Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of Product Quality and Product Innovation on Consumer Satisfaction of MS Glow products with Trust as an Intervening Variable. The effect we want to know is the direct or indirect effect. This type of research is explanatory research that describes the location of the variables studied and their effects from one variable to another. The population in this study is unknown in number. The sample taken was 96 respondents using the Cochran formula with proportionate stratified random sampling technique with the characteristics of STIE Bina Karya students in semester 2, 4, 6 & 8, aged at least 18 years and had used MS Glow products for at least 3 months. The data analysis method uses PLS-based SEM, analyzed by outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing using bootstrapping. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Trust. Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Trust. Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Trust has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Trust as an Intervening Variable. Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Trust as an Intervening Variable.

Abstract

Human resource management is the activity of planning, procuring, developing, maintaining and using human resources to achieve goals both individually and organizationally. The sample used in this research was 30 honorary employees who were in the District Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service. Serdang Bedagai. as a research sample. The analytical techniques used in this research are Instrument Testing, Classical Assumption Testing, Hypothesis Testing and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this research show that hypothesis (1) shows that tcount (2.300) > ttable (1.703), likewise with a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Leadership Style (X1) influences performance (Y) . hypothesis (2) it is known that tcount (8.012) > ttable (1.703), and the significance value is 0.00 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Organizational Commitment variable (X2) has an effect on the performance variable (Y). Hypothesis (3) shows that tcount (0.244) < ttable (1.703), and the significance value is 0.009 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Organizational Culture variable (X3) influences the performance variable (Y). In hypothesis (4), it is known that Fcount (22.939) > Ftable (2.975), and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the fourth hypothesis is accepted, meaning Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), Organizational Culture ( X3), have a joint (simultaneous) effect on the performance variable (Y).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of training and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the production department of PT. Florindo Makmur. The population in this study were all employees of the production department of PT. Florindo Makmur, namely 35 people. Sampling was carried out using the Saturated Sample Technique. The data source in this research comes from primary data, namely from the results of questionnaires filled out directly by respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis on the SPSS version 26.00 application. The analytical methods used are Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Linear Regression Test, Determination Coefficient, Hypothesis Test and Sobel Test. The results of this research are that Training influences Employee Performance, Work Environment influences Employee Performance, Training influences Job Satisfaction, Work Environment influences Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction is unable to mediate the influence of Training on Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the influence between work environment and employee performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilaksanakan oleh para dosen STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan semangat menjadi wirausaha sejak dini khususnya bagi pelajar di SMA Negeri 1 Tebing Syahbandar Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Kreativitas sangatlah diperlukan di era modern ini dimana berbagai bidang usaha berlomba-lomba untuk meraih keunggulan bersaing. Adanyakreativitas dapat menciptakan inovasiyang terkini yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untukmemberikan pemahaman mengenai kreativitas dalam berwirausaha, melatih kreativitas siswa dalam berwirausaha, serta memberikan saran-saran yang bergunabagi kesuksesan dalam berwirausaha.Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyrakat ini dilaksanakan dengan memberikan materi ceramah serta pelatihan singkat untuk membuat suatu prakarya yang dapat memiliki nilai ekonomis sehingga dapat dijual. Abstract

Keberadaan Bank Sampah sangat membantu dalam mengurangi volume sampah dan dapat menunjang kehidupan ekonomi serta sosial masyarakat sekitar. Namun beberapa kendala muncul seiring berjalannya waktu. Sehingga eksistensi Bank Sampah ini mulai terancam. Beberapa persoalan muncul disebabkan antara lain karena kurangnya kesadaran dan motivasi, pengetahuan dalam pemilahan sampah, pengelolaan yang kurang efektif serta masih minimnya pengembangan dan pemanfaatan hasil Bank Sampah yang bisa dirasakan oleh masyarakat. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan peran serta masyarakat dalam kegiatan Bank Sampah dan meningkatkan manfaat dari Bank Sampah. Sehingga Bank Sampah mempunyai daya tarik dan dapat memotivasi warga untuk lebih aktif dalam kegiatan Bank Sampah. Abstract

These days, technology-based learning is essential since it provides media and tools for the process of teaching and learning. However, in addition to all of the effort that teachers put into integrating technology into the classroom, other factors must be taken into consideration, one of which is the teacher's role. The purpose of this study was to find out the efficacy of the roles and digital learning resources that English teachers employ in their classes. The responders to this study were 5 English teachers from various junior high schools in Tebing Tinggi, North Sumatera, in the academic year 2022/2023. In addition, 9 students from each class also involved as the respondents. So the total number of students that participated in this study was 45. A qualitative approach was taken in conducting this study. The researcher used interviews and observation as instruments to get the data required for this study. The results of this study showed that teachers additionally played the roles that were necessary for technology-based learning, including as the operators, mentors for technology use, organizers of technology-based learning, and monitors of digital learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan buat menganalisis efek gaya kepemimpinan serta keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif serta penerapan baku K3 yang optimal diyakini mempunyai kontribusi signifikan pada mempertinggi produktivitas dan  efisiensi kerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan survei, pada mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berasal 30 responden. Analisis data dilakukan memakai regresi linier berganda. yang akan terjadi penelitian memberikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Demikian pula, penerapan K3 terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya kiprah pemimpin dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang aman serta mendukung. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi manajemen perusahaan buat lebih memperhatikan aspek kepemimpinan dan  implementasi K3 guna mencapai kinerja pegawai  yang lebih baik

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Digital Human Resource Transformation on Employee Performance by incorporating HR Analytics as a mediating variable and Digital Leadership as a moderating variable within an integrated framework. A quantitative explanatory design was employed using a cross-sectional survey of 236 employees from organizations in North Sumatra, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess direct, indirect, and interaction effects. The results reveal that Digital HR Transformation significantly enhances HR Analytics, which in turn improves Employee Performance. Digital Leadership has a direct positive effect on performance and strengthens the relationship between HR Analytics and Employee Performance. Furthermore, HR Analytics partially mediates the relationship between Digital HR Transformation and Employee Performance, and this indirect effect becomes stronger under high levels of Digital Leadership. The findings highlight the importance of aligning digital HR systems, analytical capability, and leadership support to achieve sustainable employee performance. Organizations should complement digital HR investments with HR analytics development and digital leadership capability. This study is limited by its cross-sectional design and reliance on self-reported data from a single regional context, which may affect causal inference and generalizability.
