Abstract

The larger the workforce, the very low wages received by the workers, the low level of the economy and the low human development index, the more difficult it is for people to find work. This is a problem that needs to be resolved immediately.The purpose of the study is that the Minimum Wage, Economic Growth and Human Development Index have a joint impact on the number of unemployed in East Java Province and to find out the Minimum Wage, Economic Growth and Human Development Index have an individual impact on the number of unemployed in East Java. The sample used was secondary data from the East Java BPS relating to the variables analyzed from 2017-2021. Minimum Wage, Economic Growth and Human Development Index both together have a significant impact on the Number of Unemployment in East Java Province. Minimum wages and economic growth have a significant impact on unemployment in East Java Province.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to know the (1) the ability of planning lesson, (2) the ability of implementing lesson, (3) the assessment of learning result of the geography teacher based on standard process in  public and private senior high school in the Metro City school year 2012-2013. The method used in this research is descriptive method, and the population is the whole of geography teacher at Public and private senior high school in the Metro City of 25 teachers. The instruments of data collection are questionnaire and documentation. Technique of data analysis used independent sample T test. The results of this research indicate that there are differences of geography teachers’ ability to plan learning process, implement learning procces and ability in assesment of learning result at Public and Private senior high school in the Metro City school year in academic year 2012-2013.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) kemampuan perencanaan pembelajaran, (2) kemampuan pelaksanakan pembelajaran, (3) kemampuan penilaian hasil belajar  guru geografi berdasarkan standar proses pada SMA Negeri dan SMA Swasta di Kota Metro Tahun Ajaran 2012-2013. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru geografi pada SMA Negeri dan SMA Swasta di Kota Metro yang berjumlah 25 orang guru. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik kuesioner dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji independent sample T test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan guru geografi dalam kemampuan perencanakan proses pembelajaran, pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran dan  penilaian hasil belajar guru geografi pada SMA Negeri dan SMA Swasta di Kota Metro Tahun Ajaran 2012-2013.Kata kunci: geografi, guru, mengajar, profil, standar proses.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out the plantation of oil palm in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Suni Business Unit at Jemenang village Rambang Dangku sub-district Muara Enim regency South Sumatra P in 2012. The focuses of this research were the source of the raw materials, labor, transportation, and marketing. The method used in this research was descriptive method. The subject in this study was the plantation of oil palm in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Suni Business Unit. For data collection, the researcher used observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. While data analysis with percentages were used as the basis for the interpretation and description in making of this research report. The results of this research showed that the plantation of oil palm in PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII Suni Business Unit was as following: 1) the origin of raw materials PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Suni entirely from farmers who are partners of the company, 2) the work force is working on PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Suni comes from within and outside the province of South Sumatra, 3) means of transportation on the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Suni entirely contract status, and 4) the marketing of their products are marketed both in Domestic and Export.Keywords : industry, palm oil

Abstract

One variation of cooperative learning model to create a fun learning environment and can improve learning outcomes is the implementation of cooperative learning type NHT and STAD. The objectives of this research were to find out: (1) The differences on  average of geography learning outcomes by implementing the cooperative learning model type NHT and STAD, (2) a significant differences on  average of geography learning outcomes by implementing the cooperative learning model type NHT and STAD, (3 ) The difference on gain of geography learning outcomes by implementing the cooperative learning model type NHT and STAD, and (4) A significant difference on gain of geography learning outcomes by implementing cooperative learning model type NHT and STAD. The method used in this research was Quasi Experiment. The population in this research was the students of class XI Social year 2012-2013. The sampling was taken by using Puposive Sampling technique by determining the relative characteristics including the mastery of learning outcomes, selected class XI Social I and XI Social 3 SMA Negeri 4 Metro. Data collecting tool used was a test of natural resources matter. The software used to process the research data was SPSS version 17.0 For Windows. The conclusion in this study: (1) There is a difference on average of geography learning outcomes by implementing cooperative learning model type NHT and STAD, (2) The average of geography learning outcomes by implementing cooperative learning model type NHT is higher than type STAD, ( 3) There is a difference increase (gain) on the average of geography learning outcomes by implementing cooperative learning model type NHT and STAD ,and (4) The increase (gain) on the average of geography learning outcomes by implementing cooperative learning model type NHT is higher than type STAD. Key Word: Number Heads Together, Student Team Achievement Division, and Geography Student Learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengkaji umur, besar pendapatan, jumlah tanggungan, pendidikan anak, kepemilikan rumah, dan pengeluaran untuk kebutuhan pangan nelayan buruh di Desa Muarapilu, Kecamatan Bakauheni pada tahun 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 488 nelayan yang ada di Desa Muarapilu, Kecamatan Bakauheni, Provinsi Lampung. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 33 nelayan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) umur nelayan buruh mayoritas berada pada kelompok umur 36 sampai 40 tahun dengan jumlah 12 nelayan atau 36,36%; (2) pendapatan nelayan buruh mayoritas memiliki pendapatan Rp.1.500.000/bulan dengan jumlah sebanyak 22 nelayan atau 66,7%; (3) jumlah tanggungan nelayan buruh mayoritas memiliki tanggungan sebanyak 3 orang dengan jumlah sebanyak 16 nelayan atau 48,48%; (4) pendidikan anak nelayan buruh mayoritas memiliki pendidikan pada jenjang SMP dan SMA dengan jumlah sebanyak 16 anak atau 32,65%; (5) kepemilikan rumah nelayan buruh mayoritas memiliki status rumah milik sendiri dengan jumlah sebanyak 25 nelayan atau 75,76%.; dan (6) pengeluaran untuk kebutuhan pangan mayoritas pengeluaran rumah tangga sebesar Rp.1.500.000 sampai Rp.2.000.000 dengan banyaknya nelayan buruh sebanyak 16 nelayan atau 48,48%.Kata Kunci : Keluarga Berencana, Pasangan Usia Subur Paritas Rendah, Unmet Need KBDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpg.v10.i1.23311

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there was a correlation of learning interest and learning readiness with geography achievement at the first year students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung year of 2012-2013. Method of this research was correlation, the population are 181 students and the sample of this research are 75 students. Data collecting technique are test, questionnaire and documentation. Based on the data analysis the result of this research showed that: (1) There was a positive and significance correlation between learning interest with learning Geography achievemnet class  X the students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung year of 2012-2013 (: 0.682). (2) There was a positive and significant correlation between physical readiness with learning Geography achievement class X the students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung year of 2012-2013.  ( : 0.524). (3) There was a positive and significant correlation between mental readiness with learning Geography achievement class X the students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung year of 2012-2013.( : 0.652).(4) There was a positive and significant correlation between the readiness of the media with learning Geography achievement class X the students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung year of 2012-2013.( : 0.577). Keyword: learning interest, learning readiness and learning achievement

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Javaban Dunlop Cirendeu Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel dalampenelitian ini menggunakan proposional random sampling. Metode pengambilan sampeldengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi, analisiskoefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalahHarga (X1) dan Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) berkontribusi positif terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan(Y) dengan persamaan regresi Y = -3,293 + 0,102 X1 + 0,577 X2. Koefisien determinasiberkontribusi secara simultan 80,1%. Uji hipotesis secara parsial diperoleh angka harga sebesarthitung > ttabel atau 13,619 >1,985, Dengan demikian maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, hal inimenunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang positif antara variabel Harga (X1) terhadapKepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Kualitas Pelayanan diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel 19,196 >1,986, Dengan demikian maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapatkontribusi positif antara variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y) Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau 185,468 > 2,700 maka H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima, artinya Harga (X1) dan Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) secara bersama-sama berkontribusi positifterhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y).Kata Kunci: Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelangga

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the Influence of promotion and consumer trust on purchase decisions in Shopee E-Commerce (A Study on students of the management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Pamulang University), both partially and simultaneously. The sampling technique used random sampling to obtain a sample of 96 respondents in this study. The research findings indicate that promotions (X1) and consumer trust (X2) significantly influence purchase decisions, with a regression equation of  Y = 2.501 + 0.543 (X1) + 0.620 (X2). The coefficient of correlation, indicating the strength of the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, is 0.838, indicating a strong correlation. The coefficient of determination is 0.703, suggesting that promotions and cunsomer trust influence on purchase decisions in the amount of 70,3%, while the remaining 29,7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The hypothesis test results show that the computed F value (110.019) exceeds the tabulated F value (3.094), and the p-value (0.000) is less than the significance level (0.05), leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0) and acceptance of the alternate hypothesis (H3). This indicates a significant simultaneous effect of promotion and consumer trust on purchase decisions in Shopee E-Commerce (A Study on students of the management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Pamulang University).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and promotion on purchasing decisions to use laundry services at CV. Aru Hi Prima Ciputat-Tangerang Services. totaling 8,302 customers with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. So the number of samples obtained was 99 respondents. The research method used is a quantitative research method, with an associative approach. The analytical tests used in this research are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, correlation tests, determination tests, hypothesis tests using t (partial) and F tests (simultaneous) with the help of SPSS 20 for Windows software. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is known that the Service Quality variable (X1) is marked by the number of statements answered with the words strongly agree, 428 or 43.3%, the Promotion variable (X2) is marked by the number of statements answered with the words strongly agree, 270 or 270. 27.3%, and the decision to purchase laundry services was marked by the number of statements answered with the words strongly agree, 577 or 58.2% of the total score. The results of the research analysis show a positive and significant influence between service quality and promotion on purchasing decisions to use laundry services. This can be seen from the value of the coefficient of determination or simultaneous contribution of 29.1%, while the rest is influenced by other factors that were not carried out in this research. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount>Ftable or (19.728>4.83), this is also strengthened by a significance value of 0.000<0.01, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that the variables of Service Quality and Promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision to Use Laundry Services. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan mahasiswa dalam praktikum pembuatan media pembelajaran geografi berbasis teknologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan e-modul berbasis web yang mendukung pembelajaran praktikum dalam mata kuliah Media Pembelajaran Geografi Berbasis ICT. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Pada tahap define, diidentifikasi kebutuhan dan kendala pembelajaran. Tahap design merancang e-modul interaktif yang memuat petunjuk praktikum, video tutorial, serta teks dan gambar pendukung. Pada tahap develop, dilakukan validasi oleh ahli materi dan media yang menunjukkan tingkat validitas sangat tinggi (rata-rata >90%). Uji coba dilakukan kepada 86 mahasiswa dengan pretest dan posttest, menghasilkan nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 54,8% (kategori sedang). Selain itu, respon mahasiswa terhadap e-modul menunjukkan kategori sangat baik, terutama pada aspek kualitas konten, desain, dan kebermanfaatan. Tahap disseminate dilakukan dengan membagikan e-modul melalui platform web agar dapat diakses luas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul berbasis web ini layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran praktikum media pembelajaran berbasis ICT.
