Abstract

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of compensation, physical work environment and work facilities on the work productivity employees of CV. Mukti Mulyo. Where this research uses a descriptive research model with a quantitative approach method with a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample method, with a population of 32 employees and a sample of 32 respondents or all employees used as samples. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and determination test (R2) which are processed using the SPSS version 25 data processing program. The research results obtained are that compensation has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.016 < 0.05. The physical work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.001 < 0.05. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.022 <0.05. Compensation, physical work environment and work facilities have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant F test value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the financial status by conducting bankruptcy analyses using the Springate, Grover, and Zmijewski Methods on WIKA from 2018 to 2022, and to investigate the differences in the outcomes produced by these three methodologies. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. This study involved interpreting processed data through mathematical procedures, utilizing WIKA’s published financial statements from 2018 to 2022. The results show that according to the Springate method, WIKA experienced financial distress during this period. However, based on the Grover method, WIKA did not experience financial distress from 2018 to 2022. Nevertheless, according to the Zmijewski method, WIKA did not experience financial distress from 2018 to 2021 but faced a distressed situation in 2022.

Abstract

Abstrak ditulis (dalam 1 paragraf) dalam Bahasa Indonesia, juga dalam Bahasa Inggris. Abstrak harus informatif dan benar-benar jelas, memberikan pernyataan singkat mengenai permasalahan yang ada, pendekatan/tujuan atau solusi yang diusulkan, metodologi, hasil/temuan utama (unsur kebaruan), serta simpulan hasil pengujian/analisis. Panjang abstrak dalam 100 sampai 150 kata. Abstrak harus ditulis dalam bentuk lampau. Standar nomenklatur harus digunakan dan singkatan harus dihindari. Tak ada pengutipan dalam abstrak. Daftar kata kunci memberikan kesempatan untuk menambahkan kata kunci, yang digunakan untuk layaan peng-indeks-kan dan pengabstrakan, di samping yang sudah ada dalam judul. Abstract

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding whether there is an influence of product diversity, price and location on purchasing interest at the Tempurejo Kresek market, Kediri City. This research uses descriptive research with quantitative methods with a sampling technique, namely non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling method with a population of 210 consumers and a sample size of 138 respondents. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous) and coefficient of determination (R2) which were processed using the SPSS version 25 program. The research results obtained are: states that product diversity partially has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, obtaining a significant t value of 0.012 <0.05. Price partially has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, obtaining a significant t value of 0.000 < 0.05. Location partially has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, with a significant t value of 0.026 <0.05. Product diversity, price and location simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in the Tempurejo Kresek market, Kediri City, looking at the significant F value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Financial performance is a form of achievement on the results of management's work to achieve the company's goals in conducting an assessment by measuring financial ratios periodically the company's operational activities according to the criteria approved by the company. This study uses common size analysis which is a financial statement calculation technique to be simpler generally in the form of horizontal and vertical analysis, so as to show the relationship and trend of the company's financial position. This study aims to determine the circumstances, conditions and financial proportions in more detail of the company under study. The study was conducted descriptively with a comparative approach by processing secondary data in the form of company financial statements. The object of research is a food and beverage company listed on the IDX, namely PT. Mayora Indah Tbk and its competitor, PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk and PT. Siantar Top Tbk. Sampling was taken with a research period of 7 years, from 2015 to 2021 and found as many as 21 financial data. The method used is Common size analysis. The results obtained are financial management in terms of liquidity is mostly done by PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur which is offset by assets that also increase is reflected in the management balance sheet report showing optimal management with stable sales over time, PT. Mayora Indah Tbk transfers a lot of funds to the company's assets and equity, but in a pandemic situation, management still has difficulty managing funds so that operating profit has decreased, while PT. Siantar Top Tbk shows a unique pattern of liabilities with debt rising and falling from year to year based on profit appears very sharp decline in addition the company has a proportion of funds that mostly go to sales expenses compared to other account components.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of brand equity on purchasing decisions, (2) the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions, (3) the influence of price on purchasing decisions, (4) the influence of brand equity, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions . This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample for this research is elementary schools in Kec. The city of Kediri has 45 elementary schools. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire whose validity and rehabilitation have been tested. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results at a significance level of 5% show that: (1) there is a positive and insignificant influence of brand equity on purchasing decisions. The t value is 3.718 with a significant value of 0.001 > 0.05. (2) there is a positive and significant influence of product quality on purchasing decisions. The t value is 10.629 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) there is a positive and significant influence of price on purchasing decisions. The t value is 2.114 with a significant value of 0.040 < 0.05. (4) there is a simultaneous influence of brand equity, product quality and price on purchasing decisions. The Fcount value is 167.059 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Calculation of multiple linear regression analysis using the regression equation obtained with a value of Y = 4.282+0.308X1+0.884X2+0.203X3

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect between the variables Brand Image (X) and Price (X2) on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y) at MDA Collection. This type of research is quantitative research which is used to test the relationship of a variable to other variables which emphasizes its analysis on numbers processed by statistical methods. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection using saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study obtained 40 respondents at MDA Collection. Data analysis using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis tests and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it shows that partially the Brand Image variable (X1) has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y). Partially Price (X2) has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y). Simultaneously Brand Image (X1) and Price (X2) affect Consumer Purchase Interest (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial work-life balance, Kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif karena mengarah kepada metode pengukuran dan sampel untuk menguji variabel dan hipotesis. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 35 orang pegawai Dinas koperasi usaha mikro dan tenaga kerja kota Kediri dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang dimana menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji t variabel work-life balance (X1) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dengan mendapatkan nilai sig. 0,021 < 0,05, variabel kesehatan kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dengan mendapatkan nilai sig. 0,043 < 0,05, dan variabel lingkungan kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dengan mendapatkan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05, sedangkan dari hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance (X1), kesehatan kerja (X2) dan lingkungan kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas koperasi usaha mikro dan tenaga kerja kota Kediri dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Pada penelitian ini juga diketahui bahwa koefisien determinasi (R2) Adjusted R square variabel work-life balance, kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh sebanyak 78,2% dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai, sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 21,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of occupational health and safety (K3) and work discipline on employee work productivity at PT. Jolo Indah Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to PT employees. Jolo Indah Kediri and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Jolo Indah Kediri and 35 samples were obtained from saturated sampling calculations. Data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, and R2 Coefficient of Determination Test. In the validity test, it is known that all statement items on the variables (X1, X2, and Y) have a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so that each variable is declared valid. Then in the reliability test it was discovered that each variable had a Cronbach's Alpha value > 0.60 so that the variable was declared reliable. Furthermore, in the t test it was found that all variables (work health and safety (K3) and work discipline) had a positive value and a significance of <0.05 so that it was stated that they partially had a significant effect on work productivity. Then in the F test the Sig value is known. for all variables together it is 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of Fcount > Ftable, it can be concluded that the variables of occupational health and safety (K3) and work discipline simultaneously influence employee work productivity at PT. Jolo Indah Kediri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh IHSG, Nilai Tukar dan BI-7 Day (Reverse) Repo Rateterhadap kinerja reksa dana pendapatan Tetap yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan periode tahun 2018 – 2021. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Sharpe untuk menghitung kinerja dari reksa dana pendapatan tetap. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh reksa dana pendapatan tetap yang aktif terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan selama periode tahun 2018 – 2021. Terdapat 10 produk reksa dana pendapatan tetap dari 6 manajer investasi yang menjadi sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan EVIEWS 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif tidak signifikan antara variabel IHSG terhadap kinerja reksa dana pendapatan tetap. Adanya pengaruh positif tidak signifikan antara variabel Nilai Tukar terhadap kinerja reksa dana pendapatan tetap. Adanya pengaruh negatif signifikan antara variabel BI-7 Day (Reverse) Repo Rate terhadap kinerja reksa dana pendapatan tetap. Adanya pengaruh signifikan antara variabel IHSG, Nilai Tukar dan BI-7 Day (Reverse) Repo Rate secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja reksa dana pendapatan tetap.
