Abstract

This research aims to find out whether work motivation, work ability, and the work environment have a partial or simultaneous influence on employee performance of UD Rahayu Kec. Gurah District Kediri. Sampling technique in this research, the saturated sample method was used, namely the entire number population of 38 employees. The data source for this research was obtained through observation, interviews, library or literature studies, questionnaires, and dokumentation. Data processing is through the SPSS 21 program. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis multiple linear, hypothesis testing, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The research results show that: (1) Work motivation has a signifiant effect on employee performance, with the t test results obtained a significance value of 0,001 and the calculated t value is 3,473. (2) Work ability has significant effect on employee performance, with the t test results obtained a significance value of 0,009 and the calculated t value is 2,772. (3) The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, with the t test results obtained a significance value of 0,005 and the calculated t value is 2,966. (4) Work motivation, work ability and work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, with the F test results obtained a significance value of 0,000 and a calculated F of 18,287.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that in a public company operating in the fast food sector, human resources are very important in achieving company goals. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of communication, teamwork and rewards on employee performance. This research method uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire as data. This research uses a saturated sample method. The sample in this research was all 53 employees. The technique used to analyze the data is the SPSS 25 program. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test. The results of this partial test (t) show that the communication variable has a significant value of 0.030 < 0.05, which means that the communication variable partially or significantly influences employee performance. The teamwork variable has a significant value of 0.045 <0.05, partially influencing or being significant on employee performance. The reward variable has a significant value of 0.901 > 0.05 and partially does not have a significant effect on employee performance. And the F test results show that the variables of communication, teamwork and rewards have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that communication and teamwork partially have a significant effect on employee performance, while rewards do not have a significant effect on employee performance. And simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of McDonald's Sri Ratu Kediri employees.

Abstract

Investor menanamkan modalnya dalam perusahaan berupa saham, kemudian memperoleh keuntungan dalam wujud pengembalian atas suatu aktifitas penanaman modal yang telah dilakukannya tentu saja menjadi tujuan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fluktuasi return saham sub sektor logam dan mineral di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2015-2020. Menggunakan purposive sampling sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Sampel digunakan sebanyak 30 laporan keuangan dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 72 laporan keuangan. Menggunakan data sekunder sebagai data penelitian yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan sub sektor logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2015-2020 dengan pengujian mneggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan software Eviews 10. Model yang terpilih yakni Common Effect Model (CEM) dengan menggunakan uji chow, uji hausman, dan uji lagrange multiplier. Kemudian menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, R square, uji t, dan uji F. Dalam pengujian menghasilkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap return saham. Secara simultan variabel Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap return saham.Kata kunci: Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return Saham.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan besar yang banyak dikenal oleh masyarakat diharapkan selalu mengalami perkembangan yang cukup signifikan. Untuk melakukan setiap kegiatan yang diinginkan, suatu perusahaan selalu membutuhkan modal. Maka dari itu, untuk mempermudah perusahaan dalam mendapatkan modal terdapat pasar modal yang dipergunakan para investor dan emiten untuk melakukan transasksi jual beli saham. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Asset, Current Ratio, dan Debt to Total Asset Ratio terhadap Harga Saham pada PT. Erajaya Swasembada Tbk. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan populasi seluruh laporan keuangan sejak awal listing dan sampel yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan triwulan perusahaan periode 2013-2020. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Return On Asset berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, Current Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, Debt to Total Asset Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan seluruh variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hal tersebut diketahui dari hasil analisis sebagai berikut: nilai R2 = 0,279 atau 27,9% yang berarti 71,1% dipengaruhi oleh model lain.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan seluruh sektor perusahaan di Indonesia, tak terkecuali pada PT. Provident Agro Tbk yang juga merasakan imbasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan signifikan kinerja keuangan sebelum dan saat pandemi covid-19 pada PT. Provident Agro Tbk periode tahun 2018-2021. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan dokumentasi. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil Uji Normalitas dan Uji Beda Paired Sample T-Test dapat disimpulkan bahwa Tidak Terdapat Perbedaan Signifikan Rasio Likuiditas berupa Current Ratio sebelum dan saat pandemi covid-19, Tidak Terdapat Perbedaan Signifikan Rasio Solvabilitas berupa Debt To Asset Ratio sebelum dan saat pandemi covid-19, Tidak Terdapat Perbedaan Signifikan Rasio Profitabilitas berupa Net Profit Margin sebelum dan saat pandemi covid-19, Tidak Terdapat Perbedaan Signifikan Rasio Aktivitas berupa Total Asset Turn Over sebelum dan saat pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

Andira Agro Tbk merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perkebunan kelapa sawit. Perusahaan memerlukan laporan keuangan untuk megetahui dan menganalisa kinerja perusahaan. Laporan keuangan dianalisis menggunakan rasio keuangan salah satunya rasio profitabilitas. Rasio profitabilitas dapat dilakukan menggunakan perhitungan ROA, ROE, NPM, dan GPM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan pada PT. Andira Agro Tbk tahun 2018-2020. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data sekunder. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan ROA, ROE, NPM, dan GPM untuk melihat kondisi kinerja keuangan PT. Andira Agro Tbk dalam menghasilkan laba. Hasil dari perhitungan tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa nilai indikator ROA terus mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2018-2020. Perhitungan ROE juga terus mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2018-2020. Perhitungan nilai NPM juga mengalami penurunan dari tahun ke tahun yaitu 2018-2020. Perhitungan nilai GPM juga cenderung mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2018-2020. Secara keseluruhan kinerja keuangan PT. Andira Agro Tbk berada pada posisi yang kurang baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Financial Performance on Firm Value in Cosmetics Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020, partially or simultaneously the data used in this study from the financial statements of 6 companies from 7 cosmetics subsector companies published through website www.id.co.id for the period 2016 to 2020. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The data was then analyzed using panel data regression through the Eviews 10 program.Based on the results of the classical assumption test, partial test and simultaneous test, it can be concluded that the results of the classical assumption test indicate that it is not eligible and there is no problem that the data is normally distributed and significant from the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The partial test shows that the current ratio (CR) has no significant effect on price to book value (PBV), return on assets (ROA) has no significant effect on price to book value (PBV), debt to equity ratio (DER) has no significant effect. on price to book value (PBV), and total asset turnover (TATO) has a significant effect on price to book value (PBV),

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of taste and service quality on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction serving as a mediating variable, at Dapoer MbokSum Kediri. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data were obtained through the distribution of structured questionnaires to customers, while secondary data were collected via interviews with the business owner and direct field observations to gain a deeper understanding of operational practices. A total of 120 respondents were selected through accidental sampling, ensuring that participants met specific criteria relevant to the study objectives. The data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4.0, incorporating validity and reliability testing to ensure the robustness of the measurement instruments, as well as hypothesis testing to evaluate the relationships between variables. The results of the analysis indicate that both taste and service quality exert significant and positive influences on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, service quality demonstrates a significant and direct positive effect on customer loyalty. In contrast, taste does not show a direct influence on loyalty, suggesting that its effect on loyalty is more indirect and mediated by satisfaction Additionally, the mediation analysis confirms that customer satisfaction plays a critical role in linking both taste and service quality to customer loyalty. This implies that while customers may appreciate the taste of food, it is their overall satisfaction—encompassing both taste and service experiences—that ultimately drives loyalty. The study highlights the importance for culinary businesses, particularly in the competitive food service industry, to focus not only on product quality but also on delivering excellent service to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term customer relationships. The findings provide practical insights for Dapoer MbokSum Kediri and similar establishments to strategically prioritize service quality improvements alongside maintaining food taste to maximize customer retention and loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer experience, harga, dan inovasi produk terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada Rizquna Kripik Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diolah dengan metode statistik dan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 orang yang telah melakukan pembelian ulang minimal dua kali. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel customer experience memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,558 dan signifikansi 0,012. Variabel harga juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan t hitung 5,354 dan signifikansi 0,000, sedangkan inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan t hitung 4,861 dan signifikansi 0,000. Secara simultan, hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 33,582 dan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,523 mengindikasikan bahwa 52,3% variasi dalam minat beli ulang dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa customer experience, harga, dan inovasi produk memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong loyalitas konsumen melalui minat beli ulang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product variety, and bundling price on purchasing decisions among X consumers. The method used is a quantitative approach with a causal research design, so as to be able to explain the cause-and-effect relationship between variables. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents who are active consumers of X. To ensure data quality, a series of tests were conducted including validity, reliability, normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The main analysis used multiple linear regression supported by t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²) processed using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that brand image had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, indicating that consumers' positive perceptions of X's reputation were able to encourage higher purchasing interest. Bundling price also proved to have a significant effect, because the strategy of combining package prices was considered to provide economic benefits and added value for consumers. In contrast, product variety did not have a significant effect, indicating that consumers place more emphasis on brand image and pricing strategies than simply menu diversity. However, when tested simultaneously, all three variables were still shown to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination value of 0.594 indicates that the combination of the three variables can explain 59.4% of the variation in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 40.6% is influenced by other external factors such as service quality, consumer trends, promotions, and customer experience. These findings reinforce the understanding that a strong brand image-based marketing strategy and the implementation of appropriate bundling prices can be key to increasing consumer appeal. For local coffee businesses like X, this study provides practical implications to focus more efforts on strengthening brand image, creating a consistent consumer experience, and optimizing pricing strategies.
