Abstract

Desa Cilember di Kecamatan Cisarua, Bogor, memiliki potensi besar dalam pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif, terutama kerajinan bunga kayu dari limbah kayu yang ditekuni 75% warganya dan menjadi sumber ekonomi utama. Namun, pengrajin masih terkendala kapasitas produksi dan pemasaran yang bergantung pada wisatawan. Program PKM diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, memperluas pasar, dan memperkuat literasi digital melalui strategi pemasaran omni-channel. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan experiential learning, kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan mesin, pelatihan pemasaran digital, pendampingan teknologi, evaluasi, dan perencanaan keberlanjutan. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan produksi 100%, literasi digital 80%, dan memperluas pasar hingga Depok, Sukabumi, Bandung, dan Jakarta. Pengrajin juga mampu mengelola toko daring multi-platform dan memaksimalkan media sosial sehingga daya saing produk meningkat. Secara keseluruhan, program ini efektif mendorong kemandirian dan memperkuat kapasitas UMKM melalui model pemberdayaan yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu UMKM Husna Snack Puncak Bogor dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan guna menghadapi persaingan industri ritel yang ketat di kawasan wisata. Masalah utama yang diidentifikasi meliputi ketidakkonsistenan bukti fisik (tangibles) terkait kebersihan fasilitas, keandalan (reliability) informasi produk yang belum sesuai, serta daya tanggap (responsiveness) karyawan yang lambat pada jam sibuk. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara terstruktur dengan pimpinan dan karyawan, serta survei konsumen berbasis dimensi SERVQUAL terhadap 30 responden. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pendampingan, mayoritas konsumen (56%) merasa tidak puas yang berdampak pada rendahnya pencapaian target pendapatan (rata-rata hanya 77%). Melalui program pengabdian, dilakukan implementasi rekomendasi berupa penetapan jadwal kebersihan terstruktur, penyediaan panduan informasi produk bagi karyawan, serta penyesuaian sistem pembagian tugas pada jam sibuk. Hasil awal implementasi menunjukkan dampak positif berupa meningkatnya kenyamanan konsumen, konsistensi informasi, dan kecepatan pelayanan. Kegiatan ini memberikan solusi berkelanjutan bagi mitra dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen dan daya saing bisnis.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the increasing competition in the beverage industry, which requires companies to maintain product quality in order to enhance consumer satisfaction and encourage repurchase intention. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality on repurchase intention with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable for Teh 2 Tang products at PT Perkebunan Teh Assam Jayamengara Indah Sukabumi. The research method employed a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques consisting of questionnaire distribution and field observations. The research sample comprised 100 respondents, determined using the Lemeshow formula. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis to examine both direct and indirect effects among variables. The results indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, and consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. In addition, product quality also has a significant direct effect on repurchase intention. The mediation test using the Sobel method confirms that consumer satisfaction acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between product quality and repurchase intention. These findings suggest that improving product quality is an effective strategy to enhance consumer satisfaction and stimulate repurchase intention, and can therefore serve as a basis for companies in formulating marketing strategies and product development.

Abstract

One of the most vital skills of English learning is speaking because it helps learners communicate and express ideas. The interactive and analytical nature of debate lets students practice using English as a tool of real-world communication as they build argumentation and reasoning skills. The purpose of the study is to discover what is enhanced in terms of speaking skills by taking part in debate competitions and to discuss how taking part in debate competitions enhances the speaking skills of English Education students at the University of Mataram. It was a qualitative cross-case study which used a sample size of five students who had one year of experience in competitive debate. The sources of data were semi-structured interviews and recording of debates (2023 and 2025). The recordings were processed with modified adaptation of the rubric on fluency, vocabulary, grammar, and cohesion created by Brown (2004), whereas the data of the interviews were processed with the interactive model developed by Miles et al. (2018). The results indicate that speaking proficiency of students significantly increased especially on fluency, vocabulary and cohesion, but grammatical improvements were minimal. The student stated that debate improved their speaking by giving them endless exposure to English, lots of practice, coach and peer feedback, active listening, and peer learning, which promoted the use of strategic language. To sum up, the idea of debate competition is useful to enhance fluency, confidence, and communicative competence of students; it is a useful tool to master speaking skills in EFL.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan konsumen terhadap kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kepuasan konsumen pada Dealer Mega Motor, mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Dealer Mega Motor, dan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Dealer Mega Motor. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal dan buku. Data primer diperoleh dengen menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan seperti reliabilitas, daya tanggap, empati, jaminan, harga dan bukti fisik mempengaruhi terhadap kepuasan konsumen serta lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan kondusif juga mempengaruhi pada bagaimana karyawan bekerja dan melayani di Dealer Mega Motor Cicurug, Sukabumi.

Abstract

Acute gastroenteritis is a disease caused by viral, bacterial, or parasitic infections affecting the gastrointestinal tract. Its main symptoms are diarrhea and/or vomiting. Cases of acute gastroenteritis should be managed comprehensively to prevent dehydration and maintain the patient's fluid and electrolyte balance. The objective of this study is to understand nursing care for children diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis. The research method used is a case study. The subject of the study is Child N, diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis. The research was conducted in the Anyelir Ward at Waled Regional Hospital in Cirebon. The nursing intervention for the child with acute gastroenteritis included fluid and electrolyte administration for three days. Evaluation showed that the problem was resolved, and the family was advised to continue providing oral fluids to maintain fluid balance in the body.
