Abstract

Kaur Regency has a very good opportunity to boost regional competitiveness both at the regional and national levels, especially for a number of goods that have competitiveness in the tourism industry. The purpose of this research is to learn more about the training offered by the Office of Tourism and Creative Economy to tourism industry players in Laguna Beach. A descriptive approach is used in this qualitative research. Using observation, documentation, and interviews as data collection methods. To obtain sufficient data, information is collected from various sources. This information is then examined qualitatively and explained using words and phrases. The data analysis method used is data reduction, data visualization, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that the training-based empowerment plan for Laguna Beach tourism business actors has been going quite well. This can be seen from the fact that business actors are given the necessary skills to manage beach tourism properly and effectively.

Abstract

Premature aging is a growing concern in modern society, and innovative solutions are increasingly being sought to address this issue. One such innovation is the use of coffee grounds waste, a byproduct often discarded after brewing. This study explores the potential of utilizing coffee grounds waste as an ingredient in anti-aging products, particularly in the context of Makassar, a region with a rich coffee culture. Coffee grounds are rich in antioxidants, caffeine, and bioactive compounds that can provide protective benefits to the skin, improving elasticity and reducing the appearance of fine lines. The research examines the properties of coffee grounds, their application in skincare, and the potential for sustainable practices in utilizing waste material to create natural, eco-friendly anti-aging products. By focusing on local resources, this innovation presents a promising solution to not only mitigate premature aging but also contribute to waste reduction and environmental sustainability in Makassar

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of promotion, perceived ease of use, and price on repurchase intention in the context of Go-Jek’s transportation services. The rapid growth of ride-hailing platforms has heightened competition, compelling companies to adopt strategies that ensure customer retention. This research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing surveys distributed to a sample of Go-Jek users. The findings reveal that promotion significantly enhances customer repurchase intention by creating perceived value and fostering loyalty. Perceived ease of use also plays a crucial role, as users prioritize platforms that are user-friendly and efficient. Additionally, price sensitivity remains a key determinant, with competitive pricing strategies strengthening repurchase behavior. These results underline the need for Go-Jek to continuously innovate in promotional activities, maintain a seamless user experience, and offer affordable pricing to secure long-term customer relationships. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of consumer behavior in the digital ride-hailing industry and provides actionable insights for managerial practices.

Abstract

Pada era Revolusi Industri 4.0 saat ini, hampir semua bidang kehidupan sudah terdigitalisasi. Di bidang pendidikan, digitalisasi layanan pembelajaran dilakukan melalui halaman web sistem informasi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas website terhadap kepuasan pengguna website sistem informasi pendidikan. Responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa STIE Widya Praja Tanah Grogot sebanyak 226 orang dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Survei online digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda pengaruh antar dimensi Webqual terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas website yang terdiri dari usability, information quality, dan service interaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi akademik. Dengan kata lain, administrator situs web harus mengembangkan situs web yang mencakup semua layanan proses pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the financial and non-financial performance of Labuang Baji Regional General Hospital (RSUD Labuang Baji) in Makassar before and after its transition to a Public Service Agency (BLU/BLUD). The hospital serves as the research object, with a four-year observation period from 2011 to 2014. The years 2011 and 2012 represent the period before becoming a Public Service Agency, while 2013 and 2014 represent the period after the transition. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using a case study approach. Data analysis was carried out using the Balanced Scorecard method, with data collection strategies including data triangulation, methodological triangulation, and theoretical triangulation. In general, there were no significant differences in strategic approaches before and after becoming a BLU/BLUD, except for differences in the percentage of targets to be achieved. The findings indicate that the performance of RSUD Labuang Baji improved following its transformation into a Public Service Agency. Financial performance exceeded target expectations, and most non-financial performance indicators also improved and met the established targets. These improvements are reflected in the performance scale results: prior to becoming a BLU/BLUD, the hospital’s performance was rated as "fair" with an average score of 0.40. After the transformation, the performance improved to a "good" category with an average score of 0.67

Abstract

Leadership is influence the activities of people to want to work together to achieve goals. The character of a very influential leader to achieve organizational goals. The character of a leader is the ability of management, need for achievement, intelligence, assertiveness, confidence and initiative. This study aims to determine the dominant character of the PT leadership. Priyant Anugerah Mining Paser. The samples used were 82 employees. Data were analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the most dominant character of the leader is able to carry out management functions by 85.93% and less dominant leader's character that led initiative in providing solutions to the problems that occur in the company amounted to 29.48%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kualitas layanan digital pada sektor perbankan digital. Penelitian dilakukan pada Bank Jago yang merupakan salah satu bank digital terbaik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif yang mencoba memberikan gambaran mendetail mengenai topik ulasan yang dibicarakan dalam sentimen negatif dan positif. Data yang digunakan adalah data ulasan pengguna Aplikasi Bank Jago yang diambil pada Google Play Store. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode scraping data, dimana data yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 9.000 baris data. Data kemudian dilakukan preprocessing data, pelabelan data dan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan tiga algoritma machine learning yaitu Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naïve Bayes Classifier, dan Random Forest. Hasil analisis menunjukkan faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kualitas layanan digital dalam bentuk sentimen positif dan negatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan konsumen sudah merasa puas dengan layanan digital yang disediakan oleh Bank Jago. Namun, untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas layanan digital dimasa yang akan datang, sentimen negatif pada penelitian ini memberikan pengetahuan mengenai faktor negatif yang dirasakan konsumen berdasarkan pengalamannya menggunakan aplikasi. Hal ini dapat menjadi saran masukan untuk perbaikan pelayanan digital oleh Bank Jago.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions for Teh Pucuk Harum. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling with a sample of 60 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire consisting of 31 statements. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the marketing mix consisting of product, price, promotion and place simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Teh Pucuk Harum.
