Abstract

The aims of this discussion was to analyze the influence of service quality, institutional image, and learning methods toward satisfaction and loyalty of students at SMA Dharma Loka Pekanbaru. The research population were all students of SMA Dharma Loka Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this research used a saturated sample. The number of samples used in this research were 372 respondents. The research instrument used e-questionnaire by using the google form application. Analysis of the data using descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Analysis (SEM) with AMOS software. According to the findings of this study the quality of academic services has a significant influence toward student satisfaction, the image of the institution has a significant influence toward student satisfaction, learning methods have no significant influence toward student satisfaction, the quality of academic services has no significant influence toward student loyalty, the image of the institution has no significant influence toward student loyalty, learning methods have a significant influence toward loyalty, student satisfaction has no significant influence toward loyalty. Further research is needed into the school's unique promotion role, as well as an examination of the satisfaction of school website users as a communication hub for all stakeholders. Tujuan dari pembahasan ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (service quality), citra kelembagaan (institutional image), dan metode pembelajaran (learning method) terhadap kepuasan (satisfaction) dan loyalitas (loyalty) siswa di SMA Dharma Loka Pekanbaru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA Dharma Loka Pekanbaru. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 249 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan e-questionnaire dengan menggunakan aplikasi google form. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan Structural Equation Analysis (SEM) dengan software AMOS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, citra institusional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, metode pembelajaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa, citra institusi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa, metode pembelajaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas, kepuasan mahasiswa tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang peran promosi mengikat (binding promotion) dari sekolah, serta pengujian kepuasan pengguna situs web sekolah sebagai pusat komunikasi bagi semua pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder).

Abstract

Abstract Current technological developments have changed the paradigm in shopping and fostered an online shopping system (e-commerce). Shopee is one of flatform that used to buying and selling online that provides various products to support daily activities. This study aims to determine the Influence of digital marketing, product differentiation, customer value and service quality to purchase decision and repurchase intention of millenial generation in Pekanbaru at Shopee online shop. The population in this study were all millennial generations in Pekanbaru with a sample size of 400 respondents. The method in this study uses probability sampling method and the technique used is simple random sampling technique. The technique of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that the digital marketing influence purchase decision of millenial generation in Pekanbaru at Shopee online shop, product differentiation influence purchase decision of millenial generation in Pekanbaru at Shopee online shop, customer value does not influence purchase decision of millenial generation in Pekanbaru at Shopee online shop, service quality does not influence purchase decision of millenial generation in Pekanbaru at Shopee online shop, and purchase decision influence repurchase intention of millennial generation in Pekanbaru at shopee online shop. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, discipline, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and teacher performance at SMP Negeri Bandar Petalangan. The number of samples in this study was the entire research population of 48 junior high school teachers in Bandar Petalangan District. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance, discipline has a positive and not significant effect on job satisfaction. significant effect on teacher performance, organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance and job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja guru SMP Dharma Loka Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua guru di SMP Dharma Loka Pekanbaru, baik guru tetap yayasan maupun guru tidak tetap yang jumlahnya ada 37 orang. Metode pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, pendidikan dan pelatihan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

The Mandalika Special Economic Zone is one of the locations selected as a priority destination by the Government of Indonesia. Therefore, this opportunity must be utilized by the surrounding community in order to get the maximum benefit. This study aims to assess the readiness of the community in carrying out tourism-based development. Identify readiness both as a host and as a tourism business actor based on the Sapta Pesona standard. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the people around the Mandalika Special Economic Zone are quite ready to take advantage of tourism activities. However, the standard of safety and serenity is still not as expected. Thus, there is still a need for improvement in terms of security and additional green open space to add to the coolness of the Mandalika area.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari E – Service Quality dan Harga terhadap Kepuasan dan Minat Beli Ulang Spotify Premium. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat Indonesia yang menggunakan Spotify Premium. Ukuran sampel diambil berdasarkan formula Roscoe, sampel yang diperoleh adalah 100 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Model Persamaan struktural (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa E – Service Quality dan harga berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan, E – Service Quality dan Harga secara langsung tidak signifikan mempengaruhi Minat Beli Ulang, Kepuasan memediasi hubungan antara Harga terhadap Minat Beli Ulang, kepuasan memediasi hubungan antara e service quality terhadap minat beli ulang.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, the ability to accurately forecast product demand is crucial for marketplace platforms like Temu. Demand uncertainty can lead to issues such as overstock or stockout, both of which negatively impact financial performance and customer satisfaction. This study evaluates the use of predictive models and time series forecasting algorithms to forecast product demand on the Temu platform and identifies the latest trends in 2024. Daily sales data were analyzed using various algorithms, including ARIMA, SARIMA, Facebook's Prophet, and LSTM. The analysis results indicate that the Prophet model and SARIMA algorithm provide more accurate predictions compared to ARIMA and LSTM. The proper implementation of predictive models is expected to enhance operational efficiency and support better strategic decision-making for Temu. By adopting the most suitable forecasting models, Temu can optimize inventory management, reduce costs, and improve responsiveness to market changes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan Budaya organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan kinerja guru Aparatur Sipil Negara di SMA Negeri se kecamatan Rupat dan kecamatan Rupat Utara kabupaten Bengkalis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner pada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Aparatur Sipil Negara SMA Negeri sekecamatan Rupat dan kecamatan Rupat Utara. Teknik pemilihan sampel mengunakan metode teknik sampling. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Dimana populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 42 responden. Teknik analisa data mengunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan mengunakan aplikasi smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Adapun gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of women's income on poverty levels and income inequality in the province of Bali. Using panel data from 9 city districts during the 2011-2022 period, the analytical model applied to test the functional relationship between variables is panel regression with a fixed effect approach. The research results reveal that women's income cannot significantly reduce poverty levels, but can improve income distribution in society. These findings have implications that efforts to reduce levels of inequality and poverty in the province can create an economic empowerment program that is oriented towards increasing women's income.
