bahwa kehidupan sosial masyarakatnya terbentuk karena adanya suatu kepentingan. Mayoritas masyarakat yang ada di sana beragama Islam. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal perihal nilai keagamaan mereka sangat kental terhadap peribadahan yang mereka lakukan. Ketika ada pengajian umum, masyarakat yang ada di sana antusias untuk mengikuti pengajian tersebut. Dalam hal beribadah antusiasme mereka cukup tinggi khususnya bagi para orang-orang tua yang sudah lanjut usia (50 tahun ke atas), dan sebaya (35 tahun ke atas), tetapi ada suatu kecendrungan yang menjadi keresahan tokoh-tokoh masyarakat, dan tokoh agama yang ada di sana. Keresahan yang mereka alami ialah, ketika ada pengajian umum yang diadakan di Masjid, remaja yang ada di sana kurang berminat dalam mengikuti pengajian umum tersebut. Dan inilah yang menjadi permasalahan bagi kalangan remaja yang ada di sana, sehingga dampak yang ingin dicapai oleh peneliti adalah mereka berinisiatif dari lubuk hati mereka sendiri untuk mengikuti pengajian umum tersebut. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber primernya diambil dari data yang didapatkan dari hasil observasi lapangan, dokumentasi dan wawancara secara lansung dengan orang-orang yang bersangkutan. Ada beberapa informan yang akan digali informasinya, yakni 2 orang tokoh agama 2 orang tokoh masyarakat dan 3 remaja sehingga jumlah informan seluruhnya adalah 6 orang. Sumber sekundernya berasal dari kutipan buku, dokumen, arsip, dan catatan-lainnya. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan adalah dampak kajian agama dalam kehidupan sosial keagamaan remaja yang termarjinalkan dapat berdampak bagi remaja yang termarjinalkan, ketika dilihat dari bentuk kajian agama yang mereka lakukan. Kajian agama yang diadakan tersebut mampu membuat remaja yang termarjinalkan menjadi lebih baik dari yang sebelumnya pengetahuan mereka kurang dalam ilmu agama, dan menjadikan pengetahuan mereka dalam hal ilmu agama menjadi baik. Sehingga dampak yang diinginkan oleh tokoh masyarakat, dan tokoh agama dalam hal kajian agama pada kehidupan sosial keagamaan remaja yang termajinalkan tercapai dan terlaksana dengan baik. Abstract

The pluralism of inheritance law in Indonesia, encompassing customary law, Islamic law, and the Civil Code, reflects the country’s cultural, religious, and legal diversity. Despite accommodating such diversity, overlapping norms, divergent distribution principles, gender biases, and legal uncertainty remain significant challenges. Limited integrated comparative studies that analyze these three inheritance systems, considering gender and local cultural values, constitute a research gap. This study aims to: (1) conduct a normative-comparative analysis of principles, norms, and inheritance distribution mechanisms across the three legal regimes; (2) evaluate the implications of pluralism for equal rights, legal certainty, and potential disputes through statutory regulations, court decisions, and academic literature; and (3) propose a harmonization model that is inclusive, culturally sensitive, and grounded in substantive justice and gender equality. The study analyzes legislation, documented customary law, and relevant court decisions using a normative juridical and comparative approach. Theoretical frameworks include Legal Pluralism (Griffiths), Substantive Justice (Rawls), and Legal Harmonization (Otto). Findings indicate that, without harmonization, pluralism exacerbates legal uncertainty and gender inequality. A model based on local values and gender equality effectively reduces disputes and strengthens legal certainty, implying the need for national policies with technical guidelines for inclusive, culturally sensitive inheritance law harmonization that safeguards all citizens’ rights.   Keywords: Civil System, Customary System, Inheritance Law, Islamic System The pluralism of inheritance law in Indonesia, encompassing customary law, Islamic law, and the Civil Code, reflects the country’s cultural, religious, and legal diversity. Abstract

This study explores the implementation model of the Karang Taruna program in fostering youth behavior in Midang Village, Batulayar District, West Lombok, during the 2022/2023 academic year. Karang Taruna plays a crucial role as a youth organization in guiding and shaping youth to avoid negative influences amid globalization and technological advancement. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings reveal that the program covers social, religious, educational, sports, and entrepreneurship activities, all of which contribute positively to youth character development. Supporting factors include strong community involvement, village government support, and encouragement from local leaders. Conversely, challenges arise from limited funding, inadequate facilities, and low participation of some youth. Overall, Karang Taruna in Midang Village demonstrates an effective development model that successfully guides youth toward positive, productive, and responsible behavior.
