Abstract

In education to make schools more advanced and developed every year, a school work plan (RKS) is needed. The RKS is prepared to determine school actions within a period of 4 years by taking into account the availability of the school, both from documents, descriptions, visions and missions of the school to achieve the goals and objectives that have been set. Strategies that can be applied by the principal in preparing the RKS are: effective communication with TPS, becoming a resource person or facilitator, conducting monitoring and evaluation, implementing alternative methods such as FGD, Workshop, Delphi and so on. The results of this paper are: the development of a school work plan or RKS through the role of the principal can be done by continuously compiling, directing, guiding teachers and staff so that the quality of education in schools can advance and develop in the next 4 years. and is in a national standard position. The steps taken are preparation, preparation, ratification or approval of the RKS.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze public relations strategies in improving the quality management of Islamic education in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative method with a conceptual approach model that focuses on examining theoretical concepts. The results of the analysis show that public relations strategies play a crucial role in improving the quality of Islamic education in the digital era through effective communication with various stakeholders. Using social media as a communication and marketing medium allows for fast and efficient dissemination of information, and helps build positive relationships with the community and strengthen the reputation of Islamic educational institutions. With effective resource management. The right communication strategy, public relations can attract public support, ensure the sustainability of the institution, and achieve the goal of quality Islamic education.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di Madrasah Diniyah Nurul Jadid melalui pendampingan dalam pengembangan media Wordwall sebagai alat bantu digital yang interaktif. Isu utama yang diangkat adalah rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran karena keterbatasan literasi digital guru serta minimnya sarana pendukung. Melalui pendekatan pelatihan partisipatif dan berbasis praktik langsung, kegiatan ini mendorong guru untuk mengembangkan kreativitas pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan mengintegrasikan media Wordwall ke dalam kegiatan mengajar sehari-hari. Proses pendampingan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap, yakni identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan teknis, praktik mandiri, dan evaluasi hasil implementasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa guru mampu menggunakan dan mengadaptasi Wordwall dalam berbagai materi pembelajaran, yang berdampak pada meningkatnya keterlibatan dan antusiasme siswa dalam proses belajar. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara tim pengabdian dan pihak madrasah mendorong munculnya komunitas belajar guru sebagai forum berbagi dan pengembangan berkelanjutan. Program ini membuktikan bahwa dengan strategi yang tepat, transformasi digital di madrasah dapat terwujud secara kontekstual dan berdaya guna.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze hadith research methodology from the perspective of Syuhudi Ismail, a Muslim scholar known for his contributions to hadith studies. In facing the complexity of contemporary challenges, hadith methodology has an important role in supporting the understanding and dissemination of Islamic teachings. Syuhudi Ismail, with his critical thinking approach, has made a significant contribution to the development of hadith research methodology. This research will identify the methodological principles proposed by Syuhudi Ismail, and explain the context of his thinking, using library research methods. The results of this research state that in Syuhudi Ismail's concept of thought, the object of hadith research is divided into 2, namely sanad research (Naqd al Khariji) and matan research (Naqd al-Dakhiliy). In sanad research (Naqd al Khariji), it begins with carrying out I'tibar al-Sanad and then continues with researching the personalities of the narrators and their methods of narration. In this research on sanad, Syuhudi mentions the elements of the rules for the validity of sanad in the simplified terms "major and minor rules". Meanwhile, in Matan Hadith research activities, Syuhudi gave several steps that researchers must take, including: 1). Examining the matan after looking at the quality of the sanad, 2) looking at the meaningful arrangement of the matan pronunciations, 3) examining the content of the matan, and concluding the results of the research on the matan hadith. The results of this research on hadith matan will revolve around two options, whether the matan hadith is shahih or dha'if.

Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan bagaimana pendampingan terhadap kelompok tani dalam memanfaatkan limbah rumah tangga seperti air cucian beras sebagai bahan untuk pembuatan pupuk cair (POC). Air cucian beras atau air leri mengandung vitamin seperti niacin, riboflavin, piridoksin da thiamin, serta mineral seperti Ca, Mg dan Fe yang diperlukan untuk pertumbuhan jamur. Dimana penggunaan limbah air cucian beras sangat efektif untuk penyuburan tanaman karena bahan-bahannya yang sangat mudah didapatkan dan tergolong murah. Salah satu diadakan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai kegunaan limbah air cucian beras menjadi Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) kepada kelompok tani desa Suren Kecamatan Ledokombo, Kabupaten Jember. Cara pembuatan pupuk organik cair pertama siapkan limbah cucian air beras, E4, dan tets tebu, dan juga jerigen sebagai tempat pembuatan pupuk berlangsung. Selanjutnya campurkan dulu limbah cucian beras tersebut dengan molase, kemudian campurkan dengan E4 lalu di masukkan ke dalam jerigen dan diamkan selama dua minggu untukt di fermentasikan. Adapun tujuan lainnya dalam proses pembuatan pupuk organik cair ini yaitu, diharapkan dapat mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga. Kemudian metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu memberikan suatu penyuluhan atau sosialisasi dan juga bentuk praktik untuk pembuatan pupuk organik cair.

Abstract

Creating a quality manuscript is an important foundation in various disciplines, both academic and non-academic. This process requires not only writing skills, but also a deep understanding of the structure, style, and purpose of writing. This article discusses the right strategy in compiling a manuscript by paying attention to quality elements, as well as how to identify the characteristics of a good manuscript. Through a qualitative-descriptive approach, the author describes the steps that can be applied by novice and professional writers in producing effective and high-quality manuscripts.
