Abstract

This community service aims to enhance the media literacy of Penggerak PKK Andong in identifying and combating hoaxed information. This phenomenon causes information confusion, conflict, and unrest, exacerbated by the lack of understanding and information verification skills in the assisted communities, including Kelurahan Andong. Initial observations showed the high prevalence of hoaxes, indicating the urgency of media literacy activities. Women (mothers) play a vital role in maintaining the quality of information, so equipping them with knowledge and ways to tackle hoaxes is crucial to building strong family information immunity. The agenda implementation method includes interactive socialization and workshops that equip participants with four verification steps (check the source, look for comparative info, examine the content, and take action quickly), followed by continuous post-socialization mentoring to ensure the materials are implemented well, encouraging participants to actively identify and tackle hoaxes in the community, especially families. The results showed a significant increase in the PKK women's understanding of hoaxes, the dangers they pose, and the factors that lead to their spread. In addition, their practical skills in verifying news and taking preventive action also improved. PKK mothers are now more empowered to become anti-hoax agents, contributing to a healthier information environment in Kelurahan Andong Boyolali.

Abstract

Kegiatan berjamaah dalam Islam tidak hanya bernilai ibadah, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai fondasi untuk memperkuat ukhuwah, kedisiplinan, dan interaksi sosial umat. Namun, perkembangan gaya hidup individualistis telah menyebabkan penurunan partisipasi di masjid, melemahkan perannya sebagai pusat spiritual dan sosial. Kondisi ini mendorong perlunya strategi komunikasi persuasif yang efektif. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus ini bertujuan menganalisis upaya komunikasi persuasif Majelis Taklim (MT) Al-Ukhuwah dalam meningkatkan kesadaran berkegiatan secara berjamaah di Masjid Al-Barokah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis tematik berbasis kerangka McGuire’s Persuasion Matrix serta divalidasi menggunakan triangulasi data dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengurus MT Al-Ukhuwah berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran jamaah melalui beberapa elemen persuasif kunci. Kredibilitas pengurus dan ustadz menjadi faktor utama yang membangun kepercayaan. Konstruksi pesan dakwah yang relevan dengan kebutuhan jamaah mendorong partisipasi aktif. Variasi saluran komunikasi, dari mimbar hingga kegiatan sosial, efektif menjangkau ranah kognitif, afektif, dan perilaku. Integrasi tujuan spiritual dan sosial ini terbukti berhasil membangun solidaritas dan kesadaran kolektif. Berdasarkan kerangka teori McGuire, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi dakwah persuasif yang relevan, kredibel, dan partisipatif merupakan instrumen efektif untuk meningkatkan partisipasi jamaah, memperkuat kohesi sosial, dan membangun kepercayaan institusional dalam komunitas keagamaan.

Abstract

This research delves into the values of Sufi education within the puppet play "Ma'rifat Dewa Ruci." Through the analysis of key scenes, the study discusses the applicability of Sufi values in the context of modern education. Content analysis is employed to unveil the meanings and implications of each scene, while a phenomenological approach is used to understand the perspectives of characters in the play. The research findings indicate that Sufi values such as asceticism, trust in God (tawakal), and spiritual knowledge (ma'rifat) can be implemented in shaping individual character and spirituality. The implications of this research encompass the potential contribution to the development of a character education curriculum based on Sufi values in educational institutions.

Abstract

With its various features, social media facilitates organizations, including mosques, in interacting with the community. However, due to insufficient information dissemination, many residents around Al-Hikmah Mosque, Margoasri Karangmalang Sragen, remain unaware of its activities. Despite the mosque administrators being active, lacking information has resulted in low community participation, rendering the activities less than optimal. The digital da'wah training aims to provide an understanding of creating da'wah content via social networks, expanding the reach of religious institutions, and facilitating the publication and documentation of activities at Al-Hikmah Mosque. This community service program was conducted through a seminar followed by mentoring sessions. It fully employed the design thinking method to address the partners' issues by optimizing existing resources. Over four months, the service team engaged with the partners to understand their problems, conduct field observations, narrow down the issues, formulate solutions, and develop and implement the proposed ideas presented during the training. The training on publishing mosque activities using social networks brought significant changes to the community service partner. The partner successfully created an Instagram account to disseminate mosque-related information, expand the reach of da'wah, and document mosque activities. However, further training is needed to ensure consistency and enhance technical skills in managing social networks to support the mosque's da'wah efforts. Keywords: Digital da'wah, Da'wah content, Social networks, Mosque activities Abstrak: Media sosial dengan berbagai fiturnya mempermudah organisasi, termasuk masjid, berinteraksi dengan masyarakat. Namun, banyak warga sekitar Masjid Al-Hikmah Margoasri Karangmalang Sragen tidak mengetahui kegiatan masjid akibat kurangnya penyebaran informasi. Meski pengurus masjid aktif, keterbatasan informasi menyebabkan partisipasi masyarakat rendah, sehingga kegiatan belum optimal. Pelatihan dakwah digital bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang pembuatan konten dakwah melalui jejaring sosial, perluasan jangkauan dakwah institusi keagamaan, serta memfasilitasi media publikasi informasi dan dokumentasi kegiatan di Masjid Al-Hikmah. Pengabdian ini dilaksa-nakan melalui seminar kemudian pendampingan, di mana secara utuh memakai metode design thinking untuk memecahkan masalah mitra melalui optimalisasi sumber daya yang ada. Selama empat bulan, Tim Pengabdian berkomunikasi dengan mitra untuk memahami permasalahan, observasi lapangan, mengerucutkan masalah, menyusun ide solusi masalah, pengembangan, dan penerapan ide-ide yang dipaparkan dalam materi pelatihan. Pelatihan publikasi kegiatan masjid dengan memanfaatkan jejaring sosial memberikan perubahan mitra PkM. Mitra akhirnya mempunyai akun Instagram untuk mempublikasikan informasi masjid, memperluas jangkauan dakwah, dan media dokumentasi aktivitas masjid. Meskipun begitu, masih diperlukan pelatihan lanjut terkait konsistensi dan kemampuan teknis dalam pengelolaan jejaring sosial yang bertendensi pada upaya dakwah masjid.
