Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of social media content, influencer credibility, and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on consumers’ purchase intention, with brand engagement as a mediating variable. A quantitative, explanatory research design was applied, collecting data from 250 active Instagram users exposed to fashion-related promotional content. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. The findings reveal that social media content, influencer credibility, and e-WOM have significant positive effects on both brand engagement and purchase intention, directly and indirectly. Brand engagement acts as a strong mediator linking digital marketing stimuli to consumer behavioral responses. Theoretically, this study reinforces the Stimulus–Organism–Response (S–O–R) framework in explaining digital consumer behavior, while practically, it highlights the importance of authentic content creation, credible influencer selection, and interactive communication management in enhancing consumer engagement and driving purchase intentions through social media platforms.

Abstract

This training aims to address challenges in Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis by introducing Losari Digital, a GUI-based platform that enables analysis without coding. The activity was conducted online via Zoom Meeting on July 5, 2025, and was attended by 105 participants. The training was divided into two sessions: presentation of basic PLS-SEM concepts and hands-on practice using Losari Digital. The success of the training was evaluated through a feedback survey covering aspects of material, media, and content. The results showed that the training was significantly successful. Participants rated the material as clear, the interaction as good, and the audio-visual media as high quality. The content was considered educational, useful, interesting, and informative. The majority of participants agreed or strongly agreed with the overall quality. These findings confirm that the coding-free approach through Losari Digital effectively bridges theory and practice, while reducing technical barriers in the application of advanced data analysis methods.

Abstract

The purpose of data visualisation training on planning data at the Regional Development Planning Research and Development Agency (Bappedalitbang) of Paser Regency is to improve skills in operating Microsoft Excel applications to make data into graphs. The implementation time was on 28-30 December 2023 at the Paser Regency Bappedalitbang office. The results of this activity are that this activity has provided benefits and problem solutions from Bappedalitbang employees in presenting the planning data that has been compiled.

Abstract

The main issue of this service is the gap between the intensity of Community Service (PkM) implementation and the low publication output of articles in community service journals at STIE Widya Praja Tanah Grogot. The objective of this PkM is to enhance lecturers' technical competence in converting PkM reports into standardized journal manuscripts. The method employed is Participatory Action Research (PAR) through a participatory intensive workshop and coaching clinic model. The results indicate that the intervention was effective, successfully converting four PkM article drafts ready for submission. Socially, the activity triggered a behavioral shift from passive to proactive. Theoretical reflection confirms that the PAR approach, focusing on the Coaching Clinic, is the most efficient strategy for achieving social and academic institutional transformation in regional private higher education institutions.

Abstract

Program kemitraan masyarakat ini  bermitra dengan Pemerintah Kelurahan Bontonompo berlokasi Kabupaten Gowa, Kecamatan Bontonompo. Adapun masalah yang dihadapi adalah (1) kurangnya pemahaman pemasaran digital yang efektif  (2) Praktik pemasaran masih menggunakan model konvensional. Metode yang digunakan adalah: Metode Ceramah dan Praktik. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengklasifikasikan sentimen pengguna terhadap aplikasi fintech syariah Ammana yang diunduh dari Google Play Store. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui proses web scraping terhadap komentar pengguna, kemudian dilakukan pra-pemrosesan teks meliputi case folding, stopword removal, stemming, dan tokenisasi menggunakan pustaka Sastrawi pada bahasa pemrograman Python melalui Google Colab. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif komparatif dengan membandingkan tiga algoritma machine learning, yaitu Support Vector Classifier (SVC), Multinomial Naive Bayes (MNB), dan Random Forest (RF). Hasil klasifikasi menunjukkan bahwa SVC memiliki performa terbaik dengan nilai akurasi 91,80%, presisi 92,67%, recall 91,80%, dan F1-score 91,99%. Sementara itu, Random Forest menempati posisi kedua dengan akurasi 87,98%, sedangkan Naive Bayes memperoleh nilai terendah dengan akurasi 85,24%. Secara keseluruhan, temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa algoritma SVC paling efektif dalam mendeteksi sentimen positif, negatif, dan netral pengguna terhadap aplikasi Ammana. Dari perspektif bisnis dan industri financial technology (fintech), hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis sentimen dapat digunakan sebagai alat strategis untuk memantau persepsi publik, meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna (user experience), serta memperkuat kepercayaan terhadap layanan keuangan digital berbasis syariah.
