Abstract

Abstrack This research aims to determine the cost of raw material inventory, both using conventional and conventional methods Just In Time (JIT), at UD. Raya Kediri City. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive aimed at solving certain problems and achieving a deeper understanding of an event. The type of data used includes primary data from interview techniques and secondary data obtained from raw material inventory data. The analysis used in this research is analysis Just In Time (JIT). The place of this research is the UD Cracker Factory. Raya Kediri City. The raw material studied was wheat flour. The results of the raw material inventory research were calculated using Just In Time (JIT) obtained 21,600 kg with an ordering frequency of 4 times a month, and the total cost of raw material inventory using the Just In Time (JIT) is IDR. 153,140,000,-.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of financial reports in measuring financial performance based on Liquidity, Solvency, Activity and Profitability ratios at PT. Telkom Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. This type of research is descriptive research with data collection techniques through literature study and documentation. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis using financial ratio analysis. The results of the analysis show that the company's Liquidity ratio has decreased every year, except in 2021 which showed a minor increase, indicating that the company is not yet fully optimal in meeting short-term obligations. In terms of Solvency, the ratio shows significant fluctuations during the period, with an increase in the equity ratio in 2018-2022, but a minor decrease in 2021 indicating a high dependence on debt. Activity ratio analysis shows fluctuating results, indicating the need for increased consistency in inventory management. Meanwhile, the Profitability ratio shows fluctuations, with the rate of return on capital and investment being inefficient, reflecting poor financial performance. However, compared to other telecommunications companies, PT Telkom Indonesia has advantages in terms of dominant market share and stable growth prospects, supported by the telecommunications industry which is still developing in Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis laporan keuangan dalam mengukur kinerja keuangan berdasarkan rasio Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Aktivitas, dan Profitabilitas pada PT. Telkom Indonesia periode 2018-2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rasio Likuiditas perusahaan mengalami penurunan setiap tahun, kecuali pada tahun 2021 yang menunjukkan peningkatan minor, menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan belum sepenuhnya optimal dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek. Dari segi Solvabilitas, rasio menunjukkan fluktuasi yang signifikan selama periode tersebut, dengan peningkatan rasio ekuitas pada tahun 2018-2022, namun penurunan minor pada tahun 2021 mengindikasikan ketergantungan yang tinggi pada utang. Analisis rasio Aktivitas menunjukkan hasil yang fluktuatif, menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan konsistensi dalam pengelolaan persediaan. Sedangkan rasio Profitabilitas menunjukkan fluktuasi, dengan tingkat pengembalian modal dan investasi yang belum efisien, mencerminkan kinerja keuangan yang kurang baik. Meskipun demikian, dibandingkan dengan perusahaan telekomunikasi lainnya, PT Telkom Indonesia memiliki keunggulan dalam hal pangsa pasar yang dominan dan prospek pertumbuhan yang stabil, didukung oleh industri telekomunikasi yang masih berkembang di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere, promotions and product diversity on purchasing decisions at Listy Mart. This type of research is quantitative research. This research data was obtained through primary and secondary data. The population in this research are consumers at Listy Mart. The sample in this research was 213 consumers with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the partial t test results show that the shop atmosphere, promotion and product diversity variables influence purchasing decisions at Listy Mart. Abstract

His study aims to evaluate the impact of robotics training on the technical and analytical skills of students at SMK NWDI Renco. The background of this research is based on the importance of developing technical and analytical skills in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, where technology and automation have become integral parts of various industrial sectors. Vocational education at the high school level plays a strategic role in preparing a competent and adaptive workforce to meet technological advancements.The research method used is a mixed-method approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. An experimental design was implemented with pre-test and post-test evaluations to measure changes in students' technical and analytical skills before and after the robotics training. Quantitative data were collected through specially developed technical and analytical skill tests, while qualitative data were gathered through in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with students and teachers involved in the training. The robotics training program was conducted over eight weeks, covering topics such as the fundamentals of robotics, programming, and practical applications through small-scale projects. Participants were purposively sampled and consisted of 30 eleventh-grade students from SMK NWDI Renco. A pre-test was conducted prior to the training to assess the students' baseline skills. During the training, direct observations were made to document students’ progress, and activities were documented. A post-test was conducted after the training to evaluate changes in technical and analytical skills. The results of the study showed a significant improvement in students’ understanding and skills. The average pre-test score was 63.2, while the average post-test score increased to 84.5. Specifically, the improvements included a 41.7% increase in the understanding of robotics concepts, a 35.4% improvement in microcontroller utilization, and a 24.6% improvement in sensor and actuator applications.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has brought significant changes to the way teaching and learning processes are carried out in higher education, one of which is through the implementation of the Siska (Integrated Academic Information System). While this system provides many benefits, it also introduces potential security risks that could threaten data integrity and disrupt the learning process. This study aims to analyze the vulnerabilities on the website https://siska.binadarma.ac.id/ of Universitas Bina Darma using the OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project) framework. This method assists in identifying potential security loopholes that could be exploited by unauthorized parties. The research examines these vulnerabilities based on the ten key categories proposed in the OWASP Top 10. The results of this analysis are expected to offer valuable recommendations to enhance the security of the Siska system at Universitas Bina Darma, ultimately protecting user data and ensuring that the learning process continues safely and smoothly.

Abstract

Coffee shops that use marketing strategies to achieve customer repurchase intention by providing quality service and good taste, namely Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery. The taste of Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery is quite good, including in the processing and selection of ingredients and has a kitchen expert who knows his field. In addition, it also provides friendly service quality, but waiters are less responsive in handling consumer complaints. This research is a quantitative research. The research location is located at Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery, Kec. Wates Kab. Kediri. The population in this study was 900 consumers. The sample in this study were 60 consumers using the Malhotra sampling technique. The analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis test and hypothesis test. Partially the variable of service quality (X1) has a significant effect on the variable of interest in repeating (Y). Partially taste (X2) has a significant effect on repurchase intention (Y). Simultaneously service quality (X1) and service quality (X2) affect customer repurchase intention (Y).

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang salah satu sosok Islam fundamental di Indonesia, Ja’far Umar Thalib. Thalib merupakan salah satu aktor muslim di Indonesia yang dikenal dengan rekam jejaknya dengan gerakan manaj salaf dan juga merupakan aktor yang mendirikan Laskar Jihad yang terlibat konflik di Ambon, Maluku pada tahun 1999. Artikel ini fokus untuk mengkaji pemikiran Thalib dalam memandang kepemimpinan suatu pemerintahan dan pemimpin non- muslim. Artikel ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan model penelitian kritik tokoh yang bersifat etnografi. Artikel ini menemukan bahwa Thalib menempatkan kepemimpinan sebuah pemerintahan sebagai bagian dari syari’at Islam dalam bidang as-siya>sah asy-syar’iyyah. Oleh sebab itu, dalam pandangan Thalib, seorang pemimpin pemerintahan harus berpegang kepada Al-Qur’an dan hadis. Selain itu, dengan menggunakan QS. al-Maidah ayat 51, Thalib menegaskan bahwa orang-orang Islam dilarang setia dan memiliki loyalitas dengan orang kafir baik dari kalangan Yahudi maupun Kristen, lebih-lebih dalam konteks memilih kepemimpinan.

Abstract

This study to determine the effect of product, proce, and location on customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. The location of this research was conducted at UD. Guna Karya Grogol, Kediri Regency. The objects in this research are rice cutomers from UD. Guna Karya Grogol, Kediri Regency. This research is quantitative research. Data cllection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews, observation, documentation and literature, Data analysis was perfomed usuing validity test, realibility test, classic assumption test., multiple linear test, hypothesis test, determination test. From the result of the research that has been done, it shows that the first problem formulation regarding the product partially has a significance level effect on customers satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t count value of 2.850 with a significance level of 0,009. Price partially has a significance effect on consumer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t count value of 1.948 with a significance level of 0,044. Place partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product,price and Place on customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. F count is 3.968 with a sig level of 0.021 where the figure is <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significance of the influence of work discipline, work environment, and leadership on employee performance at UD. Timbul Jaya, Wates Subdistrict, Kediri Regency. The sampling technique used in this research is saturation sampling with a total sample of 34 respondents. The analysis technique used includes Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Linearity Test, and Multicollinearity Test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-Test, F-Test, and Coefficient of Determination (R2). The results of the research based on partial testing indicate that Work Discipline does not significantly affect the Employee Performance of UD. Timbul Jaya, Wates Subdistrict, Kediri Regency, the Work Environment significantly affects the Employee Performance of UD. Timbul Jaya, Wates Subdistrict, Kediri Regency, and Leadership does not significantly affect the Employee Performance of UD. Timbul Jaya, Wates Subdistrict, Kediri Regency. Simultaneous testing shows that Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Leadership have a significant impact on Employee Performance at UD. Timbul Jaya, Wates Subdistrict, Kediri Regency.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of explaining the influence of compensation, work environment and employee competency on employee performance at UD. Berkah Andita Mandiri Group. The variables in this research are Compensation (X1), Work Environment (X2), Employee Competency (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). This research uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to UD employees. Blessings Andita Mandiri Group. This research has a population of 84 respondents and a sample of 70 respondents. The techniques for normality testing, heteroscedasticity testing, linearity testing, multicollinearity testing and hypothesis testing are expected to be able to answer the four problem formulations in this research. The analysis was carried out using SPSS for Windows version 25 software. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that: Compensation (X1) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at UD. Blessings Andita Mandiri Group. Work Environment (X2) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at UD. Blessings Andita Mandiri Group. Competency (X1) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at UD.
