Abstract

Background : Diabetes Mellitus is a disease in the form of increased bllod glucose levels or what is usually called hyperglycemia that exceeds normal limits. This condition results from a decrease in insulin secretion which occurs due to dysfunction in the pancreas, decreased insulin sensitivity, or both. Objective : To determine the effectiveness of using honey for wound healing in diabetes mellitus patients. Method : The research uses case studies as the main method, using observation sheets, interviews, and documentation studies. The patient was managed for 3 days at RSD Gunung Jati Cirebon. Results : The type used was natural honey, by applying honey to the wound, it showed changes in the wound and accelerated wounds healing. Conclusion : Using honey on diabetes mellitus wound can speed up healing

Abstract

Hand hygiene is a term for cleaning hands. The World Health Organization formulated an innovative strategy for implementing hand hygiene, namely for health workersin five moments of hand hygiene, namely before contact with patients, before carrying out nursing actions, after exposure to patient body fluids, after contact with patients, and after contact with the environment. The aim for this research is that researchers want to observe and describe the implementation of five moment hand hygiene among nurses.The number of samples in this study was 18 nurses in the Jimbaran ward at Sumber Kasih Hospital, Cirebon. Data collection carried out by researchers in managing this case study included observation,interviews and documentation studies.The research results showed that 11 respondents (61,11%) had poor implementation of five moment hand hygiene and 7 respondents (38.89%) had good implementation of five moment hand hygiene. The conclusion is that the implementation of five moment hand hygiene is not good due to the lack of knowledge and awareness of nurses about the benefits of five moment hand hygiene and the impacts caused when it is not implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of learning Aqidah Akhlak with the game method on student behavior at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ihsan. Learning Aqidah Akhlak presented through a game method approach is believed to be able to improve students' understanding of moral and religious values ​​more enjoyable and effective. The educational game method not only teaches material theoretically, but also actively involves students in the learning process, so that they can more easily understand and apply the teachings in everyday life. This study uses a quantitative design with an experimental method. The sample taken was grade V students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ihsan who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group that received learning with the game method and the control group that followed conventional learning. Data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires, and interviews to measure changes in student behavior in the aspects of morals, morals, and social. The results of the study showed a significant influence between learning Aqidah Akhlak with the game method on student behavior. Students who follow learning with the game method show better improvements in terms of mastery of moral values, discipline, and positive social behavior. The educational game method has proven to be more effective in making students interested and easier in understanding and applying Aqidah Akhlak lessons in everyday life. This research is expected to contribute to the development of learning methods in madrasas, especially in the application of character education through a fun and interactive approach. Thus, it is expected to produce a generation that is not only intelligent in religious knowledge, but also behaves well in accordance with the teachings of Islamic morals

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini ialah agar mengetahui reaksi konsumen terhadap kualitas pelayanan serta promosi yang disampaikan perusahaan BBM di PT. Surya Agung Misbal (SAM) Kota Depok serta menganalisis kualitas layanan serta promosi yang dampaknya pada keputusan pembelian konsumen. Teknik yang dipakai dalam studi ini ialah deskriptif kuantitatif serta verifikatif. Untuk penelitian ini, 63 konsumen (perusahaan) industri diberikan kuesioner. Analisis regresi berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan skala ordinal dalam teknik analisis data. Respon pelanggan pada pelayanan baik, promosi baik, dan pilihan pembelian tepat. Studi menggambarkan PT. Surya Agung Misbal (SAM) memiliki BBM dengan kualitas pelayanan dan promosi positif juga signifikan.

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan aset utama dalam sebuah perusahaan, sehingga peran mereka sangat penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan organisasi. Dalam konteks ini, kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Lapangan (KKL) mahasiswa di Algojaya dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tujuan menganalisis motivasi kerja karyawan dalam meningkatkan pencapaian target pendapatan perusahaan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yang meliputi observasi, wawancara, diskusi, dan analisis implementasi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan belum sepenuhnya optimal dalam mendukung motivasi kerja karyawan, yang berimplikasi pada rendahnya semangat kerja serta efektivitas dalam pelaksanaan tugas. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, direkomendasikan agar Algojaya meningkatkan fasilitas kerja yang memadai dan memperbaiki kondisi kerja, termasuk menyeimbangkan beban kerja dengan kemampuan karyawan. Strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja, mendukung produktivitas, serta mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of service quality, price, and promotion on customer satisfaction at The Gazebo Cafe. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents using purposive sampling with the following criteria: customers who have made at least two visits and customers who are considered mature enough to fill out the questionnaire and are at least 17 years old. The questionnaires were tested for validity, reliability, and classical assumption testing. The results of these tests showed that the questionnaires were valid, reliable, and could be used for regression data. The analytical method used in this study was a descriptive and verificative method with a quantitative approach. The results of the study showed that the variables of service quality, price, and promotion, both simultaneously and partially, have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at The Gazebo Cafe. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value is 72,4%. The relationship between service quality, price, and promotion and customer satisfaction is very strong, with a value of 0,851.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the Grand Cempaka Resort & Convention Hotel Bogor's workforce is affected, both partially and simultaneously, by work stress and workload. The Grand Cempaka Hotel's employees made up the study's population. Using the purposive sampling method, 60 respondents served as the sample size. Descriptive and verification methods were utilized in data analysis, with IBM SPSS version 25.00 being used. The findings of the study demonstrate that workload and work stress both have a negative and considerable impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify the effect of price, promotion and brand image both simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions at PT Agri Tepa Abadi. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents who were taken by proportional stratified random sampling with the population divided into 2 groups, namely 19 corporate consumer respondents and 81 end consumer respondents. The questionnaire was tested with a validity test, reliability test, and also classical assumption test. The results of these tests are valid, reliable, and can be used for regression data. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive and verification method with quantitative approach.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan dunia bisnis, lembaga keuangan memegang peranan yang sangat penting, BMT termasuk kedalam perusahaan jasa yang mana perlu mewujudkan kepuasan pelanggannya sehingga menimbulkan loyalitas nasabah BMT itu sendiri, Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu banyaknya komplain yang berhubungan dengan kualitas pelayanan karyawan. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada KSPPS BMT Berkah Mandiri Sejahtera. Jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan model analisisnya regresi linier sederhana. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan cara sampling insidental berjumlah 100 responden, dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa 31,8% faktor-faktor loyalitas nasabah dapat dijelaskan oleh kualitas pelayanan sedangkan sisanya 68,2% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil Uji t menunjukkan variabel kualitas pelayanan hasil analisis t hitung (6,862) > t tabel (1,661) maka secara parsial variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada KSPPS BMT Berkah Mandiri Sejahtera.

Abstract

Purpose: This Community Service Program (PkM) in Karang Tengah Village aimed to empower local MSMEs, especially “Tujuh Bersaudara” MSMEs, by applying digitalization in agropreneurship to address real business challenges. Method: The program was implemented through five stages: observation, interviews, discussions, data analysis, and execution in the form of training, mentoring, and facilitation. Practical Applications: The initiative improved MSMEs identity through professional logos, trademarks, and packaging, while marketing capacity was strengthened via social media, online marketplaces, and digital strategies. In finance, MSMEs acquired knowledge of simple bookkeeping, production cost analysis, and cost of goods sold determination. Legal credibility was enhanced through the acquisition of Business Identification Numbers (NIB), enabling access to government support. Conclusion: The PkM program strengthened MSMEs capacity and competitiveness while fostering social cohesion and solidarity in Karang Tengah Village, generating both economic and social impact.
