Abstract

kArtikel ini membahas tengtang Evaluasi termasuk aspek yang sangat penting dalamproses pembelajaran supaya kompetensi peserta didik terbentuk secara maksimal, apabialapeserta didik mendapatkan nilai yang rendah atau tidak sampai standar maka akanberpengaruhi pada efektifitas proses pembelajaran secara keseluruhan. Evaluasi harapdilaksanakan secara terus menerus untuk mengetahi dan memantau keberhasilan danperubahan yang terjadi pada peserta didik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, atau untukmemberi skor dan nilai, angka yang bisa dilakukan dan penilaian hasil belajar. Tujuanpenulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran fiqih Babtransaksi ) بيع ) di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri Kecamatan KratonKabupaten Pasuruan Tahun ajaran 2008-2009. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitianlapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun analisis yang penulisgunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif deskriptif dengan model analisisinteraktif. Selama proses pengumpulan data berlangsung, peneliti bergerak diantara tigakomponen yaitu reduksi data, sajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi). Tigakomponen analis interaktif tersebut yaitu reduksi data, sajian data dan penarikan kesimpulanaktifitasnya berbentuk interaksi dengan pengumpulan data. Evaluasi kognitif dalampembelajaran fiqih Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri Kecamatan KratonKabupaten Pasuruan adalah evaluasi subjektif, evaluasi objektif, evaluasi formatif, evaluasisumatif. Bentuk intrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan kognitif dalampembelajaran fiqih adalah, soal pertanyaan lisan di kelas, pilihan ganda, uraian obyektif,uraian non obyektif atau uraian bebas, jawaban atau isian singkat, menjodohkan. Evaluasiafektif untuk mengukur kemampuan yang mencakup kepribadian, budi pekerti, akhlakulkarimah, kejujuran, amanah, toleransi, rendah hati, tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan empati.Ciri-ciri hasil belajar afektif akan tampak pada siswa dalam berbagai tingkahlaku. Evaluasipsikomotor digunakan untuk mengukur materi seperti praktek-praktek ibadah sepertishalat, wudhu mengurus jenazah dan lain sebagainya. Evaluasi psikomotorik dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi untuk mengukur tingkah laku individu atau prosesterjadinya suatu kegiatan yang dapat diamati, baik dalam situasi yang sebenarnya maupundalam situasi buatan.

Abstract

The reformulation of Indonesia’s education system is essential to enable it to respond to global challenges, particularly within the context of a technology-based economy. Education can no longer merely address social and individual needs; it must also adapt to the demands of the global market. The concept of Management Business Education (MBE) is proposed as a strategic approach to align education with global needs without abandoning local values. In this model, education is directed toward systematically developing students’ potential, equipping them with business and management insights, and strengthening collaboration among educational institutions, parents, and the market environment. In this way, education can serve as a vital instrument in shaping a generation that is adaptive, innovative, and highly competitive in the era of globalization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Asset (ROA), Earning per Share (EPS), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the Return of Sharia Stocks Listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in 2021-2023 both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 61 infrastructure sector companies. The sample of this study used purposive sampling with 19 companies that met the criteria and 57 samples were obtained using panel data. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that: ROA has a significant effect on stock returns, this shows that the higher the ROA value, the greater the stock returns generated, because ROA indicates how efficient the company is in utilizing its assets to generate profits. EPS has a significant negative effect on stock returns, which means that when EPS increases, its stock returns actually decrease. DER does not have a significant effect on stock returns, this is because DER which reflects the company's capital structure does not always reflect stock market performance directly. And ROA, EPS and DER together affect stock returns. Which means that if viewed simultaneously, the three variables can explain or influence the rise and fall of stock returns.

Abstract

Credit card fraud detection is a very important issue in electronic transaction security, especially due to the significant class imbalance between fraudulent and non- fraudulent transactions. This study aims to explore the application of two machine learning algorithms, namely Random Forest and XGBoost, in detecting fraudulent transactions on a highly imbalanced credit card dataset. The dataset used consists of credit card transactions involving more than 284,000 transactions, with only about 0.172% of them being fraudulent. The features used in these models have been processed using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to reduce dimensionality and improve computational efficiency. Both models are evaluated using metrics such as precision, recall, F1-score, and confusion matrix to measure their performance in detecting fraud. The experimental results show that XGBoost manages to provide better performance in terms of recall and F1-score for detecting fraudulent transactions compared to Random Forest. Although the accuracy of both models is very high, XGBoost shows better ability in handling class imbalance, with higher recall in the fraud class. The findings provide insights into the effectiveness of machine learning algorithms in solving fraud detection problems that are often hampered by data imbalance, as well as their contribution to improving the security system of credit card- based financial transactions.

Abstract

Islamic education is one of the important pillars in community development. Islamiceducation can play a role in increasing synergy between fishing communities. This is becauseIslamic education teaches the values of togetherness, mutual assistance and mutualcooperation. These values can become the basis for fishing communities to work togetherto improve their welfare. This type of research is classified as qualitative with the researchapproach used being a normative and sociological approach, namely environmentalinteractions in accordance with social units, individuals, groups, institutions or society. Thedata source for this research is the fishing community. Furthermore, the data collectionmethods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Then data processing andanalysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, datapresentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research concluded that IslamicEducation, Syirkah Cooperation Agreements were divided into two types, namely syirkahamlak and syirkah uqud. Where syirkah amlak is divided into two forms, namely syirkahamlak ikhtiyar and syirkah amlak ijbar. Meanwhile, regarding the division of uqud syirkah,scholars differ in their form. However, according to But, several jurists have differentopinions in dividing the various types of al-Uqud syirkah, namely: according to Hanabilah thissyirkah is divided into five, including; Syirkah 'Inan, Syirkah Mufawadhah, Syirkah Abdan,Syirkah Wujuh, Syirkah Mudharabah. Meanwhile, according to Hanafiyah, this syirkah isdivided into six, namely; Syirkah Amwal, Syirkah A'mal, Syirkah Wujuh, each of these threeforms is divided into mufawadhah and 'inan. According to Malikiyah and Syafi'iyah, thissyirkah is divided into four, including; Syirkah 'Inan, Syirkah Mufawadhah, Syirkah Abdan,Syirkah Wujuh. Shirkah if it has fulfilled the pillars of syirkah, namely the presence of partiesand consent.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam pembangunan masyarakat. Pendidikan Islam dapat berperan dalam meningkatkan sinergi antar masyarakat nelayan. Hal ini dikarenakan pendidikan Islam mengajarkan nilai-nilai kebersamaan, saling tolong-menolong, dan gotong royong. Nilai-nilai tersebut dapat menjadi landasan bagi masyarakat nelayan untuk bekerja sama dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan normative dan sosiologis yakni interaksi lingkungan yang sesuai dengan unit sosial, individu, kelompok, lembaga, atau masyarakat. Adapun sumber data penelitian ini adalah masyarakat nelayan. Selanjutnya, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lalu teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan tentang Pendidikan Islam Akad Kerjasama Syirkah dibagi menjadi dua macam yaitu syirkah amlak dan syirkah uqud. Dimana syirkah amlak dibagi menjadi dua bentuk yaitu syirkah amlak ikhtiyar dan syirkah amlak ijbar. Sedangkan mengenai pembagian syirkah uqud ulama berbeda pendapat mengenai bentuknya. Akan tetapi, menurut Tetapi beberapa fuqaha berbeda pendapat dalam membagi macam-macam syirkah al-Uqud, yaitu : menurut Hanabilah syirkah ini dibagi menjadi lima, diantaranya yaitu; Syirkah ‘Inan, Syirkah Mufawadhah, Syirkah Abdan, Syirkah Wujuh, Syirkah Mudharabah. Sedangkan menurut Hanafiyah syirkah ini dibagi menjadi enam, yaitu; Syirkah Amwal,Syirkah A’mal, Syirkah Wujuh masing-masing dari ketiga bentuk ini terbagi menjadi mufawadhah dan ‘inan.Menurut Malikiyah dan Syafi’iyah syirkah ini dibagi menjadi empat, diantaranya; Syirkah ‘Inan, Syirkah Mufawadhah, Syirkah Abdan, Syirkah Wujuh. Syirkah apabila telah memenuhi rukun dari syirkah tersebut yaitu adanya para pihak dan ijab qabul.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an adalah kalam Allah SWt yang bernilai mukjizat, yang diturunkan kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW, dengan penuh berkah melalui perantara malaikat jibril a.s yang tertulis pada mashahif. Diriwayatkan kepada kita secara mutawatir. Membacanya terhitung bernilai ibadah. Diawali dengan surat Al-Fatihah dan ditutup dengan surat An-Naas. Kebenaran yang dibawa oleh Al-Qur’an dengan penuh keberkahan supaya di tadabburi, dihayati, diperhatikan dan dipelajari isi kandungan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an. Barakāh adalah Ziyādatul Khair artinya bertambahnya kebaikan. Barokāh juga bisa artikan tetapnya sesuatu, dan bisa juga diartikan bertambahnya atau berkembangnya sesuatu. Keberkahan yang digambarkan dalam Al-Qur’an bisa berupa keberkahan dalam berkeluarga, berkah mendapatkan rziki, berkanya para kekasih Allah dan para sholihin, ada pula penggambaran keberkahan Al-Qur’an, pohon dan Air Zamzam dll. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana mendapat berkah Allah dalam Al-Qur’an, dengan meneliti ayat-ayat berkah dalam prespektif Al-Qur’an. Metode penelitian yang dipakai untuk mengetahui dua hal tersebut adalah metode penelitan kualitatif, sedangkan sumber data penelitian adalah Ayat-ayat barokah dalam Al-Qur’an dan sumber lainnya yang berkaitan dengan berkah.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss about "Islamic education does not only focus on the aspect of knowledge, but also on the formation of morals and ethics based on the values of the Qur'an and Hadith. In the digital era, challenges related to ethical and moral behavior are increasingly complex, given the development of information and communication technology that influences the way of learning and interacting. This study aims to examine the application of Islamiceducational ethics through the perspective of Hadith in overcoming educational challenges in the digital world. Using a literature review method, this study explores how Hadith can be a guideline in dealing with problems such as the spread of hoax information, cyberbullying, and the decline in the quality of social interaction. This study also develops practical guidelines for educators and students in implementing Hadith-based educational ethics in cyberspace. The results of the study indicate that education based on Hadith values can help create a more ethicaland moral educational environment in the digital era, as well as guide the younger generation to develop good character through the wise use of technology. Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji secara kritis fenomena komodifikasi dalam pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) dalam konteks modernitas yang mengubah esensi PAUD dari praktik yang sesuai perkembangan anak (developmentally appropriate practice) menjadi komoditas yang dapat dipasarkan. Melalui pendekatan kritik sosial dan analisis teoretis, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bagaimana logika kapitalisme telah merasuki sistem PAUD, mengubah lembaga prasekolah menjadi entitas yang berorientasi pasar dengan praktik branding dan marketing yang intensif. Transformasi ini menimbulkan ironi fundamental: pendidikan anak usia dini yang seharusnya mengutamakan perkembangan anak dan pembelajaran berbasis bermain justru terkungkung dalam logika transaksional yang menekankan akselerasi akademik dan persiapan sekolah formal. Komodifikasi PAUD menciptakan akses eksklusif berdasarkan kemampuan ekonomi, menghasilkan stratifikasi pendidikan yang tajam sejak tahap paling awal perkembangan anak. Artikel ini menganalisis fenomena branding PAUD dalam kerangka teori modernitas refleksif Giddens dan mengkaji dilema antara pragmatisme pasar dan praktik yang sesuai perkembangan anak dalam pendidikan usia dini. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PAUD modern menghadapi ketegangan antara kecemasan orang tua akan “kesiapan sekolah,” tekanan komersial untuk pencapaian akademik, dan prinsip-prinsip fundamental pedagogi yang berpusat pada anak dan berbasis bermain. Artikel ini menyimpulkan perlunya reorientasi pendidikan anak usia dini yang mampu menyeimbangkan pengembangan keterampilan dengan perkembangan anak holistik yang mencakup dimensi kognitif, sosio-emosional, fisik, dan spiritual untuk mewujudkan PAUD yang berkeadilan dan membebaskan.

Abstract

Education is an essential aspect for an individual, especially for a child. Islamic religious education, particularly during early childhood, is a specific and urgent concern addressed by the family environment. This is because in the current era of digitalization, parents are required to prepare their children to adapt and face the developments of the time. Moral challenges that can impact a child necessitate the teaching of Islamic religious education from an early age. The effectiveness of this education is carried out through the family environment. The implementation of Islamic religious education undoubtedly requires a well-conceptualized educational pattern and effective methods to support the child's education. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the patterns or concepts and relevant methods used for the education of children in the family environment. This qualitative research utilizes a literature review method to analyze research sources. Data is collected from various books, journals, and articles relevant to the research focus. The data is then presented in descriptive form and analyzed based on the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research reveal conceptual frameworks for implementing Islamic religious education in early childhood through various methods, including setting an example or role-modeling for children, using methods of rewarding or acknowledging their achievements, providing advice, instilling habits aligned with Islamic guidance, direct practice in daily life to familiarize children with doing good deeds, and communication methods involving dialogue with young children. The implementation of Islamic religious education using these methods will shape attitudes, behavior patterns, and morals capable of facing the challenges of the times.
